Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an objective lens driving device provided in an optical head that performs signal reading or signal writing on a signal recording medium such as a disk.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the objective lens driving device, generally, a lens holder on which an objective lens is mounted is connected to a frame by a suspension member, whereby the lens holder is elastically supported so as to be displaceable with respect to the frame.
[0003]
As the suspension member, a suspension wire is often used, and the objective lens driving device using the suspension wire in this way has one end of each of the four suspension wires installed in parallel to each other on a mounting plate attached to the frame. The other end of each suspension wire is fixed to the lens holder, and the lens holder is elastically supported by each suspension wire so as to be displaceable with respect to the frame.
[0004]
By the way, when assembling the suspension lens when assembling the objective lens driving device, each suspension wire is first inserted into each hole formed in the mounting plate, and then inserted into the hole provided in the lens holder. The mounting plate and the lens holder are fixed by soldering or adhesive and installed.
[0005]
Also, the actuator moving part is configured by attaching the focusing coil and tracking coil drive coils to the lens holder, and a permanent magnetic circuit is configured to form a magnetic field as designed with respect to the effective sides of the lens holder drive coils. A magnet and a magnetic yoke are arranged on the lens holder.
[0006]
For these reasons, it is necessary to install the lens holder at a predetermined position of the frame when installing the suspension member.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when the lens holder is installed at a predetermined position of the frame, a dedicated assembly jig is used.
[0008]
For this reason, the mounting accuracy of the lens holder depends on variations in the installation position of the assembly jig, and there is a problem in workability because the assembly jig is required, and the assembly jig can be installed. Therefore, it was necessary to consider the shapes of the frame and the lens holder.
[0009]
In addition, since the mounting position accuracy of the lens holder cannot be ensured, the support positions on the one end side and the other end side of each suspension member on the lens holder side and the frame side vary, and the position where each suspension member is installed is unbalanced. For this reason, there has been a problem that the posture of the objective lens is changed when the objective lens is shifted during tracking or focusing, and the optical performance is deteriorated.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the positioning members projecting inward from the both side walls of the frame facing the both side surfaces of the lens holder are formed integrally with the frame by applying elasticity, and the optical path of the objective lens of the lens holder each provided with projections in the optical path hole in the positioning member to be inserted respectively to ensure, that engage the edge of the optical path hole by inserting the projections of the positioning member in the optical path hole of the lens holder The lens holder is positioned with respect to the frame, and a suspension member is installed between the frame and the lens holder to support the lens holder so that the lens holder can be displaced with respect to the frame in a state where the lens holder is positioned. from said frame each of the positioning portions while supporting the lens holder on the frame by a suspension member Followed by removal of. This improves the installation position accuracy of the lens holder with respect to the frame, so that the suspension member is installed on the frame and the lens holder without using an assembly jig, and the lens holder is regulated by each positioning member in a state where the suspension member is installed. In this case, each positioning member is separately provided with elasticity on both side walls of the frame, and the projections provided on each positioning member are respectively provided in the optical path holes of the lens holder. Engage with the edge of the .

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the position of the lens holder is regulated by the positioning members integrally formed on the frame so as to protrude inward from the both side walls of the frame facing the both side surfaces of the lens holder. because be arranged in the lens holder without using the assembly jig for installing the lens holder can be placed in a predetermined position of the frame, the workability is good, mounting of the lenses holder Improvement of position accuracy can be realized with the dimensions of the part that integrally molds the frame. Especially, each positioning member is provided separately on both side walls of the frame. Each of the protrusions can be easily and firmly engaged with the edge of the optical path hole of the lens holder .
[0036]
In addition, since the positioning member is provided with a rib for contacting and supporting the lens holder in order to set the installation position of the lens holder in the optical axis direction of the objective lens, the setting position of the lens holder in the optical axis direction of the objective lens is set. Can also be done.
