Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint for hose piping, and more particularly, when connecting a hose joint bracket attached to a hose body to a counterpart device via an elbow bracket, the angle adjustment work is simplified and the piping workability is improved. It is related with the joint for hose piping which can be reduced and can reduce a piping man-hour.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, when connecting a hose fitting 2 attached to at least one of both ends of a hose body 1 having a predetermined length to a counterpart device 4 via an elbow fitting 3, first, the hose A method of connecting a hose fitting (not shown) provided on the other end of the main body 1 to one counterpart device and then connecting the elbow fitting 3 on one end to the other counterpart device 4 is performed.
[0003]
However, when the elbow fitting 3 is connected to the other device, if there is an angle shift with the port (hole center position) of the other device, the connection work is difficult or the angle shift is large. Connection may be difficult.
[0004]
In such a case, the hose body 1 is twisted to connect it while forcibly adjusting the angle, or the hose fitting that has been connected earlier is loosened and connected while adjusting the angle. 3 was changed to a straight metal fitting, and the work of connecting using a separate elbow adapter was performed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the method of twisting the hose body 1 and forcibly adjusting the angle has a problem of damaging the hose assembly and reducing the life of the hose body and the joint. Also, when adjusting the angle by loosening the connected hose fittings, it takes a lot of work and time to connect the pipes, and in the case of connecting using a separate elbow adapter, the number of parts There is a problem that the number of pipes is increased and the cost is increased, and there are also problems such as an increase in the number of leaked portions of the fluid flowing in the hose body.
[0006]
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to such conventional problems, and when the elbow fitting connected to the hose body is connected to the counterpart device, the angle adjustment of the hose body or elbow fitting can be easily performed. Hose pipe joints that can reduce the number of man-hours and work, reduce costs and reduce costs, without damaging hose assembly products due to twisting during connection and reducing the life of the hose body. It is intended to provide.
