この場合、マニュアル呼出手段５２は、上記マニュアルのメインメニューを表示する前に、さらに上記表１に示した個人情報を参照する。当該個人情報とは、企業が従業員を管理する上で直接的には必要としないが、システムでの操作性を向上させるために収集した従業員に関する情報等が該当する。尚、個人情報も本発明における属性として捉えることができる。当該個人情報は、例えば記憶手段５３に格納されている。

ここで、表１に示す従業員「C」が例えば図１４における「５０ 結婚・出産・親族扶養・住所変更・通勤手当」を選択したとする。すると、マニュアル呼出手段５２は、上記個人情報における「C」を参照し、婚姻状況「なし」及び親族「なし」という情報を得ることができる。これに応じて、例えば図１６における「５０−０３ 子女の結婚」や、（Cが男性の場合）「５０−０５ 妻の出産」といった項目を省略することができる。

また、さらに、例えば図１６に示す項目の「５０−０１ 本人結婚」を選択した場合、マニュアル呼出手段５２は上記個人情報の「婚姻状況」を参照する。ここで、婚姻状況が「なし」である（即ち結婚していない）場合、結婚に際して必要となる手続のマニュアルの表示を行うが、婚姻状況が「あり」の場合、結婚に際して必要となる手続のマニュアルは表示しない、といったことが可能になる。

上述した個人情報の利用は一例であるが、個人情報を用いることで、企業内における従業員の所属部署にとどまらず、各個人それぞれに対応したマニュアルを表示することが可能となる。これにより、ユーザは自らが該当しない処理についてのマニュアルを閲覧することがなくなり、即ち後述する登録事象の誤った入力を防止することができる。

尚、従業員は、調べたい事項を調べ終わると、ディスプレイ１３へのマニュアルの表示を停止させる操作を行なう。具体的には、上記従業員は、ディスプレイ１３に表示されているマニュアルの中の「この画面を閉じる」を入力選択手段１４を用いて選択する。そうすると、選択判断手段１５は、「この画面をとじる」という項目が選択されたことを判断し、ポータル画像をディスプレイ１３に再度表示させる指示を、ネットワーク２及び通信手段３０を介して人事手続処理装置４へ送信する。

《業務システム》
次に、上記従業員が身上異動や年末調整に対応する手続項目に関連する登録事象の内容を人事手続処理装置４に登録する場面を説明する。

その際、上記従業員は、ディスプレイ１３に表示されているポータル画像上の「業務システム」を入力選択手段１４を用いて選択する。そうすると、選択判断手段１５が「業務システム」が選択されたことを判断し、その判断結果が、ネットワーク２及び通信手段３０を介して、人事手続処理装置４へ送信される。

ところで、上記の業務システムメニューは、上述したポータル画像と同様に、人事手続処理システムを使用する従業員の参照権限及び所属によってその内容が異なる。そのため、上記「業務システム」が選択されたという判断結果が通信手段４０によって受信されると、権限所属確認手段４１は、記憶手段４５に一時的に記憶されているＩＤ番号を有する従業員の参照権限及び所属を確認する（ステップ１１）。つまり、権限所属確認手段４１は、記憶手段４５に一時的に記憶されているＩＤ番号に対応する制度種別コード及び役職コードを検出する（ステップ１１）。なお、権限所属確認手段４１が行なう参照権限及び所属の確認は、図７〜図９を用いて既に説明した権限所属確認手段４１が行なう参照権限及び所属の確認と同じ処理内容なので、説明を省略する。

《手続メインメニュー》
ところで、上記の手続メインメニューは、上述したポータル画像や業務システムメニューと同様に、人事手続処理システムを使用する従業員の所属によってその内容が異なる。そのため、上記の「人事手続」が選択されたという判断結果が通信手段４０によって受信されると、権限所属確認手段４１は、記憶手段４５に一時的に記憶されているＩＤ番号を有する従業員の参照権限及び所属を確認する（ステップＡ１（図４参照））。つまり、権限所属確認手段４１は、記憶手段４５に一時的に記憶されているＩＤ番号に対応する役職コード及び制度種別コードを検出する（ステップＡ１）。なお、権限所属確認手段４１が行なう参照権限及び所属の確認は、図７〜図９を用いて既に説明した権限所属確認手段４１が行なう参照権限及び所属の確認と同じ処理内容なので、説明を省略する。

