【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、室内等で洗濯物を干す際に使用する簡易型物干し装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
室内等で洗濯物を干す際に使用する簡易型物干し装置には、従来、特開平７−２５０９９３号公報に記載のように、物干し竿と、この物干し竿を支持する一対のスタンドとを備え、各スタンドに、物干し竿に着脱自在に嵌合する嵌合筒部と、この嵌合筒部から下方に下広がり状に伸びる一対の支持脚とを設けたものがある。
この物干し装置を使用する際には、各スタンドの嵌合筒部を物干し竿の両端部の外周側に遊嵌状に套嵌し、物干し竿と嵌合筒部との遊び分によって両スタンドが正面視八の字状になるように、各スタンドの上部側を内側に若干倒した状態でセットして起立させている。
そして、使用後は、各スタンドの嵌合筒部から物干し竿を抜き、２個のスタンドと物干し竿とに分解して保管できるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この物干し装置でも、使用後に各スタンドの嵌合筒部から物干し竿を抜き取れば、物干し竿と２個のスタンドとに分解できるため、物干し竿とスタンドとが一体型の他の物干し装置等に比較して使用後の保管等が容易になる利点がある。
しかし、この従来の物干し装置は、一対の支持脚の上端を嵌合筒部に固定し、、この嵌合筒部から下方に伸びる一対の支持脚が下広がり状態のままであるため、使用後に分解して保管する場合に、支持脚が下広がり状態のままで一対のスタンドを重ね合わせて保管しなければならない。このため、物干し竿とスタンドとに分解できるとは言え、スタンド側の嵩張りが大きく、室内の壁際等に立て掛けるか、又は壁際に壁に沿って倒して保管するとしても邪魔になる欠点がある。また一対のスタンドと物干し竿とを別々に保管する必要があり、この点でも問題がある。
本発明は、このような従来の課題に鑑み、使用後にスタンドを物干し竿から分解して物干し竿内に収納でき、一本の物干し竿と同じ状態で嵩張りなく保管できると共に、物干し竿とスタンドとの組み立て分解、及びスタンドの物干し竿に対する挿脱を容易にでき、しかもスタンドを収納した状態で物干し竿としても使用できる簡易型物干し装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、両端が開放する筒状の物干し竿1 と、この物干し竿1 の両端側を支持する着脱自在な一対のスタンド2 とを備えた簡易型物干し装置において、物干し竿1 は両端部に直径方向のスリット 3 を有し、各スタンド２は物干し竿1 に着脱自在に嵌合する嵌合部4 と、使用時には嵌合部4 から下方に下広がり状態に起立して物干し竿 1 を支持し且つ不使用時には窄めた状態で物干し竿 1 内に挿入可能な一対の支持脚5 とを帯状弾性材により一体に構成し、嵌合部 4 はその全幅が物干し竿 1 の外端側からスリット 3 に嵌脱自在に嵌合する嵌合板部 7 と、この嵌合板部 7 の両端から物干し竿 1 の外周に沿って下内側に円弧状に湾曲しその弾性力により物干し竿 1 のスリット 3 から下側の半分を掴持する一対の掴持部 8 とを備え、各掴持部 8 の下端に、各掴持部 8 の下端から外側に屈曲する屈曲部 9 を介して支持脚 5 を接続したものである。

各支持脚 5 の下端に滑り止め部 6 を設けてもよい。スタンド 2 は物干し竿 1 内にその長手方向の両側から挿入可能にしてもよい。支持脚 5 、滑り止め部 6 は、物干し竿 1 内に挿入したときに物干し竿 1 の内面に沿う形状としてもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述する。
図１乃至図１０は本発明の第１の実施形態を例示する。この簡易型物干し装置は、図１乃至図３に示すように、物干し竿1 と、この物干し竿1 を両端側で支持する一対のスタンド2 とを備えている。物干し竿1 は、両端が開放した円筒状に構成されており、その両端部には直径方向のスリット3 が略同一方向に形成されている。
なお、物干し竿1 には、鉄パイプ、ステンレスパイプ、アルミ合金パイプ等の金属パイプ、又は塩化ビニールパイプ等の合成樹脂パイプが用いられている。

