Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a coupling tool for jewelry that attaches a ring jewelry such as a pearl necklace or a chain necklace.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a connector used for a pearl necklace or the like, a connector 10 using a coil spring as shown in FIG. 1 has been disclosed.
That is, a locking groove 15 is formed in the round bar-shaped peripheral surface of the locking device 13 to which one side terminal of the pearl jewelry main body 19a such as a pearl necklace is connected, and the other terminal of the continuous pearl jewelry body 19b is connected. The connector main body 18 includes a cylindrical receiving member 11 into which the locking tool 13 can be inserted and removed, and a locking member 16 that can be engaged with and locked into the locking groove 15 of the locking tool 13. An engagement / disengagement button 17 is provided outside 18, and is composed of a coil spring 17 a that always urges the locking member 16 with an elastic force in a direction in which the locking member 16 is locked in the locking groove 15 (real open flat 7 -30730).
[0003]
Such a connector 10 is attached to a hollow box-shaped female metal fitting in which a metal plate is bent into a V shape and pressed into a flat shape by pressing a male metal fitting formed with a leaf spring with a fingertip. This solves the difficulty of attaching and detaching in a conventional general accessory connector.
[0004]
On the other hand, since the connector 10 is composed of a plurality of fine parts, there is a problem that assembly is not easy and the cost is high.
Therefore, as a solution to that problem, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a head 25 is formed at the front end, an engagement portion 27 is provided behind the head 25, and a rear end is provided. A male fitting 22 provided with a connecting portion 29 for attachment, a lid 31 having an open bottom surface, and a bottom body 30a having an open top surface are pivotally supported on both side wall portions 33 and 33a in a closing direction. It comprises a hollow box shape that is formed so as to be openable and closable by disposing an urging spring member 37a. An insertion portion 37 of the male metal fitting 22 is formed on one end surface of the hollow box shape, and the lid 31 and the One or both of the bottom bodies 30a are formed with a locking part 31a with the engaging part 27, and a female metal fitting 30 provided with a connecting part 39 with an accessory on the opposite end surface. A connecting tool 20 for jewelry is also being developed (Japanese Patent Application No. 11-130682). .
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the connector 20, in order to form a hollow box shape of the female fitting 30, the support shaft 38 is searched in a state where the shaft support portion 35 of the lid body 31 and the shaft support portion 35a of the bottom body 30a are combined. By caulking both ends of the shaft 38, an operation for forming a hollow box shape is required. In such a case, the surfaces of the side wall portions 33 and 33a of the lid 31 and the bottom body 30a are inevitably cut and the connector 20 must be re-polished. Therefore, the connecting tool 20 requires an extra cost for re-polishing.
Also, once fixed, the lid 31 and the bottom body 30a cannot be exchanged, and it is difficult to repair the connector 20 or the like.

The lid 51 and the bottom body 60 are biased in the direction in which the insertion recess 52 and the locking recess 61 are closed.
[0021]
The operation of the first connector 40 will be described. The head 43 of the male fitting 41 is inserted into the female fitting 50 through the insertion opening formed by the insertion portion 52 of the lid 51 and the locking recess 61 of the bottom body 60.
[0022]
The male fitting 41 of the first connector 40 has a head 43a having a pointed shape and a thin tip portion 43 formed on the front side, so that no special force is required, that is, no load is applied. It can be temporarily inserted into the female fitting 50 in a close state.
Furthermore, when the male fitting 41 is pushed in, the large-diameter body portion 42 can smoothly enter the female fitting 50 while pushing down the locking recess 61 of the bottom body 60.
[0023]
Next, the male fitting 41 is guided by the guide wall 56 and enters further inside, and when the engagement groove 45 of the male fitting 41 reaches the locking recess 61 of the bottom body 60, the biasing force of the coil spring 67 is used. The bottom body 60 is pushed up, fitted into the locking recess 61 and the engaging groove 45, and the male fitting 42 and the female fitting 50 are connected. The female metal fitting 50 is formed with a cylindrical guide portion 54, which prevents the male metal fitting 41 from rattling even during use, and both are stably connected.
[0024]
Next, when removing the male metal fitting 41 from the female metal fitting 50, the bottom body 60 can be easily pushed up by pressing the pressing recess 63 of the bottom body 60 with a fingertip.
When the bottom body 60 pivots in the opening direction, the engagement between the locking recess 61 and the engaging groove 47 is released, and the male fitting 42 can be easily pulled out from the female fitting 50.
[0025]
Further, when the female bracket 50 needs to be replaced, repaired, etc., for example, using a needle or the like, and pressing the tip 74 of the support pin 70 inward from the pin hole 62, the movable shaft 73 contracts and the support pin 70 is retracted. The lid body 51 and the bottom body 60 can be separated by coming off.
[0026]
Such a first connector 40 is produced by lathing a bar in the male metal fitting 41, and in the female metal fitting 50, the lid body 51 and the bottom body 60 are divided into members, respectively. Can be manufactured by press molding, or can be manufactured by integral molding by casting, and is extremely economical in terms of cost.
[0027]
Furthermore, the shape of the support pin is not limited to that illustrated in the first connector 40 and also in the connectors described later. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, when a spring 77 is accommodated inside a cylindrical portion 76a and a support pin 76 having a movable shaft 78b attached to both ends of the cylindrical portion 76 is used in a telescopic manner, The movable shaft 78b is formed with a shaft support portion 78c, a flange portion 79a, and a locking portion 78a, and the other movable shaft 78b is formed with a shaft support portion 78c, two flange portions 79b, and a locking portion 78a. Yes.
[0028]
According to the support pin 76, even when the female fitting 50 needs to be replaced, repaired, etc., for example, with the lid and the bottom open, the two support pins on one side in the hollow box mold are provided. It is possible to contract only the movable shaft 78b on one side by hooking only the inner collar of the collar 79b with a needle or the like. Therefore, the pin hole 62 formed in the bottom body 60 does not need to be a through hole, and can provide a connector having an excellent aesthetic appearance.
[0029]
FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a second connector according to the second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 12 is an exploded perspective view of the female fitting, and FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view showing the coupled state. . The second connector 80 has a lid 81 that opens the entire lower surface of the box shape, and similarly opens the entire upper surface of the box shape, and covers the side wall of the lid 81 in a size slightly larger than the lid 81. A male metal fitting 41 is attached to and detached from a female metal fitting 80a constituted by a bottom body 90 having a shape to be formed.
[0030]
The male fitting 95 in the second connector is tapered at the tip to form a head 96, and a concave engagement groove 97 at the rear and a ring-shaped connection ring 98 at the rear are integrally formed. It is a stick.
[0031]
The lid 81 of the female fitting 80 is cut into a substantially semicircular shape from below with an inner diameter that engages with the engagement groove 45 of the male fitting 41 on one side in the longitudinal direction, that is, a dimension slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the trunk. A missing first locking recess 87 is formed.
In addition, a pin hole 85 for inserting the shaft support portion 74 of the support pin 70 similar to the above is formed in the approximate center of both side wall portions of the lid 81, and a gentle slope 83 is formed in the upward direction on the rear side. It is. The slope 83 is for smoothly performing an operation of pressing the bottom body 90 and opening the lid body 81 and the bottom body 60 together with the bottom chevron portion 96 described later.