《入力項目の選択》
さて上述したように、手続メインメニューがディスプレイ１３に表示されると、いずれかの登録事象の内容を人事手続処理装置４に登録しようとする従業員は、手続メインメニューに表示されている登録事象又は手続項目のいずれかを選択する（ステップＡ３）。本実施の形態では、従業員は、いずれか特定の登録事象を選択しようとする場合、その特定の登録事象を、入力選択手段１４を用いて選択し、他方いずれか特定の手続項目を選択しようとする場合、その特定の手続項目を手続項目選択手段１７を用いて選択するものとする。
《登録事象を選択した際の処理》
まず、上記従業員が手続メインメニューに含まれている特定の登録事象を選択した場合について説明する。手続メインメニューに含まれている複数の登録事象の中の特定の登録事象の内容を登録しようとする従業員は、その登録しようとする特定の登録事象を、上記のように入力選択手段１４を用いて選択する。そうすると、選択判断手段１５が、上記従業員によって上記特定の登録事象が選択されたことを判断し、その判断結果を、通信手段１０、ネットワーク２及び通信手段３０を介して、人事手続処理装置４へ送信する。

人事手続処理装置４では、通信手段４０が、上記特定の登録事象が選択されたことを示す上記判断結果を受信し、選択項目判定手段４２がその判断結果に基づいて、複数の案内手段４６のうちの上記特定の登録事象に関連する案内手段４６を起動させるための指示を、単一実行手段４４に出力する。その単一実行手段４４は、選択項目判定手段４２からの上記指示に従って、上記特定の登録事象に関連する案内手段４６を起動させる。そして、単一実行手段４４の制御により起動した案内手段４６は、上記特定の登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内データを、通信手段４０、通信手段３０及びネットワーク２を介して人事手続端末１へ送信する。

このようにして案内データが人事手続端末１へ送信されると、その案内データは人事手続端末１において通信手段１０により受信され、その案内データに基づいた、上記特定の登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内が、ディスプレイ１３に表示される。

上記案内がディスプレイ１３に表示されると、上記従業員は、入力選択手段１４を用いて、各記入欄に応じた内容を記入し、「登録」を選択することで、記入したデータを入力する。入力された内容は、登録内容受付手段１８によって受け付けられ、その登録内容受付手段１８が、受け付けた内容を、通信手段１０、ネットワーク２及び通信手段３０を介して人事手続処理装置４へ送信する。そうすると、登録内容受付手段１８が受け付けた内容は、人事手続処理装置４において、通信手段４０により受信され、記憶手段４５に前もって記憶されているＩＤ番号と関連付けられてその記憶手段４５内のトランザクションテーブルＦ（登録内容記憶手段）に記録される。

以下に、上記従業員が人事手続処理装置４の記憶手段４５に記憶されている「給与振込口座登録」を変更しようとする例について説明する。その際、その従業員は、手続メインメニューに表示されている「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象を選択する。その選択に基づいて、選択項目判定手段４２が、「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象に関連する給与振込口座変更案内手段４６ｃを起動させるための指示を、単一実行手段４４に出力する。そして、単一実行手段４４は、その指示に従って、給与振込口座変更案内手段４６ｃを起動させる。起動した給与振込口座変更案内手段４６ｃは、図２８に示すような、従業員が「給与振込口座」の変更をする際の案内のデータを、通信手段４０を介して人事手続端末１へ送信する。

そうすると、図２８に示すような、「給与振込口座」を変更できる案内が、ディスプレイ１３に表示される。このように、「給与振込口座」を変更できる案内が表示されると、従業員は、各記入欄にその記入欄に応じた内容を順に記入し、入力する。そして、登録内容受付手段１８が、入力された内容を受け付けて、その受け付けた内容を、通信手段１０を介して人事手続処理装置４へ送信する。そうすると、登録内容受付手段１８が受け付けた内容、すなわち従業員が行なった「給与振込口座登録」の変更の内容が、人事手続処理装置４の記憶手段４５内のトランザクションテーブルＦに記録される。
《手続項目を選択した際の処理》
ここまでは、上記従業員が登録事象と手続項目とのうちの特定の登録事象を選択した場合について説明したが、次に、上記従業員がいずれかの手続項目を選択した場合について説明する。

