ΔT1=(T1×α1)/2
ΔT2=(T2×α2)/2
【0016】
ΔT2=ΔT1×(Y1/X1)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a linear motion device such as a ball screw device or a linear guide device incorporated in an industrial machine or the like, and more particularly to a technique for improving operability and durability and reducing drive noise.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Machine tools such as machining centers and industrial robots often use linear motion devices that use balls and rollers as rolling elements in order to convert rotational motion into linear motion and to smoothly move the work table. ing.

[0007]
Such a defect is a phenomenon that occurs in general linear motion devices including balls and spacers in addition to the above-described ball screw device.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a linear motion device that has low driving noise and suppresses malfunction due to expansion and swelling of a spacer.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above-mentioned object is held by a linear motion body that fits externally on a shaft and moves relatively linearly along the shaft, and a rolling element groove formed on the inner surface side of the linear motion body. And a plurality of rolling elements that roll between the rolling elements, a separator interposed between the rolling elements, and the linearly-moving element, the one end side to the other end side of the rolling element groove In a linear motion device comprising a circulation path for circulating a rolling element and enclosing grease, a separator is formed of a molded body made of a liquid crystal polymer, or a resin or liquid crystal polymer containing a filler, and the filler is made of balls. The expansion coefficient in the first direction connecting the surfaces that are in contact with the rolling elements is orthogonal to the first direction. smaller than the expansion rate in the second direction It is achieved by a linear motion apparatus which is characterized and.
[0010]
In the above description, the first direction is the AB direction in FIG. 3, the second direction is the CD direction shown in FIG. 3, and in the following description, the first direction is the AB direction and the second direction is the CD direction. It is called direction.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the linear motion device of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0012]
In the present invention, the type of linear motion device and its specific configuration and structure are not particularly limited, and can be a ball screw device, a linear guide device, a linear bearing device, or the like provided with a separator.
[0013]
As a ball screw device, the thing shown in Drawing 1 and
[0014]
More specifically, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 4, the center of the
[0015]
Further, assuming that the expansion rate in the AB direction of the
ΔT1 = (T1 × α1) / 2
ΔT2 = (T2 × α2) / 2
[0016]
Therefore, if ΔT2 ≧ ΔT1, the change in the approach amount between the balls is small. In general, in the linear motion device, it is necessary to increase the number of filled
[0017]
Further, since the coordinates of the point E are (X1, Y1) and the coordinates of the point F are (X1−ΔT2, Y1 + ΔT1),
(X1-ΔT2) 2 + (Y1 + ΔT1) 2 = R 2
If the above equation is expanded, ΔT1 2 and ΔT2 2 are ignored as minute amounts, and X1 2 + Y1 2 = R 2 is substituted,
ΔT2 = ΔT1 × (Y1 / X1)
Is derived. Therefore, ΔT2 increases as the angle EOX increases, and ΔT1 = ΔT2 when the angle is 45 °. However, when the angle EOX exceeds 45 °, ΔT2 increases at a ratio of Y1 / X1 to ΔT1. For this reason, the angle EOX is preferably 60 ° or less.
[0018]
When the radius of curvature R of the
[0019]
As described above, in order to make the expansion ratios different in the AB direction and the CD direction, a resin composition in which a filler is blended with a resin is used in which the filler is dispersed in the first direction and the second direction. It may be formed differently. Examples of the resin include polyamide resins such as polyamide 6, polyamide 66, polyamide 46, and aromatic polyamide, polyacetal resin, polybutylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate elastomer, and polybutylene naphthalate elastomer. An aromatic polyester-based melt type liquid crystal polymer (hereinafter abbreviated as “liquid crystal polymer”) can also be used, and examples thereof include commercial products shown in the following (A) to (E). (A) is "Econol" manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd., (B) is "Zeider" manufactured by Nippon Petrochemical Co., Ltd., (C) is "Vectra" manufactured by Polyplastics Co., Ltd. “Novacurate” manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation and (E) are “Rod Run” manufactured by Unitika Ltd.

