[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a cap excellent in sealing reliability and unsealing property, and more specifically, it can form a reliable seal and can be easily and surely opened, and also has tamper evidence (TE). Related to the cap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Resin caps can be integrally molded, and have excellent moldability and flexibility, so they can be fixed to the container mouth by a stoppering operation and have been widely used in various forms. ing.
[0003]
Various types of resin caps that have excellent sealing properties and that can be easily removed from the container mouth without using a tool have been proposed. For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-10555 Has a discontinuous ring-shaped protrusion that fits into the neck of the container and engages with the container, and has both ends firmly joined to the peripheral wall of the lid. A tamper-proof lid made of a synthetic resin integrally formed with a handle that is bent with a connecting piece that is easy to cut between the inner peripheral surface and the peripheral wall of the lid body, while bending a large portion of the inner peripheral surface and a peripheral wall of the lid body. Is described.
[0004]
Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 8-244802 according to the proposal of the present inventors discloses a cap body comprising a top plate portion and a skirt portion, and a protrusion engaging with a container mouth portion on the inner surface of the skirt portion, and the cap In the resin cap comprising a ring-shaped side wall integrally provided on the cap body so as to cover the outer surface of the skirt portion of the main body, the skirt portion of the cap body has a plurality of weakening portions (slits) extending in the axial direction. The cap main body and the outer ring group upper side wall are integrally formed through a connecting portion and a plurality of breakable bridging portions, and the cap main body skirt outer surface and the ring-shaped side wall inner surface are completely separated. The cap body skirt part outer surface and the ring-shaped side wall inner surface are cut after injection or compression molding. Put, it has also been described and is formed by separating the portion excluding the bridge or further connecting portions.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The former prior art is significant as providing a plastic cap that can be opened by hand and does not require special tools such as a bottle opener, and also has an anti-fraud function. At the base part, the protrusion is not engaged with the container neck, so there is still a problem in sealing reliability, and conversely, the protrusion and container neck are kept to the extent that the sealing reliability is maintained. When the degree of engagement is increased, the opening force becomes excessively large, which causes a problem that opening is difficult.
[0006]
The latter prior art prevents the ring-shaped side wall from spreading out from the weakened part or the skirt part provided with the slit when the cap is plugged and sealed, thereby enabling reliable sealing and opening. Sometimes, the removal of the ring-shaped side wall achieves the advantage of allowing the skirt to spread outward and allowing the cap to be removed.
[0007]
However, in the production of this double-walled cap, it is necessary to manufacture the skirt portion and the ring-shaped side wall integrally by injection molding or compression molding, and to form a cut by a cutter or the like in the cap after molding, The number of processes is large, and it is still not fully satisfactory in that a cutting device is newly required.
[0008]
In addition, a gap is formed upward between the skirt portion and the ring-shaped side wall, and dust, water, etc. are likely to enter the gap. Since it penetrates into the gap and it is difficult to remove it, the presence of the cut is not desirable from the standpoint of cleanliness and hygiene.
[0009]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to form the skirt portion and the ring-shaped member on the outer periphery thereof so as to be separable at the time of opening without forming a cut, and at the time of plugging, a sealing structure with a sealing reliability is formed. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a plastic cap that can be opened easily without using any special instrument for opening, and that has tamper evidence.
[0010]
Another object of the present invention is to facilitate the production with a small number of steps and to prevent the generation of gaps between the skirt portion and the ring-shaped member that may cause intrusion of dust and water. The member protects the cap body skirt part, and the ring-shaped member is removed when the cap is opened, so that the skirt part can be easily detached from the container mouth part, and the ring-shaped member has tamper-evident plasticity. In providing caps.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, a cap main body provided with a skirt portion and a receptacle seat for a container mouth inside the skirt portion, and a continuous body integrally provided on the cap main body so as to cover the outer surface of the skirt portion of the cap main body. In the resin cap made of a ring-shaped member, the cap body and the ring-shaped member are integrally formed of different types of resins, and are engaged with the outer peripheral portion of the container mouth portion on the inner surface side of the skirt portion of the cap body. A plurality of notches extending in the axial direction from the lower end in the axial direction at least beyond the protrusion, and spaced apart in the circumferential direction. The ring-shaped member and the ring-shaped member are bonded to each other on the back side corresponding to the protruding portion via a bonding surface that can be peeled over at least most of the circumference. And also resin cap, characterized in that it enables removal from the container mouth portion of the cap body after removal of the part is provided.
