Description
【0001】

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention takes the following technical means to achieve the above object.
That is, the core body for an elastic crawler according to the present invention includes an engagement portion with which a drive sprocket for rotating an endless belt-shaped crawler body made of an elastic material is engaged, and an outer side in the width direction of the crawler body from the engagement portion. and a pair of wings that extend toward in the longitudinal direction in the elastic crawler wick body which is embedded at a predetermined interval of the crawler body, the engagement on the surface of the crawler body outer peripheral side of the engagement portion recess formed gradually thin, so that the thickness from both sides in the width direction toward the width direction substantially central parts are provided, the width direction of projecting the inner peripheral side of the crawler body in the width direction side of the engagement portion A pair of protrusions is formed, and the widthwise end of the recess is formed within the width of the protrusion .
[0009]
According to this, the concave portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the crawler body of the engaging portion to reduce the rigidity of the engaging portion, and the stress difference is concentrated on the wing portion by reducing the difference in rigidity from the wing portion. Is preventing. Further, since the thickness of the engaging portion is gradually increased by the concave portion, the cross section does not change suddenly with the wing portion like the core body shown in FIG. Stress concentration is prevented and the durability of the core is improved.
Further, when the rolling wheel of the crawler device passes over the core body, the entire core body is bent uniformly through the recess, thereby improving the strength of the core body.
