Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a method for holding a recording material such as a film or a photosensitive material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a patent No. 1613317 by the same applicant, in which a thin plate having a small hole for suction is bonded together by providing an air passage, and air between the negative and glass is sucked from the side edge of the film to adsorb the negative to the glass plate. In addition, there are Japanese Patent Application No. Sho 63-317257 and Japanese Patent Application No. 2-63462. As a further improvement, there is a negative plane holding method (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-239516) by the same applicant. Sponge at a position corresponding to the side edge of the negative, with a base plate that has a sponge mask of various negative sizes and can be attached and removed freely, and a pin is provided to keep the gap between the positioning and the base body constant. This is a technique in which residual air between the negative and the glass is discharged from a small hole formed in the mask, and the negative is adsorbed to the glass. By replacing the mask plate according to the present invention, the negative can be adsorbed to the glass according to the size of the negative.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of work efficiency, it was necessary to adsorb the film to the base plate more rapidly than the conventional adsorption method. In addition, when a film is placed on a base plate such as glass and a mask plate is placed on top of the film and sucked, and the film is adsorbed on the glass, marks for alignment are placed on the glass according to various sizes. If you put it on, the mark will be reflected and you will not be able to mark it. For this reason, there is a problem that it is difficult to align the film when the film is placed on the glass.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Accordingly, the present invention provides a mask member having a suction hole that penetrates a recording area of a recording medium such as a film and sucks air from the peripheral portion of the recording medium, on the side opposite to the base plate with respect to the recording medium. In a recording medium adsorption / holding method in which the recording medium is adsorbed on a base plate in an overlapping manner, a sheet-like adsorption assisting member having a recording area punched into a suction hole at substantially the same position as the mask member is recorded. The conventional intermittent point is to be solved by providing it between the mask member.
[0005]
[Action]
The conventional example has an opening corresponding to the recording part of the film and has a suction hole at the peripheral position of the film. When air was discharged, air between the glass and the film was discharged from the periphery of the film, and the film was adsorbed on the glass. In the present invention, a sheet-like adsorption assisting member is further sandwiched between the mask plate and the film. This sheet-like suction auxiliary member has an opening corresponding to the recording portion of the film and a small hole for suction at substantially the same position as the mask plate, so that the function is similar to the conventional mask plate, Since it is in the form of a flexible sheet, it can move quickly when air is discharged, and air between the film and glass can be discharged. Further, since this adsorption assisting member itself is in close contact with the glass across the periphery of the film, the effect of sealing the periphery of the film at the time of adsorption is great. Furthermore, when a film is placed on a base plate such as glass and a mask plate is stacked from above, the film can be placed on the glass with the opening of the suction assisting member as a guideline. Can also solve the problem of alignment.

The present invention can be used not only for an apparatus for fixing a film and recording from the upper part as in the above embodiment, but also for, for example, film duplication. Duplication is to duplicate the film by exposing the film to be duplicated and the unexposed film, and for example, setting the film to be duplicated and the unexposed film on the glass of Example 1, If the adsorption operation is performed as described above, two films and glass can be adsorbed on the same principle. Then, duplication can be performed by performing appropriate exposure from above. Normally, it is difficult to adsorb two films and a base plate exactly, but the present invention can realize this, and the film can be fixed even after long exposure, and there is no blurring. It is possible to make a high quality duplicate film.

As Example 2, the above-described film adsorbing device for duplication will be described with reference to FIG.
