Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of co-creating and publishing a music work by a computer system operating on an information communication network, and in particular, a so-called artist who performs a creative activity and a producer who produces it, in a studio space, resources, and an established music market. This technology is related to the technology to realize the joint production of music works without being bound by the framework, border, race, language, etc.
[0002]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Artists aiming for a major debut are struggling on the streets or in live houses every day, continuing to beat the drums, or striking the three lines and singing hot songs. However, there are not many who can recognize their musicality and make a debut. They play and record original songs and cover songs at home using simple recording equipment or at a high fee in the studio, and continue to send the finished demo tapes to the record company. So it's fine for the directors and producers to see it, but even if there are others who find value in the music work, the music work they create is just destined to be buried in the world as a hobby. there were.
[0003]
On the other hand, there are many people who want music, all over the world, regardless of professional amateurs, and the music genre they want and the tastes of the instruments and equipment they use vary greatly. They don't want to be relaxed only in their music world, but they meet other artists and collaborate (co-production, co-performance) to stimulate their musicality further and develop in an unexpected direction. I often want to get it. New collaborations often create new musical works.
[0004]
This desire is the same for amateur artists who are aiming for debut, as well as professional artists who have already established their fame. For example, it may be considered that it is an opportunity to break their musical shell, On the other hand, it may be seen as an opportunity to meet the band members of the lacking part. In any case, they will search for the partner to realize the collaboration. In that case, wait for the introduction of the collaborating partner by the person, publish an article in the magazine, recruit a collaborating partner with a sticker in a live house, etc., or apply for it to find the partner Do. On top of that, they actually face each other and work together to compose and perform music to create music works.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there are various problems in the production environment surrounding the artist as described above. Music works produced by artists are rarely published outside the framework of the existing domestic music market built by record companies, music publishers, and production. As long as you are bound by this framework, only songs with trendy tunes that are likely to be highly marketable in that framework are selectively published, and the taste should be rich in variety for each person or country or race In fact, mismatches are starting to occur, and there are a lot of consumers who get bored. Above all, it is difficult for artists themselves to pursue the music they really want, and it is certainly hard to act freely as an “artist”. In other words, there was almost no environment where you could freely create the music you really wanted to make and publish it widely across countries and regions.
[0006]
Also, when producing music works, the studios that can be used, the facilities and functions, and the usage time are greatly influenced by the resources of artists and record companies, and directly affect the quality and production cost of the completed music works. There was a situation. Especially for an amateur artist who cannot expect a backup from a record company, the cost of using the studio and the cost of equipment are heavy, which has been a drag on music activities. In countries and regions where there are few music production facilities such as studios, production activities themselves become very difficult, and even if there are people with excellent musicality, their talents There was also a risk of making them useless.
[0007]
When it comes to collaboration, finding other artists that may actually match your tastes and musicality with a technique that is at most similar to that of a magazine is difficult for people to understand. "It's a difficult task because of its character." If it is an artist who is located overseas and has few opportunities to touch the music work, or a folk music player from a distant country who rarely hears it, it will be very difficult to obtain clues to find out.
[0008]
Eventually, one of the artists had to go directly to the site, search, and actually collaborate. Even in this case, if the artists live in remote areas, it would be difficult to repeat the process of making the actual sound together face to face, both economically and temporally. It was difficult to finish. It was very complicated for the artist, and the problem was great both in terms of time and cost.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and artists and producers can be adapted to musicality without being bound by professional amateurs, studio spaces and resources, frameworks of existing music markets, countries, races, languages, etc. The purpose is to provide a method that allows them to tie together and publish their music works together.
[0010]

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, when a producer or artist creates or edits a music work, an application that functions as a sequencer or an audio multi-recorder is created via an information communication network in a cyber studio as a place of creation. Since it can be used freely, it is completely unaffected by factors that have traditionally restricted music activities, such as location, time, and resources. Therefore, the quality of the music work completed here is purely in accordance with the musicality of the producers and artists and the level of lyrics, composition and performance, and the same production environment can be obtained regardless of professional amateurs. Moreover, the music works can be freely published at the cyber shop, which leads to the realization of music publishing beyond the framework of the existing domestic music market.
[0057]
In collaboration, the same effects as described above can be achieved, and other artists who actually match their tastes and musicality can be heard, even if they are located in remote areas such as overseas. It is possible to find out easily and reliably while confirming. And even when creating music works together with the artists who have been found in this way, even if many artists live in distant remote places, it is not necessary to meet face to face, making actual sound production economical And it becomes easy to carry out smoothly.
[0058]
Thus, artists and producers can be linked easily and reliably according to musicality without being bound by professional amateurs, studio space and resources, frameworks of existing music markets, countries, races, languages, etc. And a method to make publication possible.
