Description

【0001】

The air is sucked from the intake port of the electric blower 6 through the communication hole 21 of the case body 2 that communicates substantially airtight to the side. Further, the air passes through the electric blower 6 and is exhausted into the electric blower chamber 7 and is further exhausted from the exhaust port 26 to the outside air.
[0053]
Also, when cleaning using accessories, remove the inlet body 129 from the extension pipe 128 according to the cleaning location, or remove the extension pipe 128 connected the inlet body 129 from the grip portion 124 of the hose 121, A clearance nozzle 131 attached to the accessory attachment means 132 of the extension pipe 128 is attached to the tip of the hose 121 and the extension pipe 128 to absorb dust such as furniture gaps and window frame rail grooves. The extension pipe 128 that is removed from the hose 121 and is not used for cleaning is attached by engaging the attachment claw portion 135 of the attachment means 136 with the attachment recess 149 of the charger 141.
[0054]
Further, when the furniture brush 151 is used, the tip of the gap nozzle 131 is inserted and fitted into the communication pipe portion 163 of the furniture brush 151. When the furniture brush 151 is directly attached to the tip of the hose 121 or the extension pipe 128 for cleaning, the furniture brush 151 is attached to the tip of the hose 121 or the extension pipe 128 so that the communication pipe 163 is fitted. In this state, the flange portion 166 is fitted so as to be in close contact with the distal end of the grip portion 124 of the hose 121 and the inner peripheral surface of the distal end of the extension tube 128, and the communication tube portion 163 and the grip portion 124 or the extension tube 128 of the hose 121 are fitted. It closes without generating a gap with the tip of the tube, and efficiently and reliably absorbs dust without leaking.
[0055]
In addition, the cleaning place is changed, for example, the cleaner body 1 is carried to clean the next room, the cleaner body 1 is cleaned in a place where the cleaner body 1 cannot travel, such as stairs, or a passenger car, etc. The first handle 86 or the second handle 87, 87 of the handle means 85 or the one integrated with the handle means 85 may be used when the inside of the vehicle is cleaned or carried to the storage location and stored at a predetermined position in the storage location. The vacuum cleaner body 1 is lifted by grasping the handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9. Here, since the first handle 86, the second handles 87, 87, and the handle portion 98 have different axial directions, the operator can select and hold the portion that is most easily held by the operator.
[0056]
The dust collecting portion 9 is sandwiched and held by the lid 3 and the case body 2, and the upper portion engages with the mounting upper recess 59 and the lower portion engages with the mounting lower recess 31, and is further positioned. The lower end of 98 is locked to the locking convex portion 41 of the positioning convex portion 42 of the case body 2, and the upper portion of the handle portion 98 is positioned and locked by the positioning concave portion 70 of the case body 2. Therefore, the handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9 can be used as a handle for lifting the cleaner body 1 in the same manner as the handle means 85.
[0057]
Further, when cleaning is interrupted due to movement of furniture, for example, the handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9 is held so that the rear portion of the cleaner body 1 is placed facing the floor surface and engaged. The recess 30 is in a state of opening upward. Thereafter, the holding claw portion 135 of the attachment means 136 of the extension pipe 128 is inserted into the engagement recess 30 and held while holding the grip portion 124 of the hose 121, and the extension pipe 128 is connected to the hose 121 and the suction port body 129. It is attached while connected, and the stand is stored as shown in FIG. When the attachment claw portion 135 of the attachment means 136 is inserted into the engagement recess 30 of the cleaner body 1 and locked, the cleaner body 1 is in the standing state, and therefore the swivel wheel 36 is caused by the weight of the wheel 39. The wheel 39 is positioned downward from the center, and the upper part of the engagement recess 30 is not covered with the wheel 39 or the housing part 40. The attachment claw portion 135 of the attachment means 136 is inserted into the engagement recess 30 while being guided between the guide side surface 38a of the swivel wheel 36 and the inner peripheral surface of the attachment space portion 32. The vacuum cleaner main body 1 can be carried by holding the handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9 in a state where the extension pipe 128 is attached to the vacuum cleaner main body 1.
