Description

【0001】

The extension pipe 128 that is removed from the hose 121 and is not used for cleaning is attached by engaging the attachment claw 135 of the attachment means 136 with the attachment recess 146 of the charger 141. When the furniture brush 149 is used, the tip of the gap nozzle 131 is inserted and fitted into the communication pipe portion 163 of the furniture brush 149. When the furniture brush 149 is directly attached to the tip of the hose 121 or the extension pipe 128 for cleaning, the furniture brush 149 is attached to the tip of the hose 121 or the extension pipe 128 so that the communication pipe 163 is fitted. In this state, the flange portion 166 is fitted so as to be in close contact with the distal end of the grip portion 124 of the hose 121 and the inner peripheral surface of the distal end of the extension tube 128, and the communication tube portion 163 and the grip portion 124 or the extension tube 128 of the hose 121 are fitted. It closes without generating a gap with the tip of the tube, and efficiently and reliably absorbs dust without leaking.
[0046]
Furthermore, the cleaning place is changed, for example, the cleaner body 1 is carried in order to clean the next room, the cleaner body 1 is cleaned in a place where the cleaner body 1 cannot run, such as stairs, or a passenger car, etc. The first handle 86 or the second handles 87, 87 of the handle means 85 or the integrated means are mounted integrally when the inside of the vehicle is cleaned or carried to the storage location and stored at a predetermined position in the storage location. The vacuum cleaner body 1 is lifted by grasping the handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9. Here, since the first handle 86, the second handles 87, 87, and the handle portion 98 have different axial directions, the operator can select and hold the portion that is most easily held by the operator. The dust collecting portion 9 is sandwiched and held by the lid 3 and the case body 2, and the upper portion engages with the mounting upper recess 59 and the lower portion engages with the mounting lower recess 38, and is further positioned. The lower end of 98 is locked to the locking convex portion 41 of the positioning convex portion 42 of the case body 2, and the upper portion of the handle portion 98 is positioned and locked by the positioning concave portion 70 of the case body 2. Therefore, the handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9 can be used as a handle for lifting the cleaner body 1 in the same manner as the handle means 85.
[0047]
Then, after the electric blower 6 or the electric motor is stopped by the setting operation of the operating means 126 of the grip portion 124 of the hose 121 and the cleaning is finished, the operation convex portions 79 provided in conjunction with the lock portions 75, 75, 79 is operated again to release the locking by the lock portions 75, 75 to release the connection state of the lid body 3 to the case body 2, and the lid body 3 is rotated to rotate the upper surface of the dust collecting portion 9 and the case. The upper surface of the body 2 is opened, and the dust collector 9 is removed from the case body 2 with the handle portion 98. Thereafter, the filter part 97 is removed from the dust collection cup 96 with the knob part 102, and the dust trapped in the dust collection cup 96 is discharged. Further, the first filter 26, the second filter 108, and the third filter 113 are appropriately removed and washed.
[0048]
Next, the extension tube 128 is connected to the charger 141 while the suction inlet body 129 and the hose 121 remain connected by engaging the attachment claw portion 135 of the attachment means 136 of the extension tube 128 with the attachment recess 146 of the charger 141. Attach and place the rear surface of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 into the mounting recess 142 of the charger 141 by insertion engagement. In this state, the charging convex portion 145 of the charger 141 is inserted and engaged with the charging portion 22 of the cleaner main body 1, the cleaner main body 1 is positioned, and the charging terminal of the charging portion 22 is the charging bracket of the charging convex portion 145. The storage battery 18 starts charging. By the start of this charging, the control means of the circuit board 20 of the cleaner body 1 lights up the charging of the display means 89 to display that charging is in progress.
[0049]
On the other hand, when the remaining amount of charge of the storage battery 18 decreases due to continued cleaning, the control means of the circuit board 20 turns on the charging notice sign of the display means 89 via the lead wire 90, and the charge decreases to charge. Inform the request. By this notification, the cleaning operator places the cleaner main body 1 on the charger 141 and charges it in the same manner as at the end of cleaning.
