Description

【0001】
【0044】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connecting structure of storages that can connect a plurality of storage bodies to the left and right or from side to side and up and down.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when two storage units are arranged side by side or stacked one above the other, a half punched portion formed in advance on the outer wall plate of the storage unit is punched to make a hole, and a screw passed through this hole It is common to fasten the outer wall plates of both storage bodies by tightening nuts. Further, since half punching is generally difficult to be performed on the peripheral edge of the plate material, even when half punching is performed on the outer wall plate of the storage body, it is generally performed on the inner part away from the peripheral edge.
[0003]
On the other hand, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-43931 discloses a configuration in which a nut to be screw-coupled to a lateral connection screw is engaged with and held in an engagement hole in a storage body.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the conventional storage connection structure described above, it is necessary to set a nut in one storage body and screw a screw into the nut from the other storage body. Therefore, the work in both storage main bodies is required. The same applies to the case where the nut holding structure disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-43931 is used. In addition, when a new storage body is connected to the existing storage body, the stored items in the existing storage body are moved outside in order to secure a working space in the existing storage body. May be necessary. Therefore, the connecting work is troublesome.
[0005]
Further, once a screw hole is made in the outer wall plate of the storage body, if the connection is subsequently removed due to a layout change or the like, the screw hole is exposed to the outside and the appearance is impaired.
[0006]
Furthermore, when the outer wall plates of the two storage cabinet bodies are fastened with screws using a half punch hole opened in the inner portion of the outer wall plate in the storage cabinet body, the outer wall plates are easily deformed in the thickness direction, It is difficult to ensure sufficient connection strength.
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a storage connection structure that can efficiently perform connection work, maintain aesthetics even when connection is removed, and ensure sufficient connection strength. There is.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a storage connection structure that connects a plurality of storage bodies, and a cap is externally attached to the upper ends of the left and right side wall plates of each storage body. A detachable upper horizontal connection opening is formed, and two storage bodies are arranged on the left and right sides of the upper ends of the left and right side wall plates of each storage body through the upper horizontal connection openings. An upper horizontal connecting plate opposite to the left and right is provided, and a screw through hole that allows a screw shaft portion of a horizontal connecting screw to pass through is formed in one of the left and right upper horizontal connecting plates in each storage body, The other top horizontal connection plate is fixed with a screw shaft and a nut that can be screw-coupled to the horizontal connection screw, and caps are attached to the left and right ends of the top wall plate and bottom wall plate in each storage body from the outside. Possible upper vertical connection opening and lower A connecting opening is formed, and when the two storage bodies are vertically stacked on the inside of the left and right ends of the upper wall plate and the bottom wall plate of each storage body, the lower vertical connection opening and the upper vertical An upper vertical connection plate and a lower vertical connection plate that are vertically opposed to each other through a connection opening, and a screw shaft portion of a vertical connection screw can be passed through the lower vertical connection plate in each storage body. A through hole is formed, and the upper vertical connecting plate is provided with a screw shaft portion of a vertical connecting screw and a nut that can be screwed together. It is characterized by that.
[0011]
According to the above configuration, when two storage bodies are connected one above the other, the upper vertical connection opening formed at the left and right ends of the upper wall plate of the lower storage body and the bottom wall of the upper storage body Remove the cap from the lower vertical connection opening formed at the left and right ends of the plate, and pass the screw shaft part of the vertical connection screw through the screw through hole provided in the lower vertical connection plate inside the upper storage body, Furthermore, by screwing into a nut provided on the upper vertical connection plate inside the lower storage body through the lower vertical connection opening and the upper vertical connection opening, both storage bodies can be connected vertically. . Moreover, since the nut is fixed in advance to the upper horizontal connecting plate in the lower storage body, it is possible to efficiently perform the connecting operation using the vertical connection screw only in the upper storage body. In particular, when a new storage body is connected on top of an existing storage body, the stored items in the existing storage body are moved outside by using a nut in the existing storage body. The upper and lower connecting operations can be performed without any problem. Also, when not using the upper vertical connection opening formed in the upper wall plate of each storage unit main body and the lower vertical connection opening formed in the bottom wall plate for connection, close them with a cap. Can keep the beauty of the storage. Moreover, since the cap can be attached to and detached from the opening for vertical connection from the outside, even if a new storage body is connected to the existing storage body, the stored items in the existing storage body can be removed. The upper vertical connection opening and the lower vertical connection opening can be brought into an open state without the need to move to the existing storage body or work in the existing storage body.