[0012]
In the present invention, it is preferable that the two different types of resins are resins having a seal strength of 1.5 kg / 15 mm width or less.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The plastic cap of the present invention comprises a cap main body skirt portion and a ring-shaped member provided so as to cover the outer surface of the skirt portion, and the inner surface side of the lower portion of the skirt portion of the cap main body is connected to the outer peripheral portion of the container mouth portion. The cap body and the ring-shaped member are provided with a plurality of notches extending in the axial direction extending from the lower end to the lower part of the skirt part and extending in the circumferential direction at the lower part of the skirt part. Are integrally formed of different types of resins, and the lower part of the skirt part of the cap body and the ring-shaped member are separated from each other on the back side corresponding to the protruding part through a joint surface that can be peeled over at least most of the circumference. The cap body can be detached from the container mouth after the at least part of the ring-shaped member is removed.
[0014]
In this type of cap, since a protrusion projecting radially inward is formed on the inner surface side of the lower part of the skirt portion of the cap body, this protrusion engages with the outer periphery of the container mouth to form a seal. This sealed state is maintained as long as the ring-shaped member exists on the outer periphery of the skirt portion.
[0015]
In addition, since a plurality of cutouts extending in the axial direction extending from the lower end to beyond the protruding portion are provided at the lower portion of the skirt portion at intervals in the circumferential direction, when the ring-shaped member is removed from the outer periphery of the skirt portion, The lower part of the skirt part can be expanded outward in the radial direction, and the cap body can be detached from the container mouth part.
[0016]
In the present invention, since the cap body and the ring-shaped member are integrally formed of different types of resins, a gap is formed between the skirt portion and the ring-shaped member until a peeling force is applied between the two members. When a peeling force is applied between the two members, the skirt part and the ring-shaped member are separated by a peelable joint surface between the two members, and the ring-shaped member is separated from the skirt. It becomes possible to remove from the outer periphery of the part.

This eliminates the need for troublesome and troublesome operations such as forming a cut between the skirt portion and the ring-shaped member on the outer periphery of the skirt portion, and allows the cap to be manufactured with a small number of steps. Generation of gaps that may cause intrusion of dust, water, etc. can be prevented between the ring and the ring-shaped member, and a sealing structure with a reliable sealing can be formed. In addition, the cap can be easily opened and tamper evidence can be imparted to the cap. Further, the ring-shaped member protects the cap main body skirt portion when the stopper is plugged, and the ring-shaped member is removed when the cap is opened, so that the skirt portion can be easily detached from the container mouth portion.
[0018]
First, the skirt part and the ring-shaped member are joined at a peelable interface, so that the cap body skirt part is hooked by the ring-shaped member at least in the stoppered state, preventing the skirt part from spreading outward. Thus, reliable sealing performance with respect to the container mouth is maintained. This is particularly important in the case of the cap of the present invention in which the skirt is provided with a cutout extending in the axial direction. In other words, the cutout of the skirt portion acts to weaken the engagement state between the container mouth portion and the protrusion of the skirt portion, and the engagement state is strengthened by the action of the tagging force by the ring-shaped member. And it can be made sure.
[0019]
Next, at the time of opening, the ring-shaped member is pushed up or down to cause adhesive failure at the peelable interface between the skirt portion and the ring-shaped member, and the ring-shaped member is removed from the outer periphery of the lower portion of the skirt portion. The lower part of the skirt is provided with a notch that extends in the axial direction from the lower end beyond the protrusion, so that when the cap body is pulled upward, the protrusion on the inner surface of the skirt is removed from the outer periphery of the container mouth. It becomes possible to spread in the radially outward direction, and the entire cap can be removed from the container mouth.
[0020]
In the present invention, the cap is not only reliably opened as described above, but the ring-shaped member is not completely restored to the original state after the opening or the ring-shaped member is removed. As a result, the fact that opening has been performed becomes clear, and tamper evidence is imparted. In addition, since the entire cap is removed from the container opening, it is possible to separate and collect the container and the cap.
