Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an ornamental plant packaging container suitably used for carrying ornamental plants such as potted flowers and cut flowers.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when a potted flower is purchased at a florist, the flower is generally placed in a bag with a handle and the purchaser carries the flower with the handle. However, if the flowers are carried in a bag in this way, there is a possibility that the flowers in the bag may be damaged when the purchaser accidentally hits the bag against an obstacle on the way.
[0003]
On the other hand, as a container for holding potted flowers, a container having shape retention may be used instead of the above-mentioned bag. According to this container, the flowers are protected by the container by storing the flowers in the pot, and the container can be carried in this state, so that the above-described problem can be avoided. Thus, in this container, it is desirable that the potted flowers are housed in an upright posture. The reason is as follows. In other words, when potted flowers are not housed in the standing posture but are housed in the lying position, the contents of the pot such as soil and water may not spill out. This is because the flowers naturally come into strong contact with the inner surface of the container under their own weight, and the vibrations during carrying may cause the flowers to be rubbed and damaged.
[0004]
Various containers have been known as containers that can accommodate flowers in the upright posture as described above (for example, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-2322782).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, this type of conventional container has the following difficulties. That is, in the conventional container, the inlet for accommodating the potted flower is provided at the upper part of the container. Therefore, when accommodating the potted flower in the container, the operator holds the pot and raises the height of the inlet of the container. It had to be lifted to its position, which required a lot of effort when the bowl was heavy.
[0006]
Moreover, if the pot is tilted while the pot is being lifted, contents such as soil and water will spill out of the pot, so that the pot is not disturbed (i.e., the flowers are kept in an upright posture). It had to be lifted and the lifting work had to be done carefully.
[0007]
In addition, in the conventional container, the entrance for accommodating the potted flower is provided at the upper part of the container as described above, but the receiving portion for receiving the pot of the accommodated flower from the entrance is a container. The distance from the entrance to the receiving part was relatively long because it was provided at the bottom of the. Therefore, after lifting the bowl to the height of the inlet of the container and putting it in the inlet, if you release your hand from the bowl, the bowl will fall toward the receiving part and the impact will cause it to fall inside the bowl. Since the contents may pop out or the flowers may be damaged, it is necessary to lower the pot while holding it and place it gently on the receiving portion, and perform a cumbersome housing operation.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned difficulties, and an object of the present invention is to provide an ornamental plant packaging container capable of accommodating ornamental plants such as potted flowers, cut flowers, and presenting bouquets with a simple operation. Is to provide.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an ornamental plant packaging container according to the present invention includes a receiving member that receives a lower part of an ornamental plant in a standing posture, and the receiving member is separate from the receiving member, and accommodates the ornamental plant together with the receiving member. A cylindrical outer box with a handle, and an opening through which the receiving member can enter and exit is provided on a lower surface of the outer box, while a receiving member housed in the outer box has a lower surface opening of the outer box. It is characterized in that it is provided with a falling-off preventing means for preventing the falling-off.
[0010]
In this container, the receiving member that has received the lower part of the ornamental plant in the standing posture is placed on a table or the like. Then, in this state, the ornamental plants are accommodated in the outer box together with the receiving members. At this time, since the opening is provided on the lower surface of the outer box, the accommodation operation (packing operation) of the ornamental plant can be easily performed. The accommodation operation is as follows. That is, the receiving member receiving the lower part of the ornamental plant is placed on a table such as a table, and the ornamental plant is covered with an outer box from above, thereby accommodating the ornamental plant together with the receiving member. Alternatively, as will be described later, the receiving member is also placed on the table, and then one plate-like piece constituting the outer box is bent so as to surround the side surface of the ornamental plant, thereby forming a tubular shape. By forming, the ornamental plant is accommodated together with the receiving member. As described above, in this container, the ornamental plants can be accommodated in the outer box without lifting the receiving member, so that the accommodation operation (the packaging operation) of the ornamental plants can be easily performed. In addition, since the container is provided with the drop-off prevention means, there is no possibility that the receiving member will fall off from the opening on the lower surface of the outer box when being carried. In addition, the outer box is provided with a handle, so that it is convenient to carry.
