Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin panel used for a partition in a garden, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional synthetic resin panel of this type is formed into a shape in which a plurality of half-bamboo bamboos are arranged as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-46689 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-159309. As described above, it is used as a partition in a Japanese-style garden or the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as described above, the above-mentioned synthetic resin panel is formed in a shape in which divided bamboo pieces are arranged side by side at substantially equal intervals, and not only has a unique personality but also attempts to obtain the rigidity of the panel itself. If the bamboo pattern formed in a curved shape is protruded greatly, or the thickness of the panel itself is increased, the panel will be bulky if the bamboo pattern is protruded greatly, and the thickness of the panel will be increased. If it is thick, there is a problem that the weight increases.
[0004]
The present invention has been developed in view of the above circumstances, and the object is to create a unique texture with a three-dimensional effect, yet to increase the weight without causing an increase in weight. To provide a resin panel.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the invention according to claim 1 is a synthetic resin panel formed by molding a thermoplastic resin material formed into a thin plate shape, and the panel body has a valley. A plurality of first pattern forming portions and a plurality of second pattern forming portions formed by being bent in a substantially wave shape appearing while repeating a portion and a peak portion are provided, and the first and second pattern forming portions are provided on the panel body. A plurality of ridges protruding in a circular arc shape or a curved shape with respect to the surface of the first pattern forming portion are juxtaposed, and the ridges of the first pattern forming portion extend in a direction intersecting the ridges of the second pattern forming portion. It is characterized by being.
[0006]
The invention according to claim 2 is such that the first pattern forming portion and the second pattern forming portion according to claim 1 extend in a strip shape, and both the pattern forming portions are knitted in a gentle shape. It is characterized by.
[0007]
In the above invention, the first pattern forming portion and the second pattern forming portion may be formed in a pattern shape in which a plurality of thin bamboos are arranged side by side, or a plurality of divided bamboos obtained by dividing natural bamboo in the length direction. You may make it the pattern shape which arranged the piece in parallel.
[0008]
【Example】
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of a synthetic resin panel according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
(Embodiment 1) FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view showing an example of a synthetic resin panel according to the present invention, and this synthetic resin panel denoted by reference numeral 1 extends in the form of a band on the surface side of the panel main body 2. A plurality of first pattern forming portions 3 and a plurality of second pattern forming portions 4 that similarly extend in a band shape are formed.
[0010]
Each of the first and second pattern forming portions 3 and 4 is formed in a pattern in which a plurality of natural thin female bamboos are juxtaposed, and the thin female bamboo pattern portion is substantially arc-shaped with respect to the surface of the panel body 2. The protruding ridges 5 and 6 are defined.
[0011]
In the synthetic resin panel of Embodiment 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the first pattern formation portion 3 and the second pattern formation portion 4 are formed in a knitted shape, and the first pattern formation is performed. The ridges 5 of the part 3 extend in a direction that obliquely intersects the ridges 6 of the second pattern forming part 4.
[0012]
Specifically, the ridges 5 of the first pattern forming unit 3 are obliquely inclined at approximately 30 degrees, and the ridges 6 of the second pattern forming unit 4 are relative to the ridges 5 of the first pattern forming unit 3. Each of the first pattern forming portion 3 and the second pattern forming portion 4 extends substantially obliquely in a direction inclined by approximately 60 degrees, and both of the first pattern forming portion 3 and the second pattern forming portion 4 are substantially wave-like shapes that appear while repeating a trough portion and a peak portion in the length direction. The first pattern forming part 3 and the second pattern forming part 4 are formed in a knitted shape so as to obliquely intersect each other at the valley part and the peak part.
[0013]
Thus, in the synthetic resin panel 1 shown in the first embodiment, for example, when sunlight enters from an oblique direction indicated by the arrow X in FIG. 2, the sunlight is applied to the ridge 5 of the first pattern forming unit 3. Since it shines in the direction crossing the length direction, the shadow of each ridge 5 formed in the 1st pattern formation part 3 is reflected in the outer surface of the ridge 5 located behind the irradiation direction of a solar ray.