[0058]
Then, after the electric blower 6 or the electric motor is stopped by the setting operation of the operating means 126 of the grip portion 124 of the hose 121 and the cleaning is finished, the operation convex portions 79 provided in conjunction with the lock portions 75, 75, 79 is operated again to release the locking by the lock portions 75, 75 to release the connection state of the lid body 3 to the case body 2, and the lid body 3 is rotated to rotate the upper surface of the dust collecting portion 9 and the case. The upper surface of the body 2 is opened, and the dust collector 9 is removed from the case body 2 with the handle portion 98. Thereafter, the filter part 97 is removed from the dust collection cup 96 with the knob part 102, and the dust trapped in the dust collection cup 96 is discharged. Further, the first filter 22, the second filter 108, and the third filter 113 are appropriately removed and cleaned.
[0059]
Next, the rear surface of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 is inserted and engaged with the mounting recess 142 of the charger 141, and the mounting claw portion 135 of the mounting means 136 of the extension tube 128 is mounted on the mounting recess 149 of the charger 141. The extension pipe 128 is attached to the charger 141 in a state where the suction port body 129 and the hose 121 are connected while being engaged, and the charging state is as shown in FIG. When the attachment claw portion 135 of the attachment means 136 is inserted and engaged with the attachment recess 149, it is inserted and engaged with the attachment recess 149 while being guided by the claw guide surface 148a. In this state, the communication pipe portion 137 of the suction port body 129 is positioned between the feet 150 and 150 of the charger 141.
[0060]
With the vacuum cleaner body 1 placed on the charger 141, the charging protrusion 145 of the charger 141 is inserted and engaged with the charging portion 20 of the vacuum cleaner body 1, so that the cleaner body 1 is positioned and the charging portion The 20 charged terminals come into contact with the charging bracket of the charging convex portion 145, and charging of the storage battery 16 starts. When the charging is started, the control means of the circuit board 18 of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 turns on the charging of the display means 89 to display that charging is in progress.
[0061]
On the other hand, when the remaining amount of charge of the storage battery 16 decreases due to continued cleaning, the control means of the circuit board 18 turns on the charging notification sign of the display means 89 via the lead wire 90, and the charge decreases to charge. Inform the request. By this notification, the cleaning operator places the cleaner main body 1 on the charger 141 and charges it in the same manner as at the end of cleaning.
[0062]
In the above-described embodiment, the mounting recess is mounted by locking the mounting claw portion 135 of the mounting means 136 of the extension pipe 128 to the charger 141 that charges the storage battery 16 of the cleaner body 1 mounted in the mounting recess 142. 149 is provided at a position lower than the position of the engagement recess 30 where the attachment claw portion 135 of the cleaner body 1 placed in the placement recess 142 is locked and attached. The mounting claw 135 of the extension tube 128 is locked and attached to the engagement recess 30 of the cleaner body 1 placed on the charger 141. Space that can be stored in the stand storage state in which the mounting claw 135 of the extension pipe 128 is locked to the engaging recess 30 of the cleaner body 1 placed on the floor surface. It is possible to prevent the battery from being restricted in the charging place and to facilitate the charging work.
[0063]
Further, the extension tube 128 is attached to the charger 141 that charges the storage battery 16 of the cleaner body 1 placed in the placement recess 142 in a posture in which the attachment claw portion 135 of the extension tube 128 is locked to the engagement recess 30. The mounting recess 149 for locking and attaching the claw portion 135 to the engagement recess 30 of the cleaner body 1 is fixed to the height of the engaging recess 30 in the stand retracted state where the mounting claw portion of the extension pipe 128 is locked. Since the mounting claw 135 of the extension pipe 128 is locked to the mounting recess 149 of the charger 141 and the height dimension in the charged state is placed on the floor surface so as to be provided at a position of substantially the same height. The height of the stand retracted state where the attachment claw portion 135 of the extension pipe 128 is engaged with the engaging recess 30 of the vacuum cleaner body 1 is approximately the same as the height of the stand retracted state. It is possible to prevent the charging place from being restricted, and the charging work can be facilitated.
[0064]
Furthermore, since the suction inlet body 129 is in contact with the floor surface with the attachment claw portion 135 of the extension pipe 128 attached to the engagement recess portion 30 of the cleaner body 1 and the attachment recess portion 149 of the charger 141, it is stable. An extension tube 128 can be attached.
