Description
The present invention relates to a stabilizer control device for a vehicle, and more particularly to a stabilizer control device that variably controls a torsional force of a stabilizer disposed between left and right wheels.
In general, a stabilizer control device for a vehicle is configured to reduce or suppress a roll motion of a vehicle body by applying an appropriate roll moment from the outside by an action of a stabilizer bar while the vehicle is turning. In order to realize this function, for example,
The above reduction gear device is a general multi-stage planetary gear mechanism, but a mysterious planetary gear mechanism is known as a reduction mechanism capable of obtaining a large reduction ratio. This is described, for example, in Non-Patent
In the roll stabilization device for a vehicle disclosed in
Thus, in the structure of the roll stabilization apparatus of the said
Therefore, the present invention aims to reduce the size of the actuator for controlling the torsional force of the stabilizer and to increase the torsional force by only the pair of stabilizer bars when the actuator is not in operation as much as possible, thereby reducing the size and weight of the entire device. It is an object to provide a stabilizer control device.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention has a pair of stabilizer bars disposed between left and right wheels of a vehicle, a motor, and a speed reduction mechanism. A pair of stabilizer bars connected to each other, and a stabilizer control device comprising an actuator that applies a torsional force to the pair of stabilizer bars by driving the motor, wherein the speed reduction mechanism includes a first gear, A second gear that causes a rotational speed difference relative to the first gear, the first gear and the second gear are coaxially arranged close together, and the pair of stabilizer bars are mutually connected the end face of each of the opposed, being connected respectively to the first gear to the second gear, the are arranged close in a speed reduction mechanism, and, housings and the motor and the speed reduction mechanism is the same In the housing, one of the pair of stabilizer bars that penetrate the motor and are joined to the first gear is supported at both sides sandwiching the motor and the first gear. It was supported by .
The speed reduction mechanism according to
Further , as described in
Thus, according to the stabilizer control device of the first aspect, the speed reduction mechanism includes the first gear and the second gear that causes a rotational speed difference relative to the first gear. The first gear and the second gear are coaxially arranged close to each other, and the end surfaces of the pair of stabilizer bars are connected to the first gear and the second gear, respectively, and are arranged close to each other in the speed reduction mechanism. Therefore, the gap between both end faces of the stabilizer bar is extremely small compared to the entire length of the speed reduction mechanism. As a result, the pair of stabilizer bars can ensure substantially the same overall length as the integrated stabilizer bar (before splitting without the actuator), so that each stabilizer bar can be formed of the same material as the integrated stabilizer bar. And can have substantially the same outer diameter and weight. Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce the size and weight without causing an increase in cost as compared with the conventional device. In particular, since one of the stabilizer bars is configured to be supported by the housing with both ends sandwiching the motor and the first gear, the bending moment applied to the gears of the housing and the speed reduction mechanism can be reduced. The housing, the first gear, and the second gear can be shared. Thus, the bending moment to the housing and both gears can be greatly reduced, and consequently the housing can be made thinner and the gears can be made smaller.
For example, if the speed reduction mechanism is configured by a mysterious planetary gear mechanism as described in
Furthermore , if it comprises as described in
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 shows the overall configuration of a vehicle equipped with a stabilizer control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, which acts as a torsion spring when a movement in the roll direction is input to a vehicle body (not shown). A front wheel side stabilizer SBf and a rear wheel side stabilizer SBr are provided. In the front wheel side stabilizer SBf and the rear wheel side stabilizer SBr, the torsional force is variably controlled by stabilizer actuators (hereinafter simply referred to as actuators) FT and RT in order to suppress the vehicle body roll angle that is the roll motion of the vehicle body. It is configured as follows. The actuators FT and RT are controlled by a stabilizer control unit ECU1 in the electronic control unit ECU.
As shown in FIG. 1, each wheel WHxx is provided with a wheel speed sensor WSxx (subscript xx means each wheel, fr is a right front wheel, fl left front wheel, rr is a right rear wheel, and rl is a left rear wheel. These are connected to the electronic control unit ECU, and the rotation speed of each wheel, that is, a pulse signal having a pulse number proportional to the wheel speed is input to the electronic control unit ECU. Furthermore, a steering angle sensor SA that detects the steering angle (handle angle) δf of the steering wheel SW, a longitudinal acceleration sensor XG that detects the longitudinal acceleration Gx of the vehicle, a lateral acceleration sensor YG that detects the lateral acceleration Gy of the vehicle, and a yaw rate of the vehicle A yaw rate sensor YR and the like for detecting Yr are connected to the electronic control unit ECU.
In addition to the stabilizer control unit ECU1, the electronic control unit ECU includes a brake control unit ECU2, a steering control unit ECU3, and the like. These control units ECU1 to ECU3 include a communication CPU, ROM, and It is connected to a communication bus via a communication unit (not shown) provided with a RAM. Thus, information necessary for each control system can be transmitted from another control system.
FIG. 2 shows a front wheel side stabilizer SBf as a configuration example of the front wheel side stabilizer SBf (SBr has the same configuration), which is divided into left and
Each of the actuators FT and RT includes a motor M and a speed reduction mechanism RD, and is configured as described later with reference to FIG. 3, for example. The motor M of this embodiment is a three-phase brushless motor. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a motor having another number of phases may be used. Also good.
Thus, in the stabilizer
Next, a specific aspect of the actuator characterized by the present invention will be described in detail. Since the actuators FT and RT shown in FIG. 1 have substantially the same configuration, embodiments that can be used for both actuators will be described below. 3 and 4 show an embodiment in which a brushless DC motor (brushless motor) 10 is used as the motor M and a mysterious
In the mysterious
The
The first stage
Note that the mysterious gear mechanism in
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, the
The
Further, a
Thus, as shown in FIG. 3, the end surfaces of the stabilizer bars 31 and 32 are arranged close to each other, and the gap Df between the both end surfaces is configured to be extremely small as apparent from the total length Lf of the
On the other hand, as in the configuration of
Since the mysterious planetary gear mechanism is used in the comparative example shown in FIG. 8, the length in the axial direction can be shortened as compared with the configuration of the multistage planetary gear described in FIG. However, since the thicknesses of the respective gears are summed up, there is a limit to the shortening. In the present embodiment, the
Next, FIGS. 6 and 7 relate to another embodiment of the actuator of the present invention. As the motor M, the
In the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the

However, while the harmonic drive mechanism described in
Thus, according to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the gap Dh between the end faces of the stabilizer bars 31 and 32 is extremely small, and can have the same overall length as that of the integral (before dividing) stabilizer bar. Therefore, the stabilizer bars 31 and 32 can have substantially the same outer diameter and weight as the conventional (integral) stabilizer bar. In particular, in this embodiment, the total length Lh (shown in FIG. 6) can be configured to be shorter than the full length Lf (shown in FIG. 3) in the above-described embodiment, and further miniaturization becomes possible.
