Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sound barrier installed upright on a roadside section of a road, such as a median strip of a road, a road, a railroad, etc., and a technology for constructing a sound barrier by standing upright columns at predetermined intervals regardless of existing or newly installed About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there have been the following soundproof walls to be attached to columns vertically fixed to a concrete base of the ground and the construction method thereof.
One is called a drop-in type. As shown in FIG. 11, a peripheral frame member 61 is integrally attached and fixed to the periphery of the soundproof plate 60 in advance to produce a soundproof panel 62 with a frame, and this soundproof panel is installed. In this construction method, the soundproof panel is fixed by an appropriate method after being dropped from above between adjacent columns 63 made of H-shaped steel. Further, in the structure shown in FIG. 12, both side edges 64 of the soundproof wall are protruded so as to sandwich both side surfaces of both flanges of the H-shaped steel 63 or both side surfaces of the square steel column, and formed between the both side edges. elaborate fitting the strut in the recess 65 which is attached elaborate dropped soundproof walls from above with respect to the column, a support column clamping type are disclosed in real-Sho 56-17539 Patent like.
[0003]
The other is disclosed in JP-A-6-33425 and JP-A-10-46535, and the former has a peripheral frame member 61 attached to the periphery of the soundproof plate 60 as shown in FIG. A soundproof panel with a frame is prepared in advance, and a mounting bolt 66 is fixed upright on a column 63 standing on the site, and a mounting hole of the soundproof panel is fitted into the mounting bolt 66. As shown in FIG. 14, the latter tightens the nut 67. The latter is a dummy edge that is applied to the side edge 64 of the soundproof panel 62 and a convex edge 64 that contacts one side of the column 63, and the other side of the column 63. The panel 68 is formed with a concave portion 69 that is recessed in the same shape as the thickness of the panel 68. The dummy panel 68 is attached to the other side of the column 63 with a plurality of bolts 70, 70. Edge 64 is one side of support 63 Brought into contact, in a state where the concave portion 69 is abutted dummy panel 68, it is an bolted. Thus, what is disclosed in both publications is a method in which bolt holes are formed in the columns according to the holes drilled in the soundproof wall by factory processing, and the bolt holes of the soundproof wall and the columns are combined and coupled by bolts. .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-mentioned method of dropping from the top does not require the work of hole alignment and bolt tightening at the construction site, so work efficiency is improved and labor is reduced. This assembly work is a field construction and is quite complicated. In addition, when installing a new soundproof wall to an existing median strip, etc., it is necessary to remove and install the box beam, which is as complicated as new construction, and requires considerable labor and work time. There was a drawback that the traffic of the vehicle had to be stopped for a long time. In addition, when a hole is made in the support, there is a problem that the strength of the support is lowered. In addition, the work of drilling bolt holes in the pillars in line with the holes made in the soundproof wall by factory processing is also on-site construction, and the work of inserting and tightening bolts is also on-site construction, so work on roads where traffic is frequent Was dangerous and had many limitations.
[0005]
Further, in order to perform hole alignment quickly and easily, it is necessary to make the hole in the support column oval or large. However, if such a hole is made, there is a problem that the strength of the support column is weakened.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to install a soundproof wall on an existing or newly installed column provided in a median strip or a roadside. Another object of the present invention is to provide a sound barrier that can be easily and safely attached and a method for attaching the same, which is simple and does not involve complicated work such as drilling a pillar.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<Embodiment 1>
1 is a first embodiment of the present invention, a protective fence 6 and a box beam 4 installed in a median strip of a road, a lower column 3 supporting them, and an elevation view attached to the lower column 3; 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an elevation view showing the protective fence 6 and the box beam 4 and the lower column 3 before the installation of the soundproof wall panel 8, and FIG. It is a front view of a wall panel. ,
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, the protective fence 6 installed in the existing median strip is fixed to the concrete base 2 of the ground, and is vertically attached to the upper ends of the columns 3 standing upright at intervals of about 2 m. A box beam 4 is supported substantially parallel to the road surface, and a protection composed of, for example, expander metal or the like between the second support columns 5 and 5 which are vertically arranged on the upper surface of the box beam 4 at a pitch of about 3 m. A fence 6 is attached. The box beam 4 is typically a square steel pipe having a cross section of 200 × 150 mm and a plate thickness of about 5 mm. The box beam 4 is provided with a slit into which a flat plate-like support member 8 attached with a bolt 7 is fitted at the upper end portion of the column 3, and the box beam 4 is covered from above so that the support member 8 is covered with the slit. It is supported by inserting.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 5, the soundproof wall panel of the present invention has a panel front plate 11 and a panel back plate 12 bent at both upper and lower ends, respectively, and is provided with flat plates 32 and 32 on the upper and lower sides. Two sound absorbing plates 24, 24 are arranged with the partition plate 23 interposed therebetween, and the two panel plates 12, 13, the upper and lower flat plates 32, 32, and the partition plate 23 are tightened together to provide a soundproof wall having a sound absorbing function. It is configured as a panel 9.