[0065]
Further, a means for attaching the extension pipe 128 to the main body support portion 147 projecting upward to support the cleaner main body 1 of the charger 141 for charging the storage battery 16 of the cleaner main body 1 placed in the placement recess 142. The mounting claw 135 is removably locked and attached to the mounting recess 149 so that the mounting recess 149 opens upward and is provided in a substantially cylindrical shape. Therefore, the peripheral surface of the mounting claw 135 is surrounded by the inner surface of the mounting recess 149 Since it is locked in the state, it prevents the mounting claw 135 from coming off even if an external force such as a person getting caught on the hose 121 or the extension pipe 128 acts with the mounting claw 135 locked in the mounting recess 149. The extension tube 128 can be attached stably and stably, and since the mounting recess 149 for attaching the extension tube 128 to the charger 141 is provided using the main body support portion 147 that supports the cleaner body 1, the structure is simplified. The charger 141 can be easily downsized.
[0066]
Since the mounting recess 149 is provided at the upper end of the main body support portion 147, there is no portion projecting outward from the main body support portion 147 to provide the mounting recess 149, and the structure is easily simplified and downsized. And productivity can be improved.
[0067]
Also, the case 143 of the charger 141 that charges the storage battery 16 of the vacuum cleaner body 1 placed in the placement recess 142 is attached to the attachment recess 149 provided in the body support portion 147 of the case 143 and the attachment claw of the extension pipe 128 Positioned on both sides of the communication pipe part 137 of the suction inlet main body 129 connected to the extension pipe 128 with the part 136 locked and the extension pipe 128 attached, accessories such as the gap nozzle 131 and the furniture brush 151 are attached. Since the foot portions 150 and 150 having the accessory mounting recesses 152 and 152 are provided, the dead space on both sides of the communication pipe portion 137 protruding substantially at the center of the rear end of the suction port main body 129 can be effectively used. And the area with the extension pipe 128 attached can be reduced, and charging or housing the cleaner body 1 can be performed even in a small space.
[0068]
Furthermore, the attachment claw 136 for attaching the extension tube 128 to the charger 141 is used to provide the engagement recess 30 for attaching the extension tube 128 by releasably locking the attachment claw 136 to the vacuum cleaner body 1. For example, there is no need to bend when the cleaning is interrupted, place the hose 121 on the floor surface, bend again and grip the hose 121, and resume cleaning, leaving the hose 121 and the inlet body 129 connected. Thus, the extension pipe 128 can be attached without bending to the standing vacuum cleaner body 1 whose rear portion is placed on the floor surface, and the cleaning workability can be improved with a simple configuration.
[0069]
In addition, the engaging recess 30 of the main body case 4 that is detachably locked and attached to the attachment claw portion 135 of the attachment means 136 attached to the extension pipe 128 is recessed downward on the lower surface of the main body case 4 so that the swivel ring 36 Is a space for mounting the swivel wheel 36 so as to form an opening upward in a standing state in which the rear portion of the main body case 4 is placed facing the floor surface. An opening above the engagement recess 30 for inserting the mounting claw portion 135 using the space 32 is obtained, and the engagement recess 30 is provided below the lower surface of the main body case 4 so as to be provided downward. Even if it is provided substantially flush with the lower surface of the main body case 4 without protruding, the mounting claw portion 135 can be easily locked or removed, and the engaging recess 30 does not protrude from the lower surface of the main body case 4. When the vacuum cleaner body 1 travels, the engaging recess 30 is caught and travel performance is reduced. Ri, can be prevented from being damaged by colliding with the step floor.
[0070]
Further, the wheel 39 is pivotally supported at the tip of the housing portion 40 formed so that the outer surface of the pedestal portion 37 whose outer surface is pivotally supported by the main body case 4 extends from the substantial center to the periphery. Since the swivel wheel 36 is configured and one edge of the engagement recess 30 is formed continuously on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting space 32, the rear portion of the main body case 4 is placed in a standing position facing the floor surface. Due to the weight of the wheel 39, the housing portion 40 is in a state along the vertical direction, and the mounting claw portion 135 of the mounting means 136 is guided between the guide side surface 38a of the housing portion 40 and the inner peripheral surface of the mounting space portion 32. Since the engagement recess 30 is attached by engaging with the engagement recess 30, the engagement recess 30 hardly protrudes from the lower surface of the main body case 4, and a configuration that can be easily detached with a simple configuration can be easily obtained.
[0071]
Furthermore, since the engaging recess 30 is formed integrally with the opening / closing lid portion 28 that opens and closes the power supply opening 29 of the power supply chamber 17, it is not necessary to separately use a member for providing the engaging recess 30, and the number of parts is reduced. Thus, manufacturability can be improved.
