【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来の硬貨両替機においては、基の硬貨リフトアップ装置に対して左右一対の回収用搬送ベルトが組み合わされ、この回収用搬送ベルトにより硬貨をガイドケース内に導入し、例えば左側の搬送ベルトから導入された硬貨はリフトアップベルトの正回転によりこのベルトに設けられた傾斜突条部にて保持して上昇させ、右側の搬送ベルトから導入された硬貨はリフトアップベルトの逆回転により同じく傾斜突条部にて保持して上昇させている。このため、2箇所から入ってくる硬貨をリフトアップする場合、駆動用のリフターモータを正逆回転させ、且つ正逆回転の切り換えタイミングを制御しなければならないという問題がある。

また、硬貨の回収は能率良く、しかもトラブルが発生することなく円滑になされるよう要求されるが、左右2箇所から導入される硬貨を1基の硬貨リフトアップ装置でリフトアップするため硬貨の渋滞が生じる問題があり、さらにガイドケースとリフトアップベルトとの間は比較的ゆったりとした空間(隙間)があるため、ガイドケース内に導入された硬貨が安定せずに所謂あばれが生じる問題もある。

そこで、本発明は、上記従来の問題を解消するためになされ、基の硬貨リフトアップ装置と左右一対の回収用搬送ベルトの組み合わせからなる硬貨両替機において、2箇所から入ってくる硬貨をリフトアップする場合、駆動用のリフターモータを正逆回転せずに正回転のみでリフトアップができるようにし、硬貨の渋滞が生じることなく、ガイドケース内に導入された硬貨を安定させてあばれが生じないようにした硬貨リフトアップ装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を技術的に解決するための手段として、本発明は、ガイドケースと、このガイドケース内に昇降自在に配設された無端の搬送部材と、ガイドケースの下部の手前又は向こう側の一方に対設された2つの硬貨導入部材とを備え、前記2つの硬貨導入部材から投入された硬貨を前記搬送部材によりガイドケース内を上昇させる硬貨リフトアップ装置であって、前記ガイドケースの前面又は後面の中央部に内側に突出する凹部を上下方向に沿って設け、前記搬送部材の表面両側には上下方向に一定の間隔をあけて硬貨押し上げ用のプッシャーが逆ハ字状に並設され、これらのプッシャーは前記凹部を避けて通過できるようにし、前記2つの硬貨導入部材の導入口からそれぞれ誘導路を介してガイドケース内に重ならないように整列して1枚ずつ導入された硬貨を、前記凹部と前記搬送部材とでほぼ挟まれた状態で前記プッシャーにて押し上げることにより、前記搬送部材を一方向に回転させるだけでリフトアップすることを要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて詳説する。