いずれかの手続項目に関連する登録事象の内容を登録しようとする従業員は、手続メインメニューに表示されている手続項目のうちの該当する特定の手続項目を、手続項目選択手段１７を用いて選択する（ステップＡ３）。そうすると、選択判断手段１５が、上記従業員によって特定の手続項目が選択されたことを判断し、その判断結果を、通信手段１０、ネットワーク２及び通信手段３０を介して、人事手続処理装置４へ送信する。

人事手続処理装置４では、通信手段４０が、上記特定の手続項目が選択されたことを示す上記判断結果を受信し、選択項目判定手段４２がその判断結果に基づいて、登録事象抽出手段４３に対して抽出指示を行う。当該抽出指示は、上記特定の手続項目に関連する登録事象であって、記憶手段４５に一時的に記憶されているＩＤ番号に対応する制度種別コードに応じた登録事象の全てを抽出する指示である。

登録事象抽出手段４３は、その指示に従って、記憶手段４５に記憶されている手続−登録事象関連テーブルＥ（組み合わせ記憶手段）内の組み合わせに基づき、上記特定の手続項目に関連し、かつ上記ＩＤ番号に対応する制度種別コードに応じた全ての登録事象を抽出し、その抽出した全ての登録事象を、通信手段４０、通信手段３０及びネットワーク２を介して人事手続端末１に送信する。

尚、登録事象抽出手段４３が抽出する際に、さらに上記表１に示した個人情報を参照するようにしてもよい。ここでは、当該個人情報は、例えば記憶手段４５に格納されている。当該登録事象抽出手段４３の処理手順は上記マニュアル呼出手段５２の参照と同様であるため省略するが、上記個人情報を参照することにより、登録事象抽出手段４３が抽出する登録事象をさらに個人情報に関連する事象まで絞り込むことが可能になる。これにより、ユーザに無関係の登録事象を抽出することがなく、ユーザの、不要な登録事象への入力を防止することができる。

《登録事象のユーザによる選択》
ところで、人事手続端末１へ送信された登録事象のいくつかは、ディスプレイ１３に表示される際、どの登録事象の内容を実際に登録するのかを使用者に対して問う形式で表示される。例えば、制度種別コード「０２」の従業員が、手続メインメニューに表示されている手続項目のうちの（ｂ−２）「結婚手続」という手続項目を選択したとすると、上述したように、上記の（１）「住所変更登録」、（２）「通勤手当変更登録」、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（７）「持株登録」、（８）「財形登録」、（１０）「配偶者登録」及び（１１）「親族登録」という９個の登録事象が人事手続端末１へ送信される。そして、（ｂ−２）「結婚手続」という手続をする際には必ず（４）「慶弔連絡登録」及び（１０）「配偶者登録」の登録をしなければならないので、上記９個の登録事象から（４）「慶弔連絡」及び（１０）「配偶者登録」の２個の登録事象を除いた７個の登録事象が、ディスプレイ１３に表示される（ステップＡ４）。その際、図２９に示すように、上記の７個の登録事象のうちのどの登録事象の内容を登録するのかを、使用者に対して問う形式で、上記の７個の登録事象は表示される。

なお、図２９は、制度種別コード「０２」の従業員が、手続メインメニューに表示されている手続項目のうちの（ｂ−２）「結婚手続」という手続項目を選択したときに、ディスプレイ１３に表示される登録事象を示す一例である。それに対し、制度種別コード「０１」の従業員が、手続メインメニューに表示されている手続項目のうちの（ｂ−２）「結婚手続」という手続項目を選択したときは、図３０に示すように、（ｂ−２）「結婚手続」という手続項目に関連する登録事象であって、制度種別コード「０２」の従業員に対応した全ての登録事象のうち、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」及び（１０）「配偶者登録」の２個の登録事象を除いた５個の登録事象が、ディスプレイ１３に表示される。すなわち、表４に基づいて、（１）「住所変更登録」、（２）「通勤手当変更登録」、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」、（６）「氏名変更登録」、及び（１１）「親族登録」という５個の登録事象が、その５個の登録事象のうちのどの登録事象の内容を登録するのかを使用者に対して問う形式で、ディスプレイ１３に表示される。

