【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えば瓶の口部を塞ぐコルク栓を抜き取るためのコルク栓抜き取り装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
例えば、ワインを収納した瓶の口部を塞ぐコルク栓を抜き取るためのコルク栓抜き取り具として握持部に螺旋杆を垂設したＴ字型のコルク栓抜き取り具などがあるが、コルク栓が瓶の口部にきつく圧入されていると、抜き取るのは容易ではない。

即ち、コルク栓がさほどきつく圧入されていなければ、片方の手で瓶を握持し、もう片方の手で螺旋杆をコルク栓にねじ込んだ握持部を握持し引っ張ることで前記瓶の口部からコルク栓を抜き取ることができるが、コルク栓がきつく圧入されていると、抜き取るのにかなりの力を要し、非力な人では抜けない。また、片手だけで瓶を支えたのでは十分な力を出せず抜けないことも多く、瓶を股の間に挟んで引き抜くこともしばしばである。

従って、コルク栓がきつく圧入されていると、腕力のある人ならば抜き取れるが、例えば腕力のない女性では抜き取れない場合も多く、また、股に挟まなければ抜けない場合も多いため、女性は股に瓶を挟むことをためらうために、結局コルク栓を抜き取れないことも多い。

そこで、本発明は、上記問題点に着目し、繰り返しの研究，検討の末解決したもので、たとえきつめに圧入されたコルク栓でも従来に比して容易に抜き取ることができ、これにより、腕力が弱い人であってもコルク栓を抜き取ることができたり、瓶を股に挟まなくてもコルク栓を抜き取ることができたり、例えばひりきな女性でもコルク栓を容易に抜き取り得る極めて実用性に秀れた画期的なコルク栓抜き取り装置を提供することを目的としている。

握持部１にコルク栓抜き取り用の螺旋杆２を垂設したコルク栓抜き取り具Ａと、コルク栓４にねじ込む前記螺旋杆２と並設状態にコルク栓４に差し込む線杆３を有するコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂとから成り、このコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂは、前記握持部１を握持し前記螺旋杆２を介してコルク栓４を引き抜く際、この螺旋杆２と前記線杆３とが並設状態に前記コルク栓４に差し込まれた状態を保持する前記握持部１との連結部若しくは前記握持部１と共に握持し得る共同握持部６を前記線杆３に設けた構成とし、前記コルク栓４に、前記螺旋杆２をねじ込んで前記線杆３を差し込むか若しくは前記線杆３を差し込んで前記螺旋杆２をねじ込んだ際、前記連結部により前記線杆３と前記握持部１とが連結し若しくは前記共同握持部６と握持部１とが重合配設し、この握持部１を握持して回動する若しくはこの握持部１と共に前記共同握持部６を握持して回動することで、前記コルク栓４が回動し得るように構成したことを特徴とするコルク栓抜き取り装置に係るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
好適と考える本発明の実施の形態（発明をどのように実施するか）を、図面に基づいてその作用効果を示して簡単に説明する。

コルク栓抜き取り具Ａの握持部１に垂設された螺旋杆２と、コルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂ線杆３とをコルク栓４に差し込んだ状態で引き抜くことができるため、握持部１を握持若しくは握持部１と共に共同握持部６を握持して引き抜く際、引き抜きながらコルク栓４を回動できることとなる。

即ち、コルク栓４がきつく圧入されていても、単に上方へ引き抜くのではなく、少し左右に回動しながら引き抜くことができるため、腕力の弱い人でも容易に引き抜けることとなる。

つまり、例えば従来のＴ字型のコルク栓抜き取り具の場合には、コルク栓を引き抜く際に例えば握持部を回動しても螺旋杆がコルク栓内で自転回動するだけでこのコルク栓を回すことはできないが、この点、本発明は、コルク栓４に前記螺旋杆２と共に線杆３を差し込むことで、コルク栓４を引き抜く際に、握持部１若しくは握持部１と共に共同握持部６を握持して回動すると、前記螺旋杆２はコルク栓４内で自転回動せず、連結部による握持部１との連結あるいは共同握持部６によって握持部１と一緒に握持することで、螺旋杆２と線杆３とを一緒に回すことになるために、この螺旋杆２と線杆３とを差し込んだコルク栓４が瓶の口部に対して回動することとなる。

