[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a stud fixing tool that is attached to a member to which a stud is fixed by engaging with a stud having a screw or a peripheral groove formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof, and is suitable for attaching other mounting parts to the member. And a component mounting structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, there is a stud fixing tool that holds a fuel pipe or a brake pipe of an automobile on a panel such as a vehicle body as a stud fixing tool that attaches a mounting part to a member to which the stud is fixed by locking to a screw stud or the like. This stud fixture is often used because it eliminates the need for drilling holes in the panel. In the stud fixture, if the stud locking part is sufficiently depressed, the stud is sufficiently latched. However, if the stud is not sufficiently depressed, the stud is not completely locked and the pipe cannot be attached. Become imperfect. Therefore, it is desirable that it can be confirmed that the stud locking portion is sufficiently pushed into the stud.
[0003]
One stud fixture that meets this demand is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-83357. The stud fixing device has a stud locking portion formed with a stud receiving hole through which the stud penetrates, and the outlet of the stud receiving hole is broken by the stud when the stud fixing device is in a proper mounting position. By confirming visually that the film is blocked and the film is torn or to hear the bursting sound to be broken, it can be found that it is a normal mounting position. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-174127 discloses a stud fixing tool including a movable cover that displays a normal insertion state by bulging deformation caused by a stud protruding operation at an outlet portion of a stud receiving hole of a stud locking portion. According to this stud fixing tool, when the stud is completely pushed down to the predetermined depth position of the stud receiving hole, the movable cover is changed in shape so as to bulge upward, and the operator determines whether or not this change has occurred. By this, it is possible to confirm the mounting of the stud fixing tool. Further, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-217633 discloses that a stud receiving hole in which a stud receiving hole in which a stud is received and from which a tip of the stud extends is formed is closed at the stud outlet of the stud receiving hole. A pair of elongated elastic pieces extending in the manner described above is provided, and the elastic pieces are pushed out by the positions of the studs protruding from the outlet portion to close the stud receiving holes, and depending on the positions, the elastic pieces are pushed into the stud locking portions. Stud fixtures are disclosed that allow visual inspection of whether or not is appropriate.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The stud fixing tool described above is preferable because it has a confirmation means that the stud locking portion is sufficiently pushed into the stud. However, there is room for improvement in these stud fixtures. Usually, in the mounting operation to the stud, a finger or the like is applied to the exit portion of the stud receiving hole of the stud locking portion to push the stud locking portion into the stud. In the stud fixing tool described above, at the outlet portion of the stud receiving hole, a film (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-83357), a movable cover (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-174127), and a pair of elongated elastic pieces (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-217633) Therefore, it is not possible to attach a finger directly to the exit portion, so skill is required to install the stud fixture in a balanced manner. Further, in the case of a film (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-83357) or a movable cover (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-174127), if the film or the movable cover is damaged, the function of confirming the original push into the stud is lost. Further, since the stud fixing tool has a film, a movable cover, and a pair of elongated elastic pieces at the outlet portion of the stud receiving hole, the stud is not necessary for confirming that the stud is sufficiently pushed. It is necessary to reach the outlet of the stud receiving hole. For this reason, the height of the stud engaging portion becomes high corresponding to the length of the stud, and the stud fixing tool becomes larger than necessary.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is a stud fixing tool capable of confirming that the stud is sufficiently pushed, and does not require skill in the mounting operation, and the stud locking portion can be kept low in height. It is to provide a fixture.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, according to the present invention, there is provided a stud fixture that can be attached to a member to which the stud is fixed by engaging with a stud having a screw or a circumferential groove formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof. A pair of stud locking portions formed with stud receiving holes through which the studs pass, and a portion of the stud locking portion in front of the outlet of the stud receiving holes is closed to close the path of the studs. Opening and closing pieces are provided, and the pair of opening and closing pieces are formed to be raised on both sides in the direction of opening the stud path by the tips of studs extending to the outlet, and each opening and closing piece is raised by the tips of the studs. tip of the opening and closing piece are dimensioned not to protrude from said stud receiving hole outlet in a state, the stud engagement part, the closing piece stud A shape from the outlet side of the stud receiving hole can be seen the leading face of the stud in the state of being caused by the end, the stud fastener is provided, characterized in that.
[0006]
[Action]
When the stud is fully pushed into the stud receiving hole, the pair of opening and closing pieces of the stud locking portion hardly protrudes from the top of the housing portion when opened on both sides by the protruding operation of the stud, but opens on both sides. When viewed from the exit direction of the stud receiving hole, the entire tip surface of the stud, i.e., the tip of the stud, looks round, and the operator can know the proper pushing state to the stud, while the stud tip surface is partially If it can be seen, the push is insufficient, so the operator only needs to push further, and in this way, the degree of push into the stud is easily known by observing the stud tip that can be seen through the opening and closing piece. And ensure that the stud is pushed to a sufficient position.
[0007]
In the present invention, the stud receiving hole can be formed as a long hole, and each open / close piece can be formed of a plate-like body extending in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole-shaped stud receiving hole. The error can be absorbed. In addition, a guide for guiding the stud to the center of the pair of opening / closing pieces can be formed in the stud locking portion at the base of each opening / closing piece. As a result, the opening and closing pieces are opened in a well-balanced manner, and the tip end surface of the stud is more reliably confirmed. In addition, the fixture can be formed to have a color that contrasts with the stud, and the tip end surface of the stud can be confirmed more reliably. Similarly, you may make it have the color which makes the front end surface of a stud contrast with an opening-and-closing piece.

【The invention's effect】
According to the stud fixing device of the present invention, when the stud is sufficiently pushed into the stud receiving hole, the pair of opening and closing pieces of the stud locking portion are opened from both sides by the stud protruding operation, and are not removed from the top of the housing portion. Although it hardly protrudes, it opens to both sides, and when viewed from the exit direction of the stud receiving hole, the entire tip end surface of the stud, that is, the tip of the stud looks round, and the operator can know the proper pushing state to the stud. On the other hand, if the stud tip surface is partially visible, the push-in is insufficient, so the operator only needs to push in further, and in this way, by visually observing the stud tip that can be seen from the open / close piece. The degree of pushing into the stud can be easily known, and the stud can be surely pushed into a sufficient position. And, when the pair of opening and closing pieces of the stud locking part are opened on both sides by the stud protruding operation, they hardly protrude from the top part of the housing part, so that a finger is directly applied to the outlet part of the stud receiving hole of the stud locking part. The stud fixing tool can be attached in a well-balanced manner, requiring no skill in the mounting operation, and the opening / closing piece does not protrude from the stud receiving hole, so that the height of the stud locking portion can be kept low. And the height of the stud fixture can be reduced.
