Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a method for preventing mud mud under a railroad track. More specifically, mud mud is prevented (or suppressed) by covering the roadbed surface after removing the ballast from the ballast roadbed. It relates to the construction method.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
The ballast roadbed under the railroad track is formed by laying ballast such as crushed stone and gravel on the roadbed, and its role is to disperse the train load transmitted from the sleepers embedded on the ballast roadbed when passing the train. Or to absorb the vibration of the traveling vehicle.
However, as the number of train passes increases and the speed increases, the ballast wears due to train loads, and the compacted state of the ballast road bed relaxes and fluidizes. This fluidization causes the sleepers to float, sink, and shift. Occur.
[0003]
By the way, when the roadbed under the ballast roadbed is soil, rainwater permeates and the roadbed becomes soft. When the train passes in this state, mud is ejected from the roadbed (roadbed mud). The loading and unloading of the train load on the vehicle alternately occur, the muddy water is sucked at the time of unloading, and the muddy water is diffused and ejected at the time of reloading (roadbed mud). If you pass this mud section by train, you can easily see it because it shakes up and down.
This mud causes an increase in vibration and noise, and if the mud is left untreated, it leads to an increase in track misalignment and deterioration in ride comfort.
[0004]
For this reason, conventionally, after removing the ballast on the ballast roadbed, an appropriate laminated sheet material (consisting of a protective layer, a water shielding sheet and a drainage layer) is laid on the removed roadbed surface, and then the ballast is backfilled. Construction method is adopted.
However, even if this method can prevent or suppress roadbed mud, it is not effective for roadbed mud due to accumulated rainwater.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors of the present invention have been diligently studying a construction method that can reduce or reduce vibration and noise by preventing or suppressing such roadbed mud and roadbed mud, and that can be operated relatively easily in a short time. However, instead of using the conventional laminated sheet material, after spraying the two-pack type urethane-based coating material on the above-mentioned roadbed surface, if the ballast is backfilled, the coating material polymer penetrates to the inside between the ballasts, The present inventors have found that an optimum fixing force for track stability is manifested and that desired mud prevention can be achieved, and consequently vibration and noise can be reduced, and the present invention has been completed.
[0006]
That is, the present invention provides a噴泥prevention method under railroad track-out the Remove ballast ballast bed under railway tracks, pressure rolling the roadbed surface allowed exposed main agent described below in the roadbed surface When spraying a two-component urethane type coating material composed of a curing agent, after spraying the main agent, spraying the curing agent and then backfilling the ballast before the coating material is cured, It is an object of the present invention to provide a mud prevention method characterized in that a foam-like coating layer that penetrates and adheres to ballast is formed between the board surfaces .
[0007]
The two-component urethane-based coating material used in the present invention is , for example, a polyether polyol containing at least an ethylene oxide portion described in Japanese Patent No. 2886433 (at least ethylene oxide is used as an alkylene oxide in the polyether polyol). Main components (solvents, plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants, etc., if necessary) consisting of urethane prepolymers containing terminal isocyanate groups obtained by reacting organic polyisocyanate compounds (such as 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate) with and appropriate amount), is constructed out with water (addition of a curing catalyst such as urea or thiourea if necessary) as a curing agent, the coating material is excellent particularly fast curing.
In order to impart flame retardancy, a polyether polyol melamine modified product (a melamine is dispersed in a polyether polyol) in a polyether polyol containing at least an ethylene oxide part, which is a raw material component of a terminal isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer. In addition, it is preferable to use melamine and those introduced into the polyol molecule in the production process of the polyether polyol.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The mud prevention method under the railway track according to the present invention can be carried out according to the following procedure.
i) First, a troubled sleeper is removed, and then a ballast is excavated on a predetermined ballast roadbed, for example, by heavy equipment, scraped, and subjected to floor roughening to expose the roadbed surface. Next , the roadbed surface is rolled with a compactor rammer to smooth the surface.
ii) Next, the main component of the two-component urethane-based coating material is uniformly sprayed on the roadbed surface. For spraying, for example, a watering can or a funnel can is used (spreading holes are preferably adjusted to have a diameter of about 5 mm), and spraying is usually performed in an amount of 2 to 7 kg / m 2 .
And the water of a hardening | curing agent is normally spread | dispersed in the quantity of 1-3.5 kg / m < 2 > 3-30 minutes after main agent dispersion | spreading. The reaction gradually progresses by spraying water, and it is finished in foam.
[0009]
iii) Immediately after the spraying of the main agent / curing agent (water) in this way or after standing for 5 to 30 minutes, the original or new ballast is backfilled, and then, if necessary, HTT (hand tie tamper) Conduct track maintenance at etc.
In general, curing and curing of the coating material polymer requires 30 minutes or more, but usually a certain degree of curing proceeds at the end of backfilling, and there is no problem in passing the train.
iv) Furthermore, for the purpose of stabilizing this new ballast roadbed, if necessary, after sufficiently solidifying with a tie tamper, the main agent and the hardener ( Spray water) in sequence.
[0010]
【Example】
Next, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples (including comparative examples).
Example 1
In the vicinity of rail joints where vibrations are particularly strong when passing through the train, and after removing the ballast on the ballast roadbed in the vicinity, the exposed roadbed surface (approximately 6 m 2 ) On the other hand, about 20 kg of the main component of the two-pack type urethane-based coating material (“Penguin Cement 2090A” manufactured by Sunstar Giken Co., Ltd.) is sprayed evenly with a one-hole can provided with a 5 mmφ spray hole. Apply about 10 kg of curing agent (curing catalyst-containing aqueous solution). Then, after 5 minutes, the new ballast is backfilled and finally the track is maintained.
The noise at the time of passing through a train was measured using a sound level meter in accordance with Article 71 of the Measurement Act, based on “Environmental Standards on Shinkansen Railway Noise” in Article 9 of the Pollution Control Basic Law. A reduction of 2.0-2.9 dB was observed.
When a commercially available coating material sheet was used instead of the two-component urethane-based coating material, no noise reduction effect was observed.