従って、コルク栓４がきつく圧入されていても、このコルク栓４を単に上方へ引っぱって抜き取るのではなく、コルク栓４を例えば左右に微動回動しながら引っぱって抜き取れるため、従来に比してコルク栓４を容易に抜き取ることができる。即ち、例えば腕力の弱い人でも一方の手で瓶をつかみ、他方の手でコルク栓４を簡単に抜き取ることができたり、抜き取れなかったものが股に挟むことで抜き取れたり、女性では股に挟まなければ抜き取れなかったものが、股に挟まずに一方の手で瓶をつかみ、他方の手でコルク栓を容易に抜き取ることができたりすることとなり、容易に小さな力でコルク栓を抜き取ることができることとなる。

【実施例】
本発明の具体的な実施例について図面に基づいて説明する。

本実施例は、握持部１に垂設されたコルク栓抜き取り用の螺旋杆２と並設状態にコルク栓４に差し込む線杆３に、前記握持部１を握持し前記螺旋杆２を介してコルク栓４を引き抜く際、この螺旋杆２と前記線杆３とが並設状態に前記コルク栓４に差し込まれた状態を保持するように前記握持部１と共に握持し得る共同握持部６を設けた構成としている。

具体的には、前記コルク栓４に、前記螺旋杆２をねじ込んで前記線杆３を差し込むか若しくは前記線杆３を差し込んで前記螺旋杆２をねじ込んだ際、前記共同握持部６と握持部１とが重合配設され、この握持部１と共に前記共同握持部６を握持して回動することで、前記コルク栓４が回動するように構成している。

即ち、本実施例では、握持部１に螺旋杆２を垂設したコルク栓抜き取り具Ａと、コルク栓４にねじ込む前記螺旋杆２と並設状態にコルク栓４に差し込む線杆３に前記握持部１と共に握持し得る共同握持部６を設けたコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂとから成り、前記コルク栓４に、前記螺旋杆２をねじ込んで前記線杆３を差し込むか若しくは前記線杆３を差し込んで前記螺旋杆２をねじ込んだ際、この共同握持部６と握持部１とが重合配設され、この握持部１と共に前記共同握持部６を握持して回動することで、コルク栓４に螺旋杆２と線杆３とが差し込まれた状態のまま回動することとなり、螺旋杆２のみがそのまま自転してしまうことなく前記コルク栓４が回動するように構成している。

尚、本実施例では、線杆３に、握持部１と共に握持し得る共同握持部６を設けて、握持部１と共にこの共同握持部６を握持し回動することでコルク栓４に螺旋杆２と線杆３とが差し込まれた状態を保持し、これによりコルク栓４を回動できる構成としたが、線杆３に握持部１との連結部を設けることで、たとえ共同握持しなくてもこの連結部により線杆３と握持部１とが一体化され、単に握持部１を握持して回動することでコルク栓４を回動し得るように構成しても良い。

以下、更に詳しく述べる。尚、図１〜図４は第一実施例，図５〜図７は第二実施例，図８〜図11は第三実施例，図12〜図15は第四実施例を示している。

図１〜図４に示す第一実施例は、コルク栓４に螺旋杆２をねじ込んでから線杆３を差し込む実施例である。

本実施例は、握持部１に前記線杆３を挿通するための挿通孔１Ａを設け、この挿通孔１Ａに線杆３を挿通することでこの線杆３をコルク栓４に突き刺し挿入する構成としている。

また、この線杆３の上端部には握持部１と共に握持し得る共同握持部６を設け、前記挿通孔１Ａに線杆３を挿通した際、この共同握持部６により線杆３が抜け止めされ、握持部１と共に共同握持部６を一緒に握持できる構成としている。

