Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging aid used when packaging sugar beet such as eggplant, cucumber, spinach, fruits, flowers, potted plants and the like in a packaging bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Prepared items such as sugar beet and fruits sold in supermarkets are generally sealed in a packaging bag made of a synthetic resin film such as polyethylene, and the upper part of the bag is tied with adhesive tape or heat-sealed. Displayed in state. Usually, the packaging operation in such a packaging bag is performed in the process from picking up vegetables and fruits from the producer to delivery to a supermarket or the like.
[0003]
These packaging operations are performed by automatic packaging machines when the handling amount is large, and are manually performed when the handling amount is small. In the manual packaging process, the items to be packaged are put in a bag. In order to improve workability, funnel-shaped packaging aids are used.
[0004]
When packaging is performed using a funnel-shaped packaging aid, the lower diameter portion of the packaging aid is inserted into the bag from the upper edge opening of the packaging bag, and in this state, The article to be packaged is put into the bag by inserting the article to be packaged from the bowl-shaped opening and sliding it along the inner peripheral surface of the small-diameter portion.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of conventional packaging aids, it is desirable to reduce the outer diameter of the small-diameter portion as much as possible in consideration of workability when inserting the small-diameter portion into the packaging bag and setting the packaging operation start state. On the other hand, it is desirable to increase the inner diameter of the small-diameter portion inserted into the packaging bag as much as possible in order to smoothly guide it into the packaging bag without damaging the article to be packaged in the bowl-shaped opening. It is very difficult to meet these conflicting requirements together with a single packaging aid.
[0006]
In addition, since conventional packing aids have an almost constant inner diameter of the small diameter portion that guides the packaged item into the packaging bag, such as eggplant and cucumber, etc., with uneven thickness, such as spinach In the case where the leaf portion has a shape that expands like this, or the shape that is close to a sphere like a fruit, the portion inside the small diameter portion may not pass smoothly.
[0007]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a packaging aid that can be easily attached to and detached from a packaging bag and can smoothly introduce an article to be packaged into the packaging bag.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The packaging auxiliary tool of the present invention inserts the terminal end portion of the guide member into the opening portion of the packaging bag, and is detachably set to the packaging bag with the starting end portion of the guide member exposed from the opening portion. The article to be packaged is introduced into the packaging bag by pressing the article to be packaged in contact with the guide member along the guide member in the guide direction from the start end portion toward the end portion or by letting it naturally drop. A packaging aid,
A flat plate-like guide member having a flat guide portion for guiding the package in the guide direction, a curved plate-like guide member having a curved guide portion, and a linear wire having a straight guide portion arranging a plurality induction member formed of a curved shaped wire having in guide member is formed or curved guiding portion so as to form a funnel-shaped or cylindrical, a plurality of said guide member, at least the guidance direction In the packaging bag, the end portions are connected to each other so as to be movable toward and away from each other, and the start end portions of the guide members are bent in the outer peripheral direction of the funnel-shaped portion or the cylindrical portion, respectively. it you wherein forming the inserted flange portion larger diameter than said guide portion.
[0009]
By setting it as such a structure, since the terminal part of the several guide member which comprises the said auxiliary | assistant tool for packaging can each move to a diameter expansion direction and a diameter reduction direction, the auxiliary | assistant tool for packaging is set to a packaging bag. In such cases, the end of the guiding direction can be reduced in diameter so that it can be easily inserted into the packaging bag. When the packaged article is guided into the packaging bag, the guiding member is expanded by contact with the packaged article. Since the packaging bag is widened by moving in the radial direction, the article to be packaged can be smoothly introduced into the packaging bag. In addition, when the packaging aid is pulled out from the packaging bag after the packaged article has been guided into the packaging bag, the terminal portion of the guiding member is enlarged or reduced in diameter depending on the state of the packaging bag and the packaged article. Because it is possible, it can be easily detached from the packaging bag.
[0010]
Here, if a support shaft or a hinge for connecting the adjacent guide members to each other in a tiltable manner is provided as a connecting means for the plurality of guide members, the end portions in the guide direction of the guide members are separated from each other with a relatively small force. Since it can be moved, the detachability to the packaging bag and the introduction function of the package are further improved, and the packaged material passing through the packaging auxiliary tool can be moved into the packaging bag without damaging it. You will be able to guide.