[0072]
Since the engagement recess 30 formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape is provided in the opening / closing lid portion 28, a force is applied to the hose 121 and the extension pipe 128 from the outside while the attachment claw portion 135 of the attachment means 136 is locked. Also, the engagement recess 30 can be prevented from being damaged.
[0073]
Further, since the attachment claw portion 135 is locked in a state where the lower surface of the suction port body 129 is in contact with the floor surface, the attachment can be stably performed.
[0074]
Further, the handle means 85 is provided continuously to the suction portion 61, the lead wire 90 from the storage battery 16 disposed in the case body 2 is wired in the handle means 85, and the hose 121 connected to the suction portion 61 Since it is connected to the connector 91 for supplying or transmitting power to the extension pipe 128, the inlet main body 129, etc., a configuration for isolating the wiring part is not necessary for installation, and the configuration is simplified and the productivity is improved. In addition, a space for isolation is unnecessary, and the existing handle means 85 can be used to easily reduce the size and weight.
[0075]
In addition, since the display means 89 is disposed on the upper surface of the base end portion of the handle means 85 with the suction part 61, as with the wiring of the connector 91, no separation is required for the wiring and the configuration is simplified and the productivity is improved. In addition, it is possible to reduce the size and weight, and because it is located on the handle means 85 that is relatively highly visible to be gripped during cleaning, the display content can be easily recognized. Furthermore, since the battery is disposed on the upper surface, it is possible to easily recognize the state of charge displayed even when the battery 141 is attached to the charger 141 and is in the standing state.
[0076]
Further, since the handle means 85 is provided with the second handles 87 and 87 that substantially come into contact with the floor surface when the main body case 4 is placed in the standing position over the rear portion of the main body case 4, Even if a force is applied from the outside by being caught by the hose 121 or the extension pipe 128, the second handles 87, 87 are brought into contact with the floor surface and can be prevented from overturning. Since a part is constituted, it is possible to prevent a fall by utilizing a part of the handle means 85 without providing a fall prevention of another configuration, and the structure can be simplified and the productivity can be improved.
[0077]
Furthermore, since the handle means 85 continues to the suction portion 61 where the pulling force acts by pulling the hose 121 and moving the cleaner body 1, the pulling force acts to lift the front side of the cleaner body 1. Even in the almost standing position, the second handle 87, 87 of the handle means 85 can reliably prevent the fall.
[0078]
In addition, since the handle means 85 is provided over substantially the entire front-rear direction of the lid 3, for example, when the rear surface of the cleaner body 1 is in a standing state facing the floor surface, or when the hose 121 is pulled, the cleaner body Even if the front side of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 is lifted up when the 1 is moved, the second handle 87, 87 can be brought into contact with the floor surface to prevent it from falling, and the vacuum cleaner main body can be stably 1 can be placed on the floor surface in an upright position, and the lid 3 can be rotated to easily open and close the upper surface of the dust collecting unit 9 and the upper surface of the case body 2.
[0079]
Furthermore, the first handle 86 is connected to the first handle 86 and the first handle 86 in a state of bifurcating with respect to the first handle 86 with the first handle 86 as an axis of symmetry. The two handles 87, 87 are provided integrally and the handle means 85 is formed in a substantially Y shape so that the first handle 86 is provided along the front-rear direction in the vacuum cleaner body 1 provided with the suction portion 61 on the front side. Even if the position of the center of gravity moves to the front side of the position of the center of gravity in the case of only the cleaner body 1 by connecting the hose 121 and cleaning, the first handle 86 is located above the center of gravity. Therefore, even if the center of gravity moves depending on the cleaning mode, it can be gripped at a position above the center of gravity, the cleaner body 1 can be lifted stably, workability can be improved, and in addition to the first handle 86 The second handle 87, 87, the portion where the first handle 86 and the second handle 87 diverge, the second handle 87, 87 The hand can also be used as a handle by inserting a hand, and can handle the part that is most easily held by the operator in accordance with the cleaning mode, thereby improving the handleability and improving the cleaning workability.
[0080]
In addition, since the grip means 85 is provided above the center of gravity of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 and the second handles 87 and 87 branch from the first handle 86, the operator selects and grips the position most easily held by the operator. However, since it is substantially above the center of gravity, the main body case 4 can be easily carried stably, and the cleaning workability can be improved.