An adjustment plate 25 is joined to the upper ends of the panel front plate 11 and the back plate 12 of the soundproof panel 9 by bolts, and the bolt holes of the adjustment plate 25 are elongated in the vertical direction.
[0018]
The joining of the adjacent soundproof walls around the support column 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. At the side end 13 of the soundproof wall panel 9, the front panel 11 is extended and protruded to provide a front protrusion 14. The front protrusion 14 includes a front column contact surface 15 that contacts the front side surface 26 of the column 3 and a front tip 16 that has a plurality of bolt holes (two in the drawing) in the vertical direction. In order to make it contact | abut to the support | pillar front side surface 26, it is made thicker than the front board 11. FIG. Similarly, the other adjacent soundproof wall panel 10 is also provided with a rear projecting portion 17 by extending and projecting the panel back plate 12 at the side end portion 13 of the soundproof wall panel 10 so as to contact the rear side surface 27 of the column 3. It consists of a rear projecting portion strut abutting surface 18 in contact and a rear tip 19 provided with a plurality (two in the figure) of bolt holes. The side end 13 of the soundproof panel 10 is provided with a recess 20 in which the rear end 19 of the soundproof wall 10 is fitted in the back plate 12 on the opposite side of the front protrusion 14. The recess 20 is formed in a notch shape by retreating the back plate 12 by the thickness of the rear protrusion 17 and removing the sound absorbing plate at this portion. In addition, a recess 20 into which the front tip 16 is fitted is formed at the side end of the soundproof panel 10 at the same depth as the thickness of the tip 16. Therefore, the front plate 11 and the back plate 12 of both panels are joined without a step.
[0019]
The left and right soundproof panels sandwiching the next support column 3 are also provided with the same depth and thickness in the protruding portion and the recessed portion, so that both panels are joined without any step. In this way, all the panels in the median strip are joined together without any step, so that a single soundproof wall is constructed.
[0020]
In the recess 20, holes are formed in the back plate 12 at positions corresponding to the plurality of bolt holes provided in the front end portion 16, and a fixing nut 21 is fixed inside. By inserting the fixing bolt 22 from the bolt hole and screwing it with the nut 21, the front end portion 16 provided on the front plate 11 of the panel 9 is inserted into the recess 20 provided on the front plate 11 of the adjacent panel 10. Stick. Similarly, the rear end 19 of the panel 10 is fixed to the recess 20 of the back plate 12 of the panel 10 with bolts 22 and nuts 21. The bolt hole is formed of a long hole or the like so that it can be easily adjusted during joining.
When the front end portions 16 and 19 and the concave portions 20 and 20 are joined together, the front strut abutting surface 15 and the rear side are disposed on the front side surface 26 and the rear side surface 27 of the column 3 positioned at the center of the side end portions 13 and 13 of both panels. Since the strut abutting surface 18 abuts, the panels 9 and 10 are firmly bonded by holding the strut tightly between the front plate 11 and the back plate 12.
[0021]
A cushion material 28 is inserted and bonded between the column contact surfaces 15 and 18 and the column side surfaces 26 and 27 of both panels, so as to achieve a tighter adhesion and prevent damage to the contact surfaces. Yes. Neoprene rubber is used for the cushion material 28.
[0022]
When building a soundproof wall 1 between the lower columns 3 of the median strip, whether existing or new, the soundproof panels 9 and 10 manufactured in the factory are brought to the site according to the interval between the columns, and the panel 9 is set up. Thus, the front projecting portion column contact surface 15 is brought into contact with the column front side surface 26. Next, the panel 10 is similarly erected so that the rear projecting portion column contact surface 18 contacts the column rear surface 27. Next, the fixing bolt 22 is inserted into the bolt hole provided in the front end portion 16 and screwed into the fixing nut 21 fixed to the corresponding recess 20. Next, the fixing bolt 22 is similarly inserted into the bolt hole provided in the rear end portion 19 and screwed into the fixing nut 21 fixed to the corresponding recess 20. Thus, when the front projecting portion 14 and the rear projecting portion 17 come into contact with the front side surface 26 and the rear side surface 27 of the column and the bolts 22 are tightened, the panel 9 and the panel 10 tightly fix the column 3 via the cushion material 28. Tightly bond in an enclosed shape. Since the bolt hole is formed as a long hole, the soundproof wall panels 9 and 10 that are closely supported by the column 3 are supported by the column 3 by an extremely simple operation of screwing the bolt into the nut. Are firmly joined. Next, the adjustment plate 25 attached to the upper ends of the soundproof wall panels 9 and 10 is lifted upward to eliminate the gap between the box beam 4 and the soundproof wall panels 9 and 10. By repeating the same operation, a continuous soundproof wall having no steps can be easily constructed in a short time. In this way, even on a highway where there is a large amount of traffic and the vehicle reciprocates at high speed, a soundproof wall can be constructed with a simple ultra-short work. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to make a hole in the support, the strength of the support is not impaired.