[0021]
In the present invention, the cap main body and the ring-shaped member are formed of two different types of resins, but these two different types of resins have a seal strength of 1.5 kg / 15 mm width or less when melt-bonded. It is preferable that the resin is. If this seal strength exceeds the above range, it tends to be difficult to remove the ring-shaped member by hand when the cap is opened.
[0022]
The resin may be any thermoplastic resin that can be injection-molded. For example, low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, poly-1-butene, poly-4-methyl-1 -Polyolefins such as pentene or ethylene, pyropyrene, 1-butene, 4-methyl-1-pentene and other random or block copolymers, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymers, ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymers , Ethylene / vinyl compound copolymer such as ethylene / vinyl chloride copolymer, polystyrene, styrene resin such as acrylonitrile / styrene copolymer, ABS, α-methylstyrene / styrene copolymer, polyvinyl chloride, polychlorinated Vinylidene, vinyl chloride / vinylidene chloride copolymer, poly Polyvinyl compounds such as methyl reacrylate and polymethyl methacrylate, polyamides such as
[0023]
An example of a combination of different types of resins is not limited to this, but one of the cap body and the ring-shaped member is composed of high-density polyethylene or a propylene-based polymer, and the other is low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, or It is preferable to be composed of an ethylene-based copolymer in terms of the combination of the sealing performance of the cap and the ease of removal of the ring-shaped member.
[0024]
As the crystalline propylene polymer, in addition to homopolypropylene, a random or block copolymer containing 1 to 20% by weight, particularly 2 to 15% by weight of ethylene is used. These polypropylenes may have an isotactic structure or a syndiotactic structure.
[0025]
Examples of the ethylene polymer include high density polyethylene (HDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), ethylene and other olefins such as propylene and butene-1. , Pentene-1, hexene-1, 4-methylpentene-1, octene-1, decene-1, etc. at least one copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-acrylate copolymer, ionomer, etc. Is mentioned.
[0026]
In particular, it is desirable that one of the cap body and the ring-shaped member is made of a propylene polymer and the other is made of high-low density polyethylene.
[0027]
In the composite plastic cap of the present invention, a compatibilizer is blended in at least one of the resins in order to adjust the degree of adhesion at a plurality of resin interfaces to such an extent that accidental loss can be prevented, although it is not generally required. Can do. The compatibilizing agent is to enhance the interaction between different types of polymers, and is a block copolymer or graft copolymer having the same components as the polymers A and B to be used; A block copolymer or a graft copolymer having a third component mixed in a state; a graft copolymer of two types of polymers that are compatible only with one of the polymers A and B to be blended; and the like.
[0028]
Focusing on the function of the compatibilizer, there are two types, a non-reactive compatibilizer and a reactive compatibilizer. Examples of the former include styrene-ethylene-butadiene block copolymer, polyethylene-poly There are methyl methacrylate block copolymer, polyethylene-polystyrene block copolymer, etc., and examples of the latter include maleic anhydride-modified olefin resin, particularly maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and polyethylene, styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, Examples thereof include an ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer, an ethylene-acrylic acid ester-maleic anhydride copolymer, and a styrene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer.
[0029]
These compatibilizers can be present in the resin in an amount of 0.5 to 20% by weight, in particular 2 to 10% by weight.
[0030]
In the cap of the present invention, in order to integrally mold the cap body and the ring-shaped member with different types of resins, a molding means known per se, for example, two-color injection molding or insert molding can be used.
[0031]
In the cap of the present invention, the lower part of the skirt portion of the cap body and the ring-shaped member are peeled at a height of at least 0.5 mm, preferably 1.0 to 3.0 mm on the back side of the protrusion. It is desirable to be adhesively bonded. If the width of the peelable adhesive is smaller than the above range, the ring-shaped member is likely to be accidentally dropped.
