続いて、S30に進み、カウント値cに1を加算し、タイマtを予め決められた所定の油種別待ち時間T(Tは液面に発生した泡が消えるまでの油種別待ち時間であり、例えば、ガソリンは3秒、軽油は5秒に設定する)にセットする。
【0095】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fuel supply device, and more particularly to a fuel supply device having an automatic additional supply function in which a nozzle is connected to a supply port of a tank to be supplied and the supply at a small flow rate is performed a predetermined number of times after the nozzle is automatically closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Examples of the fuel supply device that supplies fuel to the supplied tank include a measuring machine that supplies gasoline or the like to a fuel tank mounted on a vehicle. In this type of weighing machine, a liquid supply nozzle is connected to the liquid supply system via a liquid supply hose. When the liquid supply nozzle is removed from the nozzle hook, the nozzle switch is turned on and the pump is started. The liquid can be supplied. Then, a liquid supply operator (a worker at a liquid supply station or a driver in the case of the self-service method) opens the valve mechanism built in the liquid supply nozzle by opening the nozzle lever of the liquid supply nozzle. The fuel supplied by the pump by the valve can be supplied to the fuel tank.
[0003]
For example, when supplying gasoline to the fuel tank of a vehicle, after inserting the discharge pipe of the supply nozzle into the supply port of the fuel tank, the nozzle lever is held in the valve open position and the supply is continued. When the liquid level rises and reaches the liquid supply port, the automatic valve closing mechanism operates to stop the liquid supply. This automatic valve closing mechanism is operated only while the air from the air introduction hole provided at the tip of the discharge pipe of the liquid supply nozzle is supplied to the negative pressure generating unit that generates a negative pressure as the oil liquid is discharged. The mechanism is configured to hold the valve open.
[0004]
And when the liquid level in the fuel tank rises and the air introduction hole of the discharge pipe is closed, the air supply to the negative pressure generating part is shut off, so the negative pressure in the negative pressure generating part increases. The opening of the valve mechanism is released and the main valve is closed.
[0005]
By the way, in the liquid supply nozzle equipped with the automatic valve closing mechanism as described above, the air introduction hole provided at the tip of the discharge pipe is blocked by bubbles generated on the liquid level as the liquid level rises in the fuel tank. If this happens, the automatic valve closing operation may occur even though the actual liquid level is considerably below the liquid supply port. The amount of bubbles generated varies depending on the type of oil and the shape of the liquid supply port, and generally the amount of bubbles generated when gas oil is supplied is higher than that of gasoline.
[0006]
In the conventional liquid supply nozzle, when the valve closing operation is performed by detecting the liquid level of the automatic valve closing mechanism during liquid supply, an operator (a worker at a liquid supply station or a driver in the case of a self-service system) However, it is necessary to manually open the nozzle lever of the liquid supply nozzle to open the valve mechanism of the liquid supply nozzle in a half-open state and perform additional liquid supply at a small flow rate.
[0007]
In view of this, it has been considered that the fuel supply device is configured to automatically perform the above-described additional fuel supply when a full tank is supplied using a liquid supply nozzle having an automatic valve closing mechanism based on liquid level detection.
[0008]
In that case, as shown in FIG. 1, at time T1, the liquid supply nozzle is removed from the nozzle hook and the pump is started, and at time T2, the liquid supply nozzle is opened to increase the flow rate (F H ) Liquid supply is started. And after automatic valve closing by liquid level detection, small flow rate (F L ) Is started, and when the number of times of this additional liquid supply is counted by a counter c and reaches a predetermined number of times set in advance (for example, count value c = 3 times), the additional liquid supply is stopped.
[0009]
Thereby, after the liquid supply nozzle is automatically closed by the bubble detection, it is possible to supply the fuel tank to a full tank state by performing additional liquid supply a predetermined number of times.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the fuel supply device, when the full liquid supply is performed using the liquid supply nozzle having an automatic valve closing mechanism based on the liquid level detection, the full liquid supply is terminated at the value of the counter c that counts the number of additional liquid supply. Therefore, for example, depending on the shape of the fuel tank mounted on the vehicle, a high flow rate (F H ), The liquid level may be detected due to the rebounding of the oil liquid, and the automatic valve closing mechanism of the liquid supply nozzle is closed to stop the liquid supply.
