柱や胴差などの構造材に裏面を当接して前記構造材に締付ける平板状の固定材の表面側に、梁などの横架材の接合端部に設けた切割溝に係合して前記横架材と互いに組付ける平板状の接合材の基端を連設した建物用接合金物において、左右両側部のそれぞれに少くとも一対の舌状片と前記構造材や横架材に固定するための固定杆挿通用の、適宜数の透孔を前記両側部間に於いて対称的に設けた金属板で成る折曲体と、該折曲体に組付けた円筒状の挟持筒で成り、前記金属板を対称軸上において折り曲げて構成した一対の重合板で成る前記接合材と、該接合材の前記一対の重合板の自由端側を前記舌状片を残して前記対称軸に沿って互いに反対方向に直角に折曲して設けた前記固定材とで前記折曲体を構成し、該折曲体の前記接合材の延長上に位置する重合状態の舌状片に、該舌状片を内側にして前記挟持筒を嵌着して前記構造材に嵌入させる係合材とした、ものである。

【発明の実施の形態】

本発明に係る建物用接合金物Aは、折曲体1と該折曲体1に組付けた挟持筒2とで構成し、折曲体1は金属板(鋼板や鉄板)をプレス成形して左右対称形とした素材板1aで成り、該素材板1aを折曲して、柱や胴差などの構造材3(図示のものは柱)に裏面を当接して前記構造材3に締付ける固定材4と、該固定材4の表面側に梁や桁などの横架材5(図示のものは梁)の接合端部5´に設けた切割溝6に係合して前記横架材5と組付ける接合材7および前記構造材3に嵌入させる係合材8を構成する前記挟持筒2とで構成する舌状片8aを備えたものとしたものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、軽量化を図れ、量産に適する(熔接手段がないことによる)ことは勿論、1枚の金属板で折曲形成した接合金物に有り勝ちな、重合板同士の離開を、挟持筒によって確実に防止できると共に、該挟持筒構成する係合材は構造材に対する固定材の固定手段の補強となって耐久的な製品を提供できると共に、外周が断面円形を成すので外力の付加に対する分散を図れ、従って、横架材側からの外力の負荷が集中してもこれを分散して構造材の損傷を防ぐことができる。
