Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shutter curtain retaining structure that prevents a shutter curtain of a building shutter from being bent out of a guide rail by a strong wind such as a typhoon.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The architectural shutter curtain with a plurality of slats bound up and down is inserted into the guide rail opening and lifted up and down to open and close the building opening. It is in a closed state so that the glass of the provided window is not damaged.
However, when a strong wind pressure is applied in this closed state, the shutter curtain is supported at both ends inserted into the guide rail, so that the central portion of the shutter curtain is greatly bent in the indoor / outdoor direction. The part comes out of the guide rail and damages the shutter curtain.
In order to prevent such a situation, various measures for preventing the shutter curtain from coming off the guide rail have been considered.
For example, hook-shaped metal fittings are provided at both ends of the slats constituting the shutter curtain, and the metal fittings are locked to locking pieces provided in the guide rails to prevent them from coming off, or convex at the ends of the slats. In some cases, the cut and raised portion is formed so that the cut and raised portion is locked to the locking piece of the guide rail.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Of the above-mentioned prior art, the former is not only troublesome to attach the bracket, but the bracket provided at the end of the slat is caught on the upper end of the guide rail when the wound shutter curtain is extended. There is a risk of hindering the lifting operation, and the bracket is rubbed against the inner wall surface of the guide rail during raising and lowering, causing scratches and abnormal noise. It will be bigger.
The latter also has a problem that the shutter case becomes unnecessarily large because the shutter curtain is damaged or the winding diameter is increased during winding due to the cut and raised convex portion.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in order to solve these problems, and the invention of
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the shirt tar cartan retaining structure according to the first aspect, the locking recess is formed in an interlock portion of each slat.
[0005]
The invention according to claim 3 is configured such that a plurality of slats can be bent up and down by inserting the left and right ends of a shirter curtain formed by interlocking a plurality of slats through interlocking portions protruding from the upper and lower edges thereof into guide rails. In the architectural shutter, the inner surface of the guide rail in the vicinity of the opening is formed with a ridge in the vertical direction, and at the position near the left and right ends of the interlock portion of the slat constituting the shutter curtain. A locking recess located on the same vertical line and capable of being locked to the ridge is formed on the opposite side surface by being biased toward the bottom rib side of the guide rail with respect to the ridge and the locking. A movement preventing piece for preventing the vertically adjacent slats from moving mutually in the longitudinal direction is formed in an inclined shape so as to be lowered toward the locking recess at positions near the inner end of each recess, The stop recess moves to the opening side of the guide rail as the shutter curtain bends, and the end side of the shutter curtain moves toward the bottom of the guide rail from the retaining state where it is locked to the above-mentioned protrusion and prevented from further movement. A shutter curtain retaining structure characterized in that the locking state of the locking recess and the protruding line is guided in the release direction by the inclined portion of the movement preventing piece when returning to the original state. .
[0006]
The present invention effectively prevents the both ends of the shutter curtain from slipping out of the guide rail even when the shutter curtain of the building shutter is bent due to a strong wind such as a typhoon. The shutter curtain will not slide on the guide rail when raising or lowering and will not cause scratches or abnormal noises, and it will not scratch the slats or increase the winding diameter. is there.

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention lacks locking recesses at both ends of the slat, it does not protrude from the slat, ensuring smooth movement of the shutter curtain without damaging the guide rail. Not only can this be done, but also when the shutter curtain is wound, the slats are not damaged and the winding diameter does not increase more than necessary.
The locking recess is easy to process and can also be applied to slats of various shapes.
Furthermore, when the movement preventing piece is provided in the locking recess, the locking recess can be formed and the slat can be prevented from moving left and right at the same time, so that the number of work steps can be reduced.
