図10は従来の地中構造物構築用ケーソンを示し、1は地下構造物、例えばトンネルの壁を形成するため長手方向に複数個連設されるケーソン、2は横方向に互に離間した側壁、3は各ケーソン1の側壁2,2の下端刃先、4a,4bは上記側壁2,2間を連結する底版梁及び頂版梁、5は地盤、6はケーソン1の底部の地盤5に打設した水中コンクリートである。

上記各ケーソン1は地上で分割構築し、地中に沈設し、隣接するケーソン間に山留め壁等を築造した後に、地盤改良工や圧気工等によって地下水の湧出を防止しつつ掘削し、この後ケーソン相互の連結を行ない、埋め戻し及び山留め壁等の撤去を行なっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然しながら上記従来のケーソンでは、潜函工法によりケーソンを帯水層内に築造した場合等、このケーソンが地盤内の地下水の自然な流下を阻害し、上流側の水位が上昇し、下流側の水位が低下し、地盤沈下や井戸水の枯渇など、周辺環境に大きな影響を及ぼす問題点がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の地中構造物構築用ケーソンは、互に離間して対向する側壁と、この側壁間を連結する梁と、上記両側壁の外面に夫々取り付けた透水フィルターと、上記両側壁の透水フィルター同志を導水可能に連通する連通手段と、上記透水フィルターと上記連通手段間に形成された間隙層と、上記透水フィルターと上記間隙層間に配置されたスクリーンとより成ることを特徴とする。

以下図面によって本発明の実施例を説明する。

本発明を適用する地中構造物は、図1〜図3に示すように、ケーソン1の各側壁2の外面にその上部から下端刃先3の部に至る迄、所定の幅で外側から内側に向かって順次に薄鋼板等の保護板7と、透水フィルター8と、間隙層9を形成し、互に対向する上記一方の側壁2の上記間隙層9と、他方の側壁2の間隙層9を導水可能に結ぶ連通管10を上記側壁2及び底版梁4aを通して設ける。

上記のような地中構造物構築用ケーソンは、地下水の高い側から上記透水フィルター8、間隙層9、連通管10を介して地下水の低い側に地下水が流れるようになり、ケーソンを沈潜しても地下水流の自然な流下を保証することができる。

上記連通管10は底版梁4aの代わりに、またはこれに加えて頂版梁4bに設けても良く、また、図4に示すように上記連通管10内には玉砂利等より成る透水フィルター11を充填して連通管10内を流れる地下水の流速を制限するようにしても良い。

本発明においては図5に示すように上記透水フィルター8と間隙層9との間にスクリーン12を介挿せしめる

なお、上記透水フィルター8の外側の保護板7は、ケーソン沈設時の地盤5との摩擦によって透水フィルター8が破損することを防止するものであり、このまま残置するのであればこの保護板7は通水性を持つ材料とすることが必要である。このため例えば保護板として孔あき板を使用すれば良い。

また、ケーソンを沈潜する際、地盤5との摩擦により側壁2の外側の保護板7及び透水フィルター8が剥がれるようになる恐れがあるが、図2及び図3に示すように側壁2の下部に設けた貫通孔14を介してPCケーブル15により保護板7を側壁2の内側に引張し、側壁の内側で定着金具16で固定するようにすればこれを防ぐことができる。

また、図7に示すように側壁2内に埋め込んだ定着鉄筋16′によって側壁2の下部から突出せしめたカバー17によって保護板7の下端部外面をカバーせしめても良い。

図8及び図9の実施例においては上記側壁2の下端部に保護用シート18を巻回収納したシート収納マガジン19を埋設し、このシート収納マガジン19から引き出した保護用シート18を上記保護板7の代りに上記透水フィルター8と地盤5間に介在せしめ、ケーソンの沈降に応じて上記保護用シート18を繰り出す。このようにすれば、上記透水フィルター8を上記地盤5から隔離でき、また上記保護用シート18は地盤5にこすられることがないのでこれを極薄板にでき、または、ジオテキスタイル材料で形成でき
