【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、レギュラーコーヒー粉、紅茶や緑茶の葉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物を漉すときに使用する使い捨てタイプのドリッパーおよびレギュラーコーヒー粉、紅茶や緑茶の葉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物を一体的に収納した使い捨てタイプのドリッパーに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、レギュラーコーヒー粉、紅茶や緑茶の葉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物を濾過して所望の飲料を得るためのドリッパーが知られている(たとえば、特許文献1参照)。

特許文献1記載のドリッパーは、その帯方向に偏平な環状帯紙に濾過機能を有する袋体を挿入し、該袋体の開口縁の一部中程対向部のみを環状帯紙の帯方向中程に貼着したものであって、環状帯紙の両折曲側縁中程に設けた拡開片を内側に折返すことにより筒状体に保形され、これにより袋体の開口部が一定の大きさの開口に維持されるように構成されている(特許文献1の第2図参照)。

この特許文献1記載のドリッパーは、環状帯紙の両折曲側縁中程に設けた拡開片を環状帯紙の内側に折返すだけで折畳まれた環状帯紙が筒状体に保形され、これにより袋体の開口部が開口した状態に維持されるというドリッパーの保形手段としては極めて優れた効果を奏するものであるが、縦長形状やレギュラーコーヒー粉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物の増量、たとえば、2〜3人分用の内容物を収納した大型のドリッパーに対して、注湯を容易ならしめる程度の大きさの袋体の開口が得られない虞がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、上記問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、縦長形状や大型のドリッパーに対してもほぼ一定の大きさの横断面を有する筒状体に確実に保形することができると共に袋体の開口部を注湯が容易に行える程度の大きさに維持することができるドリッパーを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は、上記課題を達成するために、請求項1記載の本発明は、両側縁に折曲部を備えた平面視略矩形状の筒状紙体と濾過機能を有する袋体とからなり、前記筒状紙体に前記袋体を挿入して前記袋体の開口縁の略中央対向部を前記筒状紙体の一方の開口縁の略中央部に貼着したドリッパーにおいて、前記筒状紙体の前記両折曲部の対向する位置に前記折曲部を内側に折込むことで前記折曲部と平行方向において互いに離れるように拡開する拡開折込部をそれぞれ2箇所形成したことを特徴とするものである。このように構成することにより、両折曲部にそれぞれ設けた2箇所の拡開折込部をそれぞれ折込むことにより、2箇所の拡開折込部が拡開された状態で保持されるために筒状紙体をほぼ一定の大きさの凸レンズ状横断面を有する筒状体に確実に保形することができ、注湯を容易ならしめる袋体のより確実な開口が保証されたドリッパーとすることができる。

次に、本発明のドリッパーを構成する筒状紙体2と濾過機能を有する袋体3について説明する。最初に筒状紙体2について説明する。図2は図1に示すドリッパーに用いる筒状紙体の展開図であって、ブランク板2’は背面補助板220、前面板200、背面主板210が折罫24、25を介して順次連接され、前記前面板200および前記背面主板210の前記折罫24、25と直交する一方の端縁(図2上の上端縁、以後上端縁と呼称する)の中央部および略中央部に両角がアール状に形成された略台形状の突出フラップ20、20’が設けられ、前記前面板200および前記背面主板210の前記折罫24、25と直交する他方の端縁(図2上の下端縁、以後下端縁と呼称する)の前記突出フラップ20、20’と対向する位置および前記ブランク板2’を後述するように折りと貼り加工をして図1に示す筒状紙体2とした状態でその両側縁となる位置に係合突片21が設けられ(この係合突片21により必然的に切欠22が形成され)、さらに前記折罫24、25のそれぞれの略中央部に前記折罫24、25に対して線対称となるように両端に短い切線241a、241a’および251a、251a’が形成され、この短い切線241a、241a’および251a、251a’間を繋ぐ前記上端縁側に凸状となる円弧を描く連結切線241b、251bからなる略H字形状切線241,251が設けられ、さらに前記略H字形状切線241、251の両端に設けられた前記短い切線241a、241a’および251a、251a’の両端からそれぞれ前記上端縁および前記下端縁方向に延びて前記折罫24、25にそれぞれ交わる前記折罫24、25に対して線対称な折罫242、242’、243、243’および252、252’、253、253’が設けられると共に前記折罫24と前記折罫242、242’との交点(図示せず)、前記折罫24と前記折罫243、243’との交点(図示せず)および前記折罫25と前記折罫252、252’の交点(図示せず)、前記折罫25と前記折罫253、253’との交点(図示せず)をそれぞれ中心とする円形状切欠部244、245、254、255が設けられた構成からなるものである。なお、前記円形状切欠部244、245、254、255は各々3本の折罫が一点に集中することにより、前記拡開折込部A、A’、B、B’を内側へ折込む際に外側方向への反発力を小さくするために形成されるものである。このような構成からなる前記ブランク板2’は、周知の打抜機を用いて容易に製造することができる。

