Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a combine technique. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology that enables a Glen tank to be pivotally opened around a vertical auger.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, combine grain tanks are pivotally supported so that they can pivot outwards around a vertical auger, and the grain tanks can be pivoted outwards to perform maintenance work on the grain tanks or threshing sorter from the grain tank side. Techniques for maintaining the device are known. For example, the technique is described in JP-A-10-84760 and JP-A-8-242679. The former vertical auger of the combine is covered with a cover, and the cover is disposed between a support column provided at the rear of the vertical auger and the Glen tank, and is detachably fixed. Further, the vertical auger of the latter combine is also covered with a cover, and the fixing portion of the cover is interlocked with the operation portion on the side of the Glen tank via a link mechanism.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the glen tank is rotated for maintenance or the like, the cover may be deformed unless the cover is first released. The former cover has a structure in which the cover is removed when the Glen tank is rotated and prevents deformation. However, there is a problem that the cover is lost or the operation of attaching the removed cover is complicated. In the latter cover, when rotating the Glen tank for maintenance, etc., the cover was released via the link mechanism at the same time as the operation of the Glen tank, but the link mechanism is used. The structure was complicated. Accordingly, the present invention provides a support structure for a vertical auger cover that can release the fixation of the vertical auger cover with a simple configuration and in conjunction with the rotation of the grain tank and the evacuation processing unit.

On the side of the threshing section 12, a Glen tank 13 for storing the refined grains after sorting is disposed. A driver's cab 14 is disposed at the front of the grain tank 13, while a drain auger is disposed behind the grain tank 13. Fifteen vertical augers 15a are erected, and the glen tank 13 can be rotated laterally around the vertical auger 15a, thereby facilitating maintenance of the drive system and hydraulic system disposed inside the machine.
A discharge conveyor 16 is disposed in the front-rear direction at the bottom of the Glen tank 13, and power is transmitted from the discharge conveyor 16 to the discharge auger 15, so that the inside of the Glen tank 13 is transferred from the tip of the discharge auger 15 to a track or the like. The kernel can be discharged. Furthermore, a sorting unit 17 is disposed below the threshing unit 12, and sorts grains from grains and sawdust (hereinafter referred to as “processed product”) flowing down from the threshing unit 12. It is conveyed to the Glen tank 13. In the upper part of the grain tank 13, a receiving port (not shown) is opened in a wall part facing the threshing part 12, and the grain is fed from the cereal conveyor 38 and stored.
Further, the vertical auger 15a is erected on the body frame 2, and is disposed on the side of the waste disposal unit 19 at the rear part of the Glen tank 13, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, via a fixing member 15b. The Glen tank 13 is rotatably fixed to the rear surface. The vertical auger 15 a is covered with a vertical auger cover 50 on the sides and the rear.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, the Glen tank 13 has a shape in which the upper part is wide on the inside and front of the fuselage and the lower part is narrow, that is, the front upper part and the upper left part in the traveling direction are formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape. Is as large as possible. A fixing tool 91 is attached to the inner side surface (threshing part 12 side) of the upper part of the Glen tank 13, and the fixing tool 91 is hooked to a stay, a pin or the like fixed to the inner side of the machine body (threshing part 12). The glen tank 13 is detachably fixed to the threshing portion 12 by engaging a fixing member 91a. The fixing member 91a is linked to a lever 97 disposed on the lower side of the Glen tank by a wire, a link mechanism or the like, and when moving (turning) the Glen tank 13 for maintenance or the like, the lever 97 Is operated, the operation of the lever 97 and the fixing member 91a are interlocked, the lock of the fixing tool 91 is released, and the glen tank 13 can be rotated.
In addition, when the Glen tank 13 is stored, the fixture 91 is locked. A pipe-shaped member 92 extends downward from the fixture 91. The pipe-shaped member 92 is reinforced by forming an upper portion along the outer periphery of the inner surface of the Glen tank 13 and a lower portion formed in an L shape in front view with the end facing outward. A rotating roller 93 is rotatably disposed at a bent portion at the lower end of the pipe-shaped member 92. That is, the rotation roller 93 is disposed at the lower right front portion in the traveling direction of the Glen tank 13.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4, the extension of the rotation axis of the rotation roller 93 is arranged toward the center of the vertical auger 15 a serving as a rotation fulcrum when the glen tank 13 is rotated. Further, the rotation roller 93 is arranged so that a straight line A connecting the center of the rotation roller 93 and the center of the vertical auger 15a is located on the inner side of the machine with respect to the Glen tank gravity center G. The rotation roller 93 is rotatably fixed to a plate 94, and the plate 94 is attached to an attachment member 95 that is fixed to a pipe-like member 92 by welding or the like. As shown in FIG. 3, the attachment member 95 is disposed below the pipe-shaped member 92, and has both ends protruding upward. The end of the mounting member 95 on the inner side of the machine body is formed in a square shape when viewed from the side, and the upper end is fixed to the side surface of the pipe-shaped member 92 by welding or the like.