各スタンド2 は、図４乃至図６に示すように、物干し竿1 に着脱自在に嵌合する嵌合部4 と、この嵌合部4 から下方に伸びる一対の支持脚5 と、この両支持脚5 を下広がり状の広がり状態に保持し且つ両支持脚5 が広がり状態と窄まり状態との間で開閉するように弾性変形可能な弾性部と、各支持脚5 の下端に装着された滑り止め部6 とを備え、一対の支持脚5 が窄まり状態の時に、その支持脚5 を物干し竿1 内に両側から挿脱自在に挿入できるようになっている。

嵌合部4 及び支持脚5 は、板バネ等の帯状材により一体に構成されている。嵌合部4 は、物干し竿1 のスリット3 に嵌脱自在に嵌合する嵌合板部7 と、この嵌合板部7 の両端からも物干し竿1 の外周に沿って下側に円弧状に湾曲し且つ物干し竿1 の外周から掴持する一対の掴持部8 とを備え、嵌合板部7 をスリット3 に嵌合させた状態で、この嵌合板部7 と掴持部8 とで物干し竿1 のスリット3 から下側の半分を弾性的に掴持するようになっている。

各支持脚5 は略真っ直ぐな棒状であって、幅方向の中央部が外側に突出すべく横断面円弧状に湾曲させて、物干し竿1 に懸かる洗濯物の荷重等に対して十分に抗し得ると共に、支持脚5 を物干し竿1 内にその内面に沿って容易に挿入し得るようにしている。各支持脚5 の上端側は、屈曲部9 を介して嵌合部4 の各掴持部8 の下端に一体に接続されている。
なお、屈曲部9 には、図４及び図５に示す如く、嵌合部4 の掴持部8 に対して支持脚5 が揺れ動かないように、支持脚5 側から緩やかに連続的に湾曲して物干し竿1 の外周に当接するリブ10が一体に形成されている。

弾性部は嵌合部4 の一部である掴持部8 により兼用されており、嵌合部4 を物干し竿1 に嵌着した時に、両支持脚5 を下広がり状の広がり状態に保持し、また嵌合部4 を物干し竿1 に着脱する時に掴持部8 が外側に広がるように弾性変形し、更に各支持脚5 を物干し竿1 内に挿入する時に両支持脚5 の滑り止め部6 側が当接する程度まで窄まるべく弾性変形するようになっている。

滑り止め部6 は、スタンド2 を床面11等に立てた時に、床面11の損傷を防止すると共に滑りによる支持脚5 の広がりを防止するためのもので、ゴム、合成樹脂等の材料により成形され、図７に示すように支持脚5 の下端部に下側から嵌着されている。
この物干し装置を使用する際には、図１乃至図３に示すように、物干し竿1 の両端部に各スタンド2 を装着し、この各スタンド2 の合計４本の支持脚5 により床面11上に起立させる。

各スタンド2 を物干し竿1 の両端側に装着する場合には、図４に示す如く、嵌合部4 の嵌合板部7 を物干し竿1 のスリット3 に挿入し、その掴持部8 により物干し竿1 の外周を下側から掴持させれば良い。
この状態では、嵌合部4 の嵌合板部7 が物干し竿1 のスリット3 に嵌合し、この嵌合板部7 と嵌合板部7 の掴持部8 とで物干し竿1 の下側の半分を掴持しているので、各スタンド2 を物干し竿1 の両端部に確実に固定できる。従って、２個のスタンド2 により物干し竿1 を安定性良く支持できる。

物干し竿1 に洗濯物12を掛けた場合、その荷重を各スタンド2 の支持脚5 で支持するが、支持脚5 が横断面円弧状に形成されているので、板バネ等の帯板材を使用しているにも拘わらず、支持脚5 に十分な強度を確保できる。
使用後に保管する際には、先ず各スタンド2 を物干し竿1 の両端から取り外し、そのスタンド2 の支持脚5 を窄まり状態に閉じて、図８及び図９に示すように物干し竿1 内に両側から挿入する。

