Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint material used for a joint of an exterior plate of a building, and in particular, is used as a backup of a caulking material filled in the joint.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, since this type of joint material needs to prevent adhesion with the caulking material, a method is adopted in which a tape made of a synthetic resin that is incompatible with the caulking material is attached to the surface that the caulking material touches. However, in the case of this tape affixing method, there is a disadvantage that the tape is easily peeled off in the future when refilling the caulking material and the durability is poor. Therefore, the present inventor has already proposed a coating method (Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-145598) in place of this tape sticking method.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the above-mentioned coating method, since the synthetic resin to be coated is incompatible with the caulking material, the adhesive material with the core material of the joint material, for example, a metal plate is weak, After a long period of time, the coating may peel off.
[0004]
In view of these points, the present invention provides a highly durable joint material that is formed on the surface of a joint core material, and the synthetic resin surface material that is not compatible with the caulking material is difficult to peel off from the core material. In providing materials.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means of the joint material of the present invention is a joint material in which a surface material is attached to the surface of a core material made of a metal plate via an intermediate material, and the intermediate material is in relation to the core material and the surface material. The surface material is made of a synthetic resin that is incompatible with the caulking material, and the intermediate material and the surface material are formed on both the front and back surfaces including the edge of the core material by an extrusion insert molding method. In other words, they are attached together so as to be completely involved .
[0006]
As the intermediate material, it is preferable to use a saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer or a synthetic rubber hot melt adhesive .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the joint material of the present invention will be described based on examples of the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a use state where a joint material 10 is attached to the back side of the joint 2 of the exterior plates 1 and 1. The actual construction procedure is as follows. The joint material 10 is attached to the front surface of the pillar 3 or the like, the exterior plates 1 and 1 are arranged so as to sandwich the protrusion 11 of the joint material 10, and the caulking material 4 is placed in the groove of the joint 2. Fill. However, it is necessary that the caulking material 4 is bonded only to the facets 5 and 5 of the exterior plates 1 and 1 and not to be bonded to the outer surface of the protruding portion 11 of the joint material 10. If the protrusion 11 is bonded, the degree of freedom of the caulking material 4 becomes small, and cracks are likely to occur.
[0008]
FIG. 2 shows an enlarged cross section of the joint material 10. The joint material 10 is a long body having a cross-sectional shape in which a projecting portion 11 corresponding to the width of the seam is provided at the center and a flange portion 12 is continuously provided on both sides or one side thereof. Usually, the joint material 10 is manufactured by bending from a flat plate. In addition, the detailed shape of the protrusion part 11 and the flange part 12 can be designed freely.
[0009]
The material of the joint material 10 has a three-layer structure of a core material 13, a surface material 14, and an intermediate material 15. The core material 13, using a metal plate such as steel plate or aluminum plate. The surface material 14 needs to be incompatible with the caulking material, and usually an olefin-based synthetic resin, for example, a low density polyethylene resin or a polypropylene resin is used. The intermediate material 15 is required to have a sufficient adhesive force with respect to the core material 13 and the surface material 14, and for example, an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer saponified product or a synthetic rubber-based hot melt adhesive is suitable.
[0010]
The surface material 14 and intermediate material 15, attachment methods for the core material 13, relative to bending before the plate-like core member 13, by an extrusion insert molding method, integrally with the core member while extruding a synthetic resin material Adhering method is adopted . In this case, the thickness of the surface material 14 and the intermediate material 15 is arbitrary, but usually the surface material 14 is 10 to 100 microns, preferably about 20 to 50 microns, and the intermediate material 15 is 3 ˜30 microns, preferably about 5 to 10 microns is suitable.
[0011]
The surface of the core material 13, but the surface member 14 and the intermediate member 15 is attached, in that case, necessary and this intermediate member 15 is interposed between the core 13 and the surface member 14 It is . Further, the intermediate material 15 and the surface material 14 are attached to the entire surface so that both the front and back surfaces of the core material 13 are completely wound. Therefore, the hand is not injured at the cut edge of the edge 16 when handling the joint material 10 or during construction, and the core material 13 is not exposed, so that the occurrence of rust can be prevented .
[0013]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be freely modified within the scope of the claims. In particular, the shape of the protruding portion 11 and the flange portion 12 of the joint member, further, the core material 13, etc. the material and thickness Sana of surface material 14 and intermediate material 15 is free.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
In the joint material of the present invention, since a surface material made of synthetic resin that is incompatible with the caulking material is attached to the surface of the protruding portion, the caulking material filled in the seam may adhere to the joint material. In addition, cracking of the caulking material can be prevented. In addition, since the surface material is attached to the core material by an intermediate material having an adhesive force, the surface material has a strong adhesive force, and does not peel off from the core material even after long-term use, and has high durability. . Moreover, since the intermediate material and the surface material cover the entire surface of the core material, even if the core material is a metal plate, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of condensation and rust, and there is no injury to the hand at the edge.
[0015]
Since the saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the synthetic rubber-based hot melt adhesive are used for the intermediate material in the second aspect, the adhesive strength is strong and the surface material is strong enough not to peel off. In addition to being able to hold, the adhesive strength is poor after curing, which is convenient for handling.