即ち、本実施例は、握持部１と共に共同握持部６を握持して回動することで、コルク栓４を回動し得る構成としている。

具体的には、本実施例のコルク栓抜き取り具Ａは、図１〜図４に示すように、栓抜きや缶切りに加えてコルク栓抜き取り具として使用するための螺旋杆２などを備えた既存の料理器具の所定位置に線杆３を挿通するための挿通孔１Ａを設けた構成としている。

従って、このコルク栓抜き取り具Ａは、図１，２に示すように所定長さを有する断面略コ字型の角筒状に握持部１を構成し、開口部を下方に向けて中央部よりもやや一側寄りに螺旋杆２を起伏自在に軸着した構成とし、この螺旋杆２を握持部１に対して伏動した際には、この螺旋杆２が握持部１内（即ち、断面略コ字型とした握持部１の開口部内）に折り畳み収納される構成としている。

また、握持部１に設けた線杆３を挿通するための前記挿通孔１Ａは、螺旋杆２の軸着位置よりもやや一側寄りであって前記コルク栓抜き取り具Ａの長さ方向に対して直交する方向に貫通状態で設ける構成としている。

即ち、この挿通孔１Ａは、コルク栓４の中央に螺旋杆２をねじ込んだ状態で線杆３を挿通した際、このコルク栓４の螺旋杆２と並設する位置にスムーズに差し込み得る位置に設けた構成としている。これにより、挿通孔１Ａは、線杆３をコルク栓４に差し込む際のガイドの役割を成すため、螺旋杆２をコルク栓４にねじ込んだ握持部１の挿通孔１Ａに、線杆３を単に挿通するだけで、コルク栓４に螺旋杆２と並設させてこの線杆３を差し込むことができるように設定している。

挿通孔１Ａに挿通する線杆３を設けたコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂは、この線杆３に前記共同握持部６を設けた構成としているが、この線杆３はコルク栓４に単に突き刺し挿入する直状針としている。

具体的には、この線杆３の上端部に押しボタン状の共同握持部６を設けた構成とし、この共同握持部６を指や手のひらなどで押すことで、直状針とした線杆３をコルク栓４に容易に差し込むことができるように構成している。

また、この共同握持部６によって線杆３を挿通孔１Ａに挿入し、この共同握持部６により線杆３を握持部１に抜け止めすることで、前述のようにコルク栓４に螺旋杆２とこの線杆３とを差し込むことができ、また、この共同握持部６を握持部１と共に一緒に握持して回動することで、コルク栓４に差し込んだ螺旋杆２と線杆３とを一緒に回動しコルク栓４を回動することができるようにしている。

また、握持部１の先端部には、図３に示すように、線杆３を差し込んでコルク栓抜き補助具Ｂを収納するための収納孔（図示省略）を設けた構成としている。

具体的には、この収納孔は、握持部１の先端部における長さ方向に設けた構成とし、不使用時にはコルク栓抜き取り具Ａとコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂとを一緒にしてコンパクトに引き出しなどに片付けることができ、紛失を防止することができるようにしている。

図５〜図７に示す第二実施例は、直状針の上端部を折曲することで線杆３の上端部に共同握持部６を設けてコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂを構成した実施例である。

具体的には、線材の途中を略９０度折曲して、下部を前記線杆３とし上部を前記共同握持部６とした構成とし、この線杆３を挿通孔１Ａに先端から挿入し、折曲部位により握持部１に抜け止め係止した際、共同握持部６が握持部１に沿設状態となるため、一層一緒に握持し易くなり、また、本実施例のコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂは、直状針を単に折曲するだけで形成できるため、製造が容易でコスト安に実現することができる。