Further, a notch 95a (FIG. 4) is provided in the rear part of the mounting member 95 on the inner side of the machine body, and the rotating roller 93 is disposed in the notch 95a. The lower end of the rotation roller 93 is fixed to the mounting member 95 so as to be disposed below the lower surface of the mounting member 95, so that the Glen tank 13 can be easily moved. Further, a guide 99 (FIG. 4) is provided on the machine body side, and when the Glen tank 13 is stored in the machine body, a mounting member 95 is fitted into the guide 99 and used for positioning when the Glen tank 13 is stored. In addition, the Glen tank 13 is easily stored.
[0015]
Thus, by arranging the extension line of the rotation axis of the rotation roller 93 toward the center of the vertical auger 15a, the axis of the rotation roller 93 is always rotated (moved) toward the vertical auger 15a. Since the roller rotates without slipping, the turning operation of the Glen tank 13 can be performed with a light operation force. In addition, since the rotation roller 93 is arranged so that the straight line A connecting the center of the rotation roller 93 and the center of the vertical auger 15a is located inside the body of the Glen tank center of gravity G, the left and right sides of the Glen tank 13 are traveled. The load due to the shaking of the threshing is less likely to be related to the threshing portion 12, and the durability of the threshing portion 12 is improved. Further, when the glen tank 13 is opened, the rotating roller 93 is supported on the airframe until it is separated from the airframe, so that it can be operated with a light operating force.
In addition, the rotating roller is arranged so that the center of gravity of the Glen tank is located outside the machine from the straight line A connecting the rotating roller and the vertical auger. The durability of other parts is improved.
Further, since the extension line of the rotation axis of the rotating roller is arranged toward the center of the vertical auger, the center of the rotating roller can always be rotated toward the vertical auger, and the roller rotates without slipping. Therefore, the Glen tank can be rotated with a light operating force.
[0016]
Next, the support structure of the vertical auger cover 50 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 6, the vertical auger cover 50 is formed in a substantially L shape in plan sectional view, and one side (front end) is a right side portion of the vertical auger 15 a and is pivotally supported on the rear side portion of the Glen tank 13. Thus, the rotation support shaft 56 of the vertical auger cover 50 is used. Further, the other side (rear end) of the vertical auger cover 50 is fixed to the side surface of the waste disposal unit 19 by a detachable fixing device 60, and the vertical auger cover 50 is opened and closed by operating the fixing device 60. Is doing.
[0017]
First, a structure for supporting the vertical auger cover 50 to the Glen tank 13 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 6, one side of the mounting plate 51 is fixed to the rear side surface of the Glen tank 13, and the mounting plate 52 is fixed to the front inner surface of the vertical auger cover 50. A rotating support shaft 56 is provided at the end of the mounting plate 51, and the mounting plates 51 and 52 are pivotally supported.
The mounting plate 51 is L-shaped in a side view and has a horizontal portion 51a formed at the top, and one side of an elastic member 55 such as a spring is locked to the horizontal portion 51a. A lower portion of the mounting plate 51 is formed with a vertical portion 51b parallel to the rear surface of the grain tank 13, and the vertical portion 51b and the rear surface of the grain tank 13 are fixed by a fixing means such as a bolt, thereby A mounting plate 51 is fixed to the base plate 13. The outer side of the body of the mounting plate 51 is formed in an L shape in plan view. The rear surfaces of the left and right surfaces 51c with respect to the traveling direction of the body are brought into contact with the mounting plate 52, and the ends of the left and right surfaces 51c are The pivot shaft 56 is pivotally supported.
[0018]
On the other hand, the mounting plate 52 is disposed inside the front portion of the vertical auger cover 50, has an L-shape in rear view, and forms a horizontal portion 52a at the top, and the other side of the elastic member 55 is placed on the horizontal portion 52a. Locked. Below the horizontal portion 52a, a vertical portion 52b substantially parallel to the side surface of the vertical auger cover 50 is formed, and the vertical portion 52b and the inner side surface of the vertical auger cover 50 are fixed by a fixing means such as a bolt, thereby A mounting plate 52 is fixed to the cover 50.
Further, the front portion of the mounting plate 52 is formed in an L shape in plan view, and the front surfaces of the left and right surfaces 52c with respect to the traveling direction of the machine body are brought into contact with the left and right surfaces 51c of the mounting plate 51. The vertical auger cover 50 is rotatably supported by the Glen tank 13 by pivotally supporting the end portion on the rotation support shaft 56. The elastic member 55 is biased outward, that is, in a direction in which the vertical auger cover 50 opens.
[0019]
Next, the fixing device 60 will be described with reference to FIGS.
