Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an incontinence undergarment that absorbs urine at the time of urinary incontinence at a pad part disposed inside the crotch of the undergarment, and more particularly to an incontinence undergarment that prevents bleeding from the pad part that has absorbed urine to the surface of the undergarment. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of incontinence underwear is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-280726 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-60703, and these are shown in FIGS. The conventional incontinence undergarment shown in FIG. 7 is provided in the inside of the pants 130 via the hanging fabric 120, and the net-like fabric 103, the absorbent fabric 104, and the deodorant in order from the side in direct contact with the wearer's skin. The water-absorbing member 105 and the laminate fabric 106 are cut into appropriate shapes, and the periphery thereof is wound around the water-repellent tape fabric 107 except for one side edge of the net-like fabric 103. 125 is formed by sewing and integration. An opening 108 is provided on one side edge (upper end) of the net-like fabric 103 to form a bag-like portion. When the wearer urinates normally through the opening 108, a large amount is commercially available. The water absorbent pad member or additional absorbent member 110 such as paper, non-woven fabric, and fabric can be inserted and used.
[0003]
In this way, when urinating while wearing incontinence pants, when the urine is absorbed by the absorbent member or the like, the water-repellent tape fabric 107 is good for the water-repellent tape fabric 107 to prevent moisture from seeping out from the periphery and hanging. Since the incontinence member is held in a suspended manner via the lowering fabric 120, the incontinence pants having a good wearing feeling can be obtained without wetting the body fabric of the pants itself. Moreover, since the opening part 108 of the one side edge of the net-like cloth 103 is provided to form a bag-like part, a commercially available water-absorbing pad member or an additional absorbent member such as paper, non-woven fabric, and cloth is provided in the bag-like part. 110 can be inserted and used. Further, by providing the hanging fabric 120 detachably on the pants side, the incontinence member can be easily replaced with a new one, and washing can be easily performed. it can.
[0004]
On the other hand, the other conventional incontinence undergarment shown in FIG. 8 has a net-like fabric 225, an absorbent fabric 226, a deodorant water-absorbing member 227, and a laminated fabric 228, which are sequentially laminated. The periphery is wound with trumpet-shaped water-repellent tape fabrics 221 and 224 that have been subjected to water-repellent treatment, and surrounded to form an incontinence member 220, and the laminate fabric 228 is disposed on the body fabric side, and the incontinence member 220 The front and back sides are sewn together with the body cloth 207 and the sewn portions 230 and 231 to integrally absorb the urine at the time of incontinence and prevent the urine from bleeding out. And a good wearing feeling is obtained.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional incontinence underwear has been configured as described above, in the former case, the incontinence member is formed of the absorbent fabric 104 via the sewing portion 125 and the fabric 120 for suspension or directly underpants. 130 has the problem of oozing into itself.
In the latter case, the absorbent fabric 226 is wound around the water-repellent tape fabrics 221 and 224 and sewn at the sewing portions 230 and 231. There is a problem that urine leaks from the gap between the fabrics 221 and 224.
[0006]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and can reliably prevent urine from seeping out and leaking out from the water-absorbing pad member that has absorbed urine due to incontinence, and has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture. The purpose is to provide incontinence underwear.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The incontinence undergarment according to the present invention is an incontinence in which a water absorbent pad portion formed by laminating at least an absorbent fabric and a water-impermeable sheet is disposed in a state where the water-impermeable sheet is opposed to the inside of the crotch portion of the undergarment. In the undergarment, the resin material is impregnated in the form of a line or a strip over the entire circumference in the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge of the water absorbent pad portion , and until the water-impermeable sheet is reached from the surface on the absorbent fabric side. A linear or belt-shaped resin material is solidified integrally with the water-impermeable sheet in a water-tight state to form a water-stop part, and the absorbent fabric and the water-impermeable sheet are integrated. It is attached to the underwear at the end which is the outside of the water part . Thus, in the present invention, the resin material impregnated in the absorbent fabric at the outer periphery of the water absorbent pad portion is solidified integrally with the water-impermeable sheet laminated on the absorbent fabric in a watertight state, and the water absorbent pad portion is attached to the underwear. Since it is arranged inside the crotch portion, it is possible to reliably prevent the urine that has absorbed water from leaking from the end face of the water absorption pad portion, and to easily manufacture the water absorption pad portion.