尚、その他の構成及び使用方法は、第一実施例と同様であり、いずれの実施例も従来のＴ字型のコルク栓抜き取り具に単に挿通孔１Ａを形成するだけでコルク栓抜き取り具Ａを構成でき、コルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂについても容易に製作できるため、非常に量産性に秀れ、実用性の高いコルク栓抜き取り装置となると共に、特にこの第一，第二実施例では、前記挿通孔１Ａに単にコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂの線杆３を貫通挿入するだけで、コルク栓４に螺旋杆２と線杆３とを差し込みできることとなり極めて使い易い実用性に秀れたコルク栓抜き取り装置となるものである。

図８〜図11に示す第三実施例も、コルク栓４に螺旋杆２をねじ込んでから線杆３を差し込む実施例である。

本実施例は、第一，第二実施例とは異なり、握持部１に線杆３を挿通するための挿通孔１Ａを設けず、コルク栓４に螺旋杆２と線杆３とを差し込んだ際、握持部１と重合状態に配設されてこの握持部１を握持する際に一緒に握持し得る共同握持部６を前記線杆３に設けた構成としている。

具体的には、本実施例のコルク栓抜き取り具Ａは、横設した棒状の握持部１の中央部に螺旋杆２を垂設した既存のＴ字型のコルク栓抜き取り具を採用している。これにより、単にコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂを用意するだけで、コルク栓を容易に抜き取り得るコルク栓抜き取り装置を実現できるため、例えば消費者にとってはより安価に極めて実用性に秀れたコルク栓抜き取り装置を実現できることとなる。

本実施例のコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂは、握持部１に被嵌し得る形状に形成した共同握持部６を線杆３に設けた構成としている。

具体的には、共同握持部６は、図９に示すように、所定長さを有した半円筒状（即ち湾曲状）のカバー体に構成している。これにより、所定長さを有した湾曲部位を指や手のひらで安定して容易に押すことができ、よって、一層容易に線杆３をコルク栓４に差し込むことができ、また、共同握持部６を握持部１と共に握持し易いため、共同握持部６と握持部１とを一層良好に握持操作することができる。

本実施例の線杆３は、湾曲カバー状の共同握持部６の中央部ではなく一縁部に起伏自在に軸着した構成とし、この共同握持部６が握持部１と重合する際線杆３が邪魔とならないように配設している。また、不使用時には線杆３を共同握持部６内に折り畳み収納し得る構成としている。これにより、使用しない際には、線杆３を共同握持部６から突出しない状態としておくことができ、また、握持部１に共同握持部６を重合させて引き出しなどにしまえば、次に使用する際に取り出してすぐ使用することができ、また、一体化してしまえることで紛失を防止することができる。

即ち、本実施例では、螺旋杆２をコルク栓４にねじ込んだ握持部１に、前記半円筒状の共同握持部６を開口側から被嵌して重合状態に配設することで、これと同時にコルク栓４に螺旋杆２と並設状態に線杆３を差し込むことができる構成としている。

従って、本実施例では、先ず線杆３をコルク栓４の周辺部に差し込んでガイド部14をコルク栓４の上部に配設し、この状態で例えば既存のＴ字型のコルク栓抜き取り具をコルク栓抜き取り具Ａとしたこのコルク栓抜き取り具Ａの螺旋杆２をガイド部14に挿通してその下方のコルク栓４にねじ込むことでコルク栓４に螺旋杆２と線杆３とを並設状態に差し込み、この際共同握持部６と握持部１とが略重合されるため、これを一緒に握持して回動することにより、コルク栓４を回動し得るように構成した実施例である。

つまり、本実施例においても第三実施例と同様、単にコルク栓抜き取り補助具Ｂを用意するだけで、コルク栓を容易に抜き取り得るコルク栓抜き取り装置を実現できるため、例えば消費者にとってはより安価にして極めて実用性に秀れたコルク栓抜き取り装置を実現できることとなる。尚、本実施例では、コルク栓抜き具本体Ａとして、既存のＴ字型コルク栓抜き取り具を採用した構成としたが、螺旋杆２をガイド14に挿通できる形状のコルク栓抜き取り具であれば適宜採用しても良く、例えば第一実施例で採用したような、握持部１に螺旋杆２を起伏自在に軸着したコルク栓抜き取り具を採用した構成としても良い。

