前側にツバを備え、フィット感が増し、運動時や風により脱げ落ちることのないサイズ調節可能な帽子がある（例えば、特許文献１）。これは、帽子本体後部中央に切除部を設け、この切除部にサイズ調節用ベルトとサイズ調節具を設け、サイズ調節用ベルトを伸縮性の弾性織布で形成して、サイズ調節可能にしたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
特許文献１の帽子は、被った状態で好みの状態にサイズ調節し得るので、フリーサイズキャップに比して快適感と安定感が向上するとある。本発明は、特許文献１のものとは異なる手段でもって、後頭部の下部にフィットする構成でもって運動時や風によって脱げ落ちることが防止でき、外部の音が遮られず、また音楽等を聴くためのイヤホーンやヘッドホーンの装着もし易く、更に、後頭部の保護範囲も広く、後頭部の日よけ効果も向上する帽子を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の帽子は、頭に被る帽子本体は、その下部開口を巡る周縁部として、左右両側周縁部と、前記左右両側周縁部の前方の前面側周縁部と、前記左右両側周縁部の後方に後面側周縁部を連続して一体に形成し、前記前面側周縁部には前方へ向けて延びたツバを備え、前記後面側周縁部は被った人の後頭部の下部に達するように前記ツバに対向して前記帽子本体と連続して一体に前記左右両側周縁部よりも下方へ向けて延びるよう形成され、前記後面側周縁部の帽子の後中央部に位置する部分には、左右両端部が固定された伸縮自在なバンドと、このバンドを伸縮自在な状態に包み込む包装部とが略水平方向に設けられ、前記左右両側周縁部の後部と前記後面側周縁部の左右両側とは前記左右両側周縁部から斜め下方に向かう傾斜周縁部で結ばれ、前記包装部は、前記後面側周縁部の一部分に形成されるように前記帽子本体の外被部材の一連によって構成されると共に、その左右両側の周縁部と切り込みによって分離された状態で前記バンドの左右固定部間の全体を前記バンドの伸縮を許容する状態に下から包むように前記帽子本体の外被部材が外側から内側へ折り返しにて形成され、前記バンドが収縮した状態で前記包装部の左右両端部とその左右両側の前記左右両側周縁部の端部とが近接または当接することを特徴とする。
