Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing rod having a plurality of rods connected in a swinging manner. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fishing rod designed to allow specific rod bodies to be connected and fixed to each other in both the housed state and the extended state, and to change the length of the entire rod so that fishing can be performed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional fishing rod, a plurality of cylindrical rods can be sequentially inserted from the tip-side rod into the rod-side rod. When fishing, each chassis is pulled out to the tip side sequentially and fitted and fixed to be used as a single chassis. On the other hand, at the time of storage, the body on the tip side is sequentially stored in the body on the base side to make it compact.
[0003]
In addition, some conventional fishing rods have been devised so that fishing can be performed by changing the overall length of the rod. The fishing rod devised in this way is, for example, a main rod having a fitting female portion on the inner peripheral surface of the tip side, and a vicinity of the center in the longitudinal direction while having the first fitting male portion on the outer peripheral surface of the hook side And an upper collar having a second fitting male part on the outer peripheral surface.
In this type of fishing rod, when the former rod connected to the tip side of the former rod is pulled out to the tip side (hereinafter referred to as “stretched state”), the fitting female portion is referred to as the first fitting male portion. In a state in which the fitting upper part is inserted and the former upper part is inserted into the former part (hereinafter referred to as “storage state”), the fitting female part can be fitted to the second fitting male part.
[0004]
Thus, the main rod and the upper rod can be fitted and fixed to each other in both the “extended state” and the “stored state”, and fishing can be performed by changing the length of the entire rod according to the situation.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Incidentally, a fishing line guide for guiding the fishing line from the reel is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fishing rod at an interval in the axial direction. By arranging such fishing line guides at appropriate axial intervals, the fishing line is smoothly guided.
However, in the conventional fishing rod designed to allow fishing by changing the overall length of the rod, the axial length of the rod changes between the stretched state and the retracted state. Changes also occur in the axial spacing. That is, in the stretched state, the positional relationship of the rods extends in the axial direction, so that there are not enough fishing line guides for supporting the fishing line in the partially stretched range, and the axial interval for supporting the fishing line is unduly long. There is a risk of becoming. When the axial interval for supporting the fishing line becomes longer in this way, there may be a problem in the smooth guidance of the fishing line, such as the fishing line coming into contact with the peripheral surface of the housing by the wind.
[0006]
The subject of this invention is providing the fishing rod which enables smooth fishing operation, adjusting the length of the whole fishing rod.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fishing rod according to the first aspect of the present invention is a fishing rod formed by connecting a plurality of rods in a swing-out manner, and a large-diameter rod having a fitting female part on the inner peripheral surface of the tip end side, It has a first fitting male part formed on the outer peripheral surface of the heel-side end that can be fitted to the fitting female part, and a second fitting male part formed on the outer peripheral surface on the tip side. A small-diameter housing, a slide guide that is slidable in the axial direction on the peripheral surface between the first fitting male portion and the second fitting male portion of the small-diameter housing, and a first fitting of the small-diameter housing Locking means for locking the slide guide at a predetermined axial position between the male part and the second fitting male part is provided.
[0008]
In this fishing rod, in the extended state in which the small-diameter rod is pulled out toward the tip of the large-diameter rod, the first fitting male portion of the small-diameter rod is fitted and fixed to the fitting female portion of the large-diameter rod. . On the other hand, in the storage state in which the small-diameter casing is inserted into the large-diameter casing, the second fitting male part of the small-diameter casing is fitted and fixed to the fitting female part in the large-diameter casing. Thus, the rods can be fixed to each other both in the stretched state and in the housed state, and fishing can be performed in any state.
[0009]
In this stored state, the slide guide is pushed by the end face on the end of the large-diameter frame and slides toward the end, and is positioned at the second fitting male part to support and guide the fishing line. On the other hand, in the extended state, the slide guide slides to the base side and is locked by the locking means at a predetermined axial position, and supports and guides the fishing line at this position. Thus, the slide guide supports the fishing line in the axial range of the rod partially stretched as the extended state, and smoothly guides the fishing line without unduly widening the axial interval between the fishing line guides.
[0010]
Furthermore, the slide guide has a pipe-shaped fixing portion positioned on the peripheral surface of the small-diameter housing in a state where the small-diameter casing is penetrated, and a first magnetic body is mounted on the inner peripheral surface of the fixing portion. Moreover, the 2nd magnetic body is arrange | positioned on the surrounding surface between the 1st fitting male part and 2nd fitting male part of a small diameter housing. The locking means is these magnetic bodies.
[0011]
In this fishing rod, in the extended state, the slide guide slides toward the rod side, and the first magnetic body of the fixed portion is magnetized and locked to the second magnetic body of the small-diameter rod. Both the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body may be magnets, one may be a magnet and the other may be a metal such as iron.