各スタンド2 を物干し竿1 から取り外す場合には、嵌合部4 の近傍側で一対の支持脚5 を外側に押すと、嵌合部4 の嵌合板部7 の両側で掴持部8 が図４に仮想線で示すように外側に広がるので、掴持部8 を広げた状態で嵌合板部7 を物干し竿1 のスリット3 から抜き取れば良く、スタンド2 を物干し竿1 の両端部から容易に取り外して分解できる。

各スタンド2 を取り外した後は、一対の支持脚5 を窄まり状態に閉じて、その状態で滑り止め部6 側から支持脚5 を物干し竿1 内に挿入すれば、スタンド2 を物干し竿1 内に容易に収納できる。従って、物干し竿1 に各スタンド2 を挿入した状態で保管すれば良く、この収納状態では全体を１本の物干し竿1 と略同等に取り扱うことが可能であり、従来のスタンド2 の嵩張りの問題を解消でき、僅かのスペースで容易に保管できる。

各スタンド2 は、その支持脚5 を物干し竿1 の両側に別々に挿入して収納するめた、２個のスタンド2 を物干し竿1 の同一側に一緒に挿入する場合に比較して、物干し竿1 の直径を小さくできる。
支持脚5 を閉じる場合、嵌合部4 の近傍側で一対の支持脚5 を両側から片手で掴むと、嵌合部4 の各掴持部8 側がその弾性力に抗して内側へと弾性変形し、支持脚5 の先端側の滑り止め部6 が当接するように一対の支持脚5 が先窄まり状に窄まる。このため、スタンド2 の支持脚5 を物干し竿1 に挿入する時の取り扱いが容易である。

支持脚5 を物干し竿1 内に挿入すると、一対の支持脚5 が図８及び図９に示す状態で嵌合部4 の掴持部8 側の弾性力により物干し竿1 の内面側に圧接するため、その弾性力によりスタンド2 を収納状態で物干し竿1 内に略固定できる。従って、その後に物干し竿1 を取り扱う場合にも、スタンド2 が摺動して物干し竿1 から不用意に脱落することもない。

スタンド2 を物干し竿1 に収納した状態では、図８に示すようにその嵌合部4 の嵌合板部7 側が物干し竿1 から突出する程度であり、スタンド2 が特に邪魔になることもないし、またスタンド2 を抜き取る場合には、その嵌合部4 の嵌合板部7 を把持して外方へと引き抜けば良く、スタンド2 を物干し竿1 から簡単に取り出すこともできる。

またスタンド2 を物干し竿1 内に収納した状態で全体を１本の物干し竿1 と略同等に取り扱うことができるので、その状態で通常の物干し竿1 としても使用できる。例えば、図１０に示すように、家屋13のベランダ14側の上部に物干し用受け具15がある場合には、スタンド2 を収納した状態の物干し竿1 を物干し用受け具15に支架して使用することもできる。このため、本来的には、屋内等で使用する簡易型物干し装置であるにも拘わらず、その全体を１本の物干し竿1 として使用でき汎用性が向上する。
スタンド2 は、その嵌合部4 から各支持脚5 に亘って帯板材で一体に構成しているので、スタンド2 全体の構造が非常に簡単であり、スタンド2 を容易且つ安価に製作できる。

図１１は本発明の第２の実施形態を例示し、物干し竿1 の両端部に補強パイプ16を套嵌し、この物干し竿1 と補強パイプ16の両者に跨がってスリット3 を形成したものである。なお、補強パイプ16は、その材料に応じて溶接、接着等で物干し竿1 に固定されている。
この場合には、補強パイプ16によって物干し竿1 の両端部を補強できるため、物干し竿1 自体に比較的肉厚の薄い金属パイプ、又は塩化ビニールパイプその他の合成樹脂パイプを使用でき、スタンド2 を安価に製作できる。