[0008]
Further, incontinence undergarments according to the present invention, if necessary, the water absorption pad portion is intended to be sewn to the crotch portion inside the front Symbol underwear. Thus, in the present invention, the end of the water absorbing pad portion on the outside of the integrally solidified resin material is sewn to the inside of the underwear crotch portion, so that urine is absorbed in the absorbent fabric of the water absorbing pad portion. The area that does not absorb urine and the area that does not absorb urine are partitioned by a solidified resin material, and the area that does not absorb urine can be sewn to the underwear, from the absorbent fabric that absorbed urine through the holes and threads of the sewing It is possible to reliably prevent urine from seeping out.
[0009]
In addition, the incontinence undergarment according to the present invention is configured such that the water absorbing pad portion is detachably disposed on the inside of the crotch portion of the undergarment with a surface fastener as required. As described above, in the present invention, since the water absorbing pad portion is detachably disposed on the inside of the underwear crotch portion with a surface fastener, only the water absorbing pad portion that has absorbed urine due to incontinence can be washed, and the spare water absorbing pad portion Convenience can be improved by using.
[0010]
In addition, in the incontinence undergarment according to the present invention, if necessary, the resin material is a thermosetting resin, and is pressed in a heated state to be integrated with the water-impermeable sheet. As described above, in the present invention, the thermosetting resin is impregnated into the absorbent fabric, and the water-impermeable sheet is pressurized and integrated in the heated state, so that the coating process for impregnation and the solidification are integrated. It can be manufactured only by the heating and pressing step, and can be manufactured easily and quickly.
[0011]
In addition, in the incontinence undergarment according to the present invention, the resin material is a water-based urethane resin-based adhesive that contains at least a water-based urethane resin and becomes water resistant after drying and solidification, as necessary. Thus, in the present invention, a water-stopping part is formed in a heated state by using a water-based urethane resin adhesive as a resin material and forming a water-stopping part by drying and solidifying as it is after impregnating the resin material. Since it is not formed by pressurization, there is no step between the water-stop part and the other part of the water-absorbing pad, it does not become too hard, there is no sense of incongruity when worn, and after heating, after applying and impregnating the resin material The work of pressing can be saved and the work process can be simplified. In addition, the resin material, mainly water-based urethane resin that forms the water-stopping part, does not contain harmful chemical substances such as organic solvents, has little adverse effects on the surrounding environment such as volatilization of harmful chemical substances during the manufacturing process and after manufacturing, and is worn. There is little irritation to the person's skin and it is safe.
[0012]
Further, in the incontinence underwear according to the present invention, if necessary, the resin material contains at least 30% to 70% by weight of an aqueous urethane resin, and 28.8 to 68.8% of isoprene rubber latex, The vulcanized dispersion liquid contains 0.2 to 1.0%, the water-soluble pigment 1.0 to 2.0%, and water 0 to 10%. As described above, in the present invention, a resin material containing an isoprene rubber latex, a vulcanized dispersion liquid, and the like in a predetermined ratio together with an aqueous urethane resin is used, and the isoprene rubber together with the aqueous urethane resin is a main material of the water stop portion. Therefore, isoprene rubber has almost the same molecular structure as natural rubber, has excellent mechanical strength and elasticity, and can withstand various movements and friction when worn, while maintaining watertightness. Unlike other substances, it does not contain impurities and does not give a stimulus that causes atopy to the human body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(First embodiment of the present invention)
The incontinence undergarment according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 is an overall configuration diagram of an incontinence undergarment according to the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a main part of the incontinence undergarment according to the present embodiment, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. It is explanatory drawing of the manufacture process of the underwear for incontinence which concerns on a form.
[0014]
In each of the drawings, the incontinence underwear according to the present embodiment is formed by laminating a water-impermeable sheet 11 made of a urethane material, an absorbent fabric 12 and a protective fabric 13, and the entire outer peripheral edge of the absorbent fabric 12 and the protective fabric 13. Then, the urethane resin 14a is impregnated in a band shape, and the urethane resin 14a is pressurized in a heated state to solidify integrally with the water-impermeable sheet 11 as the water-stopping portion 14, thereby forming the water-absorbing pad 1. Is sewn by the sewing part 3 with the water-impermeable sheet 11 facing the inner side of the crotch part 23 of the pants 2.
