Description
The present invention relates to a reclining device such as a chair.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a reclining device in a chair or the like is provided with a seat back part that supports a person's back and a seat part that supports a person's waist and legs, and the seat back part generally rotates in the front-rear direction relative to the seat part. It is like that. The seat back portion and the seat portion are connected by, for example, a hinge member.
The connecting structure using the hinge member is a well-known structure, and there is no prior art document related to the present invention.
However, in a normal reclining device, the position of the seat portion in the front-rear direction and the up-down direction is fixed, and only the rotation of the seat back portion in the front-rear direction is performed.
In general, when sitting in a chair with a reclining device and taking an easy posture, the seat back part is rotated backward and tilted, and at the same time the front end part of the seat part is lifted upward so that the human knee is almost the same height as the heart. In view of smooth circulation to the legs of blood, it is preferable to keep the blood pressure at the same level. However, if the position of the seat part in the front-rear direction and the up-down direction is fixed, it is difficult to keep the person's knee part at the same height as the heart even if the seat back part is tilted backward. It was.
Further, there is a reclining device that facilitates rotation of a hinge member that connects the seat back portion and the seat portion and includes a manual lever, an electric motor, etc. on the hinge member in order to stop the seat back portion at an arbitrary seat back position. Sometimes used. However, a reclining device equipped with a manual lever, an electric motor, etc. has a complicated structure and increases the number of parts, and a tool such as a screwdriver or a spanner is required to assemble and disassemble the reclining device. In addition, if the manual lever or the electric motor is consumed or damaged, the reclining device will fail.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and has the following three purposes.
A first object is to provide a reclining device that can keep a person's knee at approximately the same height as the heart when the back member that supports the person's back is tilted backwards to take a comfortable posture. .
A second object is to provide a reclining device capable of stably obtaining an arbitrary reclining position only by adding a person's weight and moving a knee or a leg instead of an operation using an electric switch or a manual lever. .
The third purpose is that it can be assembled and disassembled by hand without using parts that can be worn or damaged such as manual levers or electric motors, and without using tools such as screwdrivers or spanners. To provide a reclining device having a simple structure and a durability.

In order to achieve the above object, a reclining device according to the first aspect of the present invention comprises:
A reclining device in which the backrest tilts in conjunction with the movement of the seat in the longitudinal direction,
A substrate stretched in the front-rear direction on the base including the legs,
A guide member that is erected on both sides of the substrate and is movable back and forth with respect to the substrate;
A back member rotatably coupled to the guide member;
A back member rotation roller attached to the guide member and serving as a rotation center of the back member;
A back member rotation guide groove for defining a rotation path of the back member; and a back member guide roller disposed in the back member rotation guide groove. The base portion is configured to guide the rotation movement of the back member. A rotation guide mechanism provided;
A first roller attached to the guide member and rotating and sliding on the substrate;
A guide roller attached to the guide member, rotating and sliding on the lower surface of the substrate, and guiding the back-and-forth movement of the guide member together with the first roller;
A braking member for pressing the guide member against the lower surface of the substrate;
A braking roller attached to the guide member and supporting the braking member;
A seat member coupled to the first roller and moving in the front-rear direction in conjunction with the rotation of the back member;
With the forward movement of the seat member, in order to separate the end portion of the seat member opposite to the first roller mounting portion upward from the substrate, an inclined base provided at the front end portion of the substrate;
A second roller attached to the seat member and slidably sliding on the tilt table;
Consisting of
When the first roller is disposed at substantially the center of a triangle having the guide roller, the braking roller, and the back member rotating roller as three points, and when a downward load is applied to the seat member, Due to the moment generated around the first roller by the load transmitted from the seat member to the second roller, a force in a direction to press the substrate against the brake roller is generated.
Further, when a backward load is applied to the back member, an upward force is generated on the back member rotating roller due to a moment generated around the back member guide roller, thereby pressing the substrate against the braking roller. It is characterized by the generation of force .