[0011]
The ornamental plants packaged in this container are not limited to the types, and include ornamental plants such as flowers, leaves, and real ones. The ornamental plant may be planted in a pot, or may be a cut flower or a bouquet.
[0012]
Further, the receiving member is not limited to the shape, and may be, for example, a tray having a deep bottom, a tray having a shallow bottom, or a cylindrical shape having a bottom. However, shapes other than these may be used. When the ornamental plant is a potted plant, the receiving member may be a pot in which the ornamental plant is planted, or may be a tray-shaped container for accommodating the potted plant. It may be in the form of a plate for mounting. When the ornamental plant is inserted into a flower stopper member generally called an "oasis", a tray member containing the flower stopper member is preferably used as the receiving member. In addition, as a flower stopper member, a water absorbing sponge, wire, sword mountain, etc. made of synthetic resin are used. Further, the receiving member is not limited to the material thereof, and may be made of paper or plastic as shown in an embodiment described later, or made of a pulp molded product. It may be.
[0013]
Further, the receiving member has a bottom wall and a peripheral wall continuously connected to a peripheral edge of the bottom wall in a substantially upright shape, and the falling-off preventing means includes a fold at an upper edge of the peripheral wall of the receiving member. A locking piece that is continuously provided through the fold and that is folded back from the fold to the outer surface side of the peripheral wall, and an inwardly-projecting locked portion provided on the peripheral wall of the outer box; In a state where the receiving member is accommodated therein, the locking piece of the receiving member is locked to the locked portion of the outer box, thereby preventing the receiving member from falling off. It is desirable that this be done (claim 2).
[0014]
In this case, dropping of the receiving member can be reliably prevented. In the present invention, the number of locking pieces may be one or more. Similarly, the number of locked portions may be one or more.
[0015]
Further, it is preferable that a plurality of the locked parts are provided on the peripheral wall of the outer box at predetermined intervals in a height direction (claim 3).
[0016]
In this case, the height of the container can be adjusted according to the height of the ornamental plant. Therefore, the container can be carried in a state as compact as possible.
[0017]
Further, on the peripheral wall of the outer box, a movement restricting member for restricting an upward movement of the receiving member under a state in which a locking piece of the receiving member is locked to a locked portion of the outer box. It is desirable that a portion be provided.
[0018]
In this case, the position of the receiving member accommodated in the outer box can be fixed, so that the ornamental plant can be prevented from falling down due to vibration during carrying.
[0019]
In addition, the outer box is formed by bending a single plate-like piece into a tubular shape, and bending the piece so as to surround a side surface of an ornamental plant, and forming the tubular piece into a tubular shape. Thus, the ornamental plant is accommodated therein, and it is preferable that the element has a holding means for holding the outer box in a cylindrical shape (claim 5).
[0020]
In this case, the accommodation operation of the ornamental plants can be performed more easily. Further, the outer box can be stored in a compact state.
[0021]
In addition, as the holding means, for example, as shown in an embodiment described later, the insertion locking piece provided on one side edge of the piece and the insertion hole provided on the other side edge of the piece Holding means for holding the outer box in a cylindrical shape by inserting and locking the insertion locking piece into the insertion hole, or one of the element pieces. Adhesive part is provided on the outer surface (or inner surface) of the side edge, and this adhesive part is joined to the inner surface (or outer surface) of the other side edge of the piece to hold the outer box in a cylindrical shape May be made.
[0022]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0023]
1 and 2, (C1) is an ornamental plant packaging container according to the first embodiment of the present invention. This container (C1) is for accommodating cut flowers (P) as ornamental plants, as shown in FIGS. The cut flower (P) is held in the upright posture by inserting the lower part of the cut flower (K) into the flower stopper member (K) in the upright posture. This flower stopper member (K) contains water, and for example, a water-absorbing sponge is used.
[0024]
The container (C1) includes a tray-shaped receiving member (10) having a relatively deep bottom, and an outer box (30) with a square tubular handle separate from the receiving member (10). Both the receiving member (10) and the outer box (30) are made of paper such as cardboard or cardboard.