[0015]
The water-impermeable sheet 11 can be formed of a non-water-permeable and flexible film material such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, etc. in addition to the urethane material. The absorbent fabric 12 is formed of a material having water absorption and water retention properties, such as a nonwoven fabric made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers, or a knitted fabric. The absorbent fabric 12 can contain a deodorant material and an antibacterial material in addition to a water-absorbing and water-holding material. Examples of the deodorant material include activated carbon and a deodorant component (nonenal), and examples of the antibacterial material include zinc compounds, copper compounds, and silver compounds containing zinc ions, copper ions, and silver ions.
[0016]
The protective fabric 13 is formed of a net-like fabric or embossed fabric knitted with natural fibers or synthetic fibers. The protective fabric 13 is formed of a functional material that increases the water permeability from the fabric surface side to the lower absorbent fabric 12 side and decreases the water permeability from the absorbent fabric 12 side to the protective fabric 13 side. You can also.
In addition to the urethane resin 14a, the water stop portion 14 may be formed of a melamine resin, polyester, epoxy resin, furan resin, polyurethane, or the like as a thermosetting resin. In addition to the thermosetting resin, the water stop portion 14 adds another solution to the first resin material after impregnating the absorbent fabric 12 and the protective fabric 13 with an arbitrary first resin material. It can also be set as the solidified by.
[0017]
Next, the manufacturing process and absorption state of the incontinence undergarment according to the present embodiment based on the above configuration will be described. First, the water-impermeable sheet 11, the absorbent fabric 12, and the protective fabric 13 are cut into a shape that fits the crotch portion 23 of the pants 2 (see FIG. 4A), and the cut absorbent fabric 12 and the protected fabric are cut. The urethane resin 14a is applied over the entire circumference in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the fabric 13 and impregnated in a strip shape (see FIG. 4B).
The band-shaped portion impregnated with the urethane resin 14a is heated to press the water-impermeable sheet 11, the absorbent fabric 12, and the protective fabric 13 with a predetermined pressing force P (see FIG. 4C). The water stopping part 14 is formed by solidifying the urethane resin 14 a, and the water absorbing pad 1 is formed by integrating the absorbent fabric 12 and the protective fabric 13 in a watertight state with the water-impermeable sheet 11. The water absorbing pad 1 is placed on the crotch portion 23 of the pants 2 and the end portion of the water absorbing pad 1 and the water stopping portion 14 are sewn together, and the water absorbing pad 1 is attached to the pants 2 by the sewing portion 3 (FIG. 4). (See (D)).
[0018]
In the incontinence undergarment according to the present embodiment thus manufactured, urine is rapidly absorbed by the absorbent fabric 12 through the protective fabric 13 during incontinence and the water is retained. Leakage and oozing out to the outside of the side are prevented by the water stop portion 14 formed over the entire periphery. In particular, the water-absorbing pad 1 on the back surface side is completely waterproofed by the water-impermeable sheet 11, and the water-absorbing pad 1 is fixed to the pants 2 by the sewing portion 3 outside the water-stopping portion 14. Urine does not ooze out from the sewing part 3 to the water absorption pad 1.
[0019]
(Second embodiment of the present invention)
An incontinence undergarment according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram of the manufacturing process of the incontinence undergarment according to the present embodiment.
In FIG. 5, the incontinence undergarment according to the present embodiment is formed by sewing the water absorbent pad 1 on the inside of the crotch portion 23 of the pants 2 as in the first embodiment. As a resin material that is impregnated in a belt-like manner around the outer peripheral edges of the absorbent fabric 12 and the protective fabric 13 among the laminated water-impermeable sheet 11, the absorbent fabric 12, and the protective fabric 13 that form the pad 1. In addition, an adhesive mainly composed of a water-based urethane resin is used, and the adhesive is solidified integrally with the water-impermeable sheet 11 as the water-stopping portion 14 without being pressurized in a heated state.