[0021]
As the filler, a material having an aspect ratio (length / diameter) of 2 or more is preferable, and a material having an aspect ratio of 5 or more is particularly preferable. Specific examples include glass fiber, carbon fiber, titanium fiber, potassium whisker, and aluminum borate whisker. The blending amount of these fillers is preferably 10 to 50% by weight, particularly 20 to 40% by weight, based on the total amount of the resin composition. When the blending amount of the filler is less than 10% by weight, sufficient anisotropy cannot be imparted, and when it exceeds 50% by weight, the viscosity of the melt is too high and the moldability becomes poor. Further, the expansion ratio (α2 / α1) tends to increase as the blending amount of the filler increases.
[0022]
Moreover, the orientation direction of the filler can be controlled by the position of the molding gate when molding the resin composition. For example, as schematically shown in FIG. 5, by setting the gate position at the central portion of the
[0023]
In addition, when using a liquid crystal polymer, it is not necessary to mix | blend a filler. The liquid crystal polymer has rigid molecules, maintains a crystal structure roughly even in a molten state, has little entanglement, and exhibits orientation by shear during flow. Therefore, when injection molding is performed, the shear rate is large near the mold, and the shear rate is small in the center of the mold space. Due to this difference in shear rate, the surface portion and the inside of the molded product (here, the separator) The form (morphology) is different and a multi-layer structure is adopted despite the same material. That is, when the liquid crystal polymer passes through the mold at high speed during injection molding, a gradient occurs in the shear rate of the liquid crystal polymer that flows from the mold wall surface toward the center in the thickness direction of the fluidized part, and the liquid crystal polymer crystals are blended. Thus, anisotropy is imparted. When the liquid crystal polymer is used alone, the anisotropy can be controlled by the gate position in the same manner as when the filler is blended.

The ball screw device configured as described above is filled with grease for lubrication. The grease may be a known one, and examples thereof include greases comprising a base oil and a thickener shown below.
[0033]
The base oil of the grease is not limited, but mineral oils and synthetic lubricants can be preferably used. The mineral oil-based lubricating oil is not limited, and for example, paraffinic mineral oil, naphthenic mineral oil, and mixed oils thereof can be used. Synthetic lubricating oils are also not limited, but for example, synthetic hydrocarbon oils, ether oils, ester oils and fluorine oils can be used. Specifically, poly α-olefin oil or the like as the synthetic hydrocarbon oil, dialkyl diphenyl ether oil, alkyl triphenyl ether oil, alkyl tetraphenyl ether oil or the like as the ether oil, diester oil or neopentyl type as the ester oil. Examples include polyol ester oils, or complex ester oils, aromatic ester oils, and the like, and examples of fluoro oils include perfluoroether oil, fluorosilicone oil, chlorotrifluoroethylene oil, and fluorophosphazene oil. . These lubricating oils may be used alone or in appropriate combination of a plurality of types. Among these, considering lubricating performance and life at high temperature and high speed, it is preferable that a synthetic lubricating oil is contained, and particularly an ester oil and an ether oil are preferably contained. Moreover, it is preferable that mineral oil type lubricating oil contains from a cost surface.
[0034]
Further, the base oil,
[0035]
The thickener of the grease can be used without particular limitation as long as it is a substance that is colloidally dispersed in the base oil to make the base oil semi-solid or solid. Examples of such a thickener include metal soap-type thickeners such as lithium soap, calcium soap, sodium soap, aluminum soap, lithium complex soap, calcium complex soap, sodium complex soap, barium complex soap, and aluminum complex soap. Inorganic thickeners such as bentonite and clay, and organic thickeners such as monourea compounds, diurea compounds, triurea compounds, tetraurea compounds, urethane compounds, and sodium terephthalate. Among these, each urea compound is preferable. These thickeners may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
[0036]
The content of the thickener is preferably 3 to 40% by mass, particularly 5 to 25% by mass, based on the total amount of grease. When the content of the thickener is less than 3% by mass, it is difficult to maintain the grease state, and when it exceeds 40% by mass, the grease is too hard to expect a sufficient lubricating effect and also causes an increase in torque.