[0025]
First, the configuration of the receiving member (10) will be described.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the receiving member (10) accommodates the flower stopper member (K) in which the cut flower (P) in the upright posture is stopped, and thereby receives the lower part of the cut flower (P). . As shown in an exploded view in FIG. 9, the receiving member (10) has a square (more specifically, square) bottom wall (11) and a fold (21) ( 21) A peripheral wall (14) which is continuously provided in a rising shape inclined outward through (21) and (21). In the first embodiment, the peripheral wall (14) of the receiving member (10) includes four front and rear left and right side walls (12), (12), (13), and (13) arranged in the circumferential direction.
[0027]
In the four side walls (12), (12), (13), and (13) of the receiving member (10), two side walls (12) and (13) adjacent to each other are creased (22) at a side edge of each side wall. And a connecting piece (15) consisting of a pair of substantially triangular folded halves (15a) (15b) connected to each other via a folded fold (23). In a state of being folded in two from 23), they are connected by being attached to the outer surface of one of the side walls (12) with an adhesive.
[0028]
Further, in the four side walls (12) (12) (13) (13) of the receiving member (10), as shown in FIG. A locking piece (16) which constitutes a part of the drop-off preventing means (B) is continuously provided through (26), and the locking piece (16) is separated from the fold (26) by the side wall (). 13), it is folded back in a substantially hanging shape on the outer surface side. The length from the base end to the tip of the locking piece (16) is set smaller than the height of the side wall (13) (peripheral wall (14)).
[0029]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, rising pieces (17) and (17) are continuously provided on upper edges of the front and rear side walls (12) and (12) via folds (25) and (25). A stop piece (43) is cut and raised over the front side wall (32) and the overlap piece (35). This second insertion locking piece (43) forms a part of the holding means (S). Further, in the upper and lower portions of each of the second insertion locking pieces (43) of the overlapping piece (35), the first slit-shaped insertion holes (44) constituting a part of the holding means (H) are provided with the folds (44). 74). Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the right side wall (33), the rear side wall (32), the left side wall (33) and the front side wall (32) are bent from the folds (71), (72) and (73), respectively. The superposed piece (35) is bent from the fold (74) and superposed on the inner surface of the side edge portion of the right side wall (33), so that the outer box (30) (peripheral wall (34)) is formed in a rectangular cylindrical shape. ing. Further, the first insertion locking piece (39) is inserted and locked in the first insertion hole (44), and then the second insertion locking piece (43) is inserted in the second insertion hole (40). As a result, the outer box (30) (the peripheral wall (34)) is held in the shape of a rectangular tube.
[0035]
In FIG. 8, (79) and (80) are folds that are bent when the second insertion locking piece (43) is inserted into the second insertion hole (40). Reference numeral (45) denotes a semicircular notch for pulling out the second insertion locking piece (43) inserted into the second insertion hole (40).
[0036]
On the peripheral wall (34) of the outer box (B1), upper lid pieces (47) and (47) are continuously provided on the upper edges of the front and rear side walls (32) and (32) via folds (75) and (75). ing. Then, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper cover pieces (47) and (47) are bent inward from the folds (75) and (75) so that the upper surface opening of the outer box (30) is opened. It is closed by the pieces (47) and (47). A handle piece (48) is continuously provided on the leading edge of the upper cover piece (47) via a fold (77). Locking projections (49) (49) which are substantially upwardly projecting are provided at both ends of the handle piece (48). Further, one of the two handpieces (48) and (48) is provided with a handwork hole (50), and the other is provided with a substantially U-shaped cut connecting the ends of the folds (77) and (77). (51) is provided. The two handpieces (48) and (48) are bent in a rising shape from the folds (77) and (77) and overlap each other in a palm shape, so that the handpieces (48) and (48) have a gate shape. Is formed. In this state, the portion (52) surrounded by the U-shaped fold (51) is cut and raised from the cut (51) and overlapped on the upper surface of the corresponding upper lid piece (47).