[0050]
In the above embodiment, the handle means 85 is provided continuously to the suction portion 61, and the lead wire 90 from the storage battery 18 disposed in the case body 2 is wired in the handle means 85 and connected to the suction portion 61. Because it is connected to the connector 91 for supplying or transmitting power to the hose 121, the extension pipe 128, the suction inlet main body 129, etc., it is not necessary to separately provide a configuration for isolating the wiring part for installation, and the configuration is simplified. Manufacturability can be improved, and a space for isolation is unnecessary, and the existing handle means 85 can be used to easily reduce the size and weight.
[0051]
In addition, since the display means 89 is disposed on the upper surface of the base end portion of the handle means 85 with the suction part 61, as with the wiring of the connector 91, no separation is required for the wiring and the configuration is simplified and the productivity is improved. In addition, it is possible to reduce the size and weight, and because it is located on the handle means 85 that is relatively highly visible to be gripped during cleaning, the display content can be easily recognized. Furthermore, since the battery is disposed on the upper surface, it is possible to easily recognize the state of charge displayed even when the battery 141 is attached to the charger 141 and is in the standing state.
[0052]
Further, since the handle means 85 is provided with the second handles 87 and 87 that substantially come into contact with the floor surface when the main body case 4 is placed in the standing position over the rear portion of the main body case 4, Even if a force is applied from the outside by being caught by the hose 121 or the extension pipe 128, the second handles 87, 87 are brought into contact with the floor surface and can be prevented from overturning. Since a part is constituted, it is possible to prevent a fall by utilizing a part of the handle means 85 without providing a fall prevention of another configuration, and the structure can be simplified and the productivity can be improved.
[0053]
Furthermore, since the handle means 85 continues to the suction portion 61 where the pulling force acts by pulling the hose 121 and moving the cleaner body 1, the pulling force acts to lift the front side of the cleaner body 1. Even in the almost standing position, the second handle 87, 87 of the handle means 85 can reliably prevent the fall.
[0054]
In addition, since the handle means 85 is provided over substantially the entire front-rear direction of the lid 3, for example, when the rear surface of the cleaner body 1 is in a standing state facing the floor surface, or when the hose 121 is pulled, the cleaner body Even if the front side of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 is lifted up when the 1 is moved, the second handle 87, 87 can be brought into contact with the floor surface to prevent it from falling, and the vacuum cleaner main body can be stably 1 can be placed on the floor surface in an upright position, and the lid 3 can be rotated to easily open and close the upper surface of the dust collecting unit 9 and the upper surface of the case body 2.
[0055]
Furthermore, the first handle 86 is connected to the first handle 86 and the first handle 86 in a state of bifurcating with respect to the first handle 86 with the first handle 86 as an axis of symmetry. The two handles 87, 87 are provided integrally and the handle means 85 is formed in a substantially Y shape so that the first handle 86 is provided along the front-rear direction in the vacuum cleaner body 1 provided with the suction portion 61 on the front side. Even if the position of the center of gravity moves to the front side of the position of the center of gravity in the case of only the cleaner body 1 by connecting the hose 121 and cleaning, the first handle 86 is located above the center of gravity. Therefore, even if the center of gravity moves depending on the cleaning mode, it can be gripped at a position above the center of gravity, the cleaner body 1 can be lifted stably, workability can be improved, and in addition to the first handle 86 The second handle 87, 87, the portion where the first handle 86 and the second handle 87 diverge, the second handle 87, 87 The hand can also be used as a handle by inserting a hand, and can handle the part that is most easily held by the operator in accordance with the cleaning mode, thereby improving the handleability and improving the cleaning workability.
[0056]
In addition, since the grip means 85 is provided above the center of gravity of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 and the second handles 87 and 87 branch from the first handle 86, the operator selects and grips the position most easily held by the operator. However, since it is substantially above the center of gravity, the main body case 4 can be easily carried stably, and the cleaning workability can be improved.