上記のように構成された前記ブランク板2’を、まず前記前面板200上に前記背面主板210を前記折罫25を山折して折り重ね、次いで折り重ねた前記背面主板210上に前記背面補助板220を前記折罫24を山折りして折り重ね、前記背面主板210と前記背面補助板220との重ね部を接着剤等により接着することにより筒状紙体2を得ることができる。ところで、図2からも明らかなように前記筒状紙体2の前記拡開折込部Aは前記略H字形状切線241と前記折罫242、242’と前記円形状切欠部244とこれらに囲まれた領域にある前記折罫24で形成され、前記筒状紙体2の前記拡開折込部A’は前記略H字形状切線241と前記折罫243、243’と前記円形状切欠部245とこれらに囲まれた領域にある前記折罫24で形成され、前記筒状紙体2の前記拡開折込部Bは前記略H字形状切線251と前記折罫252、252’と前記円形状切欠部254とこれらに囲まれた領域にある前記折罫25で形成され、前記筒状紙体2の前記拡開折込部B’は前記略H字形状切線251と前記折罫253、253’と前記円形状切欠部255とこれらに囲まれた領域にある前記折罫25で形成されるように構成されている。なお、前記筒状紙体2を形成する材料としては、たとえば、200〜340g/m2の耐水カード紙、アイボリー紙などの厚紙が適当である。

次に、本発明に用いる袋体について説明する。袋体3としては、濾過機能を有する素材であれば特に限定するものではないが、袋体とするときの加工性を考慮すると素材それ自体が熱接着性有するもの、あるいは、最内層が熱接着性を有するものが好ましく、たとえば、ポリエチレンやポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィン系、ポリエステル系等の透水性を有する不織布、あるいは、最内層にポリエチレンやポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィン系やポリエステル系等の熱可塑性樹脂を含有している層を有する2ないし3層構成からなる濾紙等を挙げることができる。

次に、前記袋体3の製造方法について説明する。前記袋体3は、熱接着性を有する長尺シート、たとえば、最内層に変性ポリプロピレンを含有している3層構成からなる濾紙を、長手方向と平行に2つ折りして折部33(図1参照)を形成するなり、あるいは、前記折部33(図1参照)をW折り(ガセット折り)するなりして重ね合わせ、所定形状に熱接着(図1上、符号32で示す接着部)し、その後に裁断、および/ないし、型抜き(図1上、折部33が幅狭となると共に前記折部33の反対側の略中央部に一部延設した一対の対向貼着部30、30’を備えた略台形状に型抜き)することにより製造することができる。

そして、前記筒状紙体2と前記袋体3との組付けは、上記したように作製した前記筒状紙体2に上記したように作製した前記袋体3を挿入して前記袋体3に設けた前記一対の対向貼着部30、30’(図示せず)を前記筒状紙体2に設けた前記一対の突出フラップ20、20’(図1、2参照)の上縁で外方へ折返して前記一対の突出フラップ20、20’(図1、2参照)の外面に貼着することにより完了する。なお、図1においては、前記袋体3の前記一対の対向貼着部30、30’(図示せず)を前記一対の突出フラップ20、20’(図1、2参照)の上縁で外方へ折返して前記一対の突出フラップ20、20’(図1、2参照)の外面に貼着したものを示したが、図示はしないが前記袋体3の前記一対の対向貼着部30、30’(図示せず)の突出長さを短くして前記一対の突出フラップ20、20’(図1、2参照)の内面に貼着してもよいものである。いずれの場合においても、前記筒状紙体2に前記袋体3を貼着する個所は前記突出フラップ20、20’(図1、2参照)とすることが望ましく、これにより使用時に前記筒状紙体2を筒状に起立させた際に、前記袋体3の両側が持ち上がり、前記袋体3の大きく確実な開口が保証され、注湯やドリップに適したドリッパーとすることができる。

なお、、前記ブランク板2’から前記筒状紙体2とするために、前記背面主板210と前記背面補助板220との重ね部を接着する接着剤、あるいは、前記筒状紙体2と前記袋体3とを接着する接着剤は、ホットメルト型、溶剤型、水性型、反応型、感圧型等の接着剤から適宜選択して用いることができる。

次に、レギュラーコーヒー粉、紅茶や緑茶の葉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物を一体的に収納したドリッパーについて説明する。ドリッパー1’は、前記筒状紙体2に前記袋体3が組付けられたドリッパー1の前記袋体3内にレギュラーコーヒー粉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物(図示せず)を前記袋体3の開口部から充填し、前記袋体3の前記開口部を剥離可能接着部31(図3参照)となるように熱接着することによりレギュラーコーヒー粉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物を一体的に収納したドリッパーとすることができる。なお、ドリッパー1’は前記袋体3に設けた剥離可能接着部31(図3参照)以外は図1に示すドリッパー1に同じである。

次に、前記袋体3の前記開口部の剥離可能接着部31の形成方法について説明する。前記剥離可能接着部31は、超音波溶着装置(図示せず)を用いて形成するのが好ましい。この理由としては、本発明のドリッパー1’は、前記筒状紙体2に前記袋体3を組付け、その後に前記袋体3内にレギュラーコーヒー粉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物(図示せず)を前記袋体3の開口部から充填し、最後に前記袋体3の開口部を前記筒状紙体2の外面から前記筒状紙体2を介して剥離可能接着部31となるように熱接着するものであり、通常用いられる熱板シール方法やインパルスシール方法等では前記筒状紙体2を形成している厚紙を通して前記袋体3の開口部の内面同士を剥離可能に接着することは非常に困難であり、熱接着しようとすると時間を要し、生産効率が落ちると共に前記筒状紙体2の内外面や前記袋体3の表面が焦げて褐変し、見栄えの悪いものとなるからである。