[0037]
On the other hand, substantially triangular holding pieces (54) (54) are continuously provided on upper edges of the left and right side walls (33) (33) via folds (76) (76). The holding piece (54) is for holding both upper cover pieces (47) and (47) in the closed position. The holding piece (54) is provided with a slit-like insertion hole (55). Then, the holding piece (54) is bent from the fold (76) to the side of the handpiece (48) in a state where the two handpieces (48) and (48) are superimposed in the shape of a palm, and the insertion hole is formed. By inserting the locking projections (49) and (49) into the (55), the upper lid pieces (47) and (47) are held in the closed position, and the upper lid pieces (47) and (47) are thereby held. It is not reluctant to open.
[0038]
In addition, two intermediate portions in the width direction of the right side wall (33) and the intermediate portion in the width direction of the left side wall (33) are provided as two locked portions constituting a part of the drop-off prevention means (B). The locking pieces (36) (36) are cut and raised at predetermined intervals in the height direction. The structure of the locked piece (36) will be described in detail below. That is, two substantially gate-shaped cut pieces (56) and (56) for locking piece formation are arranged at predetermined intervals in the height direction in the widthwise intermediate portions of the left and right side walls (33) and (33). In addition to the above, a fold (81) connecting both end portions of each cut (56) is provided, and thereby, an engaging portion composed of a portion surrounded by the cut (56) and the fold (81) is provided. A stop piece (36) is formed. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the locked piece (36) is pushed into the outer box (30) from the outer surface side by a fingertip, so that the locked piece (36) is cut and raised to form a fold (81). ) To be bent inwardly.
[0039]
Further, a pair of left and right movement restricting pieces (37) and (37) serving as movement restricting portions are formed in the vicinity of the upper side of each locked piece (36) on the left and right side walls (33) and (33). I have. The structure of the movement restricting piece (37) will be described in detail below. That is, in the vicinity of the upper side of each locked piece (37) in the left and right side walls (33) (33), a horizontally elongated narrow hole (57) having the upper edge of the cut (56) as a lower edge. (See FIG. 1). Further, in the vicinity of the upper side of the elongated hole (57), a horizontal cut (58) for forming a movement restricting piece extending in the horizontal direction, and a longitudinally intermediate portion of the horizontal cut (58) is inserted into the elongated hole (57). ), And a fold (82) (82) extending downward from both ends of the transverse cut (58) toward the long hole (57). And a pair of left and right movement restrictors, each of which is defined by a portion surrounded by a horizontal cut (58), a vertical cut (59), a fold (82) (82), and an upper edge of the long hole (57). Pieces (37) and (37) are formed. Then, by pushing the pair of movement restricting pieces (37) and (37) into the outer box (30) from the outer surface side with a fingertip, the two movement restricting pieces (37) and (37) are cut and raised to form a fold ( 82) It is configured to be bent inwardly from (82).
[0040]
Also, as shown in FIG. 2, a pair of left and right breaking cut lines (60) (60) extending substantially obliquely downward from both ends of the upper edge of the rear wall (32) are formed on the rear wall (32). ) Is provided over the entire area in the height direction, thereby forming a strip-shaped scheduled release portion (61) generally called a "zipper" between the breaking break lines (60) (60). Each break cut line (60) is composed of a plurality of cut lines (60a) and connecting portions (60b) arranged alternately. By releasing the predetermined portion (61), the outer box (30) is dismantled in an expanded state.
[0041]
Next, a method of using the container (C1) will be described.