[0081]
Further, the handle body 85 is continuously formed so as to extend from the suction portion 61 that protrudes from the lid body 3, and the lid body that forms the intake passage 66 that communicates from the dust collection portion 9 to the intake port of the electric blower 6. 3 is provided with interlocking portions 75 and 75 located on both sides of the main body 3, and operating protrusions provided in conjunction with the pair of locking portions 75 and 75 so as to sandwich both sides of the suction portion 61 rising from the lid 3. By operating the portions 79, 79, the locked state is released and the lid 3 can be turned. Therefore, the operation convex portion 79, which is operated in the vicinity of the grip means 85 for gripping the lid 3 to rotate, 79, the operability of the operation of rotating the lid 3 by releasing the locked state is improved, and the locked state cannot be released by operating only one side. During operation such as carrying the main body 1, the operating projections 79 and 79 provided in conjunction with the locking portions 75 and 75 are accidentally operated. As long as both be of the actuating protrusion 79, 79 is not operated, the lid 3 locked state is released can be prevented from being rotated. In particular, in the configuration in which the intake passage 66 is provided in the lid 3 as in the cyclone method, both sides can be used effectively, and the size can be easily reduced.
[0082]
And since the handle means 85 is provided in the cover body 3 which is rotated to discharge the collected dust and opens the upper surface of the dust collecting part 9 and the upper surface of the case body 2, the cover body 3 is rotated. There is no need to provide a handle separately, the handle means 85 can be used, and the structure can be simplified.
[0083]
Further, in order to efficiently separate dust from the vortex flow by the cyclone method, the dust collecting cup 96 is attached to the main body case 4 with an axial direction in the vertical direction and opened upward, and an upper portion of the dust collecting portion 9 Since the lid 3 is provided so as to cover the air in an openable manner, an air intake passage 66 is provided in the lid 3 so as to communicate with the air intake side of the electric blower 6 through the air collection opening 106 that opens to the upper portion of the dust collecting portion 9 and discharges air. This can be simplified as compared with the configuration in which the intake passage 66 is separately provided, and the productivity can be improved and the size can be reduced. Further, since the lid 3 is rotated, a substantially airtight communication and non-communication state between the air collection opening 106 of the dust collection unit 9 and the intake side of the electric blower 6 is obtained in the opening and closing direction. In addition, the substantially airtight communication between the intake side of the electric blower 6 and the intake passage can be easily obtained by pressure bonding along the rotation direction of the lid 3, and the airtight communication can be easily performed with a simple structure and the minimum sealing position. Is obtained.
[0084]
Since the lid 3 covers the upper part of the dust collection space 58 and the upper part of the case body 2, the air intake path 66 that allows the air collection opening 106 of the dust collection part 9 and the intake side of the electric blower 6 to communicate with each other in a substantially airtight manner is easily provided. In addition, since the upper part of the dust collecting part 9 and the upper part on the intake side of the electric blower 6 are opened by opening and closing the lid 3, the dust collecting part 9 can be easily attached and detached. Further, as in the case of the second filter 108 and the third filter 113 that are detachably provided on the detachable dust collecting portion 9, a second dust for preventing fine dust from entering from the air inlet of the electric blower 6. One filter 22 can be easily provided with a simple configuration.
[0085]
In addition, since the filtering unit 97 that covers the opening on the upper surface of the dust collecting cup 96 is provided in the dust collecting unit 9, dust can be prevented from spilling even when the cleaner body 1 is cleaned in a standing position with a simple configuration. The second filter 108 and the third filter 113 for separating dust efficiently can be easily attached and detached, and the main body suction port 62 of the suction part 61 of the lid 3 is used as the suction port of the electric blower 6. An air passage for communication can be easily formed, productivity can be improved, and the size and weight can be easily reduced.
[0086]
The dust collecting space 58 of the main body case 4 is positioned in the intake air passage 118 between the intake side of the electric blower 6 and the main body suction port 62 and is detachably mounted, and traps dust sucked together with air from the main body suction port 62. Thus, a handle portion 98 that is exposed from the outer surface of the main body case 4 is provided in the dust collecting portion 9 that circulates air to the intake side of the electric blower 6. For this reason, when attaching and detaching the dust collecting part 9 from the main body case 4, the handle part 98 can be easily attached and detached with the handle part 98 and the handle part 98 used for handling the dust collecting part 9 is used as a handle for lifting the main body case 4. For example, when the rear portion of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 is in a standing state facing the floor surface, the handle portion 98 may be gripped without providing the main body case 4 with a handle, and the configuration is simplified and easy. In addition, the manufacturability can be improved, and the method of gripping together with the handle means 85 when the cleaner body 1 is lifted or the like is increased, so that the handleability can be improved.