次に、本発明のドリッパー1’の使用方法について図3を用いて、使用方法を示す図4により説明する。まず、図3に示すドリッパー1’の前記袋体3の前記対向貼着部30、30’で被覆された前記突出フラップ20、20’を左右の手指で摘んで互いに乖離する方向に引張って前記袋体3の前記剥離可能接着部31を剥離(開封)し、その後に前記折曲部α、βに設けた前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を左右の手指で内側に折込むことにより、前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を前記略H字形状切線241、251(図2参照)を境にして前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’が前記折曲部α、βと平行方向において互いに離れるように拡開されて折込まれて前記筒状紙体2が横断面凸レンズ状のほぼ均一な大きさ横断面を有する筒状体に保形され、これにより確実に保証された前記袋体3の開口を得ることができる。その後に前記筒状紙体2の下縁に設けた係合突片21および切欠22でカップ壁面上にドリッパー1’を図4に示すように載置固定し、前記袋体3の開口から所定量の熱湯を注湯することによりカップ内に所望の飲料を得るものである。また、図1に示されるレギュラーコーヒー粉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物が充填されていないドリッパー、すなわち、本発明のドリッパー1の使用方法としては、ドリッパー1’の使用方法で説明した前記袋体3の前記剥離可能接着部31を剥離(開封)する操作をすることなく上記したと同様に筒状体に保形する操作を行い、その後に、たとえば、別容器等に収納されているレギュラーコーヒー粉等の被抽出成分を有する内容物(図示せず)をスプーン等で前記袋体3の開口から前記袋体3内に入れて後に上記したと同様にカップ壁面上に載置固定する操作を行って後に、前記袋体3の開口から所定量の熱湯を注湯することによりカップ内に所望の飲料を得るものである。

なお、前記略H字形状切線241、251(図2参照)の前記連結切線241b、251bを前記筒状紙体2の前記上端縁側に凸状となる円弧状に形成したが、前記連結切線241b、251bは前記折罫24、25に直交する方向に一直線としてもよいし、また、図1、2においては、前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を前記略H字形状切線241、251を介して隣接するように構成したが、前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を間隔をあけた状態で構成してもよいものである。但し、前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を前記略H字形状切線241、251(図2参照)を介して隣接するように形成すると共に前記略H字形状切線241、251(図2参照)の連結切線241b、251bを前記筒状紙体2の前記上端縁側に凸状となる円弧状に形成したものは、前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を左右の手指で内側に折込む際の操作として、図1に示すドリッパー1の前記筒状紙体2の両側縁に位置する前記係合突片21を左右の人差し指等で支持する場合には左右の親指で前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を折込むために何等問題なく前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を互いに離れる方向にワンアクション(一動作)で折込むことができるが、図1に示すドリッパー1の前記筒状紙体2の両側縁の上端縁を左右の親指等で支持する場合には左右の人差し指等で前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を折込むために前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’の前記略H字形状切線241、251(図2参照)より下側に位置する前記拡開折込部A’およびB’が一動作で折込めない場合があり、前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’を互いに離れる方向に確実に一動作で折込むことができるように前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’の前記略H字形状切線241、251(図2参照)より下側に位置する前記拡開折込部A’およびB’をより前記筒状紙体2の前記上端縁(図2上の)側に位置するようにするためである。また、図1、2に示すように、前記拡開折込部A、A’およびB、B’が前記略H字形状切線241、251(図2参照)を介して隣接している場合には、前記略H字形状切線241、251(図2参照)に部分的に繋ぎ部(刃止め部)を形成した形状として、より確実にワンアクション(一動作)で内側に折込むことができるように構成してもよいものである。

ところで、今まで説明したドリッパー1、1’は本発明の一例を例示したものであってこれに限ることはなく、たとえば、ドリッパー1の下縁に設けた係合突片21の数や形状は、カップ壁面に載置固定可能に構成されていればよいものであり、また、前記突出フラップ20、20’は、必ずしも同一形状である必要はなく、突出幅や突出高さを変えたり、あるいは、同一形状であっても多少設ける位置をずらせることにより、使用時に手指で摘み易いように構成してもよいものである。

【発明の効果】
以上縷々説明したように、本発明のドリッパーは、筒状紙体の両折曲部の対向する位置に前記折曲部を内側に折込むことで前記折曲部と平行方向において互いに離れる方向に拡開する拡開折込部をそれぞれ2個所設けた構成とすることにより、縦長形状や大型のドリッパーに対しても筒状紙体をほぼ一定の大きさの横断面を有する筒状体に確実に保形することができると共に袋体の開口部を一定の大きさに維持することができ、注湯を容易に行うことができるという優れた効果を奏するものである。