[0042]
First, as shown in FIG. 5, a receiving member (10) containing a flower stopper member (K) in which a cut flower (P) in an upright posture is inserted is placed on a table (not shown) such as a table. . Then, the rising pieces (17) and (17) of the receiving member (10) are bent from the folds (25) and (25) in a rising shape, so that the leaves of the cut flowers (P) are cut by the rising pieces (17) and (17). In a state in which the locking pieces (16) and (16) are forcibly folded in a substantially hanging manner while preventing the lateral pieces from spreading in the lateral direction, the plate-shaped piece (31) constituting the outer box (30) is cut into flowers. (P) is bent so as to surround the side surface thereof, and is formed into a tubular shape. Thereby, the cut flower (P) is received together with the receiving member (10), and the overlapping piece (35) is bent from the fold (74). It is superposed on the inner surface of the side edge of the right side wall (33). Next, the first insertion locking piece (39) is inserted and locked in the first insertion hole (44). Further, the second insertion locking piece (43) is inserted into the second insertion hole (40) and locked. Thus, the front side wall (32) and the right side wall (33) are connected to each other, and the outer box (30) (the peripheral wall (34)) is held in a rectangular cylindrical shape. In this state, the locking pieces (16) and (16) of the receiving member (10) try to open outward due to their own elastic restoring force, but the tip ends thereof are on the left and right side walls (33) of the outer box (30). ) (33), the distal ends of the locking pieces (16) (16) are held in contact with the inner surfaces of the left and right side walls (33) (33) of the outer box (30).
[0043]
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, one of the upper and lower two-stage locked pieces (36) (36) of the outer box (30) is selected according to the height of the cut flower (P). In the first embodiment, since the height of the cut flower (P) is relatively high, the lower locked piece (36) is selected. The selected locked piece (36) is pushed into the outer box (30) from the outer surface side with a fingertip. As a result, the locked piece (36) is cut and raised, and the locked piece (36) () is located at a position below the distal end of the locking piece (16) (16) of the receiving member (10). 36) is bent inwardly from the folds (81) and (81).
[0044]
Next, by bending the upper lid pieces (47) and (47) of the outer box (30) inward from the folds (75) and (75), the upper opening of the outer box (30) is opened. Close with. Further, the gantry pieces (48) and (48) are superimposed on each other in a palm-shape manner to form the gate-shaped gantry pieces (48) and (48) on the upper lid pieces (47) and (47) in an upright manner. Next, the holding pieces (54) and (54) are bent from the folds (76) and (76) to the handle pieces (48) and (48), and the locking projections (49) are inserted into the insertion holes (55) and (55). By inserting (49), both upper cover pieces (47) and (47) are held at the closed position. As a result, the upper cover pieces (48) and (48) are locked so as not to open unintentionally.
[0045]
Next, the outer box (30) is slightly moved upward. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the locking pieces (16) (16) of the receiving member (10) are brought into contact with the left and right side walls (33) (33) of the outer box (30) and the locked pieces (36) (33). 36), the locking pieces (16) and (16) are locked to the locked pieces (36) and (36). As a result, the receiving member (10) is prevented from falling off from the lower surface opening of the outer box (30).
[0046]
Next, the lower movement restriction piece (37) of the two upper and lower movement restriction pieces (37) (37) is pushed into the outer box (30) from the outer surface side with a fingertip. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the movement restricting piece (37) is cut and raised, and at a position slightly above the upper edges of the left and right side walls (13) and (13) of the receiving member (10). The movement restricting piece (37) is bent inwardly from the fold (82). Therefore, even if the receiving member (10) attempts to move upward, the upper edges of the left and right side walls (13) and (13) come into contact with the movement restricting piece (37). Is restricted by the movement restricting piece (37), the position of the receiving member (10) is fixed, and the locking pieces (16), (16) of the receiving member (10) are held in the locked state. .
[0047]
After the above state, the container (C1) is carried by holding the handle pieces (48) and (48). At this time, the locking pieces (16) (16) of the receiving member (10) are locked by the locked pieces (36) (36) of the outer box (30), so that the receiving member (10) Since the falling off of the outer case (30) from the lower surface opening is prevented, there is no danger that the receiving member (10) will fall from the lower surface opening of the outer case (30) when being carried.
[0048]
Further, since the upward movement of the receiving member (10) is restricted by the movement restricting pieces (37) and (37), the position of the receiving member (10) is fixed. The trouble that (P) falls down can be reliably prevented, and the cut flower (P) can be reliably carried with the cut flower (P) in the upright posture.
[0049]
Further, according to the container (C1), since the receiving member (10) can be housed in the outer box (30) without lifting, the housing operation can be easily performed.