[0011]
As described above, when the guide members are connected to each other by a support shaft in a tiltable manner, when the end portion in the guide direction of the guide member moves in the diameter increasing direction, the portion above the support shaft of the guide member is reduced in diameter accordingly. Since it moves to a direction, the opening part of the packaging aid may become narrow and the guidance function of a package may fall. Therefore, if the support shaft is disposed close to the starting end portion of the guide member in the guide direction, the range of diameter reduction (the portion above the support shaft of the guide member) is reduced as the terminal portion of the guide member expands. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a decrease in guidance function due to narrowing of the opening.
[0012]
In this case, if the starting end portion of the guide member excluding the portion where the support shaft is disposed is bent or notched toward the end portion, or bent into the outer peripheral direction, the end portion of the guide member Since the starting end portion that is reduced in diameter as the diameter is increased can be further reduced, the effect of suppressing a reduction in the guidance function is enhanced.
[0013]
If a planar guide member and a bowl-shaped guide member arranged with a concave surface facing the planar guide member are used as the guide member, a guide path having a bowl-shaped cross section is formed in the packaging aid. Therefore, it becomes suitable for use when packaging work is performed with the packaging bag with the opening up on the surface of the vertical support plate, and the packaged items are smoothly introduced into the suspended packaging bag. Will be able to.
[0014]
That is, the packaging bag suspended from the surface of the vertical support plate cannot be expanded in the direction of the vertical support plate, but the end portion of the packaging auxiliary tool is arranged so that the planar guide member faces the vertical support plate. Is inserted into the packaging bag, it is possible to spread the packaging bag by moving the terminal end of the hook-shaped guide member in the direction without the vertical support plate, so as in the suspended packaging bag And it becomes suitable when the terminal part of an induction | guidance | derivation member cannot carry out diameter expansion movement to the perimeter direction, and also in this case, a to-be-packaged item can be smoothly introduce | transduced in a packaging bag.
[0015]
Here, if the bottom of the hook-shaped member has a shape approaching the planar guide member in accordance with the guide direction of the article to be packaged, the terminal end side of the guide member can be thinned. It is possible to enhance the insertion property into the packaging bag and the detachability from the packaging bag after the package is introduced. In this case, as a shape for approaching the bottom of the bowl-shaped member to the planar guide member, a shape approaching linearly, a shape approaching curved, or the like can be adopted according to the property of the package. .
[0016]
Further, if at least one of the guide members has a tapered shape whose width is reduced in accordance with the guide direction of the package, it is possible to move the terminal end side of the guide member closer and closer to reduce the diameter. Therefore, the insertion property into the packaging bag and the detachability from the packaging bag after introduction of the package can be improved.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the packaging auxiliary tool according to the first embodiment of the present invention as viewed obliquely from above, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the packaging aid shown in FIG. 1 as seen from diagonally below. 3 and 4 are explanatory views showing a packaging operation using the packaging auxiliary tool shown in FIG.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the packaging auxiliary tool 1 of the present embodiment has a funnel shape with eight guide members 2 having a planar guide portion 2 a for guiding a package object in a certain direction. These guiding members 2 are formed by being connected by ring-shaped support shafts 3 so that the end portions 2b in the guiding direction can move toward and away from each other. Since the eight guide members 2 are tiltable about the support shaft 3, the terminal portions 2b of the guide members 2 are movable in the diameter increasing direction and the diameter reducing direction.
[0019]
When a packaging operation is performed using the packaging auxiliary tool 1, the opening 5a of the packaging bag 5 held in a suspended state on the vertical support plate 4 with the opening 5a facing upward as shown in FIG. Then, the terminal portion 2b of the guide member 2 of the packaging auxiliary tool 1 is inserted in a narrowed state. At this time, the end portions 2b of the respective guide members 2 are close to each other and are in the most contracted state, so that they can be easily inserted. Moreover, since the heel portion whose diameter is larger than that of the guiding portion 2a is formed by bending the starting end portion 2c of each guiding member 2 in the outer circumferential direction, the packaging auxiliary tool 1 falls into the packaging bag 5. I don't have to.
