Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscope cleaning water jetting apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, an endoscope is provided with an observation window cleaning nozzle for spraying and cleaning water on the surface of the observation window.
[0003]
However, in an endoscope for large intestine examination, foreign matter such as stool remains on the mucosal surface that is a subject, which may cause trouble in endoscopic observation. In addition to endoscopes for large intestines, bleeding from the affected area may be an obstacle to endoscopic observation. Therefore, there is an endoscope in which a cleaning water injection port for spraying cleaning water on a subject is provided at a distal end portion of an insertion portion.
[0004]
In such a case, the water supply pipe for sending the washing water to the washing water injection port is inserted and arranged in the insertion portion, and the water supply pipe is connected to the operation portion connected to the base end of the insertion portion. Wash water can be sent to the road.
[0005]
Accordingly, by connecting a syringe-like water supply device containing cleaning water to the base, the cleaning water can be directly sprayed from the cleaning water injection port toward the mucosal surface via the water supply conduit.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the washing water is jetted with a syringe-like water supply device as described above, the quantity of washing water to be jetted becomes very large, so the operation of sucking and discharging the washing water accumulated in the body is complicated. It becomes troublesome.
[0007]
In addition, when washing water is sprayed continuously, if the bleeding from the affected area is about to coagulate, the blood is only expanded in area by the water pressure of the washing water, and it does not lead to removal of the blood There are many.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an endoscope cleaning water ejecting apparatus that can reduce the amount of cleaning water sprayed on a subject and can achieve a high cleaning effect.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the endoscope cleaning water injection device of the present invention is provided with a cleaning water injection port for spraying cleaning water directly on the subject at the distal end portion of the insertion portion of the endoscope. In an endoscope cleaning water injection device in which a water supply pipe for sending cleaning water to the cleaning water injection port is inserted and arranged in the insertion portion, for supplying the cleaning water intermittently into the water supply pipe at predetermined time intervals. An intermittent water supply device is provided.
[0010]
The predetermined time interval may be variable, and a plurality of intermittent water supply devices may be provided for feeding different types of washing water to the water supply pipeline. Moreover, the washing water injection port may be formed by a plurality of small holes arranged in parallel.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 shows the overall configuration of the apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The operation unit 2 is connected to the proximal end of the insertion unit 1 of the endoscope, and the connecting flexible member extends from the operation unit 2. A connector 4 is attached to the tip of the tube 3.
[0012]
The treatment instrument insertion path 5 and the water supply pipe 6 are inserted through the entire length of the insertion section 1, and their outlet openings 5 a and 6 a are aligned with an observation window (not shown) and the distal end of the insertion section 1. An opening is arranged toward the observation direction.
[0013]
The inlet 5 b of the treatment instrument insertion path 5 is disposed in the operation unit 2, and the proximal end side of the water supply conduit 6 reaches the connector 4 through the connecting flexible tube 3. However, the proximal end of the water supply pipe 6 may be disposed in the operation unit 2 or the like.
[0014]
Reference numeral 10 denotes an intermittent water supply apparatus having a water storage tank 11 or the like sealed with wash water. The intermittent water supply apparatus 10 is provided separately from the endoscope, and the proximal end of the water supply pipe 6 is connected to the discharge pipe 13 by connecting the connector 4. In addition, as washing water, distilled water, physiological saline, pure water, a mixed solution of these and an antifoaming agent, or the like can be used.
[0015]
In the intermittent water supply apparatus 10, pressure (atmospheric pressure) generated by the pressurizing pump P is applied to the water storage tank 11, and the wash water pushed out of the water storage tank 11 by the pressure passes through the discharge pipe 13 to the water supply line 6. To be supplied.
[0016]
However, since the opening / closing valve V is inserted and connected in the middle of the discharge pipe 13, cleaning water is not supplied to the water supply pipe 6 when the opening / closing valve V is closed, and the opening / closing valve V is opened / closed intermittently. As a result, the wash water is intermittently sent to the water supply pipe 6.
[0017]
Reference numeral 15 denotes a control unit for controlling the operation of each unit in the intermittent water supply apparatus 10 in response to a switching signal input from a switch S such as a foot switch connected to the input end of the control unit 15. The operations of the pressurizing pump P and the opening / closing valve V are controlled.
[0018]
FIG. 3 shows an example of the control operation of such a control unit 15, and the pressurizing pump P is operated in synchronism with the period during which the switch S is turned on to pressurize the inside of the water storage tank 11 to open and close it. The valve V repeats opening and closing at predetermined time intervals while the switch S is on.
[0019]
As a result, the cleaning water is intermittently fed into the water supply pipe 6 and, as shown in FIG. The wash water is intermittently sprayed directly toward the affected area 100, which is the subject, and the blood 101 and the like are washed away.
[0020]
In this way, spraying wash water intermittently adds pressure and impact to the object to be washed, improving the washing ability, and even when bleeding from the affected area is about to coagulate, It can be washed away reliably.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 4, the switching operation of the switch S may be switched in a plurality of stages, and the time interval of the intermittent operation of the on-off valve V may be changed correspondingly. Further, the time interval of intermittent operation may be automatically changed sequentially.
[0022]
FIG. 5 shows the overall configuration of the apparatus of the second embodiment of the present invention. Water tanks 11A and 11B, pressurizing pumps P1 and P2, and open / close valves V1 and V2 similar to those of the first embodiment are provided. Two sets of valves are arranged, and two open / close valves V1 and V2 are connected to the discharge pipe 13 in series.
[0023]
FIG. 6 illustrates the control operation of the second embodiment, and the pressure pump P1 and the open / close valve V1 on the downstream side of the two sets of devices perform exactly the same operations as in the first embodiment. The upstream pressure pump P2 and the on-off valve V2 are continuously opened for a certain period after the switch S is turned on, and then stopped or closed thereafter.
[0024]
Therefore, for example, when water is put into the downstream water storage tank 11A and the antifoaming agent is put into the upstream water storage tank 11B, the water and the antifoaming agent are mixed for a certain period after the switch S is turned on. It can be used in such a way that intermittent injection of liquid is performed, and switching to intermittent injection of water only from the middle.
[0025]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said Example, For example, as FIG. 7 shows, the discharge pipe 13 of the intermittent water supply apparatus 10 is connected to the treatment tool insertion path 5 of an endoscope, and a treatment tool is provided. The insertion passage 5 may be used as a water supply pipeline.
[0026]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, if the outlet opening 6 a of the water supply pipe 6 that is a washing water injection port is formed by a plurality of small holes arranged in parallel, the washing water is made shower-like with respect to the affected part 100. Can be sprayed intermittently.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the provision of the intermittent water supply device for intermittently feeding the cleaning water into the water supply pipe at a predetermined time interval can reduce the amount of the cleaning water sprayed on the subject. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a high cleaning effect against bleeding from the affected area.