[0087]
The dust collector 9 is connected to the intake side of the electric blower 6 by the case body 2 that houses the electric blower 6 of the main body case 4 and the lid body 3 that is attached to the case body 2 and constitutes the dust collection space 58. Since the main body suction port 62 is clamped and fixed in a state of being communicated in a substantially airtight manner, the dust collecting portion 9 can be securely fixed to the main body case 4 with a simple configuration and can be attached integrally. The handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9 The vacuum cleaner main body 1 can be lifted stably even if it holds.
[0088]
Further, a lower mounting recess 31 is provided in the case body 2 to cover the lower peripheral edge of the dust collecting portion 9 by inserting and engaging, and an upper mounting recess 59 to insert and engage the upper peripheral edge of the dust collecting portion 9 in the lid 3. For this reason, the dust collecting part 9 can be reliably mounted integrally by the main body case 4.
[0089]
Further, the case body 2 is provided with a positioning convex portion 42 having a locking convex portion 41 inserted and engaged with the lower end of the handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9, and the upper portion of the handle portion 98 is inserted and engaged with the lid 3. In order to trap and fix the handle 98 by positioning the positioning recess 70, the cylindrical dust collecting cup 96 is used to capture dust by a cyclone system that separates dust by centrifugal force using a vortex flow of the intake air. The formed dust collecting part 9 can be positioned reliably and easily without rotating, and can be positioned using the handle part 98 without providing a separate positioning structure such as a detent, and the apparatus is easily configured with a simple configuration. The dust collection part 9 can be fixed.
[0090]
Since the upper and lower portions of the dust collecting portion 9 are covered by the mounting lower concave portion 31 and the mounting upper concave portion 59 and the handle portion 98 protrudes forward, the dust collecting cup 96 of the dust collecting portion 9 is separately covered. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a protective structure, and the size can be easily reduced.
[0091]
Further, in order to efficiently separate dust from the vortex flow by the cyclone method, the dust collecting cup 96 is attached to the main body case 4 with an axial direction in the vertical direction and opened upward. The handle portion 98 can be easily provided to improve the manufacturability.
[0092]
Furthermore, in order to provide the suction part 61 in the lid 3 as an outer shell that can easily obtain rigidity, the hose 121 is pulled during cleaning as compared with the case where the suction part 61 is provided directly in the dust collection part 9, for example. Even if a cleaning operation such as running the cleaner body 1 is performed, the suction portion 61 is not damaged and the hose 121 can be connected without being enlarged without fail, so that the handling and cleaning workability can be improved.
[0093]
And since the weight is heavy in the order of the dust collector 9, the electric blower 6 and the storage battery 16, and this heaviest storage battery 16 is disposed at the approximate center of the main body case 4 located between the dust collector 9 and the electric blower 6, The center of gravity is located in the region of the pivot support position of the swivel wheel 36 and the traveling wheels 27, 27 and can be stably placed on the floor surface. Traveling is obtained, the handling of the cleaner body 1 is facilitated, and the cleaning workability can be improved.
[0094]
In addition, the arrangement order is such that the suction part 61 to which the hose 121 pulled during cleaning is connected is located at the front part in the traveling direction, and the dust collecting unit 9, the storage battery 16, the electric blower from the front side in the traveling direction. 6 so that even if the hose 121 is pulled and cleaned, the lightweight dust collecting portion 9 is located on the front side, so that it is possible to easily change the direction such as turning, and the rear surface is in a standing state facing the floor surface. Since the relatively heavy electric blower 6 is located on the lower side when placed on the floor, it can be stably placed on the floor even in a standing state.
