【0001】
【0020】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method, mechanism and apparatus for centrifugal filtration of slurry liquid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a standard (environmental standard) that should be maintained in order to protect human health and protect the living environment, the allowable amount of specific pollutants contained in soil, waste, etc. has been established, The measurement method is also strictly stipulated in the notification by the Environment Agency.
[0003]
For example, in the soil or waste elution test method, a sample is collected in a glass container or a container to which a substance to be measured does not adsorb, and air-dried. The obtained sample and 10 times the amount of water or a solvent whose pH is adjusted to 5.8 to 6.3 are mixed, shaken for 6 hours to obtain a sample solution, and then the sample solution is centrifuged. The obtained supernatant is filtered through a membrane filter with a pore size of 0.45 μm for soil, and the waste is filtered with a membrane filter with a pore size of 1 μm to prepare a test solution (test solution).
[0004]
For the centrifugation of the sample solution, a centrifuge with a rotational speed of several thousand revolutions is usually used, and for the filtration of the supernatant, a suction filtration method using a suction bottle is generally employed. However, since the pore diameter of the filter is small, there is a problem that the latter filtration takes a lot of time. In particular, when testing clay soil, the filter is prone to clogging and the filter must be changed frequently.
If the filter is not replaced, not only will the filtration time become very long, but the apparent pore diameter of the filter will be reduced due to clogging, and the properties of the filtrate will change, resulting in a problem of low analytical values.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a slurry liquid filtration method and a filtration mechanism that prevent clogging of the filter, significantly reduce the time required for filtration, and provide a stable filtrate property, in view of the above-described problems of the prior art. And providing a filtration device.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have completed the present invention. That is, according to the present invention, the following slurry liquid filtration method, filtration mechanism, and filtration device are provided.
(1) In the method of filtering the slurry liquid,
1) After storing the slurry in a container,
2) Standing up inside the container is a cylindrical body in which a filter is attached to the lower end portion in a replaceable manner with a screw mouth structure, and a hollow bulging portion is formed in the intermediate portion
3) A centrifugal force is applied to the stored slurry liquid to move the slurry liquid upward from the lower end of the cylindrical body,
4) A method for centrifugal filtration of a slurry liquid, wherein the slurry liquid is filtered through the filter.
(2) The filtration method according to (1), wherein the slurry liquid is a soil eluate.
(3) the use in the centrifugal filtration method described in (1) or (2), and said container, and characterized by comprising the said tubular body of the filter and attached to the lower end portion to be erected on the said container Centrifugal filtration mechanism to do.
(4) The centrifugal filtration mechanism according to (3), wherein the cylindrical body can be disassembled and assembled, and the filter is attached to the cylindrical body in a replaceable form.
(5) The centrifugal filtration mechanism according to (3) or (4), wherein the container and the cylinder are made of glass.
(6) The centrifugal filtration mechanism according to (3) or (4), wherein the container and the cylinder are made of one kind of resin selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene.
(7) A centrifugal filtration device comprising the centrifugal filtration mechanism according to any one of (3) to (6) and a centrifuge.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the filtration mechanism used for filtering the slurry liquid is composed of a container for containing the slurry liquid and a cylindrical body having a filter attached to a lower end portion standing in the container.
Next, this filtration mechanism will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of an example of the filtration mechanism of the present invention.

In the slurry liquid used in the present invention, the solid content concentration is usually 10% or less. There are various types of such slurry liquids, and various kinds of drainage, soil and waste eluate, and the like are included. In the Environment Agency Notification No. 46 (soil dissolution test method), Ministry of the Environment Notification No. 16 (soil dissolution test method), Environment Agency Notification No. 13 (waste dissolution test method), etc., obtain a test solution. Therefore, it is stipulated that the eluate be filtered. The filtration method and centrifugal filtration device of the present invention can be advantageously applied to such an eluate. For example, in Environment Agency Publication No. 46 (Soil Elution Test Method), in order to obtain a test solution, the soil eluate was centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 20 minutes, and the supernatant was then removed from the membrane having a pore diameter of 0.45 μm. Although it is supposed to be filtered with a filter, according to the present invention, such a test solution can be obtained by a single operation. In this case, centrifugation and filtration proceed simultaneously and there is no clogging of the filter, so that the filtration time is greatly shortened.