図１２は本発明の第３の実施形態を例示し、スタンド2 の嵌合部4 をＣ字状に構成し、この嵌合部4 を物干し竿1 の外周側に着脱自在に嵌合するようにしたものである。嵌合部4 は弾性部6 を兼用しており、嵌合部4 を物干し竿1 に嵌脱する場合、一対の支持脚5 間の間隔を窄めて物干し竿1 に挿入する場合には、その嵌合部4 が内外方向に弾性変形するようになっている。
なお、スタンド2 の全体は、第１の実施形態と同様に板バネ等の帯板材により一体に形成されている。

この場合には、嵌合部4 が物干し竿1 の外周側に嵌合して、その弾性力により物干し竿1 を弾性的に掴持するため、物干し竿1 側にスリット3 を形成する必要がなく、物干し竿1 の端面側の損傷を少なくできると共に、スタンド2 を物干し竿1 の任意の位置に固定できる。

また嵌合部4 を物干し竿1 に応じて円形状に成形すれば良いので、嵌合部4 と支持脚5 と帯板材等により一体成形する場合にも、その成形が容易である。
なお、嵌合部4 は、図１２に仮想線で示す如く、自由状態の時に一対の支持脚5 の間隔が窄まる程度にしておき、この物干し竿1 の外周に套嵌した時に、一対の支持脚5 が所定角度まで広がり、また物干し竿1 に挿入する時に自由状態から更に支持脚5 間の間隔を窄めるようにしても良い。

図１３及び図１４は本発明の第４の実施形態を例示し、嵌合部4 を板バネ等の帯板材によりＣ字状に構成し、この嵌合部4 にパイプ状の支持脚5 を接続したものである。Ｃ字状の嵌合部4 の両端下部には、屈曲部9 を介して筒状の接続部17が一体に形成されている。
接続部17は、嵌合部4 を形成する帯板材の幅方向の両端側を外側に湾曲させて筒状に形成されており、屈曲部9 の外側には、嵌合部4 の幅方向の両端側から接続部17側へと連続状に変形するリブ10が設けられている。従って、嵌合部4 は、リブ10側を除く上側の部分が弾性変形可能になっている。

各支持脚5 は細手のパイプ材により構成され、その上端部が接続部17に套嵌し固定されている。滑り止め部6 は、下面側が凹凸状になっている。
この場合には、支持脚5 をパイプ材により構成しているため、支持脚5 に肉厚の薄い材料を使用でき、スタンド2 を容易且つ安価に製作できる。また支持脚5 がパイプ材であるため、デザイン的にも良く意匠性が向上する。

また接続部17を筒状に構成し、この接続部17に屈曲部9 の近傍までパイプ状の支持脚5 を套嵌しているので、接続部17に対して支持脚5 を確実に固定できる。しかも、屈曲部9 に、接続部17に連なるリブ10があるので、嵌合部4 に屈曲部9 を介して接続部17を一体に設けているにも拘わらず、屈曲部9 をリブ10によって補強でき、屈曲部9 に対する応力の集中、これに伴う屈曲部9 の損傷、変形等防止できる。

図１５及び図１６は本発明の第５の実施形態を例示し、物干し竿1 の長さをスタンド2 の支持脚5 の長さの２倍以下にしたものである。
物干し竿1 の長さが短い場合には、両スタンド2 の嵌合部4 同士が略直角になるように支持脚5 を物干し竿1 内に挿入する。これによって物干し竿1 内での各スタンド2 の支持脚5 同士が長手方向に干渉し合うことがなく、短い物干し竿1 でも容易にスタンド2 を収納できる。

図１７乃至図１９は本発明の第６の実施形態を例示し、帯板材からなるＣ字状の嵌合部4 の両端下部に屈曲部9 を介して支持部18を設け、この支持部18に枢軸19により支持脚5 を枢支し、支持脚5 を枢軸19廻りに広がり方向に付勢する付勢バネ20を設けたものである。
支持部18は嵌合部4 と一体に形成されている。支持部18には外側に突出する一対の突部21があり、その突部21間に枢軸19が挿支されている。支持脚5 は、枢軸19よりも上端に、嵌合部4 に下側から当接する当接部22を有し、この当接部22が嵌合部4 に当接するように付勢バネ20で付勢されている。

