Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a facility management system that can respond to an emergency in a facility by authenticating a user's biometric information.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, for example, a building management system as a facility management system monitors and controls systems important for buildings such as power supply facilities. The operation should not be performed by anyone, but should be performed according to the authority permitted for each user (operator).
[0003]
Conventionally, a facility management system as shown in FIG. 7 has been proposed as a response to such a demand. FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a conventional building management system disclosed in, for example, JP-A-6-264659. In the figure, 13A is a liquid crystal screen, 13B is a transparent touch panel superimposed on the surface of the
[0004]
Next, the operation of the conventional facility management system configured as described above will be described. In a conventional building management system, when a user starts an operation, the user inputs a password and a personal code from the touch panel 13B. Next, the password corresponding to the personal code is determined by the CPU 13D. If it is confirmed that the password corresponds to the personal code, the user can perform a monitoring control operation from the terminal.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 illustrates an embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a facility management system according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a device installed in a facility for management, 1B is a man-machine controller for controlling these devices 1 by a user, and 1C is for confirming the operating status of this man-machine controller 1B. The display 1D is biometric information collating means for inputting the biometric information of the user connected to the man-machine controller 1B.
[0018]
Reference numeral 1A denotes a main controller connected to the man-machine controller 1B and the device 1, and
[0019]
Next, the operation of the facility management system of the first embodiment configured as described above will be described. First, the user who uses the man-machine controller 1B stores the biometric information of the user in the biometric
[0020]
The biometric information of the user input by the permission unit 1E of the main controller 1A is collated with the biometric information stored in the biometric
[0021]
As described above, according to the first embodiment, the user can operate the man-machine controller 1B for coping with an emergency situation using only his / her biological information. Therefore, even if an emergency situation occurs and the user falls into a confused state, the terminal can be reliably operated. Further, since the user can perform the operation only by collating the biometric information, it is not necessary to input a password, and office procedures such as maintenance such as simplification of the operation and reissue of the password when the password is forgotten are reduced.
[0022]
In the first embodiment, it is not particularly defined as an emergency, but, for example, a power outage and a fire are defined as an emergency, and the operation of the terminal device associated therewith is, for example, use of an elevator backup power source or fire extinguishing Various things such as activities can be set as appropriate. In the following embodiments as well, the same can be said for emergency situations, and the description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.
[0023]
Further, although not specifically defined as biometric information in the above embodiment, for example, it is a combination of one or more of the user's fingerprint, voiceprint, palm shape, retina, and face type, Needless to say, the combination of a plurality increases the security, although the cost is high. In the following embodiments, the same can be said for biometric information, and the description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.
[0024]
FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the facility management system according to

Next, the password storage means permission means 2I determines whether or not the input password matches the password corresponding to the input biometric information. Next, when they match, the user is permitted to operate the man-
[0030]
As described above, according to the second embodiment, the same effects as in the first embodiment can be obtained, and operations that require management of equipment in general facilities other than emergency situations are required. Since the password match is also confirmed, only users with proper operating rights are allowed to operate, and the possibility that users without operating rights are allowed to operate can be reduced. The security of the management system can be improved.
[0031]
Conventional facility management systems have been limited to a small number of people who can be used to operate facility equipment. This is because setting to a large number of users is restricted from the viewpoint of facility security. Also, from the viewpoint of password management, there is a problem that the management cost is very high when it is applied to a large number of users. On the other hand, there is a problem that if an emergency situation is dealt with only by a small number of managers, there is a greater possibility that the emergency situation cannot be handled promptly.
[0032]
In that case, the user is not particularly limited in the second embodiment, but as a user, an administrator who can operate the terminal in an emergency or other than an emergency, and an operation only in an emergency Can be distinguished from non-administrators who can In this case, the non-administrator stores only the biometric information in the biometric information storage unit, and the administrator stores the biometric information and the password in the biometric information storage unit and the password storage unit, respectively.
[0033]
And in the case of dealing with an emergency situation, it can respond regardless of an administrator or a non-administrator. Therefore, in the case of an emergency, the terminal can be operated by a simple means called user's biometric information, and many users deal with the emergency. Even with this setting, the facility management system can be configured at a low cost without the need for password management for users (non-administrators) who only respond to emergencies.
[0034]
In addition, a history holding unit that holds a history of operations performed by the user is provided and can be displayed on a display or the like. In this way, it is possible to provide a facility management system that can keep a history of all users, can check when a malfunction occurs, and can further improve security. .
[0035]
In the second embodiment, a four-digit password is shown as an example. However, the password is not limited to this, and a plurality of passwords may be used depending on the security level (importance) of the operation of the facility equipment. The number of characters may be set to a predetermined value or more. In this way, operations such as changing the security level, for example, schedule time and setting temperature, which are performed in daily work, can be performed with only a simple password.
[0036]
And for tenant air conditioner overtime operations related to billing, multiple passwords are required, and for important equipment operations, etc., a combination of advanced password input with more than a predetermined number of characters and a password input according to the operation details are required Therefore, it is possible to improve the security without interfering with daily work. Thus, the user can be limited according to the security level, and the security of the facility management system can be further improved.
[0037]
In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the man-

Next, it is determined whether or not the logged-in password matches the password corresponding to the input biometric information. Next, when they match, the user is permitted to operate the man-machine controller 7B for taking measures other than the emergency situation. If the user's biometric information does not match the biometric information stored in the biometric information storage means 7H, the user's operation of the man-machine controller 7B is not permitted.
[0045]
As described above, according to the third embodiment, the same effect as in each of the above embodiments can be obtained. In addition, the password for logging in to the intranet is allowed to operate the terminal other than the emergency. Therefore, it is not necessary to set a double password, and the facility management system can be configured at a low cost.
