Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of tools with a cooking pattern such as ladle, net insulator, pan with handle, large cooking fork, and scoop.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional tool with a handle such as a ladle is made by inserting and fitting a cylindrical wooden handle into a circular tubular joint fixed to the head made of metal, plastic, etc., and attaching it with a wood screw or the like through the joint It has been known. Thus, the reason why the connecting portion is tubular is that it is easy to manufacture both the head portion and the handle portion, and it is easy to connect and insert them together. However, when the connecting portion is a circular pipe, a rotational force applied around the axis of the handle when the tool is used is applied to the wood screw. For this reason, the wood screw is loosened during use, sometimes falls off, and there is a problem that the wood screw is mixed with food or the head is dropped off. In addition, when cooking ingredients, the ingredients soak into the mating portion, leaving it unsanitary. Therefore, it is necessary to detach the head and the handle for cleaning. However, it is inconvenient to detach the wood screw, and there are problems such that the wood screw is not effective and easily detached when the detachment is repeated.
[0003]

[Example 3]
FIG. 4 is a view showing an embodiment of the nut of the invention of claim 3. In the figure, FIGS. 4-1 to 4-5 show cross-sectional views of some nuts of the embodiment, and FIGS. 4-6 to 4-8 show side views of nuts of other embodiments. ing. FIG. 4A is a hexagonal outer shape, and FIG. 4B is a non-circular example including other polygonal shapes. FIG. 4-3 shows a non-circular shape having an elliptical outer shape, both of which are effective in preventing rotation. Fig. 4-4 shows a convex portion on the outer periphery, and Fig. 4-5 shows a cross section of the concave portion on the outer periphery. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 4-6 and Fig. 4-7. This is an example in which irregularities are provided discontinuously, or an example in which irregularities are provided continuously as shown in FIGS. 4-8, both of which are non-circular and effective in preventing rotation of the nut. The nuts 41 to 48 can be fixed by providing desired holes in the handle portion or the like constituting the connecting portion and embedding these nuts 41 to 48 by applying pressure to the holes. In this case, it is preferable to apply an adhesive such as an epoxy resin to the outer periphery of the nut, and the adhesive fills in a slight gap formed between the nut and the handle portion, etc. . Further, even when a nut having a circular outer periphery is used, adhesion to the handle portion or the like is reinforced by application of an adhesive, so that there is an advantage that rotation of the nut can be prevented and water tightness can be improved.
[0014]
[Example 4]
FIG. 5 is a view showing an embodiment of the invention of claim 4 and represents a perspective view of a mesh insulator. A mesh insulator head 52 formed of a metal plate in a substantially pan shape and provided with a desired opening 51 is fixed to a handle 54 at a connecting portion 53. In the connecting portion 53, a connecting portion 53 is formed by inserting a rectangular handle portion following the connecting portion 53 having a tubular cross section. The head portion 52 and the handle portion 54 are detachably fixed at the connecting portion 53 by bolts 55. In this embodiment, since the cross-sectional shape of the handle portion 54 inserted into the tubular connecting portion 53 is a quadrangle, the rotational force in the axial direction of the handle portion 54 in the connecting portion 53 is suppressed, and bolts and nuts are used. Only the force in the length direction of the handle 54 acts on the fixed portion. Therefore, there exists an advantage which contributes to durability of the connection part 53 containing a volt | bolt and a nut.
[0015]
FIG. 6 shows an example of the cross-sectional shape of the handle portion in the tubular connecting portion. As shown in the figure, the cross-sectional shape can be arbitrarily selected according to the type of tool such as a square 61, a rectangle 62, a hexagon 63, an octagon 64, an ellipse 65, 66, and the like. With such a shape, the force applied in the direction of the rotation axis of the handle portion of the connecting portion is suppressed, so that the force applied to a fixture such as a bolt becomes relatively small. Therefore, there is an advantage that the durability of the fixed portion can be improved and the operability of the handle can be realized. Further, only the handle portion of the connecting portion may have a cross-sectional shape different from that of the connecting portion, such as at least the shape as described above, and the gripping portion (handle operating side portion) having a circular cross section.