[0057]
Further, the handle body 85 is continuously formed so as to extend from the suction portion 61 that protrudes from the lid body 3, and the lid body that forms the intake passage 66 that communicates from the dust collection portion 9 to the intake port of the electric blower 6. 3 is provided with interlocking portions 75 and 75 located on both sides of the main body 3, and operating protrusions provided in conjunction with the pair of locking portions 75 and 75 so as to sandwich both sides of the suction portion 61 rising from the lid 3. By operating the portions 79, 79, the locked state is released and the lid 3 can be turned. Therefore, the operation convex portion 79, which is operated in the vicinity of the grip means 85 for gripping the lid 3 to rotate, 79, the operability of the operation of rotating the lid 3 by releasing the locked state is improved, and the locked state cannot be released by operating only one side. During operation such as carrying the main body 1, the operating projections 79 and 79 provided in conjunction with the locking portions 75 and 75 are accidentally operated. As long as both be of the actuating protrusion 79, 79 is not operated, the lid 3 locked state is released can be prevented from being rotated. In particular, in the configuration in which the intake passage 66 is provided in the lid 3 as in the cyclone method, both sides can be used effectively, and the size can be easily reduced.
[0058]
And since the handle means 85 is provided in the cover body 3 which is rotated to discharge the collected dust and opens the upper surface of the dust collecting part 9 and the upper surface of the case body 2, the cover body 3 is rotated. There is no need to provide a handle separately, the handle means 85 can be used, and the structure can be simplified.
[0059]
Further, in order to efficiently separate dust from the vortex flow by the cyclone method, the dust collecting cup 96 is attached to the main body case 4 with an axial direction in the vertical direction and opened upward, and an upper portion of the dust collecting portion 9 Since the lid 3 is provided so as to cover the air in an openable manner, an air intake passage 66 is provided in the lid 3 so as to communicate with the air intake side of the electric blower 6 through the air collection opening 106 that opens to the upper portion of the dust collecting portion 9 and discharges air. This can be simplified as compared with the configuration in which the intake passage 66 is separately provided, and the productivity can be improved and the size can be reduced. Further, since the lid 3 is rotated, a substantially airtight communication and non-communication state between the air collection opening 106 of the dust collection unit 9 and the intake side of the electric blower 6 is obtained in the opening and closing direction. In addition, the substantially airtight communication between the intake side of the electric blower 6 and the intake passage can be easily obtained by pressure bonding along the rotation direction of the lid 3, and the airtight communication can be easily performed with a simple structure and the minimum sealing position. Is obtained.
[0060]
Since the lid 3 covers the upper part of the dust collection space 58 and the upper part of the case body 2, the air intake path 66 that allows the air collection opening 106 of the dust collection part 9 and the intake side of the electric blower 6 to communicate with each other in a substantially airtight manner is easily provided. In addition, since the upper part of the dust collecting part 9 and the upper part on the intake side of the electric blower 6 are opened by opening and closing the lid 3, the dust collecting part 9 can be easily attached and detached. Further, as in the case of the second filter 108 and the third filter 113 that are detachably provided on the detachable dust collecting portion 9, a second dust for preventing fine dust from entering from the air inlet of the electric blower 6. 1 filter 26 can be easily provided with a simple configuration.
[0061]
In addition, since the filtering unit 97 that covers the opening on the upper surface of the dust collecting cup 96 is provided in the dust collecting unit 9, dust can be prevented from spilling even when the cleaner body 1 is cleaned in a standing position with a simple configuration. The second filter 108 and the third filter 113 for separating dust efficiently can be easily attached and detached, and the main body suction port 62 of the suction part 61 of the lid 3 is used as the suction port of the electric blower 6. An air passage for communication can be easily formed, productivity can be improved, and the size and weight can be easily reduced.
[0062]
The dust collecting space 58 of the main body case 4 is positioned in the intake air passage 118 between the intake side of the electric blower 6 and the main body suction port 62 and is detachably mounted, and traps dust sucked together with air from the main body suction port 62. Thus, a handle portion 98 that is exposed from the outer surface of the main body case 4 is provided in the dust collecting portion 9 that circulates air to the intake side of the electric blower 6. For this reason, when attaching and detaching the dust collecting part 9 from the main body case 4, the handle part 98 can be easily attached and detached with the handle part 98 and the handle part 98 used for handling the dust collecting part 9 is used as a handle for lifting the main body case 4. For example, when the rear portion of the vacuum cleaner main body 1 is in a standing state facing the floor surface, the handle portion 98 may be gripped without providing the main body case 4 with a handle, and the configuration is simplified and easy. In addition, the manufacturability can be improved, and the method of gripping together with the handle means 85 when the cleaner body 1 is lifted or the like is increased, so that the handleability can be improved.
