BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sowing container for fish collection used for sea fishing or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various kinds of cages and containers made of metal or plastic are known as fish collection containers for fish collection. For example, in the case of plastic, a cylindrical container body including an upper cylinder and a lower cylinder is made of a plastic material, and a metal weight such as lead is screwed to the bottom of the container body. The weight of the weight cannot be changed, and the weight is easy to fall off due to the screw loosening, lead damage to fish shellfish etc. due to lead, and the fish can easily escape due to the impact sound when the weight hits the seabed Such a problem may occur. Therefore, the standard weight for storing the weight for increase is fixed to the inner cylinder with screws or bolts (see, for example, Patent Document 1), or the weight body is used in a fish collection basket composed of a metal weight body and a metal net body. The structure (for example, refer patent document 2) coat | covered with the coating | covering material which consists of a soft synthetic resin is proposed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The drawings show an embodiment of the present invention. A container body (1) for storing firewood is made of a plastic material and has an upper cylinder (2) and a lower cylinder (3) having inlets (4) and (5). The upper cylinder (2) and the lower cylinder (3) are combined so as to be relatively slidable in the axial direction and rotatable in the circumferential direction. In addition, a wire member (6) is provided at the center of both tubes, and a large diameter portion (7) formed by crushing the wire member is screwed to the upper tube (2) at the upper part of the wire member (6). The adjusting screw (8) is inserted into the adjusting screw (8) until it hits an inner step (not shown), and a cap (10) is fixed to a screw portion (9) provided at the tip of the adjusting screw (8). The lower part of the wire member (6) extends downward through the bottom wall (11) of the lower tube (3), and a retaining nut (13) is screwed onto a screw part (12) provided at the lower end to appropriately It is prevented from coming off by bonding with an adhesive. Thus, the distance of the reciprocating motion between both cylinders is limited by the wire member. These configurations are known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-2230 and can be formed in various other structures, but since they are not the gist of the present invention, detailed description thereof is omitted.
[0008]
A mounting screw (15) having a hole (14) through which the wire member (6) is inserted is provided on the bottom wall (11) of the lower cylinder (3). In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the mounting screw (15) has its head fixed to the bottom wall (11) in a non-rotating state by insert molding or the like, but may be prevented by other appropriate methods. Further, the mounting screws can be formed integrally with the bottom wall (11) as will be described later without being independently formed.
[0009]
A mounting recess (16) is formed on the bottom surface of the lower cylinder (3), and the upper portion of the weight (17) is mounted in the mounting recess. The weight (17) is usually made of lead, but can also be made of other appropriate metal materials, and is provided with an embedded nut (18) for screwing onto the mounting screw (15) at the center, The surface is coated with an appropriate plastic material. The thickness of the surface layer (19) formed of a plastic material is such that when the upper part of the weight is fitted into the mounting recess (16), it is substantially inscribed to the inner peripheral surface (20) of the mounting recess (16). It is formed to a thickness. In addition, weights having a plurality of color and fluorescent surface layers (19) having the same weight can be prepared so that they can be exchanged for colors suitable for fish. The container body (1) and the surface layer (19) of the weight are preferably the same color, but the combination is free.
[0010]
The peripheral surface of the weight (17) is elastically pressure-bonded to the mounting recess. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, when the upper part of the weight is fitted into the mounting recess between the peripheral surface of the weight and the inner peripheral surface (20) of the mounting recess (16), it resists the rotation of the weight. An elastic member (21) is provided to give. Various members can be used as the elastic member (21). In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 (A), an O-ring (22) made of a soft material such as a rubber material or a soft plastic material is attached to the surface. It is fitted in a receiving groove (23) formed in the layer (19). As shown in FIG. 3 (B), a C-shaped stopper ring (24) is fitted into the receiving groove (23) with an elastic and corrosion-resistant metal material, or an elastic plastic material is used. When the surface layer (19) is formed, the surface layer (19) may be configured as an annular protrusion (25) integral with the surface layer (FIG. 3C). The elastic member can also be formed on the inner peripheral surface (20) side of the mounting recess (16) of the lower cylinder (3) using the above-mentioned members as appropriate, and the surface layer (19) is elastic. A projecting portion or the like (not shown) may be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting recess so as to be formed smoothly with a plastic material.
[0011]
The inner peripheral surface (20) of the mounting recess (16) is formed as a smooth surface. However, as described above, it can be formed on an uneven surface or rough surface such as a chevron so as to be crimped to the surface layer or the like. As shown, a step portion (26) and a receiving groove (not shown) may be formed so that the elastic member (21) is engaged when the weight is fully screwed.
[0012]
The weight (17) having the surface layer (19) as shown in FIG. 3 is formed in a cylindrical shape in the upper part and in a conical shape in the lower part, so that the diameter of the cylindrical part is the same. When the length is changed, various weights can be prepared, and other appropriate shapes may be formed.
[0013]
The weight (17) configured as described above has an upper portion fitted in the mounting recess (16), and a nut (18) is screwed onto the mounting screw (15), thereby lowering the bottom wall of the lower cylinder (3). It is attached to (11). In the mounted state, the elastic member (21) is interposed between the inner peripheral surface (20) of the mounting recess (16) and the peripheral surface of the weight (17), or the surface layer is elastically pressure-bonded. The rotation of the weight is constrained, and the weight does not rotate freely during normal handling, such as the operation of throwing it into the sea or the filling of firewood into the container body, and there is little risk of dropping off. When exchanging weights of different weights or different colors, the weights can be exchanged by grasping the lower end of the weights and actively rotating the weights. At this time, appropriate ribs or the like extending in the axial direction can be integrally formed on the surface of the surface layer so as to exhibit an anti-slip action.
[0014]
FIG. 5 shows an embodiment in which the mounting screw (27) is formed integrally with the bottom wall (11) of the lower cylinder (3). As the wire member (29) inserted through the hole (28) of the mounting screw (27), the wire member (6) as shown in FIG. 2 can be used. However, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 29) The lower part of 29) is crushed to form a large diameter part (30) so as not to be inserted through the hole (28), and a screw part (31) longer than the screw part (9) shown in FIG. After the retaining nut (32) is screwed, it is inserted through the adjusting screw (8) until the retaining nut comes into contact with the lower part of the adjusting screw, and the cap (10) is attached to the upper end. Also in such an embodiment, the weight (17) having the surface layer (19) can be screwed onto the mounting screw (27) so as not to drop off, and can be easily replaced in the same manner as described above. .
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and a surface layer is formed by covering the surface of the weight with a plastic material so as to be inscribed in the mounting recess formed on the bottom surface of the container body, and the peripheral surface of the weight is elastically formed on the mounting recess. The above weight is screwed onto the bottom of the container body so that the weight is free to rotate and will not loosen and fall off even when handling or hitting the seabed. Moreover, since the entire surface of the weight is covered, there is no possibility of causing lead damage.
[0016]
In addition, if you grab the weight and actively rotate it, you can easily remove it, so you can easily change the weight of the weight by preparing multiple weights with different weights. If a weight having a surface layer with different colors is prepared, an optimum weight corresponding to the fish can be used.
