【0010】
となる。ただし、x(t)=v(t)、
u(t)=τ(t)、
a=−D0 、
b=τ、
c=1、である。

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the vibration suppression control apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a block diagram of the speed control compensator shown in FIG.
In FIG. 1,
A block 101 is a mechanical system including a motor, and a block 102 is a mechanical vibration detection device including an equivalent rigid body model 103, a proportional calculation means 104, and a high-
That is, the transfer function of the mechanism system 101 including the motor can be separated into an equivalent rigid system and a mechanical resonance system (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-56183). Therefore, a state observer (observer: a system that can estimate the internal state of the controlled object so that the same output as that of the controlled object can be output to the actual controlled object model) is modeled on the former equivalent rigid system. To do. Considering only the angular velocity v of the equivalent rigid system as the state x, and assuming that the motor torque τ is the control input u,

Therefore, the state equation and output equation of the equivalent rigid system are
[Equation 8]
It becomes. Where x (t) = v (t),
u (t) = τ (t),
a = -D0,
b = τ,
c = 1.
From the above equation, the following equation observer can be configured.
[0011]
[Equation 9]
Therefore, the estimated angular velocity value v of the equivalent rigid system is given by the following equation.
[0012]
[Expression 10]
Here, when the output y is given by the motor angular velocity Vfb instead of v, it can be expressed by a block diagram in the block 102 of FIG.
The mechanical vibration signal to be obtained is obtained by a difference signal e between the motor speed feedback Vfb and the estimated angular velocity value of the equivalent rigid body model 103.
[0013]
[Expression 11]
However, since the observer does not consider the torque disturbance d, if there is a step-like torque disturbance d, an estimation error remains in the difference signal e. Therefore, the difference signal e is passed through the high-

In this equation, when K = 1 is increased to a certain value when α = 1, the roots of the characteristic equation (characteristic roots) can all be stabilized and vibration control becomes possible, but α approaches 0. Then, even if Kf is increased, the characteristic root cannot be stabilized, and the damping effect is lost. Therefore, in order to suppress vibration even when α approaches 0, the
