Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inhaler for floating oil and the like for sucking oils and scum (hereinafter referred to as floating oil) floating on the surface of a waste water tank for collecting waste water discharged from a food processing plant or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Waste water containing fats and oils, fine solids, etc. is discharged from food processing plants, etc., but the waste water contains fats and oils and scum and cannot be disposed as it is. , I have to separate in the field. When commissioned to a waste disposal contractor, it is necessary to pay a large amount of treatment fee, and the cost burden increases. Therefore, oils and scum are usually separated by a wastewater treatment apparatus as shown in FIG.
[0003]
The conventional wastewater treatment apparatus shown in FIG. 1 will be described. The floating oil or the like floating on the water surface L of the wastewater W stored in the wastewater tank 1 is activated by the inhaler 3 that starts the scum pump 2 and is held on the water surface by the float 3a. Inhalation, the solid content is separated by the filter 5 through the flexible hose 4, further passed through the oil / water separator 6, and separated into oil and water. The water is returned to the waste water tank 1, and the oil is separated into the separated oil recovery tank 7. It collects in.
[0004]
However, since the float 3a hangs not only the inhaler 3 but also one end of the flexible hose 4, the flexible hose 4 comes into contact with the bottom of the waste water tank 1 when the water level L decreases, and the load applied to the float 3a decreases. However, the suction port of the inhaler 3 becomes higher than the water surface L, and there is a problem that inhalation is impossible.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved is that the conventional inhaler for floating oil or the like has a suction port of the inhaler 3 that is higher than the water surface L, and may not be able to be inhaled. An inhaler for floating oil or the like in which the suction port is held at a certain level with respect to the water surface L is provided.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the first invention is provided with upper and lower horizontal fixing plates 37 a and 37 b which are fixed to each other by a column group 36, and has an outer vertical upper end closing which is fitted with an annular path 39. A vertical guide pipe 40 for guiding floating oil or the like, in which the lower part of the outer cylinder 32 and the lower part of the inner descending pipe 31 are fixed to the upper and lower horizontal fixing plates 37a and 37b, respectively, and the upper end opening is set at a position higher than the water surface L. the provided, the slidably watertight with respect to the vertical guide tube 40 outside surface of fitting the downcomer 31 to descend toward the floating oil and the like to the vertical guide tube 40 from above, the lower end of the outer cylinder 32 An inhaler for floating oil or the like provided with a float 33 that keeps the opening at a certain level with respect to the water surface L. Even if the water surface L fluctuates, the float 33 follows the lower surface 31 and the outer cylinder by the float 33. 32 moves up and down, and the lower end of the outer cylinder 32 is the water surface L Also it is always kept slightly lower level, when you start the pump 20, a stable floating oil and the like of the wastewater tank water is sucked and conveyed to the filter, oil water separator, and the like.
[0007]
The second invention is a modified embodiment of the first invention, wherein a plurality of floats 33 are attached to the upper surface and each corner of the peripheral edge of the substantially regular polygonal horizontal plate 35. inside of the float 33, and the column group 36 is erected around the center of the horizontal plate 35, so as to maintain a constant level of the lower end opening of the outer tube 32 relative to the water surface L, downcomer 31 and the outer cylinder 32 Is fixed.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 6. Reference numeral 40 denotes a vertical guide pipe for guiding floating oil or the like, the upper end opening of which is fixed at a position higher than the water surface L, and downstream thereof. It is connected to the pump 20 via a line 45 on the side.
[0009]
The inhaler 30 of the present invention will be described. Reference numerals 37a and 37b are upper and lower horizontal fixing plates fixed to each other by a column group 36, and a lower portion of an outer vertical upper end closing outer cylinder 32 fitted with an annular path 39 fitted thereto. The lower part of the inner downcomer 31 is fixed to the upper and lower horizontal fixing plates 37a and 37b, respectively. 31 is a downcomer for lowering toward the floating oil and the like to the vertical guide tube 40, Ru der crowded fitted from slidably upward watertight against the outer surface of the vertical guide tube 40. Floating oil or the like which is sucked from the lower end of the outer tube 32, rises in the annular passage formed between an outer surface of the downcomer 31, is then to enter the downcomer 31 is inverted upon reaching the highest position . Note that the upper end portion of the downcomer 31 is cut obliquely in order to facilitate reversal of floating oil and the like.
[0010]
Reference numeral 33 denotes a float for holding the lower end opening of the outer cylinder 32 at a certain level with respect to the water surface L, and each corner of the upper surface of the peripheral edge (corner) of the substantially regular polygonal (regular triangle in the figure) horizontal plate 35. A plurality (three in the figure) are attached to the part . The column group 36 in the center around the several multiple of and the horizontal plate 35 on the inside of the water flat 35 on the float 33 (three in the drawing) are erected. The downcomer pipe 31 and the outer cylinder 32 are fixed to the horizontal plate 35 so as to pass through the center line via the column group 36 and the horizontal fixing plate 37, whereby the lower end opening of the outer cylinder 32 is made to the water surface L. It can be held at a certain level.
[0011]
Although the lower end opening of the outer cylinder 32 and the center of the float 33 are at substantially the same level, the lower end opening of the outer cylinder 32 is held at a certain level with respect to the water surface L when the inhaler 30 floats on the water surface. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the size, number, etc. of the float 33. Further, in the center of the horizontal plate 35 and the fixed plate 37, holes G and H through which the guide tube 40 is passed are formed so that they can move up and down together with the descending tube 31 and the outer cylinder 32.
[0012]
The operation will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower end opening of the outer cylinder 32 is always held at a constant level which is vertical and slightly lower than the water surface L by the buoyancy of the float 33. This state does not change even if the water surface L fluctuates, and the downcomer pipe 31 and the outer cylinder 32 move up and down integrally with the float 33 that follows the water surface L, so that it is always maintained. Next, when the pump 20 is started, the floating oil or the like is stably sucked from the lower end opening of the outer cylinder 32 and is transported to the filter / oil separator.
[0013]
Now will be described the horizontal fixing plate 37 a, the guiding action of the floating oil, etc. 37b by 5 and 6, of the horizontal fixing plate 37 a, 37b, provided immediately below the lower end opening of the outer tube 32, and the opening 37b with a slight gap (3 to 5 mm) formed between them has a function of guiding water in the horizontal direction toward the opening when water is sucked, thereby floating oil floating on the water surface around the outer cylinder 32 Etc. can be selectively guided and inhaled, the amount of water inhaled can be reduced, and wasteful water circulation can be suppressed. As further shown in FIG. 6, it is preferable that the upper end on a horizontal fixing plate 37 b of the underlying lower than the water surface L, and is vertically provided a vertical guide tube 38 which surrounds the lower end of the outer tube 32.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, even if the water surface L fluctuates, the downcomer pipe 31 and the outer cylinder 32 are moved up and down by the float 33, and the lower end of the outer cylinder 32 is made lower than the water surface L. It can be held at a slightly lower level, and can float up floating oil and the like stably from the lower end opening of the outer cylinder 32 and carry it to a filter / oil separator.