[0014]
On the other hand, in the 2nd pattern formation part 4 extended in the direction which cross | intersects with respect to the 1st pattern formation part 3, since a sunlight ray shines in the length direction substantially with respect to the protruding item | line 6, the 2nd pattern formation part 4 There is almost no shadow.
[0015]
Therefore, the 1st pattern formation part 3 is expressed darker than the 2nd pattern formation part 4 by the shadow reflected on the outer surface of the protruding item | line 5, and the 2nd pattern formation part which appears brightly on the surface of the synthetic resin panel 1 4 and the first pattern forming portion 3 appearing darkly are expressed in an intersecting manner, and due to the difference in brightness, the depth of the entire surface of the panel 1 can be felt, and the stereoscopic effect is increased. A unique atmosphere is created.
[0016]
In addition, with the change in the incident angle of sunlight with the passage of time, the above-described difference in light and dark changes as needed, and a rich design feeling is exhibited.
[0017]
Further, in the first embodiment, both pattern forming portions 3 and 4 are waved and a plurality of convex shapes 5 and 6 projecting from the surface of the panel body 2 are arranged in parallel in the pattern forming portions 3 and 4. Therefore, the strength of the panel 1 itself is increased. Therefore, even if the thickness of the panel body 2 is not increased, the rigidity of the panel 1 is sufficiently secured and is not easily damaged. Thus, the weight of the entire panel 1 can be reduced, and the resin material required to mold the panel 1 can be reduced.
(Embodiment 2) FIG. 5 is an overall perspective view showing another example of the synthetic resin panel according to the present invention. The 1st pattern formation part 30 extended in several strip | belt shape and the 2nd pattern formation part 40 extended in several strip | belt shape are formed.
[0018]
The first and second pattern forming portions 30 and 40 shown in FIGS. 5 to 8 are each formed in a pattern in which a plurality of narrow divided bamboo pieces obtained by dividing natural bamboo in the length direction are arranged in parallel. The pattern part of the piece defines the ridges 50 and 60 protruding in a substantially curved shape with respect to the surface of the panel body 20.
[0019]
And in the synthetic resin panel of Embodiment 2 shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the first pattern forming portion 30 and the second pattern forming portion 40 are knitted in the shape of a gaze like the above-described Embodiment 1. The ridges 50 of the first pattern forming unit 30 are formed in a shape and extend in a direction that obliquely intersects the ridges 60 of the second pattern forming unit 40.
[0020]
Specifically, the ridges 50 of the first pattern forming unit 30 are obliquely inclined at approximately 30 degrees, and the ridges 60 of the second pattern forming unit 40 are relative to the ridges 50 of the first pattern forming unit 30. Each of the first pattern forming portion 30 and the second pattern forming portion 40 extends substantially obliquely in a direction inclined by about 60 degrees, and both of the first pattern forming portion 30 and the second pattern forming portion 40 are substantially wave-like shapes that appear while repeating a trough portion and a peak portion in the length direction. The first pattern forming part 30 and the second pattern forming part 40 are formed in a knitted shape that intersects with each other at the valley part and the peak part.
[0021]
Thus, even in the synthetic resin panel 10 shown in the above-described second embodiment, as in the first embodiment described above, for example, when sunlight enters from an oblique direction indicated by the arrow X in FIG. Since it shines in the direction which crosses the length direction with respect to the protruding item | line 50 of the pattern formation part 30, the shadow of each protruding item | line 50 currently formed in the 1st pattern formation part 30 is located behind the irradiation direction of a solar ray. Reflected on the outer surface of the protruding ridge 50.
[0022]
On the other hand, in the 2nd pattern formation part 40, since a sunlight ray injects in the length direction substantially with respect to the protruding item | line 60, a shadow does not arise in the 2nd pattern formation part 40 almost.