[0095]
On the other hand, when the communication pipe part 163 of the furniture brush 151 is formed in a substantially elliptical cylinder shape that fits the tip part of the gap nozzle 131, the extension pipe 128 and the tip of the grip part 124 of the hose 121 are fitted to the outer peripheral surface. Since a flange-shaped flange portion 166 that closes between the outer peripheral side of the communication pipe portion 163 and the inner peripheral surface of the extension pipe 128 or the tip of the grip portion 124 of the hose 121 is provided, for example, the state where the gap nozzle 131 is still attached Thus, the furniture brush 151 can be attached, and it is not necessary to replace the furniture brush 151 in place of the gap nozzle 131, so that the cleaning workability can be improved, and the grip portion 124 and the extension pipe 128 of the hose 121 can be directly used without using the gap nozzle 131. It is possible to prevent the formation of a gap that causes a leak even when connected to the, and to efficiently absorb dust.
[0096]
The charger 141 is provided with a mounting recess 149 for locking the mounting claw portion 135 of the mounting means 136 of the extension pipe 128, and the leg portions 150 and 150 for preventing the charger 141 from falling over are provided with a clearance nozzle 131 and a furniture brush. In order to provide accessory mounting recesses 152, 152 for mounting both 151, it is only necessary to attach unnecessary parts to the charger 141 when charging or cleaning, and the vacuum cleaner body 1 can be cleaned. The structure for attaching the parts which are not used becomes unnecessary, the vacuum cleaner main body 1 to be routed during cleaning can be reduced in size and weight, and the cleaning workability and productivity can be improved. Note that the height dimension can be further reduced by attaching the suction port body 129 with the lower surface facing the floor surface.
[0102]
The engaging recess 30 is provided in the opening / closing lid portion 28, but may be provided separately from the opening / closing lid portion 28, or may or may not be provided in the rear portion or the side portion of the cleaner body 1.
[0103]
In addition, the engagement concave portion 30 formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape is provided in the opening / closing lid portion 28, but the opening on the lower surface of the guide groove portion 35 continuous to the mounting space portion 32 is provided in the opening / closing lid portion 28, for example, in the shape of a tongue piece The engaging recess 30 may be configured to be closed by the closing plate and to open toward the mounting space 32 at a part of the guide groove 35 and the closing plate. According to this configuration, the engagement recess 30 can be formed with a simple structure, and the productivity can be improved. In order to improve the strength of the engaging recess 30, a rib or the like that is fixed to the main body case 4 may be provided in the vicinity of the closing plate.
[0104]
The attachment means 136 having the attachment claw portion 135 is attached to the extension pipe 128. However, for example, a configuration in which the attachment claw portion 135 projects directly from the extension pipe 135 may be adopted.
[0105]
Further, the turning wheel 36 is not limited to the structure of the above-described embodiment, and may have any configuration that does not cover a portion continuous with the attachment space portion 32 of the engagement recess 30.
[0106]
Furthermore, although the display means 89 is provided on the handle means 85, it may not be provided. Further, an operation switch connected to the lead wire 90 for setting the driving state of the electric blower 6 is provided on the handle means 85. May be.
[0107]
Then, the second handle 87, 87 is branched from the first handle 86 into a substantially Y shape, and is branched into a substantially Y shape. Any shape can be used.
[0108]
Furthermore, although the filtration part 97 is provided as the dust collection part 9, the structure of the filtration part 97 may be provided in the lid 3 or the case body 2 with the dust collection part 9 as the dust collection cup 96 alone.
[0109]
Further, the first filter body is not limited to the first filter 22 and may be any one. Furthermore, the second filter body may be either one or any one of the second filter 108 and the third filter 113, and may not be provided.
[0110]
And although the dust collection part 9 was clamped by the cover body 3 and the case body 2, you may fix the dust collection part 9 by another structure, without clamping.
[0111]
Further, only one of the mounting lower recess 31 and the mounting upper recess 59 may be provided, or the dust collecting unit 9 may be fixed by another configuration without providing these.
[0112]
Further, only one of the positioning convex portion 42 having the locking convex portion 41 and the positioning concave portion 70 may be positioned, or the positioning may be performed by another configuration without providing them.
[0113]
And the cover body 3 may cover not only the upper part of the dust collection part 9 and the upper part of the case body 2 so that opening is possible substantially but only the upper part of the dust collection part 9 so that opening is possible.
[0114]
Furthermore, the handle means 85 of the lid 3 may have any configuration.
[0115]
And any accessory may be sufficient and it is not necessary to provide an accessory.
[0116]
Furthermore, any configuration can be used as a configuration for attaching the accessory.
[0117]