[0012]
Claims2The described invention is claimed.1In the connecting structure of the storages described above, lower lateral connection openings are provided at the lower ends of the left and right side wall plates of the respective storage body main bodies so that caps can be attached and detached from the outside. Inside the lower end, when two storage bodies are arranged side by side, a lower horizontal connection plate is provided opposite to the left and right through the lower horizontal connection opening, and One lower horizontal connecting plate is formed with a screw hole that allows the threaded shaft of the horizontal connecting screw to pass through, and the other lower horizontal connecting plate is fixed with a screw shaft that can be screwed with the screw shaft of the horizontal connecting screw. It is provided as a feature.
[0013]
According to the above configuration, when two storage body main bodies are connected side by side, they are formed at the upper lateral connection opening formed at the upper ends of the overlapping side wall plates of both storage main bodies and at the lower end of the side wall plates. Both storage main bodies can be reliably connected at the upper and lower two locations using the lower horizontal connection opening. In addition, since the lower horizontal connection opening is formed at the lower ends of the left and right side wall plates, as in the case of the upper horizontal connection opening, compared to the case where the lower horizontal connection opening is formed in the inner portion away from the edge of the side wall plate. It can be formed easily with high accuracy and without causing distortion or the like in the side wall plate.
[0016]
Claims3The described invention is claimed.2In the connecting structure of storages described above, the left and right upper horizontal connection plates in each storage body are attached to the upper wall plate, and the left and right upper vertical connection plates and lower vertical connection plates in each storage body are Attached to the left and right side wall plates.
[0017]
According to the above configuration, the left and right upper horizontal connection plates in each storage body are attached to the upper wall plate, and the left and right upper vertical connection plates and the lower vertical connection plate in each storage body are attached to the left and right side wall plates. So, when the upper horizontal connecting plates of the two storage cabinets arranged on the left and right are connected with the horizontal connecting screws, the upper wall through the upper horizontal connecting plates without receiving the tightening load of the horizontal connecting screws with the side wall plates. It can be received in the direction perpendicular to the thickness direction by the plate, and when the upper vertical connection plate and the lower vertical connection plate of the two storage bodies stacked vertically are connected with the vertical connection screw, the vertical connection Without receiving the screw tightening load by the upper wall plate and the bottom wall plate, the left and right side wall plates can receive the screw in the direction perpendicular to the plate thickness direction via the upper vertical connection plate or the lower vertical connection plate. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the side wall plate and the upper wall plate from being distorted in the thickness direction due to the tightening load of the horizontal connection screw or the vertical connection screw.
[0019]

[0020]
According to the said structure, since each storage main body can selectively attach several types of doors and a backplate to the front-and-back surface, it can make a storage main body common and can be set as the storage of various door forms. Moreover, the left and right upper horizontal connecting plates in the storage body are provided with screw holes and nuts symmetrically with respect to the center line between the front and rear surfaces of the storage body, and the threaded holes in the left and right upper horizontal connecting plates are provided. Since the holes and nuts are arranged horizontally symmetrically, even if the front and back of the storage body are reversed and the door and back plate are attached to the front and rear surfaces of the storage body, the front and back are reversed. The storage body and the storage body that is not reversed front and rear can be connected to the left and right without hindrance.
[0021]
And claims5The described inventionIn the connection structure of the storage of Claim 4,The left and right upper vertical connection plates and lower vertical connection plates in the respective storage main bodies are respectively provided with the screw through holes and nuts of the storage main bodies. It extends in the direction of the left and right side wall plates between the front and rear surfaces. It is arranged on the center line.
[0022]
According to the above configuration, even when the front and back of the storage body are reversed and the door and the back plate are attached to the front and rear surfaces of the storage body, the front and back of the storage body are reversed. It is possible to connect the main body of the storage room which has not been connected up and down without any trouble.
[0023]

A screw passage hole 27a through which the shaft portion 28a can be passed is formed, and a nut 29 that can be screw-coupled with the screw shaft portion 28a of the lateral connection screw 28 is fixed to the other lower lateral connection plate 27 (right side in FIG. 2). Is provided.