[0032]
The peelable adhesive surface is generally (1) located on a cylindrical surface, but (2) the peelable adhesive surface is a ring-shaped member having a smaller inner diameter and an outer diameter downward. May be located on a tapered surface formed between the outer peripheral portion of the skirt portion with a smaller diameter, or conversely (3) the peelable adhesive surface has a ring-shaped member with a smaller inner diameter upward, You may be located on the taper surface formed between the outer peripheral part of the skirt part where an outer diameter becomes small. In the case of (1) above, the removal direction of the ring-shaped member is not particularly limited, but in the case of (2) above, the ring-shaped member is pushed downward, and in the case of (3) above. The ring-shaped member can be easily removed by pushing the ring-shaped member upward.
[0033]
In one preferred embodiment of the present invention, the peelable adhesive surface is located on the cylindrical surface, and the outer surface of the skirt portion and the inner surface of the ring-shaped member are provided on one side and on the other side. The ring-shaped member is prevented from accidental dropping by engaging with the minute recess.
[0034]
In the present invention, it is possible to form a push-down or push-up tab protruding in the radially outward direction on a part of the ring-shaped member, thereby easily removing the ring-shaped member and starting the removal. The position of can be specified.
[0035]
In addition, the ring-shaped member can be peel-bonded over the entire circumference of the lower part of the skirt, and the ring-shaped member can be locked to the cap body on the opposite side of the tab so as not to be peeled and can be peeled off at other portions. It can also be glued. In the latter case, the used cap main body and the ring-shaped member can be disposed of in an integrated manner, which is convenient.
[0036]
Furthermore, a weakening portion or a tear start portion extending in the height direction may be provided on a part of the periphery of the ring-shaped member, and a tear tab may be provided in the vicinity of the weakening portion or the tear start portion. The peel strength at the peelable adhesive surface is large for the shear stress parallel to the adhesive surface and is relatively small for the peeling force perpendicular to the adhesive surface. According to the aspect, even when the strength of the peelable adhesive surface is quite high, it is possible to peel the adhesive member in the direction perpendicular to the adhesive surface, and the ring-shaped member can be easily detached.
[0037]
In the present invention, the notch portion provided in the lower part of the skirt portion of the cap body can be formed with a resin-filled protrusion that constitutes a ring-shaped member that fills at least a portion thereof. And the rotation with respect to the skirt part of a ring-shaped member is suppressed, and it is effective in preventing accidental drop-off of a ring-shaped member. In this case, the removal of the ring-shaped member is performed by shifting the ring-shaped member in the axial direction or by the above-described peeling.
[0038]
In the above case, the inner surface of the lower part of the skirt part of the cap main body and the inner surface of the filling protrusion part may be flush with each other, or the inner surface of the lower part of the skirt part may recede in the radially outward direction. In the latter case, it is preferable in terms of operability in the stoppering operation and cap removal.
[0039]
Moreover, the notch part provided in the skirt part lower part of the cap main body may be formed so that a space | interval is wide on the inner surface side and a space | interval is narrow on the outer surface side. In this aspect, removal of the ring-shaped member in the radially outward direction from the skirt portion is suppressed, which is effective for preventing the ring-shaped member from accidentally falling off. In this case, the ring-shaped member is removed by shifting the ring-shaped member in the axial direction.
[0040]
The present invention can be applied to various plastic caps. In one aspect of the present invention, a resin crown having a top surface portion is provided. In this case, an inner ring that engages with the inner peripheral side of the container mouth portion is formed on the top surface portion from the viewpoint of continuous sealing.
[0041]
According to another aspect of the present invention, the cap body includes an inner cylinder portion having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the skirt portion, an outer lid engaging screw portion provided on the outer surface of the inner cylinder portion, and an inner cylinder portion. There is provided a cap with an inside plug provided with a planned opening portion provided inside, a weakening portion that defines the planned opening portion, and a tab for opening provided in the planned opening portion.
[0042]
According to still another aspect of the present invention, the cap main body includes an inner cylinder portion serving as a spout having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the skirt portion, a planned opening portion provided inside the inner cylinder portion, and a planned opening portion. A cap with an inner stopper provided with an opening tab provided in the planned opening portion, and a ring-shaped member connected to the hinge and the hinge via the hinge so as to be openable and closable. A resin cap is provided that includes a lockable outer lid.