[0020]
The resin material contains at least 30% to 70% by weight of an aqueous urethane resin as a main component, but also contains isoprene rubber latex in a proportion accounting for most of the remaining components, and other additives for crosslinking the isoprene rubber latex. Sulfur dispersion liquid and a slight amount of water-soluble pigment for coloring, and it is a liquid adhesive to which a small amount of water is added as required. When the water is volatilized and solidified, the water-resistant water-stopping portion 14 integrated with the water-impermeable sheet 11 is obtained.
The blending ratio of the above components other than the water-based urethane resin constituting the resin material is about 30 to about 70% by weight of isoprene rubber latex, 0.2 to 1.0% of the vulcanized dispersion liquid, and water-soluble pigments. Desirably, 1.0 to 2.0% and 0 to 10% water.
[0021]
Next, the manufacturing process and the urine leakage prevention state of the incontinence undergarment according to this embodiment based on the above configuration will be described. First, as in the first embodiment, the water-impermeable sheet 11, the absorbent fabric 12 and the protective fabric 13 cut into a shape suitable for the crotch portion 23 of the pants 2 are laminated, and the absorbent fabric 12 and For the entire outer periphery of the protective fabric 13, the resin material having the above composition is applied in a band shape with a predetermined width at a position inward from the outer peripheral end portion and impregnated (see FIG. 5B).
[0022]
After impregnating the resin material, the laminated fabrics are allowed to stand at a predetermined temperature for a certain period of time to dry and solidify the resin material, thereby forming a water-resistant water-stopping portion 14. The water-based urethane resin, which is the main component of the resin material, can form a strong film in about 20 minutes with respect to the isoprene rubber latex to exert an adhesive force, and can simplify the work process of manufacturing the water absorbing pad 1.
By forming the water stop portion 14, the absorbent fabric 12 and the protective fabric 13 are integrated with the water-impermeable sheet 11 in a watertight manner to form the water absorbing pad 1. If the water absorbent pad 1 is sewn to the pants 2 and the water absorbent pad 1 is integrated with the pants 2 (see FIG. 5C), the underwear for incontinence is completed.
[0023]
In the incontinence underwear thus obtained, once absorbed, the urine is prevented from leaking and exuding to the side by the water stop 14 formed over the entire periphery of the outer peripheral edge of the water absorbent pad 1. Also, the outer side is completely blocked by the water-impermeable sheet 11. The water absorbing pad 1 is sewn to the pants 2 on the outer peripheral end side from the water stop portion 14, and urine does not ooze out from the sewn sewn portion 3 to the pants 2 side. Moreover, since the water stop part 14 is not pressurized in the heating state, a step cannot be formed between the other parts of the water absorbing pad 1, and the water stop part 14 does not become too hard and does not feel strange when worn.
[0024]
The resin material, mainly water-based urethane resin that forms the water-stopping portion 14, does not contain harmful chemical substances, has little adverse effects on the surrounding environment such as volatilization of harmful chemical substances during the manufacturing process and after manufacturing, and does not affect the skin of the wearer. There is little irritation and it is safe. Further, the isoprene rubber constituting the water stop portion 14 together with the water-based urethane resin has substantially the same molecular structure as natural rubber and has excellent mechanical strength (tear resistance, flex resistance) and elasticity, while natural rubber. Unlike other proteins, it does not contain impurities such as proteins and does not give a stimulus that causes atopy to the human body.
[0025]
Thus, the underwear for incontinence according to the present embodiment uses a water-based urethane resin adhesive as a resin material, and after impregnating the resin material, the water-stopping portion 14 is formed by drying and solidifying as it is, Since the water-stop part 14 is not formed by being pressurized in a heated state, there is no step between the water-stop part 14 and the other part of the water-absorbing pad 1, and it does not become too hard, and there is no sense of incongruity when worn and excellent wear feeling. In addition, after applying and impregnating the resin material, it is possible to save the trouble of applying pressure while heating and simplify the work process.
[0026]
(Other embodiments of the present invention)
The incontinence undergarment according to the present embodiment has a configuration in which the water absorbing pad 1 is sewn to the pants 2, but the water absorbing pad 1 is attached to the inside of the pants 2 with a detachable structure using surface fasteners, buttons, and the like. You can also.