さて、例えば図２９又は図３０に示すように、従業員の所属する制度種別コードに応じるとともに、その従業員が選択した手続項目に関連する全部又は一部の登録事象がディスプレイ１３に表示されたとき、上記従業員は、上記の手続項目に関する社内制度や手続の方法等、人事手続処理システムについてわからないことがある場合がある。その場合、上記従業員は、登録事象が表示されている画面上の「マニュアルＮａｖｉ」を、入力選択手段１４を用いて選択する（ステップＡ５）。そうすると、選択判断手段１５が「マニュアルＮａｖｉ」が選択されたことを判断し、その判断結果が、通信手段１０によってネットワーク２及び認証／認可装置３の通信手段３０を介して、マニュアル記憶装置５へ送信される。

そして、マニュアル記憶装置５において、上記の「マニュアルＮａｖｉ」が選択されたという判断結果が通信手段５０により受信され、マニュアル呼出手段５２が、従業員によって選択された手続項目に関連するマニュアルを記憶手段５３から抽出する。その抽出されたマニュアルは、通信手段５０により、認証／認可装置３の通信手段３０及びネットワーク２を介して人事手続端末１へ送信され、その人事手続端末１において、通信手段１０によって受信されて、ディスプレイ１３に表示される（ステップＡ６）。

なお、従業員によって選択された手続項目に関連するマニュアルをディスプレイ１３に表示させる際の手順、及びディスプレイ１３へのマニュアルの表示を停止させる際の手順は、上述した項目メニューの中の「５０−０１ 本人結婚」という項目を従業員が選択したときに、その「５０−０１ 本人結婚」という項目のマニュアルがディスプレイ１３に表示される際の手順、及びディスプレイ１３へのマニュアルの表示を停止させる際の手順と同様であるので、説明を省略する。また、ディスプレイ１３へのマニュアルの表示を停止させると、例えば図２９又は図３０に示すような、従業員の所属する制度種別コードに応じるとともに、その従業員が選択した手続項目に関連する全部又は一部の登録事象がディスプレイ１３に表示される。

次に、従業員がディスプレイ１３に表示されている登録事象のうちの実際に登録しようとする登録事象を選択する場面を説明する。

その際、上記従業員は、ディスプレイ１３に表示されている登録事象のうちの、実際に登録しようとする登録事象を、入力選択手段１４を用いて選択する（ステップＡ７）。そうすると、選択判断手段１５が、どの登録事象が選択されたのかを判断し、その判断結果を通信手段１０、ネットワーク２及び通信手段３０を介して人事手続処理装置４へ送信する。

例えば、制度種別コード「０２」の従業員が、手続メインメニューに表示されている手続項目のうちの（ｂ−２）「結婚手続」という手続項目を選択したとすると、図２９に示すように、（１）「住所変更登録」、（２）「通勤手当変更登録」、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（７）「持株登録」、（８）「財形登録」、及び（１１）「親族登録」という７個の登録事象が、ディスプレイ１３に表示される。その際、上記従業員が、上記の７個の登録事象の全ての内容を人事手続処理装置４に登録したいと考えている場合、上記の７個の登録事象の全てを選択する。そうすると、上記の７個の登録事象の全てが選択されたという判断結果が、人事手続処理装置４へ送信される。なお、（ｂ−２）「結婚手続」という手続をする際には必ず（４）「慶弔連絡」及び（１０）「配偶者登録」の登録をしなければならないという事情を考慮して、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」及び（１０）「配偶者登録」の２個の登録事象は、上記従業員に選択されたものとして扱われる。