[0050]
Thus, when the cut flowers (P) are taken out from the outer box (30), as shown by a chain line in FIG. 2, a band-shaped separation portion provided on the rear side wall (32) of the outer box (30). The lower end of (61) is pinched, and the part to be released (61) is peeled off from the lower part and released. As a result, the outer box (30) is disassembled into an unfolded state. In this state, the cut flower (P) is taken out together with the receiving member (10). As described above, in the container (C1) according to the first embodiment, on the peripheral wall (34) of the outer box (10), a part to be disassembled (61) for disassembling the outer box (10) in an expanded state is provided. Since the break score line (60) is provided, the cut flower (P) can be easily taken out.
[0051]
In the container (C1) according to the first embodiment, the first and second insertion locking pieces (39) and (43) of the outer box (30) are sequentially pulled out from the corresponding insertion holes (44) and (40). Thus, the outer box (30) may be unfolded, and the cut flower (P) may be taken out together with the receiving member (10) after the unfolded state.
[0052]
The cut flowers (P) thus taken out of the outer box (30) are placed and decorated at a desired place while being received by the receiving member (10). That is, the receiving member (10) is used as a vase. At this time, since the rising pieces (17) and (17) of the receiving member (10) are provided with the supporting holes (18) and (18) as the supporting portions, the supporting holes (18) and (18). , The receiving member (10) can be moved to a desired place. It is a matter of course that the cut flower (P) may be pulled out from the flower stopper member (K) and replaced with a favorite vase instead of using the receiving member (10) as a vase as it is.
[0053]
When the receiving member (10) is discarded, first, the receiving member (10) is forcibly disassembled, and then the film (F) laminated on the inner surface is peeled off and separated. At this time, since the film (F) is detachably adhered to the inner surface of the receiving member (10), the film (F) can be easily peeled off. By peeling the film (F) in this way, the receiving member (10) can be separated into a paper portion and a plastic portion and discarded.
[0054]
Thus, when the height of the cut flower (P) is low, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper and lower two-stage locked parts provided on the left and right side walls (33) and (33) of the outer box (30). The upper locked piece (36) is selected from the pieces (36) and (36). Then, the same operation as the above-described locking operation is performed on the selected locked piece (36), so that the locking piece (16) of the receiving member (10) is attached to the locked piece (36). Lock. Further, by performing the same operation as the above-described restriction operation on the upper movement restriction piece (37), the upward movement of the receiving member (10) is restricted. After the cut flowers (P) are received in the outer box (30) together with the receiving member (10), the container (C1) is carried. At this time, the height of the whole container is lower than the above case. Therefore, the container (C1) can be easily carried. In addition, other accommodation operations are the same as the above-described operations, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0055]
As described above, in the container (C1) according to the first embodiment, the upper and lower two-stage locked pieces (36) (36) are provided on the peripheral wall (34) of the outer box (30). Therefore, when accommodating a high cut flower (P), the height of the container (C1) is increased by locking the locking piece (16) to the lower locked portion (36). On the other hand, when accommodating a cut flower (P) having a low height, the locking piece (16) is locked to the locked portion (36) at the upper stage, so that the container (C1) can be closed. Height can be reduced. Thus, according to the container (C1), the height of the container (C1) can be adjusted according to the height of the cut flower (P). Therefore, the container (C1) can be carried as compact as possible in accordance with the height of the cut flower (P).
[0056]
In FIG. 10, (C2) is an ornamental plant packaging container according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In these drawings, the same components as those of the container (C1) according to the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. Hereinafter, the container (C2) according to the second embodiment will be referred to as the first embodiment. The following description focuses on differences from the container (C1) according to the first embodiment.
[0057]
In the container (C2), the receiving member (10) has the same configuration as the receiving member (10) of the container (C2) according to the first embodiment.
[0058]
On the other hand, on the peripheral wall (34) of the outer box (30) of the container (C2), as shown in an exploded view in FIG. 12, the side wall of the front side wall (32) is adhered via a fold (84). A piece (85) is provided continuously. Then, the sticking piece (85) is bent from the fold (84) and stuck to the inner surface of the side edge of the right side wall (33) with an adhesive, so that the outer box (30) is formed into a square tubular shape. Is formed. The outer box (30) is stored in this state.