The incontinence undergarment according to the embodiment is configured such that the water-stopping portion 14 is integrated with the water-impermeable sheet 11 of the water-absorbing pad 1 by heating and pressurization, but between the water-impermeable sheet 11 and the absorbent fabric 12. The water-impermeable sheet 11 can be integrated with the absorbent fabric 12 by fusing by heating to a predetermined temperature without applying an adhesive.
[0027]
The water absorbing pad 1 according to the first embodiment is configured to be sewn and locked to the pants 2 by the sewing portion 3 between the outside of the water stopping portion 14 and the outer peripheral edge. It can also be set as the structure which sews and locks on the water stop part 14 by the sewing part 3. FIG. The water stop portion 14 can also be formed by impregnating urethane resin or the like from a predetermined inner region to the outer peripheral edge of the water absorbing pad 1.
[0028]
Further, in the incontinence undergarment according to the first embodiment, the resin material-impregnated portion of the water absorbing pad 1 is uniformly pressed in the width direction to obtain a flat water-stopping portion 14. Instead, as shown in FIG. 6, it is also possible to obtain a water stop portion 14 that is pressed while differentiating a plurality of pressing states in the width direction of the resin material-impregnated portion to obtain an uneven cross section.
[0029]
Further, in the incontinence undergarments according to the first and second embodiments, the absorbent fabric 12 and the protective fabric 13 of the water absorbent pad 1 are laminated and integrated together with the water-impermeable sheet 11 as separate fabrics. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the absorbent fabric 12 and the protective fabric 13 may be configured to use a single fabric having a multi-layered knitted structure with different properties for each layer. In addition, the function of the protective fabric 13 can be realized with a single fabric so that the structure of the water absorbing pad 1 can be simplified and the manufacture is facilitated.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the resin material impregnated in the absorbent fabric at the outer periphery of the water absorbent pad portion is solidified integrally with the water-impermeable sheet laminated on the absorbent fabric in a water-tight state, and the water absorbent pad portion. Is disposed inside the crotch portion of the underwear, so that it is possible to reliably prevent the urine that has absorbed water from leaking from the end face of the water absorption pad portion and to produce the water absorption pad portion easily.
[0031]
Further, according to the present invention, the end of the water absorbing pad portion on the outside of the solidified resin material is sewn to the inside of the underwear crotch portion, so that urine is absorbed in the absorbent fabric of the water absorbing pad portion. The area that does not absorb urine and the area that does not absorb urine are partitioned by a solidified resin material, and the area that does not absorb urine can be sewn to the underwear, from the absorbent fabric that absorbed urine through the holes and threads of the sewing This has the effect of reliably preventing urine from seeping out.
[0032]
Further, according to the present invention, since the water absorbing pad portion is detachably disposed inside the underwear crotch portion with a surface fastener, only the water absorbing pad portion that has absorbed urine due to incontinence can be washed, and the spare water absorbing pad portion The advantage that convenience can be improved by using.
[0033]
In addition, according to the present invention, the thermosetting resin is impregnated into the absorbent fabric, and the water-impermeable sheet is pressurized and integrated in the heated state. It can be manufactured only by the heating and pressurizing process, and has the effect that it can be manufactured easily and rapidly.
[0034]
Further, according to the present invention, when a water-based urethane resin-based adhesive is used as a resin material and the resin material is impregnated and then dried and solidified as it is, a water-stop portion is formed. Since it is not formed by pressurization, there is no step between the water-stop part and the other part of the water-absorbing pad, it does not become too hard, there is no sense of incongruity when worn, and after heating, after applying and impregnating the resin material There is an effect that the labor of pressurization can be saved and the work process can be simplified. There is little irritation | stimulation to a person's skin, and it has the effect of being safe.
[0035]
Furthermore, according to the present invention, a resin material containing a water urethane resin and isoprene rubber latex, a vulcanized dispersion liquid, and the like in a predetermined ratio is used, and the water resin and the isoprene rubber form the main material of the water stop portion. Therefore, isoprene rubber has almost the same molecular structure as natural rubber, has excellent mechanical strength and elasticity, and can withstand various movements and friction when worn, while maintaining watertightness. Unlike that, it does not contain impurities and has the effect of not giving a stimulus that causes atopy to the human body.