The fishing rod of the invention 2 is the fishing rod of the invention 1, and the small-diameter rod body further includes a fixing ring on the outer peripheral surface adjacent to the tip side of the second fitting male portion. In this fishing rod, in the housed state, the slide guide is located at the second fitting male part and is sandwiched between the fixing ring and the end face side surface of the large-diameter rod and is sufficiently locked .
The fishing rod of the invention 3 is the fishing rod of the invention 1 or 2 , wherein there are a plurality of first magnetic bodies and a plurality of second magnetic bodies, and they are arranged apart from each other in the circumferential direction.
[0012]
In this fishing rod, a plurality of the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body are arranged apart from each other in the circumferential direction, and unjust rotation in the circumferential direction of the slide guide is sufficiently suppressed.
The fishing rod of the invention 4 is the fishing rod of the invention 3, wherein a pair of circumferentially spaced circumferential surfaces between the first fitting male portion and the second fitting male portion of the small-diameter rod body extend in the axial direction. Rail grooves are provided, and a pair of protrusions that engage with the pair of rail grooves are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed portion of the slide guide.
[0013]
In this fishing rod, the slide guide slides in the axial direction while its protrusion engages with the rail groove and rotation in the circumferential direction is restricted.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the fishing rod employing the first embodiment of the present invention is a former rod 1 and a first middle rod 3 which are sequentially connected to the head side of the former rod 1 and the tip of the former rod 1 in a swinging manner. , A second middle collar 4 and a tip collar 5. These base rods 1 to 5 are taper-shaped tubular members formed from a prepreg obtained by impregnating carbon fiber or glass fiber with a synthetic resin. It can be inserted into and removed from the inner housing. Note that the number of housings is arbitrarily set and is not limited to five.
[0015]
The main rod 1 has a reel sheet 6 formed on the outer peripheral surface to which a reel (not shown) can be detachably attached, and a tail plug 7 is detachably attached to the end portion on the heel side. This reel sheet 6 is formed by arranging and fixing a pipe-like member separately formed of synthetic resin or the like at a predetermined position. Further, a female screw member is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the base side end portion of the base rod 1, and a tail plug 7 is detachably screwed thereto. Furthermore, the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end portion of the base rod 1 is set to have a slightly smaller diameter than the other portions and serves as a fitting female portion.
[0016]
As shown in detail in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the former heel 2 is a skeleton that is connected to the tip side of the former heel 1. And the collar side edge part outer peripheral surface of the upper collar 2 is the first fitting male part 2a that can be fitted to the fitting female part described above, and the outer peripheral surface on the tip side is also slightly closer to the axial center. A second fitting male portion 2b that is partially enlarged in diameter and can be fitted to the fitting female portion described above. A ring 8 made of metal, hard synthetic resin, or the like is fixed to the peripheral surface on the tip side of the second fitting male part 2b.
[0017]
The respective fitting male portions are fitted to the fitting female portion of the main shaft 1 so that they can be fixed to each other in the housed state and the extended state. Although not particularly shown, a stopper ring is disposed inside the main rod 1 adjacent to the bottom plug 7 of the main rod 1, and in the housed state, the upper end of the upper rod 2 is fixed with this stopper ring. You may do it. Further, at the peripheral surface, preferably circumferential surface closer rod source side to the first Hamagoyu portion 2 a between the first Hamagoyu portion 2 a and the second Hamagoyu portion 2b of Motouesao 2 In this case, a pair of magnets 9 are embedded at a distance of 180 degrees in the circumferential direction. In this embodiment, the magnet 9 is embedded in the peripheral surface of the former cage 2. However, as long as the movement of other members is not hindered, a method of sticking the thin plate-like magnet 9 on the surface may be adopted. I understand that it is possible.
[0018]
On the other hand, on the circumferential surface between the first Hamagoyu portion 2 a and the second Hamagoyu portion 2b of Motouesao 2, the slide guide 10 is arranged slidable in the axial direction. The inner diameter of the fixing portion 11 is set so as to be approximately equal to the outer diameter of the second fitting male portion 2b of the upper collar 2. Preferably, the outer diameter of the upper collar 2 in the vicinity where the magnet 9 is embedded and the inner diameter of the fixing portion 11 are approximately matched by using a change in diameter due to the taper taper of the upper collar 2. It is good to set to. In addition, you may further arrange | position the fixed guide 15 fixed to the peripheral surface by the side of the tip of the 2nd fitting male part 2b as needed on the former upper collar 2.
[0020]
The first middle rod 3 to the tip rod 5 are respectively connected to the tip side of the forward dimension upper rod 2. The base end and the tip end outer peripheral surface of each casing are processed as fitting parts that can be fitted and fixed to each other. In addition, on the peripheral surface of each housing, a fixed guide is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the tip end portion of each housing, and a plurality of slide guides are disposed. This slide guide is a well-known one, and is arranged such that each casing peripheral surface is slidable in the axial direction, and can be fixed to coincide with the outer diameter of the casing at a predetermined axial position.