[0023]
Therefore, the 1st pattern formation part 30 is expressed darker than the 2nd pattern formation part 40 with the shadow reflected on the outer surface of the protruding item | line 50, and the 2nd pattern formation part which appears brightly on the surface of the synthetic resin panels 10 40 and the first pattern forming unit 30 appearing darkly are expressed in an intersecting manner, and the difference in brightness makes it possible to feel the depth on the entire surface of the panel, thereby increasing the stereoscopic effect. A unique atmosphere is created, and with the change in the incident angle of sunlight with the passage of time, the above-mentioned difference in light and dark changes as needed, and a rich sense of design is exhibited.
[0024]
Furthermore, even in the second embodiment, both pattern forming portions 30 and 40 are waved, and the pattern forming portions 30 and 40 have a plurality of convex shapes 50 and 60 projecting from the surface of the panel body 20. Are arranged side by side, the strength of the panel 10 itself is increased, and therefore the panel 10 is sufficiently rigid and difficult to break without increasing the thickness of the panel body 20. Thus, the weight of the entire panel 10 can be reduced, and the resin material required for molding the panel 10 can be reduced.
(Embodiment 3) FIG. 9 is an overall perspective view showing another example of the synthetic resin panel according to the present invention. A first pattern forming unit 300 extending in a plurality of strips and a second pattern forming unit 400 extending in a plurality of strips are formed on the side.
[0025]
The first and second pattern forming portions 300 and 400 shown in FIGS. 9 to 12 are each a pattern in which a plurality of narrow divided bamboo pieces obtained by dividing natural bamboo in the length direction are arranged in parallel, as in the second embodiment. The pattern portions of the divided bamboo pieces are formed with ridges 500 and 600 that protrude in a substantially curved shape with respect to the surface of the panel main body 100.
[0026]
And in the synthetic resin panel of Embodiment 3 shown in FIGS. 9-12, these 1st pattern formation part 300 and the 2nd pattern formation part 400 are formed in the shape knitted orthogonally, and 1st pattern formation is carried out. The ridge 500 of the part 300 extends in a direction that intersects with the ridge 600 of the second pattern forming part 400 by 90 degrees.
[0027]
That is, the protrusions 500 of the first pattern forming unit 300 extend in the horizontal direction, and the protrusions 600 of the second pattern forming unit 400 extend in the vertical direction perpendicular to the protrusions 500 of the first pattern forming unit 300. In addition, the second pattern forming unit 400 is curved in a substantially wave shape in which valleys and peaks repeatedly appear in the length direction, and is vertically directed with respect to the first pattern forming unit 300 extending in the horizontal direction. The extended 2nd pattern formation part 400 is formed in the shape knitted in the orthogonal shape which cross | intersects in the trough part and the peak part.
[0028]
Thus, even in the synthetic resin panel shown in the third embodiment, for example, when sunlight rays enter from an oblique direction indicated by an arrow X in FIG. 10, the light rays are directed to the ridge 600 of the second pattern forming unit 400. Since the light shines in a direction substantially intersecting with the length direction, the shadow of each ridge 600 formed on the second pattern forming unit 400 is reflected on the outer surface of the ridge 600 located behind the irradiation direction of sunlight. .
[0029]
On the other hand, in the first pattern forming unit 300, the light ray is incident obliquely on the ridge 500, so that the shadow generated in the first pattern forming unit 300 is smaller than the shadow generated in the second pattern forming unit 400.
[0030]
Therefore, the 1st pattern formation part 300 is expressed brighter than the 2nd pattern formation part 400, and the 1st pattern formation part 300 which appears brightly on the surface of the synthetic resin panel 100 and the 2nd pattern formation part which appears darkly 400 is expressed in a cross shape, and the difference in light and darkness makes it possible to feel the depth of the entire surface of the panel, increasing the three-dimensional effect, creating a kind of unique atmosphere, and time. With the change in the incident angle of the sunlight with the passage of time, the above-described difference in brightness is also changed at any time, and a rich design feeling is exhibited.
