There is a problem that causes
[0012]
Therefore, the present invention was devised in view of the above points, and by increasing the heater capacity in the vicinity of the door that consumes a large amount of temperature, it is possible to make the time to the set temperature uniform, thereby preventing uneven burning. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for preventing baking unevenness in an oven and an oven.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the baking unevenness prevention method in the oven according to the present invention includes an upper heating heating unit and a lower heating heating unit arranged at the upper and lower portions of the baking chamber respectively equipped with opening / closing doors on both side ends. In the method for firing an object to be fired, a step of providing a heating part for upper fire between each opening / closing door side and the opening / closing door side, and between the opening / closing door side A step of disposing at least one temperature sensor in the heating unit for fire, a step of providing a shielding plate so that the temperature sensor is not directly exposed to outside air, and an upper fire between the doors by the temperature sensor. Here, the difference in temperature drop between the heating part for the upper fire between the opening and closing doors and the heating part for the upper heating between the opening and closing doors when the opening and closing door is opened, By providing an electrical heating output difference with the upper heating part, when the upper heating part on the door side is heated together with the upper heating part between the opening and closing doors, it is fired by reaching the set temperature at the same time. By making the temperature in the room uniform, uneven baking can be prevented.
[0015]
In order to achieve the above object, an oven according to the present invention is an oven in which opening / closing doors are attached to both ends, and an upper heating heating unit and a lower heating heating unit are arranged at the upper and lower portions of the baking chamber. And means for providing the heating part for the upper fire between the opening and closing door side and the opening and closing door side, and means for providing at least one temperature sensor in the heating part for the upper fire between the opening and closing door side. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention.

[0025]
However, opening the door will cause a temperature difference between block A and block B. In the case of heating control by the temperature sensor in block B, block A is turned off before reaching the temperature setting. Temperature unevenness occurs between A and the block B.
[0026]
Further, in the case of heating control by the temperature sensor in the block A, before the block A reaches the set temperature, the block B rises to the set temperature or more and temperature unevenness occurs.
[0027]
Therefore, in consideration of the temperature difference between the block A and the block B in advance, for example, when the output of the heating part for the upper fire is set to 2 Kw, the output current in the block A is 6A and the output current in the block B is 3.7A. Thus, the temperature in the block A is set to be equal at the same time as the block B reaches the set temperature.
Therefore, by performing temperature control in the entire electric heater in the block A and the block B, temperature control without causing uniform temperature unevenness is possible.
[0028]
Here, the number of the blocks B between the two doors A is not necessarily one, and each block B may be constituted by two or three electric heaters.
[0029]
In the present invention having the above-described configuration, the electric heater in the block A on the door side has a uniform temperature state by increasing the output over the electric heater in the block B in order to prevent uneven burning due to a temperature drop due to heat radiation from the door. It is set as such a structure.
[0030]
Therefore, when the temperature sensor senses the temperature drop in the firing chamber due to opening the door, and the ON temperature is controlled to the set temperature, the temperature difference between the electric heaters in the block A and the block B is calculated as the electric heat in the block A and the block B. It is possible to control the firing chamber to be in a uniform temperature state by eliminating it within the ON time due to the difference in the output of the heater.

Next, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are explanatory views showing another example of the baking unevenness prevention method in the oven to which the present invention is applied.

[0037]
Here, in consideration of the temperature difference between the block A1 and the block B1 and the block A2 and the block B2, for example, when the output of the heating part for the upper fire is set to 2 Kw, the output current in the block A1 and the block A2 is set to 6A. By setting the output current in B1 and block B2 to 3.7 A, the temperature in block A1 or block A2 is set to be equal at the same time that block B1 or block B2 reaches the set temperature by temperature sensing by each
Therefore, by performing temperature control in the entire electric heater in the block A and the block B, temperature control without causing uniform temperature unevenness is possible.
[0038]
In the present invention configured as described above, the electric heaters in the block A1 and the block A2 on the open / close door side have higher output than the electric heaters in the block B1 and the block B2 in order to prevent uneven burning due to a temperature drop due to heat radiation from the open / close door. Thus, the temperature is uniform.
[0039]
Accordingly, when the temperature sensor in the block A1 and the block B1 and the temperature sensor in the block A2 and the block B2 sense the temperature drop in the baking chamber due to opening the door, and the ON temperature is controlled to the set temperature, the electric heat in the block A1 and the block B1 The temperature difference of the heater and the temperature difference of the electric heater in block A2 and block B2 are eliminated within the ON time by the output difference of the electric heater in block A1 and block B1 and block A2 and block B2, thereby equalizing the inside of the firing chamber It is possible to control the temperature so as to be in a proper temperature state.
[0040]
Further, in the present invention, temperature unevenness is suppressed by changing the heater output for each block, but if the output value is fixed, temperature unevenness is caused by wear of the opening / closing door packing caused by long-term use. It can happen.
However, the oven has a function to arbitrarily adjust the output in units of 1% from the control panel in units of blocks of the heating part for the upper fire.
Therefore, temperature irregularity can be eliminated by changing the percentage of the output value from the control panel.
[0041]
For example, the initial value of the output of the block A facing the door and the block B adjacent to the block B is 100%, but the temperature in the block A is deteriorated due to deterioration of the door packing due to long-term use. When the drop becomes large, the output percentage of the block B is lowered according to the temperature drop, so that the temperature unevenness of the block A and the block B can be eliminated.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the temperature difference between the electric heater on the door side and the electric heater adjacent thereto due to the temperature drop in the firing chamber caused by the opening and closing of the door, and the output difference to the electric heater. By controlling so that it may become a uniform temperature state by providing, baking of the confectionery and bread which does not produce baking unevenness is attained.