また、変更後の住所及び変更後の通勤手当変更が不明で、（１）「住所変更」及び（２）「通勤手当変更」以外の登録事象の全てについて、その内容を人事手続処理装置４に登録したいと考えている場合、上記従業員は、上記の（１）「住所変更登録」、（２）「通勤手当変更登録」、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（７）「持株登録」、（８）「財形登録」、及び（１１）「親族登録」という７個の登録事象のうちの（１）「住所変更登録」及び（２）「通勤手当変更登録」を除いた５個の登録事象を選択する。そうすると、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（７）「持株手続登録」、（８）「財形登録」、及び（１１）「親族登録」という５個の登録事象が選択されたという判断結果が、人事手続処理装置４へ送信される。なお、（ｂ−２）「結婚手続」という手続項目の特殊性を考慮して、上記のように、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」及び（１０）「配偶者登録」の２個の登録事象は、上記従業員に選択されたものとして扱われる。

このように、従業員によってどの登録事象が選択されたのかという判断結果が人事手続処理装置４へ送信されると、その判断結果は、人事手続処理装置４において、通信手段４０により受信される。そして、選択項目判定手段４２が、その判断結果に基づいて、従業員によって選択された登録事象に関連する全ての案内手段４６を順次起動させるための指示を、関連実行手段４７に出力する。

その関連実行手段４７は、選択項目判定手段４２からの上記指示に従って、従業員によって選択された登録事象のうちのいずれかの登録事象に関連する案内手段４６を起動させる。そして、関連実行手段４７の制御により起動した案内手段４６は、その案内手段４６に対応する登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内データを、通信手段４０、通信手段３０及びネットワーク２を介して人事手続端末１へ送信する。

このようにして、従業員によって選択されたいずれかの登録事象を上記従業員に登録させるための案内データが人事手続端末１へ送信されると、その案内データは人事手続端末１において通信手段１０により受信され、その案内データに基づいた、上記いずれかの登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内が、ディスプレイ１３に表示される（ステップＡ８）。

そして、上記案内がディスプレイ１３に表示されると、その従業員は、ディスプレイ１３に表示されている案内に関する登録事象の内容を登録することが可能となるのであるが、登録方法等ディスプレイ１３に表示されている案内についてわからないことがある場合がある。その場合、上記従業員は、上記案内が表示されている画面上の「マニュアルＮａｖｉ」を入力選択手段１４を用いて選択する（ステップＡ９）。そうすると、選択判断手段１５が「マニュアルＮａｖｉ」が選択されたことを判断し、その判断結果が、通信手段１０、ネットワーク２及び通信手段３０を介して、マニュアル記憶装置５へ送信される。

マニュアル記憶装置５では、上記の「マニュアルＮａｖｉ」が選択されたという判断結果が通信手段５０により受信され、マニュアル呼出手段５２が、ディスプレイ１３に表示されているいずれかの登録事象に関連するマニュアルを記憶手段５３から抽出する。その抽出されたマニュアルは、通信手段５０、通信手段３０及びネットワーク２を介して人事手続端末１へ送信され、その人事手続端末１において、通信手段１０によって受信され、ディスプレイ１３に表示される（ステップＡ１０）。

なお、上記のいずれかの登録事象に関連するマニュアルをディスプレイ１３に表示させる際の手順、及びディスプレイ１３へのマニュアルの表示を停止させる際の手順は、上記の例えば図２９又は図３０に示す複数の登録事象がディスプレイ１３に表示されたとき、その複数の登録事象に関連する手続項目に関するマニュアルをディスプレイ１３に表示させる際の手順、及びディスプレイ１３へのマニュアルの表示を停止させる際の手順と同じであるので、説明を省略する。また、ディスプレイ１３へのマニュアルの表示を停止させると、そのマニュアルに関連する案内がディスプレイ１３に再表示される。

そして、所定の登録事象の内容をその従業員に登録させるための案内がディスプレイ１３に表示されると、上記従業員は、入力選択手段１４を用いて、各記入欄に応じた内容を記入し、「登録」を選択して記入したデータを入力する（ステップＡ１１）。入力された内容は、登録内容受付手段１８によって受け付けられ、その登録内容受付手段１８が、受け付けた内容を、通信手段１０、ネットワーク２及び通信手段３０を介して人事手続処理装置４へ送信する。そうすると、登録内容受付手段１８が受け付けた内容は、人事手続処理装置４において、通信手段４０により受信され、記憶手段４５に前もって記憶されているＩＤ番号と関連付けられてその記憶手段４５内のトランザクションテーブルＦ（登録内容記憶手段）に記録される。このようにして、上記従業員が入力した内容は人事手続処理装置４へ登録される。