[0037]
Various additives may be added to the grease. For example, it can be added antioxidants, rust inhibitors, oiliness agents, the metals passivating agent and the like. Any of them may be known ones, but examples of the antioxidant include amines such as phenyl-1-naphthylamine, phenols such as 2,6-di-t-butylphenol, sulfurs, and zinc dithiophosphates. Mention may be made of antioxidants. Examples of the rust inhibitor include organic sulfonates of alkali metals or alkaline earth metals, alkyl or alkenyl succinic acid derivatives such as alkyl or alkenyl succinic acid esters, partial esters of polyhydric alcohols such as sorbitan monooleate, and the like . Can be mentioned. Examples of the oil agent include fatty acids and animal and vegetable oils. Examples of the metal deactivator include benzotriazole.
[0038]
As described above, the ball screw device has been illustrated and described with respect to the embodiment of the present invention. However, the linear guide device, which is another linear motion device, can be reduced in noise, durability, and operation by inserting the same spacer. It is possible to improve the performance.
[0039]
For example, FIG. 14 shows an example of a linear guide device, and this linear guide device includes a

【Example】
The present invention will be further described below with reference to examples and comparative examples.
(Test-1: Verification of blending amount of filler)
First, polyamide 66 (“Ultramid A” manufactured by BASF), liquid crystal polymer (“Vectra” manufactured by Polyplastics Co., Ltd.) and glass fiber (
[0041]
And the small piece of the direction orthogonal to the orientation direction of a filler and an orientation direction was further cut out from the test piece, and the average linear expansion coefficient in 30 degreeC-100 degreeC was measured about each using TMA (Thermal Mechanical Analyzer). The average linear expansion coefficient in the orientation direction of the filler is α1, and the average linear expansion coefficient in the direction orthogonal thereto is α2. FIG. 15 is a graph showing the relationship between the glass fiber content in polyamide 66 and (α2 / α1).
[0042]
[Table 1]
[0043]
[Table 2]
[0044]
From Table 1, Table 2, and FIG. 15, it can be seen that if the glass fiber content is 10% by weight or more, the preferable anisotropy (α2 / α1) is 2 or more. Also, the anisotropy (α2 / α1) tends to increase as the glass fiber content increases. From Table 2, it can be seen that the liquid crystal polymer can obtain sufficient anisotropy without blending glass fibers.
[0045]
(Test-2: Durability / Operability Test)
Using the molding material shown in Table 3, a separator having a concave spherical surface formed with two curvature radii R having different cross-sectional shapes, that is, centers, as shown in FIG. Incidentally, “Vectra” manufactured by Polyplastics Co., Ltd. is used as the liquid crystal polymer, “Ultramid A” manufactured by BASF is used as the polyamide 66, and glass fiber manufactured by Fuji Fiber Glass Co., Ltd. (
[0046]
Then, using a linear guide device (designation number: LH30) manufactured by Nippon Seiko Co., Ltd. as a test device, the produced separator was inserted between balls, and the mineral oil-lithium soap system Albania No. Two greases were filled in the circulation path. The initial gap after all the balls and separators were arranged in the entire ball row was 50% of the ball diameter.
[0047]
The linear guide device was traveled 3000 km under the condition that a preload was applied using a large ball with a feed speed of 1 m / s, a stroke of 1000 mm, no load, and the clearance after the travel was measured. In addition, the linear guide device was moved by hand before and after running, and the operability was evaluated from the feel. The results are shown in Table 3.
[0048]
[Table 3]
[0049]
As shown in Table 3, it can be seen that by using an anisotropic separator according to the present invention, the amount of change in the gap is small and the operability is also improved.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a linear motion device that operates stably over a long period of time with little drive noise and no malfunction caused by expansion and swelling of the spacer.