また、本実施例では、螺旋杆２をねじ込む際のガイド部14を有することになるため、螺旋杆２のねじ込みもスムーズに行うことができ、つまり、コルク栓４に最初に螺旋杆２をねじ込むのではなく、螺旋杆２よりも差し込み易い直状針で形成した線杆３を最初に突き刺し挿入でき、この線杆３を突き刺し挿入した際にはガイド部14が螺旋杆２をコルク栓４に確実且つ良好にねじ込みし得る位置に配設されることで、螺旋杆２のねじ込みも極めて容易且つスムーズに行えるようにしている。

尚、本発明は、本実施例に限られるものではなく、各構成要件の具体的構成は適宜設計し得るものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述のように構成したから、コルク栓がきつく圧入されていても、このコルク栓を単に上方へ引っぱって抜き取るのではなく、例えばコルク栓を左右に微動回動しながら引っぱって抜き取れるため、従来に比してコルク栓を容易に抜き取ることができる。即ち、例えば腕力の弱い人でも一方の手で瓶をつかみ、他方の手でコルク栓を簡単に抜き取ることができたり、抜き取れなかったものが股に挟むことで抜き取れたり、女性では股に挟まなければ抜き取れなかったものが、股に挟まずに一方の手で瓶をつかみ、他方の手でコルク栓を容易に抜き取ることができたりすることとなり、容易に小さな力でコルク栓を抜き取ることができることとなる極めて実用性に秀れた画期的なコルク栓抜き取り装置となる。

即ち、本発明は、連結部による握持部との連結あるいは共同握持部を握持部と一緒に握持することで、螺旋杆と線杆とを一緒に回せるために、この螺旋杆と線杆とを差し込んだコルク栓を例えば瓶の口部に対して回動できることとなるから、例えばコルク栓を左右に微動回動しながら引き抜くことが可能となるため、容易に引き抜くことができる極めて実用性に秀れた画期的なコルク栓抜き取り装置となる。

また、前記コルク栓に、前記螺旋杆をねじ込んで前記線杆を差し込むか若しくは前記線杆を差し込んで前記螺旋杆をねじ込むことでコルク栓に螺旋杆と線杆とを差し込む構成としたため、容易に本発明を実現することができ、一層極めて実用性に秀れた画期的なコルク栓抜き取り装置となる。

また、コルク栓抜き取り具とコルク栓抜き取り補助具とを用意するだけで本発明のコルク栓抜き取り装置を実現することができ、しかも、このコルク栓抜き取り補助具は、コルク栓に差し込む線杆に握持部との連結部若しくは握持部と共に握持し得る共同握持部を設けるだけで実現でき、更に、コルク栓抜き取り具は、例えば既存のコルク栓抜き取り具をそのまま使用することができ、また、既存のコルク栓抜き取り具に単に孔を設けるだけでも実現でき、容易に設計実現可能である上、コスト安に実現でき、秀れた作業性をも発揮することができる極めて実用性に秀れた画期的なコルク栓抜き取り装置となる。

また、請求項２記載の発明においては、コルク栓に線杆を一層容易に差し込むことができ、これにより、一層簡単な操作でコルクを容易に抜き取ることができ、極めて使い易く作業性に秀れた画期的なコルク栓抜き取り装置となる。

また、請求項３記載の発明においては、線杆に共同握持部を設けるだけでコルク栓抜き取り補助具を実現することができ、単に握持部と共にこの共同握持部を握持して回動することで、螺旋杆と線杆とを一緒に回すことができるために、この螺旋杆と線杆とを差し込んだコルク栓が瓶の口部に対して回動することができ、一層容易に本発明を実現できる極めて画期的なコルク栓抜き取り装置となる。
