BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin grating used by being attached to a side groove or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A grating having a lattice frame composed of a plurality of main bars arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval and a cross bar extending orthogonally to each main bar is well known. By the way, although this grating is high in strength, it becomes a heavy load and is assembled by welding or the like, so that there is a problem that the production becomes troublesome.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, lightweight, as easy construction assembly, as disclosed in real-Open No. 1-137387, a large number of synthetic resin pipes juxtaposed synthetic resin grating has been proposed. In this type, a large number of synthetic resin pipes with open ends are juxtaposed, and the pipes are connected by connecting members arranged along the entire length of the pipe, and end caps are fitted at the ends of the pipes. It is something that you wear. By the way, such a configuration requires that the connecting member be fitted in the receiving grooves formed along the longitudinal direction on both side surfaces of the pipe, so that the fitting work is troublesome, and the connecting member becomes large and handled. Has the disadvantage of becoming cumbersome. Furthermore, since the connecting member is disposed between the pipes, there is a problem that the processing becomes troublesome, such as the need to form through holes in the connecting member in order to ensure water permeability between the pipes. It was.
The object of the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin grating that is easy to assemble.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, in parallel a large number of synthetic resin pipe end is open, and thereby secure the end cap to the open end, be one that is constituted by connecting each end by a connecting member, said end The cap protrudes on the back surface of the base portion substantially matched with the outer peripheral shape of the synthetic resin pipe, projecting two connecting tongue pieces that are in close contact with the opposing inner surface of the opening end of the pipe, and between the connecting tongue piece pairs, A connecting projection is formed at the center of the base, and the connecting member is separate from the end cap, and a plurality of insertion holes into which the connecting projection is rotatably inserted are formed at both ends. It is formed in a crank shape in cross section, is disposed between the open ends of adjacent pipes, and is arranged so that either insertion hole coincides with each other at the open end position, and the insertion hole is overlapped with each other. Ream formed on end cap Projections so as to penetrate the a synthetic resin grating, wherein each synthetic resin pipe is made is connected.
[0005]
In such a configuration, the connecting member is connected to an end cap that covers the open end of the pipe, whereby the pipes are easily connected. As described above, the connecting member is disposed in a penetrating manner at both ends of each pipe, so that it is small and easy to handle.
[0006]
Here, a plurality of the insertion holes can be formed at each end. Thereby, if the insertion hole is appropriately selected, the interval between the pipes can be easily adjusted, and the same connecting member can be applied even when the width of the pipe is different or when the specification is changed. Furthermore, the selection allows the pipes to be arranged along the bending direction by narrowing the interval between the pipe ends on one side and widening the other side. Various aspects can be easily set, such as making it possible to easily cope with curved grooves, or changing the interval between pipes as appropriate.
