Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an aerosol device for limited-range injection for injecting aerosol contents to a specific range, mainly when spraying or applying a medicine to the nose, mouth, eyes, etc. of the human body. Is particularly effective.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there are aerosol drugs for spraying the human eye, mouth, nose, etc., but when these aerosol drugs are sprayed on the human body, they are widely diffused by the spray pressure of the aerosol other than the target part of the human body. In some cases, the surroundings are contaminated, or an unfavorable situation occurs in a human organ other than the target part. In particular, when an irritating drug such as a mouth freshener for injection into the mouth adheres to the eyes or the like that are close to the mouth, there is a possibility of causing strong discomfort or injury.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to inject the aerosol contents limited to the target portion to be injected. Further, in the present invention, it is possible to prevent the surroundings from being contaminated in the injection of the aerosol contents. In other words, since the spraying is performed in a state in which the specific target portion, mouth, nose, eyes, etc. of the body are completely covered with the covering cover, the aerosol contents that have come into contact with the body such as the mouth, nose, eyes, etc. It will not fall and spread around. Therefore, after the aerosol content has been ejected, the aerosol content ejection operation can be completed only by discarding the content liquid accumulated in the covering cover and washing it lightly.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is to solve the such problem described above, the outer periphery of the nozzle body to perform the injection of the aerosol contents, to form a plurality of engagement step portions having different heights at the axial direction of the nozzle body in a stepwise manner An aerosol container and an insertion port through which the nozzle body of the aerosol container is removably inserted are provided, and an engagement protrusion that engages with the upper surface of any of the plurality of engagement steps is formed on the inner surface of the insertion port. And an adapter provided with a cover that communicates with the insertion port and covers the spray target portion of the aerosol contents.
[0005]
Further, another different invention is provided with an aerosol container having an engagement protrusion formed on an outer periphery of a nozzle body for injecting aerosol contents, and an insertion port through which the nozzle body of the aerosol container is removably inserted. the inner surface of the insertion port, the aerosol contents communicated with the insertion hole with the engaging step portion of different multiple heights formed stepwise to be engaged with the engaging projection and at the axial direction of the insertion opening And an adapter provided with a covering cover for covering the jetting target portion of the object.
[0006]
The covering cover may be formed in a shape that can cover the shoulder cover of the aerosol container.
[0007]
[Action]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, in order to inject the aerosol contents to an appropriate injection target portion, the covering cover is brought into close contact with the injection target portion such as the mouth, nose, and eyes of the human body. In this contact state, the stem of the aerosol container is pressed, the control valve is opened, and the contents are ejected from the nozzle of the nozzle body.
[0008]
In this spraying, since the covering cover covers the spray target portion, the aerosol content does not diffuse around, and the aerosol content can be reliably sprayed and applied to the spray target portion. In addition, the aerosol contents that have flowed out or dropped off from the injection target section do not fall into the covering cover and diffuse around. Therefore, in the case of aerosol contents that spray a certain amount, as in the case of washing the nose, eyes, and throat, the aerosol contents that have undergone such washing flow out into the covering cover and are kept in the covering cover. It will be drunk. Therefore, the aerosol contents are not diffused around, and the aerosol contents can reliably reach the injection target portion and can be injected to the injection target portion.
[0009]
Further, a plurality of engaging step portions having different heights are formed on the outer periphery of the nozzle body connected to the stem of the aerosol container. And since the engaging projection is formed in the insertion port of the adapter through which this nozzle body is inserted, the adapter is attached to the nozzle body by engaging the engaging projection with one of the engaging stepped portions. On the other hand, the vertical arrangement can be advanced and retracted. And since it becomes possible to adjust the distance of the nozzle of the nozzle body with respect to the injection target part, according to the content prescription of the aerosol content, the situation of the injection target part, the user's preference, etc., the nozzle and the injection target part It is possible to arbitrarily adjust the distance.
[0010]
Therefore, if it is necessary to spray the aerosol contents strongly according to the purpose of use, the nozzle body may be inserted deeply into the adapter and engaged. In addition, when a relatively loose and gentle injection is performed on the target part, the distance between the injection target part and the nozzle can be increased by shallowly engaging and fixing the adapter and the nozzle body. .
[0011]
In addition, since the engagement protrusion and the engagement step portion are relative, a plurality of engagement protrusions are formed on the outer periphery of the nozzle body, and the engagement protrusions are engaged with the inner surface of the insertion port. It is good also as what forms an engagement step part.
[0012]
【Example】
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. (1) is an aerosol container in which contents such as a medicine corresponding to the purpose of injection are filled together with a propellant. The propellant and the contents may be mixed and filled, or may be separated and filled via an inner bag or the like.
[0013]
The aerosol container (1) has a valve fixing part (3) integrally formed at the upper end of the container main body (2), and a valve mechanism for controlling the injection of the aerosol contents in the valve fixing part (3). (Not shown). A stem (4) having a lower end connected to the valve mechanism protrudes outward from the upper end of the valve fixing portion (3) as shown in FIG.
[0014]
In addition, a shoulder cover (5) of the aerosol container (1) is disposed above the valve fixing portion (3). The shoulder cover (5) is integrally formed with a nozzle body (10) that connects the stem (4) and the lower end in communication. The nozzle body (10) and the shoulder cover (5) are connected by a hinge portion (7) that can be easily bent.
