本発明は、車両のエンジン制御等の電子装置を格納する格納構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、図4、図5に示すように、床面51が乗降客等の通路面52に対してかさ上げされているバスのような車両において、この車両のエンジン制御等をするコンピュ−タを含む電子部品で構成された電子装置Eは、乗降口53の近くに設置されたシ−ト54の下部、即ち、床面51の上面にブラケット55を介して取り付けられている。そして電子装置Eを埃や衝撃等から保護するため、床面51にボルト止めされたカバ−56で被うような格納構造になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の車両の電子装置格納構造によれば、電子装置Eを被うカバ−56が床面51に突出して取付られるため、シ−ト54等の取付スペ−スが制限される、シ−ト54に着座した人の踵が電子装置Eのカバ−56に当たる、見栄えが悪いというような問題がある。また、床面51とカバ−56間の隙間から洗浄水等が浸入すると電子装置Eが水による影響を受けて故障するため、車室内の洗浄がしにくいという問題がある。

そこで本発明では、床面上に物を取り付けることなく電子装置を収納することができ、もって車室内の洗浄等を容易にできるようにし、シ−ト等の取付スペ−スを確保することができる車両の電子装置格納構造を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、通路面からかさ上げされた床面と、前記床面をかさ上げするかさ上げ部材として側面部に配設された収納パネルと、前記床面の下部に配設された底面パネルとによって前記床面の下部に電子装置を収納する格納室を設け、前記底面パネルを前記かさ上げ部材として側面部に配設された収納パネルの下端部に設けられた断面L字形のブラケット及び受け部に載置し、前記通路面を前記収納パネルの前記底面パネルとは相反対面側において該収納パネルの下端部に形成された断面L字形の載置部位に載置することである。

請求項1の発明によれば、車室の床面下に設けた格納室に電子装置を格納することができるため、車室内の美観を損なわないとともに車室内の洗浄作業が容易になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。図1は、バス1のエンジン制御等をするコンピュ−タを含む電子装置Eを格納した構造の斜視図である。また、図2は、電子装置Eの格納部及びその周辺を含めた横断面図であり、図3は、電子装置Eの格納部の縦断面図である。

図1〜図3に示すように、バス1の乗降口2のステップ面2Aは乗降客等の通路面3と同じレベルになっており、シ−ト4が取り付けられた床面5は通路面3よりかさ上げされたレベルになっている。即ち、床面5は、側面パネル8A,8B,8C及びリインフォ−スメント8Dによってかさ上げされた位置にある。乗降口2の傍のシ−ト4が取り付けられた床面5の下部空間6に前記電子装置Eの格納室7が形成される。また、床面5には電子装置Eの出し入れや点検等をするためのサ−ビスホ−ル(開口部)9が開口されており、サ−ビスホ−ル9にはカバ−10が被せられている。尚、サ−ビスホ−ル9にカバ−10を被せる場合は、ネジ11により固定するとともに車内清掃時の洗浄水等の浸入を防ぐためのシ−ル材12がカバ−10と床面5間に介装される。

上記格納室7の底面部には底面パネル13が取り付けられている。この底面パネル13は、側面パネル8Aの下端部に溶接された断面L字形のブラケット15Aと、側面パネル8Bの先端水平部に一体的に形成された受け部15Bと、側面パネル8Cの下端部に溶接された断面L字形のブラケット15Cと、リインフォ−スメント8Dに一体的に形成された受け部15Dとにシ−ル部材14を介して載置される。

図2に示すように、格納室7には電子装置取付用のブラケット16が設けられている。このブラケット16は、底面パネル13からかさ上げされるように一端部が底面パネル13に、他端部が側面パネル8Bにビス止め、及びボルト、ナット止めにより固定されている。従って、ブラケット16に取り付けられた電子装置Eは底面パネル13より高い位置にあり、万が一、格納室7に水等が入ったときでも電子装置Eが直接的に浸水されることを防止することができる。

以上のように、バス1の乗降口2の傍のシ−ト4が取り付けられ、かさ上げされた床面5の下部空間6に、外部からの水滴等の浸入を防止できるような構造で電子装置Eの格納室7を設けたため、シ−ト4の下が平らとなり、見栄えが良く、車室内の清掃もし易い。そして、この清掃における洗浄水が直接的に格納室7に浸入しない構造になっているため、水滴等に起因する電子装置Eの故障を防止することができる。

尚、上記格納室7は、乗降口2の傍のシ−ト4が取り付けられ、かさ上げされた床面5の下部空間6に限らず、床面5の下部に十分な容積の空間があり、点検サ−ビス等が可能であれば、その空間に設けてもよい。また、車両はバスに限らず、他の車両にも適用できる。また、前記サ−ビスホ−ル(開口部)9を設けずに、電子装置Eの点検等には底面パネル13を外してもよく、ブラケット16を設けなくてもよい。

請求項1の発明によれば、車室の床面下に設けた格納室に電子装置を格納することができるため、車室内の美観を損なわないとともに車室内の洗浄作業が容易になる。