[0033]
Further, referring to FIG. 3, in this embodiment, a plurality of types of doors (for example, sliding door 7, double-opening door 30, glass door (not shown), single-opening rotating door ( Etc.) and the back plate 8 can be selectively attached. For example, in the storage located on the right side of FIG. 3A, the sliding door 7 attached to the front surface of the storage body 2 is provided. Instead of the back plate 8, the double-open door 30 can be attached to the rear surface instead of the back plate 8.
[0034]
As described above, when the door 30 and the back plate 8 are attached to the front and rear surfaces of the storage body 2 in the opposite direction, the storage body 2 is rotated horizontally as shown in FIG. Can be aligned with the other storage (the storage on the left side in FIG. 3B) in the front-rear direction. Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the left and right upper horizontal connecting plates 20 and 20 in each storage body 2 have the screw through holes 20a and nuts 22 respectively. It is provided symmetrically with respect to the center line 31 between the front and rear surfaces of the storage body 2, and the screw through holes 20 a, 20 a and the nuts 22, 22 in the left and right upper horizontal connecting plates 20, 20 are arranged in a horizontal rotational symmetry. Has been. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the horizontal connecting screw 21 is threaded through the upper horizontal connecting plate 20 from the inside of the storage body 2 (the storage body on the right side in FIG. The two storages are screwed into the nuts 22 fixed to the upper horizontal connecting plate 20 in the storage body 2 (the storage body on the left side in FIG. 3B) that is passed through the hole 20a and is not reversed in the front-rear direction. [0035]
Further, in this embodiment, the left and right upper vertical connection plates 23 and lower vertical connection plates 24 in each storage body 2 have screw through holes 23a and nuts 26 on the center line between the front and rear surfaces of the storage body 2 respectively. Even if the door 31 and the back plate 8 are attached to the front and rear surfaces of the storage body 2 by reversing the front and rear of the storage body 2, the storage body is reversed. 2 and the storage body 2 that is not reversed front and back can be connected vertically. The left and right upper vertical connection plates 23 and lower vertical connection plates 24 in each storage body 2 have a plurality of (for example, two) screw through holes 23a and a plurality of (for example, two) nuts 26, respectively. You may arrange | position symmetrically with respect to the centerline between front-back surfaces of the main body 2. FIG.
[0036]
In the storage connecting structure having the above-described structure, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), when the two storage main bodies 2 and 2 are connected side by side, the side wall plates of the storage main bodies 2 and 2 that overlap each other. The caps 11 and 11 are removed from the upper horizontal connection openings 10 and 10 formed at the upper ends of 3 and 4, and the screw shaft portion 21 a of the horizontal connection screw 21 is placed on the left upper side inside the right storage body 2. The nut 22 provided in the right upper horizontal connecting plate 20 inside the left storage body 2 is passed through the screw through hole 20a provided in the connecting plate 20 and further through both upper horizontal connecting openings 10 and 10. By screwing, both storage main bodies 2 and 2 can be connected to the left and right. Moreover, since the nut 22 is fixed in advance to the upper horizontal connecting plate 20 in one storage body 2, the connection work by the horizontal connection screw 21 can be efficiently performed only in the other storage body 2. Can do. In particular, when a new storage body 2 is connected to the side of the existing storage body 2, the stored items in the existing storage body 2 can be obtained by using the nut 22 in the existing storage body 2. The left and right connection work can be performed without moving the outside. In addition, when the upper horizontal connection openings 10 and 10 formed at the upper ends of the left and right side wall plates 3 and 4 in the storage body 2 are not used for connection, they can be closed by the caps 11 and 11. Can keep the beauty of the storage. In addition, since the caps 11 and 11 can be attached to and detached from the upper lateral connection openings 10 and 10 from the outside, even when the new storage body 2 is connected to the side of the existing storage body 2, It is possible to open the upper lateral connection opening 10 without moving the stored items inside the storage body 2 or requiring any work in the existing storage body 2. Further, since the upper lateral connection openings 10 and 10 are formed at the upper end portions of the left and right side wall plates 3 and 4, the accuracy is higher than the case where the upper side connection openings 10 and 10 are formed at the inner portions away from the end edges of the side wall plates 3 and 4. It can be easily formed without causing distortion or the like in the side wall plates 3 and 4.