[0020]
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), when a plurality of eggplants N, which are the objects to be packaged, are bundled in a substantially vertical state and inserted into the packaging auxiliary tool 1, a part of the bundled eggplant N is guided. The guide member 2 is abutted against the guide portion 2a of the member 2 and pressed in the outer peripheral direction. As shown in FIG. 3C, the terminal portion 2b of each guide member 2 is expanded in diameter, so that the eggplant N is naturally dropped. The eggplant N can be smoothly introduced into the packaging bag 5 by simply pressing it down. In this case, since the support shaft 3 is disposed close to the starting end portion 2c of the guiding member 2, even if the terminal end portion 2b of the guiding member 2 moves in the diameter increasing direction, the starting end portion 2c is greatly reduced in diameter. Does not inhibit the induction function.
[0021]
When eggplant N is introduced into the packaging bag 5 as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the packaging auxiliary tool 1 is removed from the packaging bag 5, and then only the packaging bag 5 containing eggplant N is pulled downward. When the packaging bag 5 is detached from the support plate 4, the lower portion of the opening 5a is bound with the adhesive tape 6 or the like, and the excess portion 5b near the opening 5a is cut and removed, the packaging operation is completed.
[0022]
When the auxiliary packaging tool 1 is taken out from the packaging bag 5 after the introduction of the eggplant N, the end portion 2b of the guide member 2 can be freely expanded and contracted according to the condition of the packaging bag 5 and the eggplant N, respectively. Therefore, it is easy to leave the packaging bag 5. If the packaging auxiliary tool 1 detached from the packaging bag 5 is inserted into the bag through the opening a of the empty packaging bag 5 suspended from the vertical support plate 4 as shown in FIG. The following packaging operation can be performed according to the procedure described above.
[0023]
Since the packaging auxiliary tool 1 includes the eight guide members 2, it is excellent in that the packaging bag 5 can be expanded almost in the entire circumferential direction when the article to be packaged is introduced. The use of the packaging aid 1 is not particularly limited, but is suitable when a relatively hard and round article or an article having a good slip property and a long article is introduced into the packaging bag 5. Further, in a state where the packaging auxiliary tool 1 is set in the packaging bag 5, the packaging operation is performed by inserting the hand into the packaging bag 5 through the packaging auxiliary tool 1, or the hand is inserted into the packaging bag 5. Since the items to be packaged can be arranged, the convenience is excellent.
[0024]
Next, the packaging auxiliary tool 11 which is 2nd embodiment of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIG. 5, FIG. As illustrated in FIG. 5, the packaging auxiliary tool 11 includes two guide members 12 having concave curved guide portions 12 a arranged in a funnel shape with the concave curved surfaces facing each other. They are formed by connecting them with a flexible and bendable hinge 13.
[0025]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the two guide members 12 of the packaging auxiliary tool 11 can be tilted in the direction in which the end portions 12 b in the guide direction move toward and away from each other around the hinge 13. As a result, the end portion 12b moves so as to expand and contract.
[0026]
The packaging auxiliary tool 11 is used in the same manner as the packaging auxiliary tool 1 described above, and the same functions and effects can be obtained. However, since there are two guide members 12 constituting the packaging auxiliary tool 11, it is manufactured. In addition, since the vicinity of the lower end portion 12b is minimized by merely bringing the end portions 12b of the two guide members 12 into close contact with each other, the insertion into the packaging bag 5 is easy. The use of the packaging aid 11 is not particularly limited, but is suitable when a soft article such as a relatively hard and round article or a good and slippery article is introduced into the packaging bag 5. .
[0027]
Next, the packaging auxiliary tool 21 which is 3rd embodiment of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIG. 7, FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, the packaging auxiliary tool 21 of the present embodiment includes a flat plate-shaped guide member 22 having a planar guide portion 22 a, and a bowl-like shape arranged with the concave guide portion 23 a facing the guide member 22. The guide member 23 is connected to the support shaft 24 so as to be tiltable. Therefore, the end portion 23 b of the bowl-shaped guide member 23 can move toward and away from the guide member 22.
[0028]
In the packaging aid 21, as shown in FIG. 7C, a guide path 24 having a bowl-shaped cross section is formed in the packaging aid 21, so that the opening 5a is formed as shown in FIG. It is suitable for use when packaging work is performed in a state in which the packaging bag 5 placed above is suspended from the surface of the vertical support plate 4.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 8, the packaging bag 5 suspended on the surface of the vertical support plate 4 cannot be expanded in the direction of the vertical support plate 4, but the flat guide member 22 faces the vertical support plate 4. If the end portion of the packaging auxiliary tool 21 is inserted into the packaging bag 5, the packaging bag 5 can be expanded by moving the end portion 23 b of the hook-shaped guide member 23 in the direction without the vertical support plate 4. Become. Therefore, it is suitable for a packaging operation when the terminal portion of the guide member 22 cannot move toward the vertical support plate 4 as in the suspended packaging bag 5. Spinach H can be smoothly introduced into the packaging bag 5.