[0059]
Locked pieces (36) (36) as locked portions are continuously provided on lower edges of the left and right side walls (33) and (33) via folds (86) and (86). As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the locked pieces (36) and (36) are folded back from the folds (86) and (86) to the inner surfaces of the side walls (33) and (33). It is stuck on the inner surface of the lower end of (33) in a superposed state. The locked pieces (36) and (36) are thus stuck so that the locked pieces (36) and (36) protrude inward by the thickness thereof (that is, inwardly protruding shape). Is formed. Similarly, at the lower edges of the front and rear side walls (32) and (32), pieces to be locked (36) and (36) are continuously provided via folds (86) and (86). The stop pieces (36) and (36) are folded back from the folds (86) and (86) to the inner surfaces of the side walls (32) and (32), and are adhered to the inner surfaces of the lower ends of the side walls (32) and (32) in a superposed state. Have been.
[0060]
A pair of left and right movement restricting pieces (moving restricting parts) as a movement restricting part is provided above the upper end position of the locked pieces (36) (36) at the widthwise intermediate portions of the left and right side walls (33) and (33). 37) (37) is cut and raised. The structure of the movement restricting piece (37) will be described in detail below. That is, a pair of upper and lower cross-sections (87) and (87) for forming a movement-restricting piece extending in the substantially horizontal direction substantially in parallel to each other are provided at the above-mentioned portions in the widthwise intermediate portions of the left and right side walls (33) and (33). A longitudinal cut (88) for forming a movement-restricting piece, which connects the middle portions in the longitudinal direction of the transverse cuts (87), (87), and both ends of the transverse cuts (87), (87) are connected. Folds (89) and (89) are provided, whereby a pair of right and left is formed by a portion surrounded by both transverse cuts (87) and (87), a vertical cut (88), and folds (89) and (89). The movement restriction pieces (37) and (37) are formed. Then, by pushing the pair of movement restricting pieces (37) and (37) into the outer box (30) from the outer surface side with a fingertip, the two movement restricting pieces (37) and (37) are cut and raised to form a fold ( 89) It is configured to be bent inwardly from (89).
[0061]
Further, a portion of the peripheral wall (34) of the outer box (C2) above the upper end position of the locked pieces (36), (36), (36), (36) is a movement restricting piece of the right side wall (33). A pair of upper and lower crosscuts (87), (87) of the left and right side wall (33) and a pair of upper and lower crosscuts (87), (87) of the left and right side wall (33) are connected. Breaking score lines (90) and (90) are provided, and thereby, a strip-shaped separation portion (91) is formed between the breaking score lines (90) and (90). Each break line (90) is composed of a plurality of cuts (90a) and connecting portions (90b) arranged alternately. The outer box (30) is divided into upper and lower parts by releasing the part to be released (91).
[0062]
Next, a method of using the container (C2) will be described.
[0063]
First, as shown in FIG. 11, a receiving member (10) containing a flower stopper member (K) in which a cut flower (P) in an upright posture is inserted is placed on a table (not shown) such as a table. . The rising pieces (17) and (17) of the receiving member (10) prevent the leaves of the cut flower (P) from spreading in the horizontal direction, and forcibly push the locking pieces (16) and (16) in a substantially hanging shape. In this state, the outer box (30) is placed over the cut flowers (P) from above as shown in the figure, and the cut flowers (P) are received together with the receiving member (10). In this state, the locking pieces (16) and (16) try to open outward due to their own elastic restoring force, but their tips are formed on the inner surfaces of the left and right side walls (33) and (33) of the outer box (30). As a result, the distal ends of the locking pieces (16) (16) are held in contact with the inner surfaces of the left and right side walls (33) (33).
[0064]
Next, the outer box (30) is slightly moved upward. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the upper ends (upper surfaces) of the locked parts (36) (36) abut against the distal ends of the locking pieces (16) (16) of the receiving member (10), Thereby, the locking pieces (16) and (16) are locked to the locked pieces (36) and (36). As a result, the receiving member (10) is prevented from falling off from the lower surface opening of the outer box (30).