[0037]
Moreover, in the structure of the said Example, when connecting two storage main bodies 2 and 2 up and down, as shown in FIG. 2, it forms in the right-and-left end of the upper wall board 5 in the lower storage main body 2. As shown in FIG. The caps 13 and 17 are removed from the upper vertical connection opening 12 and the lower vertical connection opening 16 formed at the left and right ends of the bottom wall plate 6 in the upper storage body 2, respectively. The screw shaft portion 25a is passed through the screw through hole 24a provided in the lower vertical connection plate 24 inside the upper storage body 2 and further passed through the lower vertical connection opening 16 and the upper vertical connection opening 12 to the lower side. By screwing into a nut 26 provided on the upper vertical connecting plate 23 inside the storage body 2, both storage bodies 2, 2 can be connected vertically. In addition, since the nut 26 is fixed in advance to the upper horizontal connecting plate 23 in the lower storage body 2, the connection work by the vertical connection screw 25 is efficiently performed only in the upper storage body 2. be able to. In particular, when a new storage body 2 is connected to the existing storage body 2, the stored items in the existing storage body 2 can be obtained by using the nut 26 in the existing storage body 2. It is possible to perform the upper and lower connecting work without moving outside. When the upper vertical connection opening 12 formed in the upper wall plate 5 of each storage body 2 and the lower vertical connection opening 16 formed in the bottom wall plate 6 are not used for connection, Since the caps 13 and 17 can be closed, the beauty of the storage can be maintained. In addition, since the caps 13 and 17 can be attached to and detached from the vertical connection openings 12 and 16 from the outside, even when the new storage body 2 is continuously provided on the existing storage body 2, the existing storage The upper vertical connection opening 12 and the lower vertical connection opening 16 are opened without moving the stored items in the storage body 2 or requiring any work in the existing storage body 2. Can do.
[0038]
Furthermore, in the structure of the said Example, when connecting two storage main bodies 2 and 2 side by side, it is upper horizontal formed in the upper end of the side wall board 3 and 4 which both storage main bodies 2 and 2 mutually overlap. It is possible to securely connect the storage body 2 at two upper and lower positions using the connecting openings 10 and 10 and the lower horizontal connecting openings 14 and 14 formed at the lower ends of the side walls 3 and 4. it can. Further, since the lower horizontal connection openings 14 and 14 are formed at the lower ends of the left and right side wall plates 3 and 4, as with the upper horizontal connection openings 10 and 10, from the edge of the side wall plates 3 and 4. Compared with the case where it forms in the distant inner part, it can form easily, without producing distortion etc. in the side wall plates 3 and 4. FIG.
[0039]
Furthermore, in the structure of the said Example, since the upper side horizontal connection board 20 and 20 on either side in each storage body 2 is attached to the upper wall board 5, it is the upper part of the two storage bodies 2 and 2 arranged side by side. When the horizontal connecting plates 20 and 20 are connected with the horizontal connecting screws 21, the upper wall plates are not connected to the side connecting plates 20 and 20 via the upper horizontal connecting plates 20 and 20 without receiving the tightening load of the horizontal connecting screws 21 directly on the side wall plates 3 and 4. 5 and 5 can be received in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively prevent the side wall plates 3 and 4 and the upper wall plate 5 from being distorted in the thickness direction due to the tightening load of the lateral connection screw 21.
[0040]
Furthermore, in the structure of the said Example, while attaching the left and right upper horizontal connection plates 20 and 20 in each storage body 2 to the upper wall board 5, the left and right upper vertical connection plates 23 and lower vertical connections in each storage body 2 are provided. Since the connecting plate 24 is attached to the left and right side wall plates 3, 4, when the upper horizontal connecting plates 20, 20 of the two storage bodies 2, 2 arranged side by side are connected by the horizontal connecting screw 21, Without receiving the tightening load of the connecting screw 21 at the side wall plates 3, 4, it can be received by the upper wall plates 5, 5 via the upper side connecting plates 20, 20 in the direction orthogonal to the plate thickness direction, When the upper vertical connection plate 23 and the lower vertical connection plate 24 of the two storage bodies 2, 2 stacked vertically are connected by the vertical connection screw 25, the tightening load of the vertical connection screw 25 is applied to the upper wall plate 5 or the bottom. Without being received by the wall plate 6, the upper vertical connecting plate 2 Or it can be received in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction by the side wall plates 3 and 4 of the right and left through the lower vertical connecting plate 24.