[0021]
In a fishing rod having such a configuration, when fishing is finished, each slide guide is slid to the tip side, and each rod is sequentially housed in a swinging manner inside the rod on the rod side. It becomes a compact state. On the other hand, when fishing, the rods on the tip side are sequentially pulled out to connect the rods to each other, and the slide guide is also slid to be locked to the circumferential surface of the rod at a predetermined axial position. Then, it will be used as a single fishing rod.
[0022]
In this fishing rod, in particular, in the former rod 1 and the former rod 2, the extended state in which the former rod 2 is pulled out to the tip side of the former rod 1, and the storage state in which the former rod 2 is inserted into the former rod 1. In both states, the housings can be fixed to each other. And it becomes possible to fish according to a fishing condition, adjusting the length of the whole fishing rod.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the relationship between the marsh bar 1 and the marsh bar 2, the slide guide 10 is pushed by the marsh bar 1 and moves toward the tip as shown in FIG. It is positioned and locked on the fitting male part 2b. That is, the fixing portion 11 is fitted on the peripheral surface of the second fitting male portion 2b, and is fixed between the ring 8 and the tip side end portion of the base rod 1 and sufficiently fixed. At this position, the fishing line from the reel is supported and guided.
[0023]
On the other hand, in the extended state, as shown in FIG. 3, the slide guide 10 is slidable toward the heel side, and the magnet 9 at the predetermined axial position of the upper heel 2 and the magnet on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed portion 11. 14 is magnetized and the position in the axial direction is determined and locked here (if necessary, the outer diameter of the upper collar 2 and the inner diameter of the fixing portion 11 are also added). At this position, the fishing line from the reel is supported and guided.
[0024]
[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The fishing rod adopting the second embodiment of the present invention also has the same main rod 1 and former upper rod 2 as those in the first embodiment.
This former bowl 2 is shown in FIG. The Motogami 2 is a frame connected to the tip of the Genroku 1. [0025]
Further, a pair of rail grooves 50 extend in the axial direction on the circumferential surface between the first fitting male part 2a and the second fitting male part 2b of the upper collar 2 at 180 degrees in the circumferential direction. Yes. For more extend the rail groove 50 toward the vicinity of the tip side of the first Hamagoyu portion 2 a from the second Hamagoyu portion 2b. A pair of magnets 9 are embedded in the circumferential surface near the end of the rail groove 50 on the base side, spaced 180 degrees in the circumferential direction. The positional relationship in the circumferential direction between the magnet 9 and the rail groove 50 is set so as to be 90 degrees apart from each other.
[0026]
On the other hand, on the circumferential surface between the first Hamagoyu portion 2 a and the second Hamagoyu portion 2b of Motouesao 2, similarly to the first embodiment, the slide guide 30 is slidable in the axial direction Is arranged. The slide guide 30 includes a pipe-shaped fixing portion 31 that is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the original upper collar 2 in a state where the upper upper collar 2 penetrates, a main body portion 32 that stands up from the fixing portion 31, and a head end of the main body portion 32. And a guide ring 33 made of a hard member such as ceramics, which is fitted in the portion so as to open toward the axial direction of the housing.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 6, the fixing portion 31 itself is made of a metal such as iron. A pair of protrusions 31a project radially inward from the pipe-shaped inner peripheral surface of the fixed portion 31 with a 180 degree separation in the circumferential direction. This protrusion 31a meshes with the rail groove 50 described above. In addition, the inner diameter of the fixed portion 31 is set so as to be approximately equal to the outer diameter of the second fitting male portion 2b of the upper collar 2.
[0028]
Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Also in the fishing rod having such a configuration, in the same manner as in the first embodiment, in the former rod 1 and the former upper rod 2, the extended state in which the former upper rod 2 is pulled out to the tip side of the former rod 1, and the former upper rod The housings can be fixed to each other in both the storage state in which 2 is inserted into the main shaft 1. And it becomes possible to fish according to a fishing condition, adjusting the length of the whole fishing rod.
[0029]
In the relationship between the base rod 1 and the base rod 2, in the stored state, the slide guide 30 is pushed by the base rod 1 and moved to the tip side, as in the first embodiment. It is positioned and locked on the two fitting male part 2b. That is, the fixing portion 31 is fitted on the peripheral surface of the second fitting male portion 2b, and is fixed between the ring 8 and the tip side end portion of the base rod 1 and sufficiently fixed. At this position, the fishing line from the reel is supported and guided.
[0030]
On the other hand, in the extended state, the slide guide 30 engages the projection 31a in the rail groove 50 and slides to the base side so as not to rotate in the circumferential direction. And the magnet 9 and the fixing | fixed part 31 are magnetically attached in the base side edge part of the rail groove | channel 50, an axial direction position is decided, and it latches here. At this position, the fishing line from the reel is supported and guided.