[0011]
Thus, when the automatic valve closing mechanism of the liquid supply nozzle is activated due to erroneous detection of the liquid level, the operator restarts the second liquid supply by operating the nozzle lever of the liquid supply nozzle in the valve opening direction. . However, when the liquid level is detected again by rebounding of the oil and the automatic valve closing mechanism of the liquid supply nozzle is activated, the operator operates the nozzle lever of the liquid supply nozzle in the valve opening direction to supply the liquid for the third time. To resume.
[0012]
In this way, when the liquid supply start and the liquid supply stop are repeated three times, the count value c of the number of additional liquid supply reaches a predetermined number (for example, c = 3 times) as shown in FIG. Then, the full tank supply will end. For this reason, an operator (a worker at a liquid supply station or a driver in the case of the self-service system) needs to operate the full tank liquid supply from the beginning in order to fill the fuel tank. There was a problem that it took.
[0013]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fuel supply device that solves the above-described problems.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the following features are provided.
The present invention is a nozzle that is inserted into a supply port of a supplied tank and whose discharge amount is adjusted by operating a lever, detects a liquid level and automatically closes, and a flow rate that measures a flow rate discharged from the nozzle to the supplied tank. A pump that supplies fuel to the nozzle until the supplied tank is full, an automatic additional supply means that performs additional supply of fuel to the supplied tank a predetermined number of times after the nozzle automatically closes, and automatic addition A fuel comprising: a counter for counting the number of times of additional supply of fuel by the supply means; and a supply stop means for stopping the supply of fuel by the automatic additional supply means when the number of times counted by the counter reaches a predetermined number A flow rate determination means for determining whether or not the flow rate measured by the flowmeter at the time of additional refueling is equal to or higher than a predetermined flow rate, and the flow rate is equal to or higher than the predetermined flow rate by the flow rate determination means. Counter control means for clearing the count value of the number of times of additional fuel supply by the automatic additional supply means, and the automatic additional supply means when the flow rate is determined to be equal to or higher than a predetermined flow rate. By clearing the count value of the number of times of additional supply by, the liquid supply stop count when the valve is automatically closed before normal liquid level detection is made zero, and full liquid supply ends due to liquid level detection error To prevent that.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the nozzle that is inserted into the supply port of the tank to be supplied, the discharge amount is adjusted by the lever operation, the liquid level is detected and the valve is automatically closed, and the nozzle to the tank to be supplied. A flow meter that measures the discharged flow rate, a pump that supplies fuel to the nozzle until the supplied tank is full, and an additional supply of fuel to the supplied tank is performed a predetermined number of times after the nozzle is automatically closed. An automatic additional supply means, a counter for counting the number of times of additional fuel supply by the automatic additional supply means, and a supply for stopping the fuel supply by the automatic additional supply means when the number of times counted by the counter reaches a predetermined number A fuel supply apparatus comprising: a stop means; a flow rate determining means for determining whether or not a flow rate measured by the flow meter at the time of additional fueling is equal to or higher than a predetermined flow rate; A counter control means for clearing the count value of the number of times of additional fuel supply by the automatic additional supply means when the amount is determined to be greater than or equal to the predetermined flow rate, and therefore when the flow rate is determined to be greater than or equal to the predetermined flow rate By clearing the count value of the number of times of additional supply by the automatic additional supply means, the number of liquid supply stoppages when the valve is automatically closed before normal liquid level detection is reduced to zero due to erroneous detection of the liquid level. It is possible to prevent liquid supply from being completed.
[0100]
Therefore, even if the liquid level is detected by rebounding the oil liquid and the nozzle automatically closes when the liquid is supplied at a high flow rate, the flow rate is equal to or higher than the predetermined flow rate. However, since the count value is returned to zero, erroneous determination that the additional liquid supply has reached a predetermined number is prevented, and the reliability of the additional liquid supply is improved.