[0016]
[Example 5]
FIG. 7 is a view showing an embodiment of the invention of claim 5 and represents an example of a longitudinal section of a handle portion. In FIG. 7, core materials 71 and 74 constituting the handle 70 are covered with an FRP plate 72, and the periphery thereof is sealed with an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene layer 73. In the handle portion 70, a wood core 71 is used as a core material at a portion acting as a handle. On the other hand, an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin body 74 having excellent heat resistance and wear resistance is provided as a core material on the head side portion to be inserted into a tubular connecting portion (not shown). A through hole 75 is provided in the resin body 74, and a long nut 76 made of stainless steel is embedded in the through hole 75. In this embodiment, since the core material 74 of the handle portion 70 provided with the through hole 75 is plastic, even if a slight gap exists between the through hole 75 and the long nut 76, unlike the case of wood, It is hygienic without absorbing moisture. Further, by mixing an antibacterial agent into the resin body 74, generation of various germs can be prevented even if moisture remains in the portion, and it becomes more hygienic.
[0017]
[Example 6]
If the entire surface of the core 71 made of wood is covered with plastic, an embodiment of the invention of claim 6 is obtained. FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating an example of covering the handle portion, and represents a cross-sectional view of the covered handle portion. 8A shows an example in which a plastic film 812 is provided around the core material 811, and FIG. 8B shows an example in which an intermediate layer 823 made of a reinforcing material is provided between the core material 821 and the plastic film 822. Show. Moreover, in FIG. 8-3, the plastic film 832 is coat | covered around the core material 831 whose cross section is circular. In any case, if a plastic layer or a plastic body is provided on both end faces in the length direction, the entire outer surface of the handle can be covered with plastic. With such a plastic coating, the handle does not have water absorption including the through-hole, and is extremely hygienic.
[0018]
In FIG. 8, the cores 811, 821, and 831 are preferably mainly made of wood, and if made of wood, light weight and relatively strong strength can be obtained. The plastic films 812, 822, and 832 can be made of any resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, nylon, acrylic, etc., but ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene having excellent heat resistance and wear resistance is most desirable. Furthermore, hygiene can be improved by adding an antibacterial agent to the coated plastic.
[0019]
When the handle is long or thin, it is desirable to provide an intermediate layer 823 made of a reinforcing material as shown in FIG. The reinforcing material may be glass fiber, carbon fiber reinforced plastic plate (FRP), metal plate such as aluminum, etc., but FRP plate is desirable in terms of weight. Further, as shown in FIG. 8-2, it is desirable that the reinforcing material is disposed in the four surroundings of the core material 821 from the viewpoint of strength. However, sufficient strength can be obtained only by providing the reinforcing material on any two corresponding sides.
[0020]
The handle described in each of the above embodiments can be made of wood, metal, plastic, FRP, wood as a core material and a plastic protective material on the outer periphery, and between the wood core and the plastic protective material. Any material may be used, such as those reinforced by providing the reinforcing material, and these hollow tubular bodies. Further, the cross-sectional shapes of the tubular connecting part and the handle part are arbitrary such as a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape such as a quadrilateral shape, etc., depending on the type and use of the tool. Further, the through hole provided in the handle portion inserted into the tubular connecting portion may be at least in one place. However, by providing a plurality of connecting holes in the length direction of the connecting portion or the handle, the strength of the connecting portion is increased. It can also be useful for adjusting the overall length.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the attachment / detachment is easy and the nut portion into which the bolt for fixing the head portion and the handle portion is screwed can be easily cleaned, and the bolt can be removed by using a long bolt. A durable, hygienic and easy-to-use tool with a cooking handle that does not fall off during use and can be mixed with foods.