[0023]
<Embodiment 2>
The second embodiment of the present invention is the same as the first embodiment except that the protrusions and the recesses of the panels 9 and 10 to be joined are different.
As shown in the partially enlarged view of FIG. 8, the front panel 14 is extended and protruded at the side end 13 of the soundproof wall panel 9 to provide a front protrusion 14. The front projecting portion 14 includes a front projecting portion strut abutting surface 15 that abuts the front side surface 26 of the strut 3 and a front tip portion 30 having a plurality of (two in the drawing) bolt holes. The front plate 11 is made wider than the front plate 11 so as to abut on the front side surface 26 of the third plate. Further, the front tip portion 30 is formed to have a total thickness of the front plate 11 and the sound absorbing material 24, and the end surface of the front tip portion 30 is fixed to the partition plate 23 at the center of the soundproof panel 9. Similarly, the other adjacent soundproof wall panel 10 is also provided with a rear projecting portion 17 by extending and projecting the panel back plate 12 at the side end portion 13 to contact the rear side surface 27 of the support column 3. It comprises a contact surface 18 and a rear tip portion 33 having a plurality of bolt holes (two in the figure). The rear tip portion 33 has a thickness that reaches the center of the panel and is fixed to the partition plate 23. ,
A deep concave portion 31 into which the rear end portion 33 of the adjacent soundproof wall 10 is fitted in the back plate 12 on the opposite side of the soundproof panel 9 provided with the front projecting portion 14 cuts the back plate 12 and the sound absorbing material 24. Is provided. Since the depth of the concave portion 31 is formed to be the same as the thickness of the rear tip portion 33, the panels 9 and 10 are joined without a step. Similarly, between all the sound barrier panels, a thick protrusion and a deep recess are similarly formed between the adjacent sound barrier panels, and all the panels are joined without any step to form a continuous sound barrier.
[0024]
In the recess 31, a hole is made in the partition plate 23 at a position corresponding to the bolt hole in the front tip portion 16, and the fixing nut 21 is fixed inside the partition plate 23, and the bolt hole in the front tip portion 30. By inserting the fixing bolt 22 and screwing with the nut 21, the protruding front end portion 30 provided on the front plate 11 is fixed to the deep recess 31 provided on the front plate 12 of the adjacent panel 10. . Similarly, the rear end portion 33 of the adjacent panel is fixed to the deep recess 31 in which the back plate 12 and the sound absorbing plate 24 are cut. In addition, the bolt hole is comprised by the long hole etc. so that adjustment is possible.
Since both the panels 9 and 10 tightly hold the side end portion 13 between the front plate 11 and the back plate 12 in addition to the both side surfaces of the support column 3 and are firmly bonded to each other, as compared with the first embodiment. The connection with the column 3 is dense. The point which adhere | attaches the cushion material 28 on the support | pillar contact surface is the same.
[0025]
<Embodiment 3>
FIG. 9 is a partially enlarged view showing Embodiment 3 of the present invention. At both side end portions 13 of the adjacent soundproof wall panels 9 and 10, both panel back plates 12 and 12 are extended and protruded and brought into contact with the column rear side surface 40, so that a slight gap is formed at the center portion of the column rear side surface. I'm keeping up. A flat joining panel 41 is brought into contact with the front side surface 42 of the support and is surrounded by the support 3. Both ends 44 and 44 of the joining panel are fitted and joined to the recesses 43 and 43 provided in the front plates 11 and 11 of the soundproof wall panels 9 and 10, respectively. The fixing method is fixing with bolts and nuts as in the first embodiment. Also, the cushion material is inserted and bonded between the support column 3 and the both projecting portion contact surfaces 45 and the joining panel 41 contact surface, as in the first embodiment. In the case of the present embodiment, it is easy to produce a soundproof wall panel in a factory.
[0026]
<Embodiment 4>
FIG. 10 is a partial enlarged view of the fourth embodiment, and shows a case where the support column 50 is a round steel pipe. A front projecting portion contact surface 51 that extends and projects the front plate 11 is formed in a semicircular shape having the same diameter as the support column 50, and a rear projecting portion contact surface 52 that extends and projects the back plate 12 is similarly formed. Since it is formed in a semicircular shape with the same diameter, the support column 50 is sandwiched and held extremely firmly by both contact surfaces 51 and 52. The fixing method of both the tip portions and the recesses is the same as in the second embodiment, and all other points are the same as in the first and second embodiments.
All of the above embodiments of the present invention use a porous plate for the back plate, but it is also possible to use a flat plate having no normal holes for the back plate. In this case, one sound absorbing plate can be used. Such a soundproof wall is used for a roadside separation type road or a roadside part of a railway or the like.
[0027]