[0015]
Further, a pressing piece (8) for pressing the stem (4) is projected from the side surface of the nozzle body (10) via the nozzle body (10), and the pressing piece (8) is pressed by a hand, a finger or the like. By doing so, the stem (4) is pressed downward, the valve mechanism is opened, and the contents can be injected. As this valve mechanism, a conventionally known tilt action valve may be used, or a push-down valve may be used.
[0016]
A plurality of engaging step portions (11) having different heights in the axial direction of the nozzle body (10) are formed in a step shape on the outer periphery of the nozzle body (10). Moreover, the nozzle (6) for injecting the aerosol content is formed in the upper end of the nozzle body (10). The adapter (12) is connected to the nozzle body (10). The adapter (12) has an insertion port (14) for inserting the nozzle body (10) penetratingly formed inside the tubular connecting body (13), and a nozzle body ( An engagement protrusion (15) for engaging with an engagement step (11) formed on the outer periphery of 10) protrudes inward.
[0017]
Further, the cover (16) is connected and fixed to the upper end of the coupling body (13) through the insertion port (14). The covering cover (16) can be formed in an arbitrary shape according to the type of aerosol content, the purpose of injection, the shape of the injection target portion (17), etc. It is formed in a conical cylinder. An opening (18) is formed in which the upper end of the cylindrical cover (16) is cut obliquely with respect to the axial direction of the insertion opening (14). The diameter of the opening (18) is formed in a size corresponding to the injection target part (17) of the human body such as the mouth, nose and eyes. Then, by pressing the opening (18) against the injection target part (17) such as a human body, the injection target part (17) can be hermetically covered. Further, a plurality of reinforcing ribs (19) are projected inside the covering cover (16) to reinforce the covering cover (16).
[0018]
Moreover, the lower end of the connection body (13) of the adapter (12) is partly cut out to form a notch step (20). By forming in this way, as shown in FIG. 2, when the nozzle body (10) is inserted deeply into the adapter (12), it is connected to the pressing piece (8) protruding from the side surface of the nozzle body (10). The nozzle body (10) can be inserted into a deep position without obstructing the body (13).
[0019]
In the case where the aerosol content is to be sprayed using the above-described configuration, as shown in FIG. 1, the covering cover (16) is arranged on the upper side and the adapter (12) is inserted. The nozzle body (10) is inserted into the mouth (14). In this state, the engagement protrusion (15) of the insertion port (14) is engaged with the engagement step (11) formed on the outer periphery of the nozzle body (10).
[0020]
This engagement position can be selectively used according to any purpose such as the type of aerosol content, the purpose of injection, the location of injection, etc., and is an engagement step portion (close to the shoulder cover (5) of the aerosol container (1)). 11) is engaged with the engaging protrusion (15), the nozzle body (10) is inserted deeply and the nozzle (6) is arranged in the upper direction of the covering cover (16). The distance between 6) and the injection target part (17) is short.
[0021]
Further, when the engaging protrusion (15) is engaged with the engaging step (11) on the side of the nozzle body (10) close to the nozzle (6), the nozzle body (10) is attached to the covering cover (16). Since it is inserted shallowly in the bottom direction, the distance between the nozzle (6) and the injection target part (17) becomes large. This change can be arbitrarily determined by the injection target section (17) according to the location of the injection target section such as the mouth, nose, and eyes, and by the prescription of the injection contents.
[0022]
In this state, the spray target part (17) such as the eyes, nose, mouth and the like is covered with the covering cover (16) as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, and then the pressing piece (8) is pointed to the finger. By pressing with, for example, the aerosol content in the aerosol container (1) is ejected to the outside from the nozzle (6) via the valve mechanism. The sprayed contents are sprayed onto the spray target part (17) and then fall into the covering cover (16). Therefore, the aerosol content sprayed from the nozzle (6) does not diffuse to the surroundings and does not come into contact with the human body other than the spray target part (17), so that the part other than the spray target part (17) is stimulated. No damage, no damage to the surroundings.
[0023]
Further, after the spraying operation is completed, only the aerosol contents flowing down into the covering cover (16) are discarded, and the surroundings are not contaminated. When the above injection is finished and the aerosol container (1) is stored or transported from the manufacturing stage to the exhibition place, the adapter (12) is connected to the nozzle body (10) as shown in FIG. ) And reversed to cover the outer periphery of the shoulder cover (5) of the aerosol container (1) in the direction of the opening (18) of the cover (16). By this covering, the covering cover (16) does not get in the way and there is no risk of breakage, which is convenient for transportation and storage.
[0024]
Moreover, in the said Example, the engagement step part (11) is formed in the nozzle body (10) circumference, and an engagement protrusion (15) is formed in the inner surface of the insertion port (14) which penetrates the nozzle body (11). Formed. However, since the engaging protrusion (15) and the engaging step (11) are relative, in another different embodiment, the engaging protrusion (15) is provided on the outer periphery of the nozzle body (10). It is good also as what forms and the some engagement step part (11) engaged with an engagement protrusion (15) is formed in the inner surface of the insertion port (14).
[0025]
In addition, the above aerosol contents can be selected appropriately according to the purpose of injection, examples of which are nasal inflammation treatment spray, nasal congestion prevention spray, snoring prevention spray, throat inflammation treatment agent, mouth freshener. Any prescription such as a therapeutic agent for controlling eye inflammation or the like can be used. The prescription example is illustrated below. The unit of quantity is wt%.
