本発明は、敷地境界などに好適に設けられる乾式の塀に関し、特に遮音性に優れる塀に関する。

従来、実開昭53−10547号公報には支柱に設けられた断面コ字形の止め金具に鋼板塀が取り付けられた乾式の塀が提案されている。又、特開平9−144387号公報には、取付板部を持つ支柱と、外装材とこれに鉛直方向に取り付けた断面C字形取付部材とを備え、断面C字形取付部材に支柱の取付板部を入れ込むことで支柱に対してセメント系無機質板などからなる外装材を取り付けた乾式外構が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記実開昭53−10547号公報に提案されている如き乾式の塀に於いては、鋼板塀の重量が嵩み、施工性に問題があった。又、特開平9−144387号公報に提案されている乾式外構に於いては、セメント系無機質板をパネルとするため重量が嵩み、施工性に問題があった。更に、上記いずれの乾式塀に於いても、視線を遮るという効果はあるものの、遮音性能が劣るという問題があった。

そこで本発明者は従来の欠点に鑑み鋭意研究の結果、施工性に優れ、遮音性能にも優れる乾式塀を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明請求項1記載の乾式塀は、地表に適宜間隔をおいて立設された支柱と、この支柱間に亘って架設されたパネルからなる乾式塀であって、このパネルは表裏に複合板が空間を介して設けられていると共に、前記複合板が合成樹脂からなる基体とこの基体の表裏に貼着された金属箔から製せられているので、複合板の間に間隔がおかれているので、遮音性に優れる。

又、本発明請求項2記載の乾式塀は、前記複合板が、オレフィン系合成樹脂の表裏にアルミ箔が貼着されて製せられているので、基体が塩素原子を含まない合成樹脂からなるので、廃棄物として焼却されたときなどに塩素ガスやダイオキシンなどの有害な物資とを排出することがない。又表裏の金属箔がアルミニウムからなるので軽量で、錆びにくく耐食性に優れる。

又、本発明請求項3記載の乾式塀は、複合板の表裏を構成するアルミ箔の少なくとも一方に合成樹脂からなる化粧層を形成したもので、パネルの表面が美麗で、傷が目立ちにく、耐食性に更に優れる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明に付いて説明する。図1は本発明乾式塀の実施形態の一例を示す正面図であり、図に於いて1はパネルであり、地表に適宜間隔で立設された支柱2間に亘って架設されている。パネルの上縁には笠木3が設けられ、パネルを保持するとともに、パネルの上縁を隠蔽している。

パネルの上縁と下縁には、断面コ字形の横枠が配設され、左右縁には縦枠が配設されている。この横枠と縦枠の表裏に複合板が空間を介して設けられている。表裏の複合板間の空間にはグラスウール製のマットが挿入されている。

図2は本発明乾式塀におけるパネル1に用いられる複合板の実施形態の一例を示す断面図である。パネル1を構成する複合板は合成樹脂製の基体11の両面にアルミ箔が貼着され、このアルミ箔の表面に合成樹脂からなる化粧層13が形成されている。基体11の表面に貼着される金属箔12はアルミ箔に限るものではないが、防錆性に優れ軽量であるのでアルミ箔が好適である。

上述の如く、本発明請求項1記載の乾式塀は、地表に適宜間隔をおいて立設された支柱と、この支柱間に亘って架設されたパネルからなる乾式塀であって、このパネルは表裏に複合板が空間を介して設けられていると共に、前記複合板が合成樹脂からなる基体とこの基体の表裏に貼着された金属箔から製せられているので、複合板の間に間隔がおかれているので、遮音性に優れる。
