Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor heating structure, and more particularly, to a floor heating structure that facilitates repair and maintenance after construction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is known a floor heating structure in which a linear heating element such as a hot water pipe or an electric heater is disposed on a floor substrate to warm the entire floor surface. Although some embodiments have been proposed, as an improved floor heating structure that can finish the floor heating work in a short time with few work processes at the construction site, as shown in FIG. A sheet 5 with a heating element in which a heating element 4 such as a hot water pipe is fixed in advance on a base sheet 3 is laid as it is on the upper surface of the floor substrate 1 to which 2 is attached, and the heating element is provided on the back surface thereof. There is known a floor heating structure in which a floor surface material 10 with a storage portion in which a storage portion 11 of 4 is formed is disposed in a state in which a heating element 4 is stored in the storage portion 11 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-168465). (See the publication). In the floor heating structure, a base material sheet 3 that can permeate or penetrate the adhesive 6 is used, and the floor surface material 10, the base material sheet 3, and the floor substrate 1 (discarded plywood 2) are a floor surface material. The adhesive 6 disposed on the back surface of the adhesive 10 is integrally bonded and fixed. In the example of FIG. 3, a wooden floor material is used as the floor surface material 10, in which an aluminum foil 14 as a soaking material is kneaded between an upper layer decorative plywood 12 and a lower layer base plywood 13.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above floor heating structure, the heating element 4 with the heating element 4 fixed in advance on the base sheet 3 is made in a place other than the construction site such as a factory, and the heating element is carried in at the construction site. By simply laying the sheet 5 on the floor substrate 1, both the laying of the base material sheet and the arrangement of the heating elements can be completed at the same time, so that there is an advantage that the work at the construction site can be greatly saved. And the function as floor heating does not have a place different from other conventional floor heating structures.
[0004]
However, since the sheet 5 with the heating element and the floor surface material 10 are integrally bonded and fixed to the floor substrate 1 using the adhesive 6, the positioning of the surface floor material 10 at the time of construction is carefully performed. When the floor surface material 10 after construction needs to be replaced due to scratches or the like, it is not easy to separate the floor surface material 10 and requires a lot of time. To do. In some cases, the heating element-attached sheet 5 may be damaged. For this reason, there has been a slight inconvenience in maintenance after construction.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, in a floor heating structure of a form in which a sheet with a heating element is laid and a floor surface material on which a storage part for a heating element is formed is disposed. An object of the present invention is to provide a floor heating structure in which a surface flooring is attached so that it can be easily removed and the surface flooring can be easily replaced when necessary.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the floor heating structure according to the present invention, a sheet with a heating element in which a heating element is previously fixed on a base sheet is laid on the upper surface of the floor substrate, and a storage section for storing the heating element is formed on the back surface thereof. In the floor heating structure in which the floor surface material with a portion is arranged in a state where the heating element is stored in the storage portion, the floor surface material is not attached to the floor substrate by screws, nails, or other fixtures without using an adhesive. It is characterized by being fixed removably.
[0007]
In the floor heating structure according to the present invention, the sheet with the heating element is made in a place other than the construction site such as a factory, and it is carried into the floor heating construction site, and the floor board surface (for example, a discarded plywood, etc.) Since both the work of laying the base sheet and the arrangement of the heating elements can be completed at the same time only by laying down on top, the work at the construction site can be saved. Fixing the heating element to the base sheet in a factory or the like can be easily performed using, for example, a hot melt adhesive or by heat fusion.
[0008]
In attaching the floor surface material, the floor surface material is placed at a predetermined position, and an appropriate fixing tool such as a wood screw is driven through a screw hole formed in the floor surface material. Thereby, the floor surface material is fixed to the floor substrate simultaneously with the sheet with the heating element. The floor surface material can be similarly attached also around the floor surface where the sheet with the heating element is not installed. The top end of the screw hole after the fixing tool is driven is filled with a plug as needed. Mounting using a fixing tool such as a screw, a screw, or a nail has an advantage that positioning can be easily performed as compared with fixing with an adhesive.
[0009]
When it becomes necessary to replace the floor surface material, remove the wooden plugs and loosen the fasteners such as wood screws. Since no adhesive is used, the floor surface material is completely free from the sheet with the heating element in that state, and the operator can easily remove the previous floor surface material. At that time, the sheet with the heating element is not damaged. It can be easily restored to its original state by rearranging the new floor surface material in its place and fixing it with the fixture in the same manner. Such an exchange operation can be easily performed even if it is not a specialized engineer.
[0010]
In the present invention, the floor surface material used in conventional floor heating can be appropriately used and is not particularly limited. However, a metal as a soaking sheet is provided between the upper layer decorative plywood and the lower layer plywood. It may be a wooden floor material in which foil (such as aluminum foil) is kneaded. Moreover, the actual process may be given to the circumference | surroundings. An appropriate decorative material such as a veneer is preferably attached to the surface of the floor surface material.
