この発明は、例えばマグカップ等のような取っ手を有するカップ用ホルダーに関し、特にカップの回転を防止することができるようにしたものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、マグカップの専用ホルダーは無く、図６に示すように、ホルダー100の切欠部110に、マグカップ200の取っ手210を差し込んでいた。
なお、切欠部のあるホルダーとしては、例えば特開平７−１８６８０８号公報、実用新案登録第３０２５７３０号公報等が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記した図６に示す従来のホルダー100では、その円形のカップ保持穴120中でマグカップ200が回転し易く、その取っ手210が切欠部110を開閉するアーム130にはまり込んだり、或いは手前の引き手140にはまり込み、マグカップ200がカップ保持穴120から抜けなくなってしまうという問題点があった。

そこで、各請求項にそれぞれ記載された各発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、次の点にある。

（ホルダー10）
図中、10は、ホルダーを示すものであり、例えば自動車等に取り付けられ、取っ手21を有するマグカップ等のカップ20を上方から挿入して保持できるようにしている。

なお、ホルダー10の取付部位は、自動車等の車両に限らず、家具等であっても良い。
また、カップ20は、取っ手21があれば良く、マグカップに限定されない。さらに、ホルダー10の用途としては、取っ手の無い缶やペットボトル類も保持することができる。

上記ホルダー10は、大別すると、次のパーツより構成されている。

ベース30は、図示しないが、車室内にスライド可能に保持され、引き手31を持って、手前に引き出して使用する。
そして、ベース30には、図１〜３に示すように、取っ手21を有するカップ20がはまり込む円形のカップ保持穴32を設けている。

上記カップ保持穴32には、図１〜３に示すように、その円周上の一部を切り欠き、カップ20の取っ手21がはまり込む切欠部33を設けている。
また、カップ保持穴32の真下には、図１〜３に示すように、カップ保持穴32から挿入したカップ20の底が載る底板34を設けている。
なお、ベース30は、スライドタイプに限定されず、扉状に開閉できるようにしたり、或いは固定式としても良い。

（２）アーム40
アーム40は、図１〜３に示すように、切欠部33に上下方向に移動可能に取り付けられている。
具体的には、アーム40の一端部には、図２に示すように、横に突出した軸41を設け、この軸41を切欠部33を挟んで対向する一方の端部、例えば手前側の端部に軸止している。

そして、アーム40は、図３に示すように、水平或いはベース30と平行な上昇状態では、カップ保持穴32の切欠部33を閉じている。アーム40の最大上昇位置は、図示しないが、その上縁部が切欠部33の端部に当接した位置で規制される。
これに対し、アーム40が、図１に示すように、軸41を中心に下方に回転した下降状態では、カップ保持穴32の切欠部33を開放する。アーム40の最大上下降置は、その自由端部が底板34の当接した位置で規制される。

なお、アーム40に軸41を設けたが、逆にカップ保持穴32の切欠部33に軸を設けても良い。
（３）スプリング50
スプリング50は、図２に示すように、アーム40の軸41に通され、図３に示すように、アーム40を上昇状態に向かって付勢する。そして、カップ20の取っ手21が載った状態では、アーム40は、図１に示すように、カップ20の自重等により、スプリング50のばね力に抗して、軸41を中心に下方に回転する。

なお、スプリング50により付勢部材を構成したが、付勢部材としては、スプリング50に限らず、板ばね等でも良い。
（使用方法）
カップ20の取っ手21を、図１に示すように、カップ保持穴32の切欠部33に位置させて、カップ20をカップ保持穴32に挿入すれば良い。

カップ20を挿入すると、図１に示すように、アーム40がカップ20の取っ手21により押し下げられ、スプリング50のばね力に抗して、軸41を中心に下方に回転する。
そして、アーム40は、図１に示すように、その自由端部が底板34の当接した位置で停止する。

その後、カップ20から手を離しても、カップ20の自重等により、アーム40は、図１に示すように、下降状態を維持する。
そして、アーム40がカップ保持穴32中で回転しようとすると、カップ20の取っ手21がアーム40に当たって手前方向には回転できない。
また、アーム40が奥側に向かって回転しようとすると、切欠部33を挟んで対向する奥側の端部に、カップ20の取っ手21が当たって奥方向にも回転が規制される。

一方、カップ保持穴32からカップ20を抜き取ると、アーム40が、図３に示すように、スプリング50のばね復元力により、軸41を中心に上方に回転する。
このため、カップ保持穴32の切欠部33は、図３に示すように、アーム40により閉じられる。
例えば、図示しないが、切欠部33より小さい直径を有するペン等をカップ保持穴32に差しておいても、切欠部33を通して抜け落ちる心配がない。
（第２の実施の形態）
図４〜５は、本発明の他の実施の形態を示すものである。

本発明の実施の形態の特徴は、図４〜５に示すように、アーム40を上下方向にスライドできるようにした点にある。
