Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing an embodiment according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a plan view of FIG. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the main part of FIG.
4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part of FIG. 3 as viewed from the front.
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a main part of FIG.
FIG. 6 is an enlarged sectional view from the front showing another main part of FIG.
FIG. 7 is an enlarged sectional view from the front showing another main part of FIG.
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the operating state of FIG.
[0006]
The multi- type coin sorting device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 includes a large substantially rectangular base plate 31. A slightly large low circular cover plate 32 is fixed to the entire center of the base plate 31 with screws. A substantially circular ring-shaped passage plate 33 is fixed to the base plate 31 on the outer periphery of the cover plate 32 by screws. The passage plate 33 is formed to be inclined toward the bottom of the outer peripheral wall of the cover plate 32 as shown in FIG.
[0007]
Near the bottom of the passage plate 33 inclined downward, in other words, near the bottom of the outer peripheral wall of the cover plate 32, an elongated ring 34 for coin conveyance is rotatably arranged.
The conveying ring 34 is made of rubber or the like, and as shown in FIG. 5, a number of grooves 35 are formed on the upper surface to form a friction surface 36.
As shown in FIG. 4, the friction surface 36 is inclined so that the surface of the metal passage plate 33 is substantially the same as that of the metal passage plate 33.
Accordingly, the coin C on the passage plate 33 slides down and is conveyed in the clockwise direction by the conveying ring 34 while contacting the peripheral surface of the cover plate 32 (see FIG. 1).
[0008]
The transport ring 34 is externally mounted on an outer casing 39 of a ring body 37 having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and the ring body 37 is rotatably disposed along the inner peripheral surface of the cover body 32.
That is, a roller 40 is pivoted at equal intervals on the large ring body 37 so as to be rotatable on the base plate 31 around the center of the base plate 31.
Then, a three-point supported roller 41 pivoted on the base plate 31 is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the ring body 37 to guide the rotation of the ring body 37.
Further, inner teeth are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the ring body 37, and a gear 42 that meshes with the inner teeth is pivoted on the base plate 31.
[0009]
The gear 42 meshes with a drive gear 43 that penetrates the base plate 31, and the drive gear 43 is rotated by a thick plate type electric motor (not shown) solidified on the lower surface of the base plate 31.
500D shown in the passage 33 on the left side of FIG. 1 is a coin diameter sensor.
The diameter sensor 500D generates a signal when it detects the diameter of the largest 500 yen coin (see FIG. 6).
Similarly, the diameter sensor 10D of FIG. 1 detects the diameter of the next largest 10-yen coin.
The diameter sensor 100D detects the diameter of the third largest 100 yen coin.
[0010]
1D shown in the lower passage 33 in FIG. 1 is also a coin diameter sensor, and the diameter sensor 1D generates a signal when it detects the diameter of the smallest one-yen coin.
Similarly, the diameter sensor 50D of FIG. 1 detects the diameter of the second smallest 50 yen coin. The diameter sensor 5D detects the diameter of the third smallest 5-yen coin.
Further, a laterally long opening 500H into which a 500 yen coin can drop is formed in the passage 33 on the right side of the diameter sensor 500D (see FIG. 8).
Similarly, the passage 33 on the right side of the diameter sensor 10D is formed with a horizontally long opening 10H in which a 10-yen coin can drop.
[0011]
Similarly, the passage 33 on the right side of the diameter sensor 100D is formed with a horizontally long opening 10H through which 100 yen coins can drop.
Similarly, an opening 5H in which a 5-yen coin can be dropped is formed near the diameter sensor 5D, and an opening 50H in which a 50-yen coin can be dropped is formed in the vicinity of the diameter sensor 50D. In the vicinity, an opening 1H through which a one-yen coin can drop is formed.
Further, an elongated gate piece 500G is pivotally pivoted at the outer edge of the horizontally long opening 500H (see FIG. 8).
[0012]
Similarly, an elongated gate piece 10G is pivotally pivoted at the outer edge of the horizontally long opening 10H so as to be openable and closable.
Similarly, the elongated gate piece 100G is in the horizontally elongated opening 5H and the elongated gate piece 5G is in the horizontally elongated opening 50H and the elongated gate piece 50G is in the horizontally elongated opening 1H. Each elongated gate piece 1G is pivoted so that it can be opened and closed. Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a kind of electromagnet 500E in which a coil is wound around a permanent magnet is suspended and fixed to the passage plate 33 at the outer edge of the opening 500H.
[0013]
In the electromagnet 500E , a permanent magnet usually acts to attract an iron piece, but when an electric current flows, the action of the permanent magnet is canceled and the iron piece becomes free. Although not shown, the electromagnets for 10 yen coins, 100 yen coins, 5 yen coins, 50 yen coins and 1 yen coins are suspended and fixed to the passage plate 33 in the same manner. Of course. Now, as shown in FIG. 6, a 500 yen coin C is conveyed by the ring 34, and the diameter sensor 500D detects the coin C.
[0014]
When the diameter sensor 500D detects the 500-yen coin C, as shown in FIG. 8, a current is passed through the electromagnet 500E, the gate piece 500G becomes free, and the coin C falls into the opening 500H.
An opening 500H corresponding to the opening 500H is also formed in the base plate 31, and the 500-yen coin C dropped from the opening 500H is stored in a hopper device (not shown).
On the other hand, for example, a 10-yen coin C is conveyed and passes through the diameter sensor 500D. In this case, since the diameter sensor 500D does not detect the 10-yen coin C, no current flows through the electromagnet 500E.
[0015]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the gate piece 500G remains adsorbed by the electromagnet 500E, and the 10-yen coin C passes through the opening 500H.
In this manner, 100 yen coins, 5 yen coins, 50 yen coins, and 1 yen coins are respectively processed in the same manner as described above.
7 and 8, the electromagnet 500E is used in this embodiment, but it is needless to say that a solenoid (not shown) may be used.
When the solenoid is used, the gate piece 500G can be forcibly opened and closed, so that there is an advantage that the coin C can be taken in and passed reliably.
[0016]
Further, a coin alignment / discriminating device (not shown) is disposed in the notch 38 at the corner of the coin sorting device shown in FIGS. Coins C are supplied one by one by this coin alignment / discrimination device.
【The invention's effect】
Large effect that above the present invention by the conveyance ring only can reduce the height of the entire apparatus it is possible to extremely simplify the sorting device since it is possible to convey the coins. In other words, the sorting device according to the present invention has an advantage that it can secure a height that can be easily stored under a device such as a cash register and has a simple structure, which makes maintenance extremely easy.