[0030]
In the packaging auxiliary tool 21, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), the widths of the guide member 22 and the bowl-shaped guide member 23 are tapered along the guide direction of the packaged portion, and FIG. As shown in a), the bottom 23c of the bowl-shaped guide member 23 has a shape that linearly approaches the guide member 22 in accordance with the guide direction of the article to be packaged, so that the vicinity of the end 23b is reduced in diameter. Can be smoothly inserted into the packaging bag 5.
[0031]
In addition, since the entire packaging auxiliary tool 21 has an insertion shape by extending the starting end portion of the guiding member 22 from the starting end portion of the bowl-shaped guiding member 23, Introduction can be performed very smoothly. In addition, since the packaging auxiliary tool 21 includes the guide member 22 and the bowl-shaped guide member 23 that are relatively longer than the packaging auxiliary tools 1 and 11, it is excellent in that it can be opened to the vicinity of the bottom of the packaging bag. Therefore, it is suitable for a packaging operation in which a relatively long article having a poor slip property or a relatively soft and round article is introduced into a packaging bag.
[0032]
Next, the packaging auxiliary tool 31 which is 4th embodiment of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the packaging auxiliary tool 31 of the present embodiment includes a flat plate-like guide member 32 having a flat guide portion 32 a and four flat plate-like shapes each having a narrow flat guide portion 33 a. The guide members 33 are arranged so as to form a substantially pentagonal cylinder shape, and the vicinity of the start ends of the guide members 32 and 33 are connected to the support shaft 34 so as to be tiltable. A portion of the guide member 33 located above the support shaft 34 is bent outward.
[0033]
The packaging auxiliary tool 31 is used in the same manner as the packaging auxiliary tool 21 shown in FIG. 8 and can provide the same functions and effects. However, in the case of the packaging auxiliary tool 31, four plate-shaped guides are used. Since the member 33 is provided and the packaging bag can be opened in four directions, it is suitable for packaging an article having a shape such as leafy vegetables.
[0034]
Next, the packaging auxiliary tool 41 which is 5th embodiment of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIG. 10, FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, the packaging auxiliary tool 41 has a cylindrical shape including a square hook-shaped guide member 42 having a planar guide portion 42a and a hook-shaped guide member 43 having a concave curved guide portion 43a. Thus, the end portion 42b of the guide member 42 and the end portion 43b of the bowl-shaped guide member 43 are movable toward and away from each other. The bottom part 43d of the bowl-shaped guide member 43 has a shape that is curvedly approached toward the guide member 42 in accordance with the guide direction of the package.
[0035]
In the packaging auxiliary tool 41, since the starting end portion 43c of the bowl-shaped guide member 43 is curved in the direction of the terminal end portion 43b, when the terminal ends 42b and 43b are moved in the separation direction, the bowl-shaped guide member 43 is moved. Since the starting end portion 43c does not approach the direction of the guiding member 42 as indicated by the phantom line S in FIG. 10B, the packaging operation is not hindered by the reduced diameter of the opening.
[0036]
As described above, the packaging auxiliary tool 41 can be inserted into the packaging bag 5 suspended in the vertical state as shown in FIG. 11 to perform the packaging work of spinach H and the like. Functions and effects similar to those of the packaging auxiliary tools 21 and 31 can be obtained.
[0037]
In the packaging auxiliary tool 42, the hook bottom portion 43d of the hook-shaped guide member 43 has a shape that is curvedly approached toward the guide member 42 toward the terminal end portion 43b, and therefore, as shown in FIG. In addition, after the spinach H is introduced into the packaging bag 5, when the packaging auxiliary tool 41 is taken out of the packaging bag 5, if the packaging auxiliary tool 41 is pulled upward, the vicinity of the central portion X of the heel bottom portion 43 d is filled with the spinach H. Since the leaf portion and the like are pressed inward, and the end portion 43b pushes the packaging bag 5 outward, it is very easy to take out.
[0038]