[0065]
Next, the movement restricting piece (37) is pushed into the outer box (30) with a fingertip. Thereby, the movement restricting piece (37) is cut and raised, and the movement restricting piece (37) is bent at a position slightly above the upper edge of the left and right side walls (13) (13) of the receiving member (10). It is bent inwardly from the eye (89). Thus, the upward movement of the receiving member (10) is restricted by the movement restricting piece (37).
[0066]
After the above state, the container (C2) is carried with the handle piece (48).
[0067]
When the cut flowers (P) are taken out of the outer box (30) in the container (C2) according to the second embodiment, the movement restricting piece (37) is pushed into the outer box (30). A finger is inserted into the hole formed by (1), and the strip-shaped portion to be released (91) is peeled from the hole and released. Thereby, the outer box (30) is vertically divided. Next, the cut flower (P) is taken out of the outer box (30) together with the receiving member (10). At this time, since the outer box (30) is divided vertically, the cut flowers (P) can be easily taken out.
[0068]
As described above, the embodiment of the present invention has been described. However, the container according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various settings can be changed or combined.
[0069]
For example, in the first embodiment, the locked portion (36) and the movement restricting portion (37) are provided on the left and right side walls (33) and (33) of the outer box (30). , May be provided on all side walls (32), (32), (33), and (33) of the outer box (30).
[0070]
Further, in the first embodiment, two locked portions (36) (36) are arranged on the left and right side walls (33) (33) of the outer box (30) at predetermined intervals in the height direction. Although provided, in the present invention, three or more locked parts may be provided at predetermined intervals in the height direction.
[0071]
Further, in the above embodiment, the film (F) is made of plastic, but in the present invention, it may be made of a biodegradable material.
[0072]
In addition, a viewing window (not shown) may be provided on the peripheral wall (34) of the outer box (30) so that the ornamental plants housed in the outer box (30) can be viewed from the outside. However, a transparent film (not shown) may be provided on the viewing window.
[0073]
【The invention's effect】
According to the above description, according to the ornamental plant packaging container of the present invention (claim 1), since the lower surface of the outer box is provided with an opening through which the receiving member can enter and exit, the ornamental plant is housed in the outer box. In doing so, it is not necessary to lift the receiving member, so that the accommodation operation of the ornamental plant can be easily performed. Further, since this container is provided with a drop-off prevention means, there is no possibility that the receiving member will fall off from the opening on the lower surface of the outer box when being carried. Of course, since the outer box is provided with a handle, it can be carried with the handle.
[0074]
Further, the receiving member has a bottom wall and a predetermined peripheral wall, and the falling-off prevention means includes a locking piece provided at a predetermined portion of the receiving member and a locked piece provided at a predetermined portion of the outer box. The locking piece of the receiving member is locked to the locked part of the outer box while the receiving member is housed in the outer box, so that the receiving member is prevented from falling off When the receiving member is set (claim 2), it is possible to reliably prevent the receiving member from falling off.
[0075]
In the case where a plurality of locked portions are provided at predetermined intervals in the height direction on the peripheral wall of the outer box (claim 3), the height of the container is adjusted according to the height of the ornamental plant. The height can be adjusted so that the container can be carried as compactly as possible.
[0076]
Further, on the peripheral wall of the outer case, there is provided a movement restricting portion for restricting the upward movement of the receiving member in a state where the locking piece of the receiving member is locked by the locked portion of the outer case. In this case (claim 4), it is possible to fix the position of the receiving member, and to prevent the ornamental plant from falling down due to the vibration during carrying.
[0077]
In addition, the outer box is formed by bending a single plate-like element into a tubular shape, and by bending the element piece so as to surround the side surface of the ornamental plant, thereby forming a cylindrical shape. When the element has a holding means for holding the element in a tubular shape (claim 5), the operation of accommodating the ornamental plant can be performed more easily. And the outer box can be stored in a compact state.
