本発明は、橋脚、砂防ダム、護岸壁その他各種コンクリート構造物の磨耗や損傷を防止するためにその表面に取り付ける保護材の取り付け方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
各種コンクリート構造物の表面の保護工としてゴムや合成樹脂等の弾性材による板状の保護材をビルトイン状態で取り付けることが従来から行われておりその取り付け方法を図5、図6を用いて以下に説明する。
図6において、1は耐磨耗性や耐衝撃性等使用目的に応じた特性を有するゴムや合成樹脂等の弾性材製の保護材であり、コンクリートの打設によって構築される構造物2の所望個所に取り付けられている。図5において、3はその構造物2を構築するための型枠、4は構造物の所望個所に取り付ける保護材1と同形の型枠である。

そこで、構造物2に保護材1を取り付けるには、図5に示す如く、型枠3の内側にアンカーソケット5を仮付けした保護材用の型枠4を取り付けた状態で設置し、型枠3の内側にコンクリート打設養生後、型枠3および型枠4を外し、その型枠4の個所に図6に示す如く保護材1を嵌めてコンクリート面と保護材面とを同一面状態にしてアンカーソケット5にボルト6で固定するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来技術によると、保護材を設置するために、型枠にアンカーソケットを仮付けした保護材用の型枠を取り付けて一体に構成しなければならず、しかも、コンクリート打設養生後に保護材用の型枠を外し、その個所に保護材を嵌めるという作業が要求され、しかもその際に、保護材用の型枠と保護材の大きさやアンカーソケットの位置の誤差等が設置時に困難な条件となる等の問題がある。

そこで本発明は、型枠の内側に予め保護材を合わせた状態にして型枠を設置し、コンクリートの打設養生後に型枠を取り除くことにより、構造物のコンクリート表面に保護材が残るようにしたことを特徴とする。

以下に本発明の実施の形態を図面を用いて説明する。
第1形態例
構造物7を構築するための型枠8を、その内側の所望個所に保護材9を抱き合わせボルト10とアンカーソケット11で挟んで一体にした状態で設置する。

なお、必要に応じて、破損防止材12を取り付けておく。
そこで、コンクリートを打設養生後抱き合わせボルト10を外して型枠8を取り外し、保護材9をボルト13によって固定するものである。
このようにして構造物7に保護材9を取り付けることにより、保護材9はコンクリートと同一面状に正確に取り付けられることになり、しかも取り付け作業に手間取ることもない。