[0031]
Furthermore, in the third embodiment, the second pattern forming portion 400 is waved and the first and second pattern forming portions 300 and 400 have a plurality of convex shapes 500 and 600 that protrude with respect to the surface of the panel body 200. Are arranged side by side, the strength of the panel 100 itself is increased, and therefore, the panel 100 is sufficiently rigid and difficult to break without increasing the thickness of the panel body 200. Thus, the weight of the entire panel 100 can be reduced, and the material required for forming the panel 100 can be reduced.
[0032]
In addition, the synthetic resin panels shown in the first to third embodiments are all formed by molding a thermoplastic resin material formed into a thin plate shape using a resin mold prepared in advance. After heating the resin material, set the resin material on the resin mold, and then suck the air in the resin mold to deform the plate-shaped resin material along the mold surface of the resin mold, It is formed into a predetermined shape.
[0033]
In the first to third embodiments described above, the plate-like panel bodies 2, 20, and 200 made of AAS resin are used, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a plate-like panel made of ABS resin. The main body 2, 20, 200 may be used.
[0034]
In addition, the surface of the synthetic resin panels 1, 10, and 100 according to the first, second, and third embodiments can be provided with a more natural texture by appropriately applying a bamboo color or pattern. .
[0035]
In the first, second, and third embodiments described above, the first and second pattern forming portions each having the bamboo pattern are formed. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a wooden pattern is applied. You may form a 1st and 2nd pattern formation part.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the synthetic resin panel according to claim 1 is a synthetic resin panel formed by molding a thermoplastic resin material formed into a thin plate shape, and the panel main body includes a trough portion. And a plurality of first pattern forming portions and a plurality of second pattern forming portions, which are formed to be curved in a substantially wavy shape and appear repeatedly, and a plurality of first pattern forming portions and a plurality of second patterns. The first and second pattern forming portions are provided with a plurality of protruding ridges protruding in an arc shape or a curved shape along the ridges between the ridges. Since the extending ridges are formed, and the ridges and ridges of the first pattern forming portion extend in a direction intersecting the ridges and the ridges of the second pattern forming portion, for example, particularly the sun etc. When receiving light from an angle, the first pattern forming unit and the second pattern forming unit shade the light. As a result, the impression of the appearance is greatly changed, and the taste of the taste is improved. Therefore, it is possible to bring out a unique texture with excellent three-dimensional effect as a whole without providing a protruding part that protrudes greatly on the surface side of the panel. .
Moreover, according to the synthetic resin panel according to claim 1, the first and second pattern forming portions are provided with a plurality of convex shapes protruding in an arc shape or a curved shape in parallel with the surface of the panel body. Therefore, the strength of the panel itself is increased. Therefore, even if the thickness of the panel body is not increased, the rigidity of the panel is sufficiently secured and is not easily damaged. As a result, the weight of the entire panel can be reduced.
[0037]
Further, according to the synthetic resin panel according to claim 2, the first pattern forming portion and the second pattern forming portion according to claim 1 extend in a band shape, and both the pattern formations are knitted in a jerky shape. Therefore, in addition to the effect of the invention according to the first aspect, the rigidity of the panel can be sufficiently secured without increasing the thickness of the panel body.
[0038]
Moreover, according to the synthetic resin panel of Claim 3, since the 1st pattern formation part and 2nd pattern formation part of Claim 1 or 2 are the patterns which arranged the multiple thin bamboo in parallel, In addition to the effects of the invention described in claim 1 or 2, it is possible to create a more unique and natural atmosphere.
[0039]
Moreover, according to the synthetic resin panel of Claim 4, the 1st pattern formation part and 2nd pattern formation part of Claim 1 or 2 are the some split bamboo formed by dividing a natural bamboo in the length direction Since it is a pattern in which the pieces are arranged side by side, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 1 or 2, it is possible to obtain a more unique and natural atmosphere.