[0063]
The dust collector 9 is connected to the intake side of the electric blower 6 by the case body 2 that houses the electric blower 6 of the main body case 4 and the lid body 3 that is attached to the case body 2 and constitutes the dust collection space 58. Since the main body suction port 62 is clamped and fixed in a state of being communicated in a substantially airtight manner, the dust collecting portion 9 can be securely fixed to the main body case 4 with a simple configuration and can be attached integrally. The handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9 The vacuum cleaner main body 1 can be lifted stably even if it holds.
[0064]
In addition, a lower mounting recess 38 is provided in the case body 2 to insert and engage the lower peripheral edge of the dust collecting portion 9, and an upper mounting recess 59 to insert and engage the upper peripheral edge of the dust collecting portion 9 in the lid 3. For this reason, the dust collecting part 9 can be reliably mounted integrally by the main body case 4.
[0065]
Further, the case body 2 is provided with a positioning convex portion 42 having a locking convex portion 41 inserted and engaged with the lower end of the handle portion 98 of the dust collecting portion 9, and the upper portion of the handle portion 98 is inserted and engaged with the lid 3. In order to trap and fix the handle 98 by positioning the positioning recess 70, the cylindrical dust collecting cup 96 is used to capture dust by a cyclone system that separates dust by centrifugal force using a vortex flow of the intake air. The formed dust collecting part 9 can be positioned reliably and easily without rotating, and can be positioned using the handle part 98 without providing a separate positioning structure such as a detent, and the apparatus is easily configured with a simple configuration. The dust collection part 9 can be fixed.
[0066]
Since the upper and lower portions of the dust collecting portion 9 are covered by the mounting lower recess 38 and the mounting upper recess 59 and the handle portion 98 protrudes forward, the dust collecting cup 96 of the dust collecting portion 9 is separately covered. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a protective structure, and the size can be easily reduced.
[0067]
Further, in order to efficiently separate dust from the vortex flow by the cyclone method, the dust collecting cup 96 is attached to the main body case 4 with an axial direction in the vertical direction and opened upward. The handle portion 98 can be easily provided to improve the manufacturability.
[0068]
Furthermore, in order to provide the suction part 61 in the lid 3 as an outer shell that can easily obtain rigidity, the hose 121 is pulled during cleaning as compared with the case where the suction part 61 is provided directly in the dust collection part 9, for example. Even if a cleaning operation such as running the cleaner body 1 is performed, the suction portion 61 is not damaged and the hose 121 can be connected without being enlarged without fail, so that the handling and cleaning workability can be improved.
[0069]
And since the weight is heavy in the order of the dust collector 9, the electric blower 6 and the storage battery 18, the heaviest storage battery 18 is disposed at the approximate center of the main body case 4 located between the dust collector 9 and the electric blower 6. The center of gravity is located in the region of the pivotal support position of the turning wheel 39 and the traveling wheels 33, 33 and can be stably placed on the floor surface. Traveling is obtained, the handling of the cleaner body 1 is facilitated, and the cleaning workability can be improved.
[0070]
Further, the arrangement order is such that the suction part 61 to which the hose 121 pulled during cleaning is connected is located at the front part in the traveling direction, and the dust collecting part 9, the storage battery 18, the electric blower from the front side in the traveling direction. 6 so that even if the hose 121 is pulled and cleaned, the lightweight dust collecting portion 9 is located on the front side, so that it is possible to easily change the direction such as turning, and the rear surface is in a standing state facing the floor surface. Since the relatively heavy electric blower 6 is located on the lower side when placed on the floor, it can be stably placed on the floor even in a standing state.
[0071]
On the other hand, the communication pipe part 163 of the furniture brush 149 is formed in a substantially elliptical cylinder shape that fits the tip part of the gap nozzle 131, and when the extension pipe 128 and the tip of the grip part 124 of the hose 121 are fitted to the outer peripheral surface. Since a flange-shaped flange portion 166 that closes between the outer peripheral side of the communication pipe portion 163 and the inner peripheral surface of the extension pipe 128 or the tip of the grip portion 124 of the hose 121 is provided, for example, the state where the gap nozzle 131 is still attached The furniture brush 149 can be attached, and it is not necessary to replace the furniture brush 149 in place of the gap nozzle 131, so that the cleaning workability can be improved, and the grip portion 124 and the extension pipe 128 of the hose 121 can be directly used without using the gap nozzle 131. It is possible to prevent the formation of a gap that causes a leak even when connected to the, and to efficiently absorb dust.