付勢バネ20には枢軸19に套嵌されたつる巻きバネが使用されており、その一端が支持脚5 に、他端が支持部18に夫々係合されている。
なお、嵌合部4 と付勢バネ20とよって弾性部6 が構成されている。
この場合には、通常、各支持脚5 が付勢バネ20により枢軸19廻りに付勢されて、その当接部22が嵌合部4 側に当接している。従って、使用状態では、図１６及び図１７に示すように、各スタンド2 の支持脚5 を下広がり状に広げた状態で起立させておけば、その４本の支持脚5 により物干し竿1 を支持できる。

スタンド2 を物干し竿1 から取り外す時には、一対の支持脚5 を外側に押し広げる。すると当接部22が嵌合部4 に当接した状態になっているので、その当接部22よりも上側で嵌合部4 が弾性変形して広がり、物干し竿1 に対する嵌合部4 の固定を解除できる。そして、この状態のままで嵌合部4 を物干し竿1 から抜き取れば良い。
各スタンド2 を物干し竿1 内に挿入して収納する場合には、各支持脚5 を付勢バネ20に抗して枢軸19廻りに内側へと回動させて、一対の支持脚5 間の間隔を窄めた後、その支持脚5 を滑り止め部6 側から物干し竿1 内に挿入すれば良い。

以上、本発明の各実施形態について詳述したが、本発明は各実施形態に限定されるものではない。
例えば、各実施形態では、嵌合部4 側を帯板材により構成しているが、線材、パイプ材等を用いて構成しても良い。
また嵌合部4 は、物干し竿1 に嵌合した状態で物干し竿1 を弾性的に掴持するようにしているが、必ずしも物干し竿1 を掴持するように構成する必要はなく、単に物干し竿1 に遊嵌するだけであても良い。
更に物干し竿1 には長手方向に伸縮自在な伸縮調整部を中間部に設けても良い。また物干し竿1 を長手方向に２分割し、その間に調整竿を着脱自在に介在するように構成しても良い。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、両端が開放する筒状の物干し竿 1 と、この物干し竿 1 の両端側を支持する着脱自在な一対のスタンド 2 とを備えた簡易型物干し装置において、物干し竿1 は両端部に直径方向のスリット 3 を有し、各スタンド２は物干し竿1 に着脱自在に嵌合する嵌合部4 と、使用時には嵌合部4 から下方に下広がり状態に起立して物干し竿 1 を支持し且つ不使用時には窄めた状態で物干し竿 1 内に挿入可能な一対の支持脚5 とを帯状弾性材により一体に構成し、嵌合部 4 はその全幅が物干し竿 1 の外端側からスリット 3 に嵌脱自在に嵌合する嵌合板部 7 と、この嵌合板部 7 の両端から物干し竿 1 の外周に沿って下内側に円弧状に湾曲しその弾性力により物干し竿 1 のスリット 3 から下側の半分を掴持する一対の掴持部 8 とを備え、各掴持部 8 の下端に、各掴持部 8 の下端から外側に屈曲する屈曲部 9 を介して支持脚 5 を接続しているので、使用後にスタンド2 を物干し竿1 から分解して物干し竿1 内に収納でき、一本の物干し竿1 と同じ状態で嵩張りなく保管できると共に、物干し竿1 とスタンド2 との組み立て分解、及びスタンド2 の物干し竿1 に対する挿脱を容易にでき、しかもスタンド2 を物干し竿1 に挿入して収納した場合に、それらを１本の物干し竿1 としても使用できる。

However, in this conventional clothes drying apparatus, the upper ends of the pair of support legs are fixed to the fitting cylinder portion, and the pair of support legs extending downward from the fitting cylinder portion remains in the downwardly spread state. When disassembled and stored, the pair of stands must be stacked and stored with the support legs spread downward. For this reason, although it can be disassembled into a clothes basket and a stand, the stand side is bulky, and there is a disadvantage that even if it is leaned against the wall of the room etc. . In addition, it is necessary to store a pair of stands and a laundry basket separately.
In view of such a conventional problem, the present invention can disassemble the stand from the hanging basket after use and store it in the hanging basket, and can store it without bulk in the same state as a single drying basket.