The fixing device 60 is interposed between the waste disposal unit 19 and the vertical auger cover 50, and operates to fix and release the vertical auger cover 50. As shown in FIG. 6, a rotation fulcrum 19a is provided at the rear right side of the vertical auger 15a and on the front right side of the rejection processing unit 19, and the rejection processing unit 19 rotates rearward around the rotation fulcrum 19a. It is configured to be possible. A guide member 61 is fixed behind the rotation fulcrum 19a on the outer peripheral surface of the side of the waste disposal section 19. The guide member 61 includes a fixing portion 61a that is fixed to the rejection processing portion 19 and a guide portion 61b that guides a shaft 63 and a pin 66 described later. The fixing portion 61a is provided with a long hole, and is fixed to the side wall of the evacuation processing portion 19 so that the position thereof can be adjusted by fixing means such as a bolt. As shown in FIG. 8, the guide portion 61b is formed in a substantially U-shape when viewed from the back, and a guide groove 61c is formed in the center portion. The guide groove 61c is formed in the front-rear direction and has a shape in which both ends are open.
[0020]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, a mounting base 65 projects from the rear end of the inner surface of the vertical auger cover 50 toward the front. A support member 64 having a U-shape in plan view is fixed to the front surface of the mounting base 65. A shaft 63 is inserted into the support member 64 in the left-right direction. An end surface on one side of the shaft 63 (exclusion processing unit 19 side) is formed into a spherical surface and is fitted into the guide groove 61c. A pin 66 is inserted into the end of the shaft 63, and the pin 66 is disposed in a space surrounded by the fixed portion 61a and the guide portion 61b. When the pin 66 is arranged in the vertical direction, the guide portion 61 b and the pin 66 are engaged so that the shaft 63 does not come off from the guide member 61.
[0021]
A spring 69 is disposed on the outer periphery of the shaft 63 inside the U-shaped support member 64. Further, a lever 67 is disposed on the side of the rejection processing portion 19 of the support member 64 formed in the U-shape. The lever 67 is formed in an L shape in a plan view, and the end portions of the left and right surfaces 67 a are in contact with one end portion of the spring 69. A hole is formed on one side of the front and rear surface 67b of the lever 67 (the front side in this embodiment) in the left-right direction (the same direction as the shaft 63), and the shaft 63 is inserted into the hole, The lever 67 and the shaft 63 can be integrally rotated, and the rotation of the lever 67 and the shaft 63 are interlocked. The lever 67 protrudes outward from a hole provided in the vicinity of the rear end of the vertical auger cover 50 so that the lever 67 can be operated from the outside of the vertical auger cover 50. The spring 69 normally urges the lever 67 to a fixed position (shown in FIG. 9A), that is, a position where the pin 66 and the guide groove 61c are orthogonal to each other.
[0022]
With such a configuration, when the vertical auger cover 50 is closed, the pin 66 of the fixing device 60 is arranged in the vertical direction (front-rear direction), that is, the pin 66 and the guide groove 61c are arranged. The shafts 63 are arranged so as to be slid without being pulled out by the guide portions 61b and the pins 66, and the vertical auger cover 50 is kept closed. Then, when opening the vertical auger cover 50, as shown in FIG. 9B, the lever 67 is rotated, and the guide groove 61c and the pin 66 are leveled to release the fixing. Since the vertical auger cover 50 is always urged by the elastic member 55 so that the vertical auger cover 50 is opened, when the fixing device 60 is released, the pin 66 is removed from the guide groove 61c, and the vertical auger cover 50 is removed. open. On the other hand, when closing, the longitudinal auger cover 50 is rotated inward of the body against the urging force of the elastic member 55 and the lever 67 is operated to the unlocked position so that the guide groove 61c and the pin 66 are A pin 66 is inserted into the guide groove 61c so as to be parallel, and the lever 67 is released. The lever 67 returns to the fixed position as shown in FIG. 9A by the biasing force of the spring 69, and fixes the vertical auger cover 50 in the closed state.
[0023]
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, when the Glen tank 13 is rotated and moved for maintenance or the like, when the Glen tank 13 is rotated outward, the tip of the shaft 63 is fixed to the fixing portion 61a as shown by an arrow. It slides forward while abutting on. Then, the tip of the shaft 63 and the pin 66 come out from the opening portion in front of the guide, and the vertical auger cover 50 is opened by the urging force of the elastic member 55. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11, when the waste disposal cylinder 19 is rotated for maintenance or the like, the waste disposal cylinder 19 is centered around a pivot fulcrum 19 a provided on the front side of the waste disposal cylinder 19. At the same time, the guide member 61 is also rotated backward. Therefore, at the same time as the vertical auger cover 50 rotates rearward, as indicated by an arrow, the tip of the shaft 63 slides backward while coming into contact with the fixed portion 61a, and the tip of the shaft 63 from the open portion at the rear of the guide. And the pin 66 comes off, the fixing by the fixing device 60 is released, and the vertical auger cover 50 is opened by the urging force of the elastic member 55.
[0024]
With the above-described configuration, when the glen tank 13 and the waste disposal unit 19 are rotated for maintenance or the like, the fixing device 60 is simultaneously released and the vertical auger cover 50 is opened. There is no need to release the cover 50 and maintenance work is easy to perform. Further, it is possible to prevent damage such as deformation of the vertical auger cover 50 due to forgetting to release the fixing of the vertical auger cover 50. Further, by providing the lever 67, only the vertical auger cover 50 can be opened by operating the lever 67.
