Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is interposed between two conductive members that are fastened to each other, and is used to change the state from an electrically insulated state to an electrically conductive state. It relates to a washer that can change.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, some automobiles have a portion for joining different metal members, for example, a part such as a steel bonnet is attached to an aluminum alloy body. In such an automobile production line, parts of dissimilar metals are electrically insulated from each other in the pre-painting process including the cleaning of the car body to prevent electrolytic corrosion, and both parts are energized in the next electrodeposition coating process. In order to do so, it is necessary to conduct between the two members.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, an insulating material is interposed between different metal members in advance, and the vehicle body is pre-treated in the insulated state, and then the different metal members are connected with a special conductive cable to conduct. After the condition, electrodeposition coating is performed, and the conductive cable is removed after painting.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the work of attaching and detaching the conductive cable performed before and after the painting process is very troublesome and is not preferable in terms of production efficiency. Therefore, if a means that can easily establish a conductive state between both members without depending on the conductive cable is found, it will greatly contribute to the improvement of productivity of various products as well as automobiles.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is interposed between two conductive members that are fastened to each other, so that the two members are electrically insulated from the electrically insulated state. It is an object of the present invention to provide a washer that can be changed from an insulator to a conductor.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is used to change from a state of being electrically insulated to a state of electrical conduction between two members, which are interposed between two conductive members that are fastened to each other. A washer that can be changed from an insulator to a conductor, a conductive washer body, a conductive embedded member supported on one surface of the washer body, and a washer embedded in the embedded member. It is composed of an insulating covering layer that is bonded only to the one surface of the main body , and the embedded member is not exposed to the surface of the covering layer when the fastening force between the two members is less than a predetermined value. Is exposed to the surface of the coating layer when the value exceeds a predetermined value, and the two members are brought into conduction in cooperation with the washer body.
[0007]
The two conductive members are the
[0008]
According to the above feature, simply by increasing the fastening force between the two members, the washer can be changed from an insulator to a conductor, and the two members can be easily switched from an insulated state to a conductive state.