[0011]
In the present invention, the base sheet used for the sheet with a heating element may be only a metal foil functioning as a soaking sheet, or may have a structure in which a nonwoven fabric is pasted on the back. In the case of using a heat-insulating sheet such as a non-woven fabric in combination, the heat-insulating property can be improved at the same time as the soundproofing and buffering properties of the floor heating structure.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a floor heating structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the construction of a floor heating structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view.
[0013]
The floor heating structure according to the present invention basically includes a sheet 50 with a heating element and a surface floor material 20 disposed thereon. The heating element-attached sheet 50 is composed of the base sheet 55 and the heating element 4 fixed thereon, in the same manner as the heating element-attached sheet 5 described with reference to FIG. The base sheet 55 may be only the aluminum foil 51 that functions as a soaking plate, but in this example, a laminate of the aluminum foil 51 on a non-woven fabric 52 having both buffering properties and heat insulating properties is used. Although the heat generating body 4 is shown as a hot water pipe which is a crosslinked polyethylene pipe, for example, it may be a hot wire heater. As shown in FIG. 1, the heating element 4 is fixed on the base sheet 55 by heat sealing or in parallel by a hot melt adhesive at a predetermined interval and in a U-turn at the end. Yes. The heating element-equipped sheet 50 is manufactured at a place other than the floor heating construction site, such as a factory, and is carried into the construction site.
[0014]
At the construction site, the sheet 50 with the heating element that has been carried in is laid on the same floor substrate 1 as before (for example, the discarded laminated board 2) without applying an adhesive (if necessary, It may be laid after partially applying the adhesive to the back surface). Thereafter, the floor surface material 20 is disposed on the sheet 50 with the heating element.
[0015]
The basic structure of the floor surface material 20 may be the same as a conventional floor heating floor material, and is preferably a long material having a size of 1 × 3 or 1 × 6. The four circumferences may be flat surfaces, and appropriate actual processing 25 may be performed. What stuck the surface decoration material like a veneer on the plywood as a base material may be good, and a plywood simple substance may be sufficient. Moreover, as the surface decorative material 10 shown in FIG. 3, the form which knead | mixed the aluminum foil as a soaking | uniform-heating material between the decorative plywood of the upper layer part and the base plywood of the lower layer part may be sufficient.
[0016]
On the back surface of the floor surface material 20, a storage portion 21 having a shape and a size capable of storing the heating element 4 fixed on the heating element-equipped sheet 50 is formed. In the case of the floor surface material 20 disposed in the portion where the heating element 4 is fixed in a straight line, a plurality of linear storage portions 21 are formed in parallel, and the heating element 4 is fixed in a U-turn shape. In the case of the floor surface material 20a (refer to FIG. 1) arranged in the portion where it is located, the storage portion 21 is also formed in a U-turn shape according to its shape.
[0017]
An appropriate number of through holes 22 for driving a fixing tool 30 such as a wood screw or a nail are formed at appropriate positions around the floor surface material 20 (20a). In the case shown in FIG. 1, a total of eight through holes 22 are formed, four at equal intervals along the long side. However, stable fixing can be obtained, and the heating element 4 can be damaged during fixing. The number and location of the through-holes 22 are arbitrary on the condition that there is not. The upper end side 23 of the through hole 22 has a size that allows the large-diameter portion 31 of the fixture 30 such as a wood screw or a nail to enter.
[0018]
The floor surface material 20 is sequentially spread over the entire floor surface in a state where the heating element 4 fixed on the heating element-attached sheet 50 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 21 formed on the back surface. When the position of one or a plurality of floor surface materials 20 is determined, a fixing tool (for example, a wood screw) 30 is screwed into the floor base 1 using the through holes 22 formed there, and the floor surface material 20 Is fixed to the floor base 1 (see FIG. 2). By this fixing, the sheet 50 with the heating element is also fixed to the floor base 1 at the same time. After the required screwing is finished, a wooden plug 40 is driven into the upper end side 23 of the through hole 22 to flatten the surface.
[0019]
As described above, the floor surface material 20 is sequentially fixed to the entire floor surface. For the last sheet, if necessary, as shown in FIG. 2a, prepare a part of the actual part 25a cut out, attach it so that it fits from above, and then fix it in the same way (see FIG. 2b). Thereby, the work of fixing the floor surface material 20 to the entire floor surface is completed.
[0020]
When it becomes necessary to replace the floor surface material 20 due to scratches or the like, the wooden plug 40 is removed from the floor surface material 20 and the wood screw 30 is loosened and removed. In this state, the floor surface material 20 is completely free from the sheet 50 with the heating element, and the operator can easily remove the floor surface material. It can be restored to its original state by repositioning the new floor surface material in its place and fixing it in the same way with a fixture. Such replacement work can be easily performed even without a specialized engineer.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in the floor heating structure in which the sheet with the heating element is laid and the floor surface material is arranged and fixed thereon, the surface floor material can be easily removed. When the floor surface material needs to be replaced due to scratches or the like, it can be easily performed, and at that time, neither the floor surface material nor the sheet with the heating element is damaged. Therefore, the maintenance after constructing the floor heating structure can be easily and cost-effectively.