このように、いずれかの登録事象に関する内容が人事手続処理装置４へ登録されると、関連実行手段４７は、ステップＡ７においてその従業員によって選択された登録事象のうちで、人事手続端末１へ送信されていない案内データに関する登録事象があるか否かを確認する（ステップＡ１３）。いいかえると、関連実行手段４７は、従業員によって選択された登録事象の全ての案内のうちでディスプレイ１３に表示されていないものがあるか否かを確認する（ステップＡ１３）。

その確認の結果、従業員によって選択された登録事象に関する案内のうちでディスプレイ１３に表示されていない案内があることが判明した場合、関連実行手段４７は、従業員によって選択された登録事象に関する案内のうちでディスプレイ１３に既に表示された案内以外のいずれかの案内に対応する登録事象に関連する案内手段４６を起動させる。

さてその場合、従業員によって（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（７）「持株登録」、（８）「財形登録」、（１０）「配偶者登録」及び（１１）「親族登録」という７個の登録事象が選択されたという判断結果が人事手続処理装置４へ送信される。そして、選択項目判定手段４２が、その判断結果に基づいて、上記の７個の登録事象に関連する全ての案内手段４６を順次起動させるための指示を、関連実行手段４７に出力する。

その関連実行手段４７は、まず（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象に関連する給与振込口座変更案内手段４６ｃを起動させる。そして、給与振込口座変更案内手段４６ｃは、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内データを、通信手段４０を介して人事手続端末１へ送信する。その（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内データは、人事手続端末１へ送信されて、図２８に示すような（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内がディスプレイ１３に表示される（ステップＡ８）。上記従業員は、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象の内容を所定の記入欄に記入し、入力する（ステップＡ１１）。入力された内容は、登録内容受付手段１８によって受け付けられた後、人事手続処理装置４へ送信され、記憶手段４５内のトランザクションテーブルＦに登録される（ステップＡ１２）。

そして、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象の内容がトランザクションテーブルＦに登録されると、関連実行手段４７は、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（７）「持株登録」、（８）「財形登録」、（１０）「配偶者登録」及び（１１）「親族登録」という７個の登録事象のうちに、ディスプレイ１３に表示されていない登録事象の案内があるか否かを確認する（ステップＡ１３）。この場合、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象の案内しかディスプレイ１３に表示されていないので、関連実行手段４７は、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（７）「持株登録」、（８）「財形登録」、（１０）「配偶者登録」及び（１１）「親族登録」という６個の登録事象の案内がまだディスプレイ１３に表示されていないことを確認する（ステップＡ１３）。

そして、関連実行手段４７は、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」という登録事象に関連する慶弔連絡案内手段４６ｄを起動させる。そして、慶弔連絡案内手段４６ｄは、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」という登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内データを、通信手段４０を介して人事手続端末１へ送信する。その（４）「慶弔連絡登録」という登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内データは、人事手続端末１へ送信されて、図３１に示すような（４）「慶弔連絡登録」という登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内がディスプレイ１３に表示される（ステップＡ８）。上記従業員は、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」という登録事象の内容を所定の記入欄に記入し、入力する（ステップＡ１１）。入力された内容は、登録内容受付手段１８によって受け付けられた後、人事手続処理装置４へ送信され、記憶手段４５内のトランザクションテーブルＦに登録される（ステップＡ１２）。

そして、関連実行手段４７は、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（７）「持株登録」、（８）「財形登録」、（１０）「配偶者登録」及び（１１）「親族登録」という５個の登録事象に関連する氏名変更案内手段４６ｆ、持株手続案内手段４６、財形手続案内手段４６ｈ、配偶者登録案内手段４ｊ、及び親族登録案内手段４６ｋを順次起動させる。そして、順次起動した氏名変更案内手段４６ｆ、持株手続案内手段４６、財形手続案内手段４６ｈ、配偶者登録案内手段４ｊ、及び親族登録案内手段４６ｋのうちの、持株手続案内手段４６及び財形手続案内手段４６ｈを除く３個の案内手段４６は、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（１０）「配偶者登録」及び（１１）「親族登録」という３個の登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための各案内データを、通信手段４０を介して人事手続端末１へ送信する。なお、持株手続案内手段４６及び財形手続案内手段４６ｈは、案内データを人事手続端末１へ送信せず、それぞれ（７）「持株登録」又は（８）「財形登録」という登録事象が選択されたという事実を、記憶手段４５内のトランザクションテーブルＦに記憶させる。