According to such a configuration, when a backward load is applied to the back member of the reclining device, the back member of the reclining device is guided by the rotation guide mechanism provided in the base portion and rotated rearward to be coupled to the back member. The guide member thus moved moves forward along the substrate. When the guide member moves forward, the seat member attached to the guide member and rotatably coupled to the first roller that rotates and slides on the substrate moves forward. When the seat member moves forward, the second roller rotates and slides forward on the inclined base attached to the seat member and provided at the front end portion of the substrate, and is opposite to the first roller attaching portion of the seat member. Since the side end portion, that is, the front end portion of the seat member is separated upward from the substrate, the knee portion of the person is aligned at substantially the same height as the heart. Thereby, when taking an easy posture, the smooth circulation of the blood to a human leg can be maintained naturally.
In addition, since the guide member is provided with a guide roller that is attached to the guide member and rotationally slides on the lower surface of the substrate and induces the back-and-forth movement of the guide member together with the first roller, the back-and-forth movement of the guide member is controlled by the first roller and the guide roller. And induced by. Therefore, the longitudinal movement of the guide member is performed stably and smoothly.
Further, since the brake member for pressing the guide member against the lower surface of the substrate and the brake roller attached to the guide member and supporting the brake member are provided, the guide is provided by pressing the brake member against the lower surface of the substrate. The member can be pressed against the substrate and braked to lock the back-and-forth movement of the guide member.
And since the said 1st roller is arrange | positioned in the approximate center of the triangle which makes the said guide roller, the said braking roller, and the said back
In this state, when a backward load is further applied to the back member, an upward force is generated on the back member rotating roller due to a moment generated around the back member guide roller . As a result, a force is generated in such a direction as to press the substrate against the brake roller, and an upward force is generated on the guide member, so that the brake member attached to the guide member is pressed against the substrate. Accordingly, the pressing force of the braking member against the substrate is further increased, and the locking force of the guide member is further increased.
In this case, at any reclining position of the back member, the guide member is locked only by applying a downward load to the seat member and further applying a backward load to the back member. It can be stably stopped at any position. Moreover, since this operation is performed only by applying a downward load to the seat member by a leg or knee and a backward load to the back member, there is no need to provide an electric switch or a manual lever on the reclining device. No operation with a switch or manual lever is required.
Since an electric switch or manual lever is not used, the structure is simplified, and assembly and disassembly work can be performed by hand without using a screwdriver or a wrench tool.
The invention of claim 2, in the reclining device according to claim 1 wherein the first shielding to prevent insertion of such fingers between the front lower portion of the rear end portion and the back piece of the seat member A board is provided.
According to such a configuration, since the first shielding plate is provided, a finger or the like is not inserted between the rear end portion of the seat member and the front lower end portion of the back member. There is no fear of inserting a finger or the like between the rear end portion of the back member and the lower end portion of the front surface of the back member, and accidental injury can be prevented.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the reclining device according to the first or second aspect, wherein a second finger for preventing insertion of a finger or the like between the rear lower end portion of the back member and the rear end portion of the substrate is provided. A shielding plate is provided.
According to such a configuration, since the second shielding plate is provided, fingers or the like are not inserted between the rear lower end portion of the back member and the rear end portion of the substrate. There is no risk of inserting fingers between the lower end of the rear surface and the rear end of the substrate, and accidental injury can be prevented.

Description of the (RH direction side) will be omitted.
The reclining device 2 shown in FIG. 1 includes a
The
On the left and right sides of the substrate 3 (LH and RH directions in FIG. 1),
The
The
The
The back
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
A
The
The
The
According to such a configuration, the recliner 2 can be assembled only by gripping and tightening the nut 14b. Therefore, the structure is simple, and it is easy and short time only by hand without using a screwdriver or a tool such as a spanner. Can be assembled with. Even when the reclining device 2 is disassembled, it is only necessary to loosen the gripping nut 14b, and it can be disassembled easily and in a short time only by hand without using a screwdriver or a tool such as a spanner.
The main components of the reclining device 2 include the
The
The
Next, the operating state of the reclining device will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 2 shows a state before the reclining device is operated, and FIG. 3 shows a state where the reclining device is operating.
In FIG. 2, the
Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the
When the
In order to stop the back and forth movement of the
Further, the locking of the
In this case, since the
Next, in order to further recline the reclining device 2 locked at an arbitrary reclining position, when the foot is attached to the floor surface, the load applied to the
Further, in order to return the reclining device 2 that has been in the reclining position to the original state before the operation, the load applied to the