[0072]
The charger 141 is provided with a mounting recess 146 for locking the mounting claw portion 135 of the mounting means 136 of the extension pipe 128. The leg portions 148 and 148 for preventing the charger 141 from falling are provided with a clearance nozzle 131 and a furniture brush. Since it is provided with accessory mounting recesses 150 and 150 for mounting both 149, it is only necessary to attach unnecessary parts to the charger 141 when charging or cleaning, and the vacuum cleaner body 1 can be cleaned. The structure for attaching the parts which are not used becomes unnecessary, the vacuum cleaner main body 1 to be routed during cleaning can be reduced in size and weight, and the cleaning workability and productivity can be improved. Furthermore, since the accessory mounting recesses 150 and 150 are provided in the leg portions 148 and 148 for preventing the charger 141 from falling, the configuration of the charger 141 can be reduced in size.
[0073]
In the above-described embodiment, the cyclone type dust collecting unit 9 is provided with the handle 98, but the sucked air is separated by its own weight without being swirled, or the dust is collected with the dust collecting bag. Any configuration is possible, such as a capture configuration.
[0074]
In addition, the canister type vacuum cleaner that connects the extension pipe 128 and the suction port body 129 via the hose 121 has been described, but the upright type of the configuration in which the extension pipe 128 is connected to the suction portion 61 as a cleaning tool, A handy type or the like in which a suction port body 129 as a cleaning tool is directly connected to the suction portion 61 can also be applied.
[0075]
Furthermore, although the display means 89 is provided on the handle means 85, it may not be provided. Further, an operation switch connected to the lead wire 90 for setting the driving state of the electric blower 6 is provided on the handle means 85. May be. The lead wire 90 disposed on the handle means 85 is provided to electrically connect the circuit board 20 and the operation means 126. For example, the power supply unit such as the storage battery 18 of the cleaner body 1 and the suction port are provided. You may use in order to electrically connect with the electric motor provided in the main body 129. In other words, an electric wire for connecting the power supply unit provided in the cleaner body 1 and the electric means provided in the cleaning tool may be provided in the handle means 85.
[0076]
Then, the second handle 87, 87 is branched from the first handle 86 into a substantially Y shape, and is branched into a substantially Y shape. Any shape can be used.
[0077]
Furthermore, although the filtration part 97 is provided as the dust collection part 9, the structure of the filtration part 97 may be provided in the lid 3 or the case body 2 with the dust collection part 9 as the dust collection cup 96 alone.
[0078]
Further, the first filter body is not limited to the first filter 26, and any one may not be provided. Furthermore, the second filter body may be either one or any one of the second filter 108 and the third filter 113, and may not be provided.
[0079]
And although the dust collection part 9 was clamped by the cover body 3 and the case body 2, you may fix the dust collection part 9 by another structure, without clamping.
[0080]
Further, only one of the mounting lower recess 38 and the mounting upper recess 59 may be provided, or the dust collecting unit 9 may be fixed by another configuration without providing these.
[0081]
Further, only one of the positioning convex portion 42 having the locking convex portion 41 and the positioning concave portion 70 may be positioned, or the positioning may be performed by another configuration without providing them.
[0082]
And the cover body 3 may cover not only the upper part of the dust collection part 9 and the upper part of the case body 2 so that opening is possible substantially but only the upper part of the dust collection part 9 so that opening is possible.
[0083]
Furthermore, the handle means 85 of the lid 3 may have any configuration.
[0084]
Further, although the storage battery 18 is used as a power source as a battery, for example, commercial AC power may be supplied via a power cord or a dry battery may be used.
[0085]
And any accessory may be sufficient and it is not necessary to provide an accessory.
[0086]
Furthermore, any configuration can be used as a configuration for attaching the accessory.
[0087]