さて上記の（６）「氏名変更登録」、（１０）「配偶者登録」及び（１１）「親族登録」という３個の登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内データは、人事手続端末１へ送信されて、図３２〜図３４に示すような上記の３個の登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内がディスプレイ１３に表示される（ステップＡ８）。

上記従業員は、上記の３個の登録事象の内容を所定の記入欄に記入し、入力する（ステップＡ１１）。入力された内容は、登録内容受付手段１８によって受け付けられた後、人事手続処理装置４へ送信され、上記従業員によって選択された（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」、（４）「慶弔連絡登録」、（６）「氏名変更登録」、（７）「持株登録」、（８）「財形登録」、（１０）「配偶者登録」及び（１１）「親族登録」という７個の登録事象について、上記従業員によって入力された各内容及び選択されたという事実が、記憶手段４５内のトランザクションテーブルＦに登録される（ステップＡ１２）。

このように、人事手続処理システムは、従業員によって所定の手続項目が選択されると、その手続項目に対応する全ての登録事象を自動的に抽出し、その全ての登録事象のうちの従業員によって選択された登録事象に対応する案内手段４６を順次起動させる。そのため、人事手続処理システムを用いれば、従業員は、身上異動が発生した際に、その身上異動に対応した手続項目を選択するだけで、その手続項目に関連する登録事象を自ら確認して選択することなく、その手続項目に関連する全ての登録事象の内容を登録することができる。また、従業員は、選択した手続項目に関連する全ての登録事象のうちで、一部のみを選択して、その選択した登録事象の内容のみを登録することもできる。

さて、関連実行手段４７が従業員によって選択された登録事象の全ての案内のうちでディスプレイ１３に表示されていないものがあるか否かを確認する手順（ステップＡ１３）において、従業員によって選択された登録事象の全てに関する案内がディスプレイ１３に表示されたことが判明した場合、関連実行手段４７は以下の動作を行なう。すなわち、関連実行手段４７は、上記従業員に対して他の登録事象の内容を人事手続処理装置４に登録するのか否かを問う画像データを、通信手段４０、通信手段３０及びネットワーク２を介して人事手続端末１へ送信する。

その画像データは、人事手続端末１において通信手段４０により受信され、上記の画像がディスプレイ１３に表示される。

上記従業員が、人事手続処理装置４に登録する事項がまだあると判断した場合、その旨の指示を、入力選択手段１４を用いて人事手続端末１に入力する。そうすると、その旨の情報は、通信手段１０、ネットワーク２及び通信手段３０を介して人事手続処理装置４へ送信され、人事手続処理装置４において通信手段４０により受信される。そして、権限所属確認手段４１は、人事手続処理システムを使用している従業員の既に検出した制度種別コード及び役職コードに対応した業務システムメニューを、記憶手段４５から抽出し、通信手段４０を介して人事手続端末１に送信し、その業務システムメニューを、人事手続端末１のディスプレイ１３に表示させる手順（ステップ１２）に戻る。

他方、上記従業員が、人事手続処理装置４に登録する事項はもう無いと判断した場合、その旨の指示を、入力選択手段１４を用いて人事手続端末１に入力する。そうすると、人事手続処理システムにおける処理は終了する（ステップ１４）。

《保留の処理》
また、上述した実施の形態では、所定の登録事象の内容をその従業員に登録させるための案内がディスプレイ１３に表示されると、上記従業員は、所定の記入欄にその記入欄に応じた内容を記入し、その内容を人事手続処理装置４へ登録する場合を説明した。しかしながら、上記案内がディスプレイ１３に表示されたとき、上記従業員は、その案内の所定の記入欄に記入すべき事項がわからない場合がある。例えば、（３）「給与振込口座変更登録」という登録事象の内容を上記従業員に登録させるための案内がディスプレイ１３に表示されたとき、上記従業員は、変更後の給与振込口座に関する情報を持ち合わせていない場合がある。
